One of the easiest parts of my wedding planning!
Sammy’s rentals is Super easy to work with. We rented from Sammy’s for our wedding and the website was clear and easy to work on. Their prices are incredibly reasonable as compared to other rental businesses that were trying to charge over the price of the actual rentals themselves just for the deliver cost while Sammy’s deliver cost is super consistent and reasonable and even offer a self pick up and drop off option for free! Reliable, punctual and good with communication highly recommend working with Sammy’s Rentals in Virginia!

Perfect for Outdoor Wedding
We rented a tent through Sammy’s for our outdoor wedding and I am so happy we did! They were responsive and easy to work with. It gave us the peace of mind in case it rained, and they even gave us the option to cancel just a few days before! We ended up keeping the tent and we are glad we did because it ended up being very hot that day! It all looked fantastic and was reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Sammy's Rentals for our wedding. We rented a tent, dance floor, tables and chairs, glassware, and flatware from them. A caterer we spoke with early on recommended Sammy's as an industry choice in the area because of their great value. Sammy's doesn't have tons of options to choose from, but if you're looking for basic, functional, and dependable rentals, they are the best choice around. The tent they installed was beautiful and created just the right atmosphere for our backyard wedding. The installation team was very professional and efficient, and they even installed the tent and delivered everything two days before the wedding at no extra charge, giving us more time to set up. They were also responsive to our many change requests. I highly recommend them for any backyard wedding!

Sammy's Rental was recommended by our venue (Wollam Gardens), but my husband was a little hesitant about the sticker price. But after some research, he came back to Sammy's: they had set up at our venue before and had everything we wanted/needed. During and after the wedding, though, he said (and I agree) they were absolutely worth every penny. We had no interaction with Sammy's staff on the ground but we didn't need to: the tents were already set up before we arrived for the day and the tents and lights looked *amazing* (we got the clear tops with the money saved from a smaller guest turnout). When groggily got up early the next morning to start cleaning up and making sure everything was in order, Sammy's staff had already set to work on dismantling everything. 110% recommend them.

Sammy's is the Best
We worked with two rental companies for our wedding for stocking reasons, and let me tell you, Sammy's went above and beyond. From booking them in January to the wedding in October, I made a number of adjustments to the order and the team at Sammy's was immensely flexible and responsive the entire way through.
In the end, we rented stand alone lights for a courtyard area, crossback chairs, pipe and drape, and a dance floor. Everything looked phenomenal and delivery/set up was a breeze as they work frequently with our venue. Definitely recommend their services!

Easy Outdoor Dance Floor
We rented an outdoor dance floor for our wedding which we moved to be completely outdoors to help with COVID precautions. Once we figured out how many sections of flooring we needed, it was very easy to go through the process online for booking. We emailed the shop a question prior to renting, and they responded same-day. We were able to schedule delivery and pickup exactly when we wanted, and they arrived on time to set up and tear down. They were quick too! Best prices we could find for what we wanted, and the floor itself looked to be in good shape. We had them place it on (level) grass and because they physically screwed the sections together they stayed level/flat or buckle while we were using it. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Sammy's provided for a perfect event. They helped us through the planning process to ensure that things were covered that we didn't even think of. Sammy's Rentals provided a tent for our wedding at Tranquility Farm. They were very easy to work with and super flexible - our original plans were for a large 200-person tent, but we had to significantly scale down our wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sammy's recommended a small tent that would enhance existing space at the venue and threw in string lights and fans to increase air circulation. They even set up the tent a day early for no extra charge at the request of our wedding coordinator, to free up the space for setup on Friday. They are knowledgeable and responsive, I highly recommend them.

Great service and quality rentals
Sammy’s is a wonderful rental company and came recommended to us by our venue. With a March wedding, we didn’t know what kind of weather we would have. If it was chilly, we wanted to enclose the outdoor balcony with their window walls so we could have a warmer outdoor area. Sammy’s worked with us to determine the best time for delivery and setup. They were also very accommodating with last minute changes in how many window walls would be put up depending on the weather day of. Our wedding day ended up being around 50 degrees, and the window walls were a huge help to keep the warmth in in addition to the heaters. We are so glad we chose Sammy’s and highly recommend them.

Great chair rental service for our wedding!
We hired Sammy's Rentals to deliver, set-up, and breakdown chairs at our wedding ceremony. Communication with the company was smooth and seamless, delivery and set-up of the chairs was prompt, and the staff was so flexible that after they had set-up the chairs and it started raining, they set-up the chairs under the back-up plan tent effortlessly without even being asked. We hired Sammy's because we needed a stage for our wedding. They were able to work within our venue's busy schedule and delivered the stage the night before our wedding day. Their delivery helped our venue set up our mandap in time for our morning ceremony the next day. If Sammy's had not been able to make the delivery the day before, our entire timeline would have been set back and the morning of our wedding day would have been very hectic. They were also able to breakdown the stage and remove it in time for our cocktail hour in the afternoon. The people at Sammy's were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a stage for their wedding. Their prices are fair and they can deliver, set up, and breakdown quickly. They were also able to customize the size of our stage based on our needs, which was something we had difficulty with when talking to other vendors.

Sammy’s did an excellent job with the delivery, set up and pick up of the chairs. I ordered 30 gold chivari chairs with burgundy cushions. They set up on time and waited on site to pick up the chairs. The staff was very flexible as the morning of the wedding we had to move the ceremony inside due to weather. We had not previously discussed the new set up inside, but the team was easy to work with and set up inside without any issues.
I would definitely use their services again!

We used Sammy's Rentals for our backyard wedding and they were great to work with! They sent someone out to see how large of a tent we could fit and he was extremely knowledgeable. They could have easily tried to push us to purchase extras (e.g. flooring, walls, etc.) but they were not very "salesy", which I liked. I think they have a huge stock of tents, because they had many sizes available even though we were planning sort of last minute. Sammy's rentals are great value and very reasonably priced. They were also flexible by allowing me to change the size of our tent, and we even changed our lighting choice 3 days before the wedding. The tent looked beautiful (loved the chandeliers!) and all the guests commented on how nice it looked. Highly recommend them!

We rented from Sammy’s Rentals for our Wedding. We had both the wedding and the reception outside so we had a tent, a floor, lights, tables, table settings, a small generator to power everything, and pretty much everything you need to have an outdoor wedding reception.
The equipment was delivered and set up two days before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and all the electrical equipment, the microphone, the speakers, the generator, and the lights, all worked perfectly. They came the morning after the ceremony to pick up and took everything away quickly and easily.
We had to change our order multiple times due to changing conditions and Sammy’s was always quick and responsive to our requests. Planning a wedding is stressful but I’m happy to say that none of the stress was caused by Sammy’s Rental. They did everything they could to make it an easy and pain free experience. Next time we have a large party we’ll be renting from them again.

We were so thrilled that we went with Sammy's Rental Co. for our tented wedding reception in the Bishop's Garden at the Washington National Cathedral! They provided nearly everything we needed for the evening, from tables and chairs to the beautiful dance floor and lovely lighting, and were very easy to work with. Our caterer recommend Sammy's and we are glad they did. They came to our house and did a site inspection that provided us with some great options. We had a large tent installed over a multi level patio and deck that appeared to be a challenge but not for Sammy's. These guys know their stuff. We also rented all the tables, chairs, bars, and tables cloths which made our lives easier.

I reserved some heaters for my daughter's wedding tent. I eventually put down a deposit of $143. The wedding venue that we had chosen went out of business 7 weeks before the wedding. We contacted Sammy to tell him we would not be needing the heater, and Sammy had heard about our wedding venue going out of business and, without our asking, Sammy offered to refund us the $143, which he didn't have to do! Our dealings with Sammy's, from the start to the end, were always pleasant; he was always professional and caring. Our only regret: we will not be seeing Sammy on my daughter's wedding weekend! The quality of the white folding chairs we got were superb, our guests were comfortable, even as hot as it was outside! We also received easels and signs (which we were able to write on) from Sammy's which really put a high quality finishing touch to our ceremony. I don't even know where to start with this review. Sammy's was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to the literally ~ 7-8 times I changed/added to our order for the wedding. We rented chairs, high chairs, tables, and a dance floor from them for our big day and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of service from communication, value, flexibility, and professionalism. Sammy's offered top notch customer service, and quality products. We rented a large tent, dance floor, chairs, tables, linens, plates, glassware, and lighting from Sammy's Rentals for our wedding in August. I must have sent 100 emails back and forth with the customer service rep I worked with regarding different requests and changes to our quote and they were always quick to respond and more than accommodating. They provided multiple quotes, different layout options for the table and chairs, and much, much more. There website was also one of the only websites that I found that had all of their products listed, and all of their pricing listed, which made it easy to make decisions.
Two days before the wedding, Sammy's arrived on time at the venue to set up the tent, table & chairs, etc. The 3 gentlemen who set up everything were awesome. When they realized a generator to power our coolant fans was not included in our rental they notified me immediately. I freaked out a little bit, because no one ever mentioned that we would need a generator for those. When I called Sammy's Rentals they apologized and told me that a generator was already en route to our venue, free of charge. Talk about awesome customer service!!
Sammy's Rentals along with providing awesome service, was also very reasonably priced. Their quote came in about $1000 cheaper than some other popular rental vendors. We were very satisfied with Sammy's Rentals, and would highly recommend them to any bride.

I was extremely impressed with Sammy's Rentals and would highly recommend them to any future bride and groom that are interested in tent/tables/chairs rentals! Any time I had questions or wanted to make a change to my contract, they literally responded within an hour. Everything was so easy and smooth with them. I knew it was supposed to rain the 3 days leading up to my wedding - so I called them and asked for an earlier tent delivery (to make sure the grass underneath didn't get too wet), and they said NO PROBLEM, and NO CHARGE for the early delivery! I also requested a bigger tent last minute (60x90 foot tent), and they had it in stock and delivered it. The set up crew (Santos and 4-5 others) were amazing, friendly, and diligent in installing all the equipment. They literally checked every light bulb to make sure they were lit! The quality of the pole tent, tables, chairs, string lights, and chandeliers was top-notch! We had a beautiful wedding, and could not have done it without Sammy's equipment. Btw, I researched a lot of rental companies, and Sammy's by far provides the best value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I rented chairs, tables, chafing dishes, and a tent. They confirmed with me that they would be dropping it off ahead of time, and they came when they said they would. They set up the tent how I asked and all the items I rented were accounted for. They came and picked up everything the following Monday, and were friendly and efficient. Sammy's Rental Inc. had everything we wanted and needed for our outdoor, tent wedding. We rented almost everything from them: tent, side walls, chairs, tables, linens, trash cans, speakers, and mic system. They are very quick to respond to questions and update invoices (we must have added additional items 2-3 times after putting down our initial deposit). They were very accommodating/flexible to our request to have all items removed the next day (Sunday) when many places will not remove items until Monday. They arrived on time and set everything up very quickly and exactly how we asked them to. The price was very reasonable for everything, the cheapest we found anywhere else in the Northern VA area. I highly recommend using Sammy's for any sort of event rental needs.

We used Sammy's to rent the china, glassware, silverware, and some server pieces since we went with a restaurant caterer (Bella Vita, also in Manassas) to save a LOT of money over a full service caterer. Sammy's was very easy to work with - simply reserve what you think you will need months in advance and then you can adjust that about a week or two out from the wedding. They were right on schedule for delivery and pick up since we had short set-up and clean-up windows. Also by going with a restaurant caterer who had worked with Sammy's before their servers had all the items rinsed and ready for pick up, saving our coordinator and family time in clean-up.

There is no way to share how happy we were with the EXCELLENT service we received from Sammy's rentals for our daughters wedding.
We were making our daughter's dream come true..... her wedding on our family farm!
In JANUARY!! There were so many logistics to consider and much work to be done. He was extremely patient and encouraging through the whole process. His prices were very fair and his staff of workers were second to none in their work ethic and courteous manners.
They came the day we agreed to set up the tent down by the pond (60x80), it was snowing but that didn't deter this hard working team. They delivered all of the chairs and the many other items we had ordered. The snow continued yet all seemed good at 11:00 at night.
Then.... the gusts of wind came barreling through! 30, 40+ mph winds!
The next morning, Rehearsal and decorating day, I got a call at 8:00 am from my daughter..."mom, we have a slight problem". "What is that honey?" "The tent has collapsed and a third of it is down in the pond." YIKES!
We prayed first and then I sent Sammy the picture she had sent me of the tent.
Sammy was simply amazing through what could have been very stressful. He said he would come right away. He would send a separate truck with guys to take down the collapsed tent and that together we would figure out what we wanted to do. It was a long drive for him and his team and that was never presented as a prob

LOVED sammy's rentals!!!! They had everything we needed at the lowest prices BY FAR of everyone around. They came two days before the wedding, had everything set up perfectly and broke it down two days after the wedding. They had a BEAUTIFUL tent, clean white chairs and good quality tables. We made dozens of changes and every time we would make a change, they would email me back WITHIN an hour, sometimes a few minutes! Great to work with, highly recommend

Sammys Rental was great to work with. Since we had our reception in the church fellowship hall, we had to rent special tables, chairs and linens. They were of excellent quality. They delivered and picked up on time.
The office staff was very profession and helpful to talk to. I would highly recommend them for any rental needs you may have...wedding or another special event you may be planning in the future. Their prices can not be beat!

I had an outdoor wedding at my home so I needed a variety of different items from Sammys; i.e. tent, tables, chairs, tableware, linens, etc... The wedding arbor we rented was absolutely beautiful as a backdrop to our wedding ceremony. All of the items we rented from Sammy's were great quality items. Sammy's team did a great job setting everything up and taking it back down.
Since my wedding was on a Saturday Sammy's delivered the tent on Friday and we had an extra day to decorate which was a lifesaver. We obnoxiously called many times to add/delete items from our rental list and Sammy's staff were polite and accommodating every time. I would absolutely recommend Sammy's for any type of event rental.

Sammy's was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were flexible enough to change the order the day of our event, due to weather. Most communication was via email, but they were very responsive. The tent looked awesome, and their crew showed up on time for set up and tear down.

We ordered a tent, tables, chairs, chaffing dishes, and everything else we needed for the rehearsal dinner in our backyard. The website was so easy to use. We changed our order several times and they had no trouble adjusting to our needs. The delivery men were professional and didn't mind that I made adjustments to the position of the tent and they taught us to use the heaters. Everything we rented from the heaters to the tent and chaffing dishes were very good quality. They made the process very easy. I would definitely use them again.

Sammy's was awesome. Super professional, very good value (MUCH more reasonable than Capitol Party Rentals or other big mega-chains), and they delivered and picked up right on time. I very highly recommend them. We rented cocktail tables and linens and everything was perfect.

Sammys Rental was absolutely awesome. He came out to the site 2 times to help review the best place to set the tent. He was very professional and personal. He was more than willing to adjust last minute details. On the day of delivery Sammy personally came to the site to ensure that it was set up at the proper location.
When it was time to pick up the tent his staff broke down all tables and chairs and even took down the paper lanterns we had hung from the ceiling of the tent but didn't have time to remove before pickup. They even folded the lanterns up and placed in a bag so they could be reused. When they finished removing everything you could not even tell there had been a tent at the location. Excellent cleanup. I would recommend Sammys Rental to anyway looking for any size event. My daughters wedding was beautiful and Sammy was a big part of that. Thank you Sammy and staff.

Sammy's was a pleasure to work with. We rented tents, tables, chairs, propane heaters, and coolers from them for our rehearsal dinner, which was held in my parent's back yard. They were extremely timely with their responses to my emails. I changed my order multiple times and they happily sent new contracts within a couple of hours. Their delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and all the items were in perfect condition. I spent a lot of time researching, and their prices couldn't be beat. I will definitely use them again for event rentals.

Sammy's Rental was a godsend for me during my planning. I had my ceremony and reception at an indoor/outdoor venue, with all the big stuff happening outside (ceremony, dinner). I really wanted to chance it and go without a tent, but with the size of our party, the venue highly suggested we consider a tent. Sammy was the only vendor I could find that would allow you to reserve a tent without a reservation fee or cancellation fee. We cancelled week of (four days out, I believe), no harm, no foul. Cancelling the tent that week was one of the happiest things I did. The day was perfect and I was so happy not to have the tent.
What I learned during the planning process is that you almost always need to rent something. We needed heaters. So instead of a tent, we rented patio heaters from Sammy's. They were very competitively priced, very friendly, and very reliable. I'm so happy we rented from Sammy's.

Top notch service all around. Sammy treated our small event (75 people) with the seriousness that I would expect as a big corporate client. He delivered on time and picked up after on time. No easy feat since we were on a remote mountain site (picnic ground on Skyline Drive) with no phone service. He was professional and flexible. Prices were very reasonable.

Sammys Rental was great!!!!! I was last minute with planning my wedding, trying to pull it all together by myself, with continuous changes and they promptly responded to every email and phone call. They were quick to adjust my reservation each of the three times I changed it without resistance. :) It was convenient not to have to sign any contract; I just confirmed via phone. It did worry me a little bit, along with not being required to pay until delivery, but everything worked out great. I ordered tables, chairs, and linen and it was all clean and in great condition. Thank you!

Sammy's has great choices, are super easy to work and were over all great. Unfortunately, our planner didn't give them any information as to where they needed to put things and none of the Sammy's guys spoke English. We worked around it but this was a bit of stint in our wedding day timeline but we worked around ti and everyone was very nice and pleasant! I would definitely recommend working with this company.

Sammy's equipment does not include some of the fancier tents, but their prices were far and above MUCH cheaper than every other tent provider in the DMV. Our daughter's wedding was in Luray, we ordered a tent from Sammy's (because of expected rain) on the Thursday before the Saturday afternoon wedding, Luray town hall got us the permit the same day (be aware this is often needed and can take weeks longer! we just got lucky!) and the 30x50 clear top tent - with 2 big propane heaters and bistro lights - was set up on Friday. mid-day. WOW. Terrific. (my only "whine" was about the propane heaters - they are rather large). We were so grateful and thankful.
Ironically: it didn't rain, but the tent was still a good place for overflow/cocktail tables, the jazz band and some yard games.

Sammy's Rentals was the best. We were looking for a dance floor and linens for our wedding and ended up getting the whole room draped by them as well. Affordable but quality. Nicest people. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

We hired Sammy's rentals to provide linen napkins in a specific color for our 10/29/2016 wedding, and we were thoroughly pleased with their quality and professionalism! They delivered and picked up the napkins from our venue, and their rates are extremely reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend Sammy's for any of your event rental needs!

We built our venue inside of a barn, and as such needed to rent chairs, linens, cutlery, prep tables for caterers, cocktail tables, and the like. I never spoke directly to Sammy's because our coordinator works with them, but they seemed like the best price option in the area and everything we got was sturdy and clean. If you are working with a coordinator, as about them because ours offered a small discount that saved us some money, which as we all know is rare and awesome!

They were great and calmed down a stressed out bride. I used them to rent a speaker system for my wedding. I now wish I had used them for chairs and a tent because the company I used for those, is not cooperating. They delivered the equipment on time and showed me how to use it. Wonderful!

We rented a tent, dance floor, speakers, microphone, tent lights, tables, chairs, and flooring from Sammy's Rentals for our recent outdoor wedding.
Leading up to the wedding, Sammy's was extremely helpful and flexible as we fine-tuned our order for tables, chairs, and accessories. Every time I submitted a change, they issued an updated invoice within a few hours. Same thing when I submitted our deposit and payments. I should also note that, as far as I can tell, they have some of the most reasonable (and transparent) pricing in the DC area. Makes sense, since they seem to be a relatively small, family-owned operation.
On the delivery day, the delivery guys showed up on time. However, they forgot a key piece of the tent, so two of them had to wait at our house for over an hour while the third guy went back to their warehouse to get it. Oops! That said, once they had the missing piece, they were quick to set up the tent, flooring, lights, dance floor, and sound system. Everything looked great and we were thrilled with the whole thing!
Take-down the day after the wedding went smoothly. We were very happy with the service and the products from Sammy's.

We rented some columns for our wedding ceremony from Sammy's Tent Rental. The only difficulty we had was the time it took when we went to pick them up the day before the ceremony. Otherwise the quality for what you pay is great, and we had no other issues. They were also really well priced. We did reserve a tent in case it rained, however didn't need to use it. The nice thing was that we put down a small deposit and then if you notify them a couple of days prior to your event that you don't want to rent the tent anymore, you can cancel and only have paid the small deposit. Given the price of renting a tent this was a huge bonus to us as well.
