Wedding Sangeet, Baraat and Reception
We hired Sammy after seeing him perform at a friends sangeet. We reached out for our wedding events. We liked his communication style, it was understanding and not pushy. The music and lighting effects were perfect, but the announcing and hosting by him made our events feel smooth. He took charge by speaking with our other vendors and lined everything up. Would highly recommend Sammy, Thank you! -

We just had a wedding event at the venetian this past weekend. Jassi from Dhol fusion did a great job with the music. The dance floor was rocking from beginning to end. Great job guys we had so much fun A +++++++ -

Dj Jassi and Dj Sam made our reception night one of the unforgettable night out our life. Dance floor was packed 9:30 to 1 pm. No one wanted to leave the dance floor. You guys are the best. -

Jassi and Sam provided music for my Sangeet and wedding reception, as well as a dhol player for our baraat. They were the best! My wedding included both Indian and non-Indian guests, so we wanted to make sure everyone got a taste of the music they loved to dance too and Jassi and Sam were completely responsive. We had very detailed requests for each part of our wedding: mostly Indian bhangra music for our Sangeet with a couple of hip-hop and r&b songs mixed in, laid back and throw-back r&b for our cocktail hour, classical Indian music for our guests entry into the reception, Louis Armstrong for our first dance, alternative love songs and pop as background dinner music, and a mix of hip-hop & bhangra for dancing. Jassi & Sam nailed everything perfectly and kept all of the guests moving and shaking for all of it!
Plus, since my husband is not Indian, he and his family weren't familiar with what to do during the baraat and DholFusion's dhol player got everyone pumped up and dancing along as my husband rode his white horse down the streets of Philadelphia!
These guys are great--on time, professional, and really get the party going. You can't go wrong with them!

We would like to thank DJ Jassi and his crew for making our wedding memorable. Everyone loved the music and had a blast dancing at the reception and garba. They were easy to work with, responsive, and flexible. The lighting that they provided created a beautiful scene for the reception. We would definitely recommend them to others. -

Great DJ and amazing service! Dhol Fusion Entertainment provided their DJ services for my parents 25th anniversary party. It was a pleasure working with them. They are very nice, and during the chaos of party planning, it was a relief to come across someone who was easy to work with. As a college student planning the party during finals, it was convenient to work out everything with them over email. The music they provided was amazing and all the guests loved it! The dj is very nice and I would definitely recommend them for any event. I will definitely consider them for future events as well! -

DJ Jassi and Sam handled our event (we had a mixed Sikh-Western-Russian wedding) with incredible professionalism and really made it a great time from the Sangeet night to the end of the Reception. Absolutely wonderful. Our original DJ had to cancel on us, and we are very glad that this happened in retrospect, because we found Jassi and Sam! We picked them because they keep a ton of content and videos online. And it's all very up to date, so we got a really good feel for how they entertain crowds. These guys are solid and know how to make everyone have a great time. They satisfied many ad-hoc requests for singing while keeping the flow of both our events smooth.
They drove a long way to do a site visit to make sure they were familiar with the venue a few weeks before. They are not only competent at their job, but after the venue visit, we learned that they are also *passionate*. Seeing their eyes light up when talking about different aspects of the ceremony and especially the lighting was awesome, and we knew then that we were in good hands. They are great to deal with in person and worked seamlessly with the photographers and the owners of our venue. We received compliments from many people including the venue owners about how good they were.
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a freakin' awesome fusion wedding. They really helped the wedding take a form of its own, and we will always remember this special, fun, and spiritually uplifting day! -

Jassi and Sam were very accomodating and even mixed the tracks that we were preparing to perform on for the wedding. They were very responsive before the wedding and tried to help in any way possible. I would recommend them especially for a Punjabi wedding.
They have an awesome team which includes the DJ (Jassi), MC (Sam) and the great dholi Rana!

DJ Jassi and Sam were very professional and it was a pleasure working with them for two events. From the initial email to meeting them face to face they made both myself and my husband feel comfortable and answer all questions we had. All family members and friends completely enjoyed the music choices Dhol Fusion played during mine and my husband's sangeet party. They also provided lighting as well which was nicely done. I would highly recommend them and would again use the services they provide. I could not have been more happier with the services I received from them.

I would love to hire these dis again. They came all the way to Canada Toronto to do my wedding and reception and I loved their performance. Djs song collection was nice and mc was really energetic at the time of entrances. They played latest Hindi songs , old Hindi hits and American songs as well so all my guests really liked their performance. I would recommend these djs to everyone. Not to forget , the up lighting was awesome. -

Planning:
DJ Jassi & Samrin were a pleasure to work with from the planning thru the execution stages. They responded promptly to emailed questions, setup meetings to inform us of our choices and ensure we got what we wanted, easy to negotiate with, helped us with mixing songs for our dance performances and also testing out lighting sequences that we wanted.
Execution:
In the end, we got a rocking Baraat and reception. The music choices during the Baraat and reception were exactly what we wanted and kept everybody dancing without a lull. They kept the dancers energized with appropriate encouragements. They were constantly vigilant and monitoring the dance floor, changing or continuing songs/beats as needed to keep everybody dancing. We had an issue with the slideshow starting slowly, but that was our fault.
Lighting: The up lighting was well done and combined with the Gobo and the tower lights created the perfect ambiance for keeping the party pumping

Dholfusion team is group of very professional and hardworking guys. They helped me In making the schedule of the event and made us worry free at the time of event. They also did the baraar van during Baraat with dhol and I really like the flower decoration they did on the baraat van. They played both Bollywood and American songs during dance floor. Bride side family was mostly American and they enjoyed as well. Thanks for making our event so special. -

By far the best djs ever. They rocked the party and people did not want to stop dancing. Everyone loved them and still ask me for their number. Not only were they great at the event, they were also excellent to deal with in preparation to the night. They were courteous and understanding. I would never book any other dj. -

We met Sam at two wedding expos and decided to go with him because of his flexibility. Our wedding was a bit different than others due to the number of countries the guests were from. His crew did a marvelous job with the music selection for all 5 of our events. They catered their services for the Vatna, Mehndi, Youngsters Party, Wedding and Reception. They helped us by providing lighting to each event according to our custom theme, making the events look great. We were a tad picky with the specifications and timings but they worked around them. I would definitely recommend this company and personally think they should market them selves in a better way since they have a lot too offer. Thank You Dhol Fusion - Vinod and Rachana -

We had several "non traditional" requests for Jessi for the night of our reception including editing and playing the video from our destination wedding ceremony held a few weeks prior in Mexico, editing and playing a memorial slideshow, facilitating a choreographed entrance dance of the bridal party and then a choreographed dance for the bride/groom and parents. Each of our requests was met with DJ's enthusiasm to satisfy our requests and each one was above and beyond our expectations. From the first dance to the last dance of the evening the dance floor was packed with all age groups from 2 years old to my 91 year old grandmother who danced to everything from Pretty Woman to the Tarentella. Many of our family and friends commented on his amazing ability to make the night flow so smoothly and to be able to include the guests in every part of the night's events. The old saying is that "you get what you pay for" but in the case of Jessi (DJ), the service you get it far worth and beyond the cost you pay. Highly recommended. Jassi and his crew were amazing.
They are very punctual and professional. Even before the event, they reached out to me asking for the type of songs I prefer. Not being familiar with many songs, I asked for his suggestion. They provided a great comprehensive list of music that was perfect for our wedding reception. This is just one of many examples of their great work.
Their performance at the reception was fantastic. They were very friendly and set up the lighting and equipment brilliantly in our hall. The music and mc made the party and everyone loved it.

Sam and the whole team at Dhol Fusion Ent were a pleasure to work with. We hired them to DJ our Sangeet as well as our Baraat and the sound for our wedding ceremony. They were extremely cooperative during the planning stages and very easy to work with when many vendors out there are not. Sam made the consultation process very streamlined leaving us nothing to worry about. Sam did a great job MCing our baraat leading us with the baraat van and made sure all our guests danced up a storm! They were professional and on time to all the events, setup and ready to go before any guests (including the immediate family) had arrived. Dj Dhol did a spectacular job for my wedding. There were a lot of last minute additions and changes and he was happy to accommodate them. He provided us with a bhangra drummer and an emcee who did a great job at getting the wedding party in the mood from teaching them dancing steps to keeping them entertained half of the guests were nonindians, so it was essential that my Indian family and my husband's family and friends who had never been to an Indian wedding felt comfortable and participated. The selection and choice of music was great, so was the led lighting. Pricing was fair. I have a lot of cousins in line to get married, he will for sure be hired for future events. -

Choosing DholFusion for our DJ needs was one of the best decisions we made. They played the dhol during our Barat, did music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, did lighting for the reception, and DJed the reception. We had a combined Hindu/Jewish wedding. The barat was mainly American. DJ Sam took the time to teach the entire barat basic bhangra moves and made them feel comfortable. As a result everyone was dancing! He also helped coordinate our milni. The uplighting at our reception hall was perfect! Everyone danced at our reception because the mixing of the songs was excellent. We are so grateful to DholFusion. They made our guests feel comfortable, took charge when it was necessary, made the buffet line go smoothly, and basically made it so we did not have to worry about "what's next" during the reception. They were very easy to work with and you can tell they really love their job. If you are looking for excellence, I would recommend choosing this vendor! -

Dhol Fusion was a great price and even travelled from Edison, NJ to DJ my wedding in Baltimore, MD. They played a good mix of bollywood and top 40 music. They provided moving tower lights and did a nice job of MC'ing the wedding. They were on time and setup and were ready to go without me having to worry about anything. The only thing I was concerned about was not really getting to meet with them or talk with them too much before the wedding, but everything went smoothly. The only negative thing I can think of is that they displayed my wedding slideshow too small on their screen. The slideshow was only taking up half the screen instead of the full thing so most people could barely even see it. That was a little disappointing, but minor in comparison to what they're really there for, providing music and running the event, which they did a nice job of. They also did a short baraat before the ceremony and that was done excellently. Anything you ask them to do, they can accommodate your needs. -
