Book her for floral & coordination!

I would recommend Chantel to anyone any day! I've been a wedding planner and worked in the wedding industry for nearly 10 years, and she is definitely one of the top vendors I've ever worked with! When shopping around for a florist initially, she stood out well above the rest because she understood my vision to a T and had just the most creative and beautiful design ideas that fit our budget. Throughout the process, she was patient with me as I made changes and she was always available and more than willing to help make those changes. We even had to switch up a couple of design elements the week of the wedding, and she was so quick and creative in getting that done.

On the day of, everyone including myself was blown away by the floral! She did an incredible smilax installation for our ceremony; the most gorgeous, soft, and romantic bridal bouquet; plus the rest of our personal floral and all our reception floral. I kept getting complements about it all from our guests and it was the best feeling knowing that she made my vision truly come to life.

Amazing experience!

San Antonio Floral Designs made our church and venue hall beautiful!!! Josie accommodated our every request and the flowers were always lovely. From my bouquet to the elegant centerpieces and the many boutonnieres, our whole day and all the pictures were graced by Josie’s amazing taste for floral arrangements. We couldn’t be happier with her responsive services and day of cooperation. We’re so grateful and would 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Beautiful Florals & Great Service

My bouquet, floral arrangements, and alter arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! Josie and Chantel were so easy to work with and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They even helped me with last minute things I forgot, like extra flowers and greenery to decorate our cake and brownie table. I can't thank them enough for all of their help!

Beautiful!

I was lucky to have Chantel and Josie for both my floral and event planning for the wedding. They were patient with my not knowing exactly what I wanted at first and helped fill in gaps to finally envision the perfect bouquet and color scheme. They were quick to answer and help pick the perfect colors: blush, gold and white/cream colors with greenery. They were organized and helped me understand how much I needed and how to save for my increasing number of guests. I even got a free bouquet for my bridal shoot! They were on time during delivery and were quick to fixes during the day before the wedding (storm that delayed their delivery). It was beautiful and perfect!

Gorgeous florals were exactly what I wanted!

I cannot thank Josie and her team enough for our GORGEOUS wedding flowers. She delivered EXACTLY what I envisioned. The bridesmaids bouquets, my bouquet, the arch decor, and greenery were fresh, vibrant, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Plus, the price was reasonable. Josie was quick to respond to all of my questions and is professional and personable. I cannot thank her enough and am so happy that the gorgeous florals are in many of our photos!

Did an amazing job!!

Josie and Chantel did an amazing job!! It's exactly what I vision for my wedding and more. The quality of the flowers were beautiful. When I first saw everything they did for me I couldn't believe it. I definitely recommend these ladies they listen to what you want and make it happen.

These ladies are very professional and go above and beyond to make your event ever so elegant. My daughter got married at Hidden Falls on April 21, 2017 and our fresh flower decorations were gorgeous! Her bouquet was even more beautiful than we imagined as well as the bridesmaids bouquets. We received so may compliments and still continue to via FB and IG. Thank you San Antonio Floral Designs for everything you did for my daughters event. Wish we had listened and used the coordinating services as well with ya'll! Next time! We are definitely using this vendor for our next big event in the future. Thanks again!

I was OBSSESSED with the floral for my wedding! I wanted something vibrant and different and Josie & Chantel delivered everything I asked for. They did centerpieces, altar arrangements, boutonnieres, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, and my beautiful bride bouquet. I received countless compliments on how beautiful everything was. Josie is the best!!!!! My husband and I were married on May 23, 2015. I was so nervous about every detail, especially flowers, but Josie told me that she had it all under control and she did. The flowers were fresh, and simply beautiful. She did a wonderful job of adding just the right amount of color to each arrangement and all of our arrangements were full! I'm the type of person who reads reviews before I purchase or make any kind of commitment. So for those of you like me, I need to stop and acknowledge the work that Josie did for me this past Saturday for my wedding. The centerpieces she made were very beautiful and made with the freshest flowers. My guests were blown away at the elegance the flowers provided. I didn't think I would need a coordinator. I'm a teacher so I'm so used to planning and organizing, but my mother hired her. I'm SO glad she did! The week of my wedding she contacted vendors and finalized everything. On the day of my wedding, I was nervous about how it would all come out, because she never had questions for me after I told her what I wanted. She new exactly what to do, and It came out beautiful! She went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her for your florist and for a coordinator:)

I'm so glad we worked with Josie for our wedding flowers. They turned out spectacular, I was seriously blown away. We met with quite a few florists, and none of then understood my vision and were trying to charge us way more than Josie did. Josie, the owner was great to work with. I myself do not know a lot about flowers, but she still was able to understand my vision. All of the flowers were beautiful but my bouquet was better then I could have ever imagined. Elegant and regal. I could not have asked for more perfect flowers! Josie was able to bring an idea in my head to real life. As soon as the bouquets were delivered to the bridal suite, I started jumping up and down - I was so excited with how beautiful they had turned out! I wouldn't have changed a thing. On top of it all, her prices were very reasonable. They are definitely the best value in the Hill Country and I would definitely recommend them to any bride!

I was originally recommended to Josie from one of my bridesmaids. I later found out that I had one other friend use her as well. Both said she did great! After looking over their pictures and actually meeting with Josie, I was sold. We worked closely together and she made sure to calm any nerves I had. My floral arrangements were exactly what I had pictured! AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

I decided to also book her as well for my day of coordinating. (Which was more like 2 - 3 weeks of coordinating) This was by far the best money spent. She was on top of all my vendors and contacted them regarding any questions or concerns I had. Even after a little concern w/ my caterer. Our wedding ceremony was outdoors and 30 degrees. She was able to talk to the catering company and have them provide our guest hot chocolate and coffee to warm them up! This was a big hit!

Josie helped make my dream wedding a reality! THANK YOU JOSIE!!!!!!

Flowers were beautiful. Definitely worth the cost. They were perfect. I was uneasy about flower selection from a previous potential vendor and when I spoke to Josie she helped calm my concerns and she did a great job. The wedding day was beautiful and Josie was a huge part in making it so beautiful. She provided the linen, flowers, and week of wedding coordinating. Josie did an amazing job! I changed my mind a few times on my choice of flowers and she was more than accommodating. The final outcome was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We chose circus roses and calla lilies for my bouquet and it was gorgeous. All my guests loved the flowers and more importantly I did too! Thank you!

San Antonio Floral Designs did an amazing job at my wedding! Everything was beautiful and more than I even expected. The flowers completely made the room stand out. Everything looked so elegant. Prices were great and Josie was very flexible. I called her several times to discuss changes and never once did she seem bothered. She was always helpful and did everything she could to make me happy. She thought of so many things that I forgot and would have missed. We planned for an outside ceremony, but when it started pouring rain, Josie and her team automatically went into preparing plan B inside. It was beautiful and was my wedding dream come true. So Blessed to have found her!!

Josie was able to help me with my floral decisions when no other florist was as patient as she was. She understood I was behind and talked with me over the phone late in the evening so that I could make my best choice and even suggested other ideas to cut expenses. Who does that?!?!! They did pretty much everything for my wedding! Making sure to take care of even the little details to make you stress free. From coordinating to flowers to centerpieces to lighting, they are so helpful and organize it all to make sure it's flows perfectly. Josie and her team were by far the best team for my wedding. I only wish I could have found them sooner. She did not only make the most amazing floral arrangements and last minute arrange for an indoor ceremony when it was supposed to be outside and still made it look amazing. She was also my wedding planner and she was AMAZING!! She helped plan everything to the last detail and the day of the wedding she made everything go smoothly and if there were any problems I was not aware until I was told weeks later. She handled everything!! If you want a beautiful wedding and want someone to hold your hand every step of the way Josie is the way to go!!!

Josie did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding at Castle Avalon. The bouquet was breath taking and she did an excellent job with the centerpieces! She also provided the flowers on the outside arch and petals on the walkway. Josie did a wonderful job taking time to talk with my daughter giving her ideas and guiding her during a stressful time.

Josie also provided the chocolate fountain for the wedding and the fruit was fresh and the chocolate was delicion.

We would definitley recommend Josie and San Antonio Floral Designs.

Josie was absolutely amazing! She went way above and beyond. My bouquet was everything I asked for and more. She let me add a throw-away bouquet to my order at the last minute. I requested 3 smaller bouquets tied together so that when I threw it, it would separate and 3 ladies would get one. And she gladly obliged. I asked for a few items to be artificial flowers, and to my surprise, she delivered all real flowers (on time) and made the day even more beautiful! Her prices were great and the service was better. Josie with SA Floral Designs was so helpful! This was the one area I had no idea what I wanted. She sat down with us and helped us design the most beautiful arrangements. Everything was perfect!

Josie was Fantabulous!!! She is great at what she does!! She was easy to talk to and does not hesitate to call if she needs to double check some info. I trusted Josie completely! Josie Aboytes, owner of San Antonio Floral Designs, is the key that unlocks the door to enter into your wedding planning process. Initially I met with Josie to have a consultation about my floral arrangements for my wedding. Upon our first meeting, I knew that I wanted to work closely with Josie to plan my wedding because of her extreme professionalism, honestly, and experience. A wedding is an event that takes a year to plan, and it requires a great deal of attention to detail to make it what you’ve always dreamed of. Therefore it is imperative that you hire someone that you can impart all of your trust into, and depend on to crawl through the trenches with when things get intense. Josie was undoubtedly that person for me. As a result, I hired her to also act as my wedding coordinator in addition to being my florist.

I HIGHLY recommend San Antonio Floral Designs to any bride that is looking to work with a true professional, and have amazing florals at their wedding. My guests could not stop complimenting my bouquet, the florals on the cocktail tables, and most importantly the center pieces at the reception. The quality of the flowers, the fullness, and the way they were arranged was just exquisite. Josie is truly a master of her trade and I could not be more pleased with the arrangements that she created.

As a wedding coordinator, Josie was a priceless gem. She made sure that every single aspect of my wedding went seamless. I consider myself to be a very organized person, but there is only so much that a bride can do on her own wedding day. Josie’s presence allowed me to have fun and be able to enjoy my special day without having a single care in the world! My husband must have told me at least 20 times, “What would we have done without, Josie?!” To be honest, I don’t want to even imagine our wedding without her involvement.

I feel sincerely blessed to have had the opportunity to work with, Josie. Josie had my back, gave me support, personal advice, and the gift of a dream wedding.

San Antonio Floral Designs did an amazing job at my wedding! Everything was beautiful and more than I even expected. The flowers completely made the room stand out. Everything looked so elegant. Prices were great and Josie was very flexible. I called her several times to discuss changes and never once did she seem bothered. She was always helpful and did everything she could to make me happy. One of my top two vendors! :)

Great advice during the planning stages and the flowers were so beautiful! All of the guests commented on how the flowers looked so nice and the colors were so complimentary to the color scheme of the wedding. Josie was so professional and focused on what we wanted to make sure the day was special! Josie from SA Floral Designs executed a beautiful and flawless fbouquet and arrangement at my wedding. She has a lot of variations, styles and colors to choose from and she is very helpful in giving the best advice for your special occassion. My wedding was in May and it was extremely hot in San Antonio. Josie gave me great advice on the colors, type of flower and centerpiece that suit best for the weather. I received a lot of compliments from my guest and I especially love, love, love my bouquet! I was very happy with Josie's service and her prices are very affordable.

I had my wedding in May and loved Josie as soon as I met her. My flowers and centerpieces were beautiful! I really wasn't sure of what I wanted and Josie had so many great ideas and made my wedding beautiful! She is very easy to talk to and is very reliable! I am so glad that I went with her!

I had a vision of my fairytale wedding & never thought it was possible! Thanks to Josie at SA Floral Designs, she brought my fairytale to life starting from flowers to centerpieces & chocolate fountains. She coordinated everything & made sure my now husband & myslef came first. From the time I walked into my venue to the time I departed everything was organized without any disturbances! my husband and i went with san antonio floral design and i have to say Josie had did an awesome job. i told her my favorite flowers and my favorite colors and she put the most gorgeous arrangements together. i lovved everything she had done. she also was so reasonable in price i was wow'd. the way the flowers and all that was put together you would have thought i payed trible of what i did. i swear she did an amazing job and i couldnt say anything bad about her work, Josie knows what shes doing.

but if your going through grandberry hills, I dont recommend elite bartending services. over priced and you pay the venue anyway for what you thought you pay them.

Overall I had a great experience with San Antonio Floral Designs. The flowers for my wedding and reception were beautiful and absolutely perfect. They also did a pipe and drape with uplighting behind our sweetheart and cake tables. This made our cake cutting pictures turn out great.
The only issue I had was my silk bridal bouquet for my bridal portraits did not have the stems covered. The exposed wires snagged my dress, which luckily my mom was able to work out so it was hardly noticiable. When I mentioned this to Josie she said that someone else made that bouquet becuase she was busy and she would talk to them, but she never actually apologized for snagging my dress.

Josie did a really good job on my wedding flowers and centerpieces. I had last minute minor changes and she made sure to take care of them. The only thing I was not pleased with, was the bridal bouquet for my bridal picture was not exactly what I had requested and the church was not decorated how I had requested either. I tried contacting her twice to see why the church was not decorated considering I did pay for the service but she never responded.

We used San Antonio Floral Design for our wedding on 9/26.
The good: Josie was very easy to get a hold of during the planning process. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and whenever we were in town she was always willing to meet with us and go over the details. Our alter arrangements were beautiful and I was very happy with them, and I thought her prices were reasonable.
The ok: On the Thursday before our wedding I got a call from Josie saying our linen order was never placed, it was forgotten about due to a larger order. This obviously made me very upset, however, the new linens we went with (navy instead of ivory) looked just as nice if not better.
The bad: I was very disappointed in the bouquets. The flowers were falling out of them and had to be tucked back in places just before walking down the aisle. Some of the boutonniere stems had been snapped and were very difficult to pin on. Some of the flowers already looked wilting and dead. I was very upset by this.

I was so disappointed in my centerpieces. I used her brown trees and she was supposed to put flowers throughout the branches with candles hanging down. The flowers she made for my consultation were gorgeous and full (which several of my bridesmaids saw) but the centerpieces she made for my wedding looked completely different. I had no flowers on the branches at all and no candles. They looked just like dead trees. None of us could beleive that she would do that. People at my wedding were even commenting on the ugly centerpieces. I have never been so disappointed in a service. YOUR FLOWERS WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME AS SHE SAYS. Two other girls used her and I found out they had the same problem.
