I don't know where to start with this banquet hall. They are just truly amazing in every way and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. We received tons of compliments for the food and the reception hall from guests at our wedding and we couldn't be more pleased! Their prices are above fair and the quality of the food is top notch. We will be returning to this venue for future parties. - Thank you!

We are so happy we went with the San Marino Club for our wedding venue. It was a gorgeous backdrop to our ceremony and reception. Working with Ron, Mary, and Lisa was wonderful. They helped us plan, and choose all details needed to make our day perfect. They were more than accommodating in the kitchen for food allergies as well. The chef went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best meal! The quality of food was excellent and the service was top drawer. We loved our bartender, Jim and all the service staff! They worked with all of our vendors and helped make on the spot decisions for us the day of wedding to make sure everything ran seamlessly. We highly recommend them for your wedding or next event!

My husband and I could not be happier that we selected the San Marino Club for our wedding reception. We worked with so many different people that were very accommodating of our hectic work schedules.

We wanted to do a chocolate milkshake toast, because neither of us care for champagne and they made it happen. The food was absolutely phenomenal.

Thank you, S.M.C. for making our special night AMAZING. Everything was perfect. I received countless compliments throughout the night and for days after about how great the food was. We had a plated dinner with chicken, salmon, and filet as the options. My husband and I both had the filet and it was one of the best I have ever had.. up there with some of the Chicago Steakhouses I have been to. It was cooked to perfection. While we did not try the chicken or salmon, we heard both dishes were also very tasty. We also had the late night pizza snack and cappuccino bar. Both were great additions and our guests appreciated really enjoyed them. Although we were initially skeptical about there being another wedding next door, we did not even notice! There are 2 very large bathrooms, and plenty of room to accommodate more than one party. I would highly recommend S.M.C. for a wedding.

The minute my husband and I walked in I knew this was our venue. The staff was all amazing and they are very accommodating to the bride. One of their main focuses is to set the bride at ease. They know how we stress out over all the details. I told them what I was thinking and that was the last I ever had to mention anything about it. Consider it done. My ceremony there was perfect. The entrance down the stairs adds a bit of dramatic flair, just enough and not to much. I can't recommend this place enough! We still get compliments on how amazing the food was!!! So delicious!!! Family style is the way to go!!!

Working with Tommy was great! He was so responsive and in tune with our wedding. He provided whatever we needed to make the evening go smoothly. We received so many compliments on the food that people still talk about it almost a year later. I had a friend that was so impressed that she is getting married there next May! Best decision we made for our wedding was having the reception at San Marino!

San Marino Club was a fantastic choice! They were incredibly helpful and very responsive to our needs even at the last minute. The venue is gorgeous and food was simply amazing. All of our guests were raving about the delicious buffet dinner and late night pizza. Anyone looking for a great deal in Metro Detroit should check it San Marino! We couldn't be happier with it.

This place not only LOOKS amazing but the behind the scenes is just as awesome. The owner accomodated us in many, many ways. The prices are totally fair and the food is AMAZING. People are still talking about it!! I loved that the dance floor was so big, since we had around 300 people. I can't tell you how much we loved this place, how much we felt taken care of, and how easy the process was to work with San Marino for my dream wedding reception:)

We were able to have our dream wedding for an affordable price. The food was amazing and they really worked with all our extra wishes. We had a beautiful sweet table, espresso bar and hall site.

When we started the wedding planning process we worked with Tommy, about 3/4 through the planning process Tommy had left San Marino Club. I was a little upset at that point because I was afraid that the new person we were going to be dealing with wasn't going to promise what he promised or know what we wanted.
Of course, they are professionals and my fear was not a big deal, Ron was great to work with.
The day was absolutely perfect! The food was outstanding, the service was excellent and everyone is still telling me to this day that everything was perfect. We had a cocktail hour with a spread of italian meats and cheeses and breads and that was definitely a hit with the champagne that was flowing.
Ever since I was a little girl I had dreamed of having my wedding there, because it looks like a castle and I remember going to a wedding there and loving every minute of it, and my dream came true and I would not of changed one thing.

We got married on July 20, 2013 and had booked our ceremony and wedding at The San Marino Club back in January of 2013. We had looked into several different venues but once we walked into the San Marino Club, we knew it was "the" place. They were very accommodating with all of our requests and very easy going. I did have a couple of issues getting a hold of someone when I had questions however once they have me the direct phone number instead of the main line, I was always able to get a hold of someone. They took care of all of our requests the day of and everything went off without a hitch. Tommy was great and made sure everything was going good throughout the night. The staff were fantastic and very nice. The food was out of this world! Since I am Italian and have a huge Italian family, we are also very picky about the Italian food we eat. The San Marino Club's food was amazing though and all of our guests (including the Italians) were very happy! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone....their prices are reasonable, the food amazing and the staff was great!

The San Marino was overall a very nice place! The food was fantastic and its beautiful! The only problem we had was I showed up two different times to finalize the menu and no one from the office showed up. It drove this stressed bride crazy! So just be aware that they say you have an appointment but they might not be there! Other than this everything was fantastic! And please ask to meet with Tommy! He's the best one there :)

The San Marino staff was one of the reasons we decided to have our wedding there. Ron and his staff are very easy to work with, flexible and very professional. The value of having our event at their venue was incredible! We had a wedding related event there on Friday night and both wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday. Ron and his staff just make planning a wedding a little easier, which is priceless!

I loved the San Marino Club, the food was great, the cost was GREAT. The day of they were super helpful. My only negative is that I didn't always get a quick response with my questions. I know they have done this a million times but I have only had one wedding. Other than that...very happy with the venue, food and bar!!

I had many unique requests and Ron was willing to work with all of them. I went to visit a lot of halls before making my final decision and San Marino by far was the best.

We were very happy with the San Marino Club! From the time we walked in and talked about the date, food, layout and price, they made you feel special.

It was a beautiful place. Everyone is still talking about how great the food was. The only problem we had was that they were rushing us to start dinner which cut our pictures short. The guy at the place was really bugging our coordinator about dinner which turns out we actually had plenty of time and could have gotten those pictures. (not good). But everything was good.

The venue is very beautiful. The banquet center is not what we expected. We felt a little rushed when we were speaking with the manager. They are still doing some renovation on the rooms so the over all look can be a large improvement in the next coming months
