Ms. Greenfield pulled together works of art in bouquet and arrangement form. She was exceptionally kind and flexible, willing to re-configure lots of arrangements VERY last-minute because of rain changing our plans back and forth. Sophisticated, stunning floral arrangements for wedding and reception
For my daughter's April 2025 wedding, we selected spring flowers with a variety of green foliage. Working across three different time zones due to my daughter's location in Japan, me in San Diego, and the wedding in Virginia took flexibility, professionalism and attention-to-detail. Floral arrangements, wedding bouquets and guest corsages were stunning, simply amazing. Each floral display popped and made a beautiful presentation. Samantha listened carefully, offered us additional ideas and suggestions, reflected our requests accurately in her proposal, and was patient and flexible as we continued to hone our vision with her help. On the day of the wedding, she transformed our large field tent into a dreamy oasis with layered creations which included a circular floral arch, flowers to accent tent poles flanking the dance floor, accent pieces throughout the space, and sumptuous flowers on every table. Our guests were bowled over by her ability to take the space (a farm field) and imbue it with an enchanted elegance that served as a backdrop for the whole
celebration.
Bottom line: It's extremely rare to find a gifted artist who is as organized and dependable as Samantha is. Book her early. She's the total package, and you'll be enormously blessed and lucky if you can have her designs for your wedding.

I cannot speak highly enough of Samantha's work. She can truly work wonders even with a smaller budget. Samantha was the florist for our wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her! She exceeded all expectations with her AMAZING arrangements! She decorated our arbor and put together a floral chandelier for us and all I can say is WOW!! The arrangements were breathtaking and the perfect compliment to the rest of the rustic wedding vibe. I had so many guests come up and tell me how beautiful the flowers were. She even put extra arrangements on some of our wedding signs and cake. Honestly, before I found Samantha, I was not convinced real flowers were essential at our wedding, and I am so happy I changed my mind and found Samantha. Not knowing much about flowers, I gave Samantha our colors and the style we liked, and she took over from there. She had a vision for what would fit our theme and venue, and she completely nailed it! Her prices are very fair, and when she arrived with our bouquets, I was blown away! Her arrangements were so beautiful, and they brought so much color and life to our wedding. We had tons of compliments from guests on our wedding flowers, and we even had a few guests say it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The best value and the most beautiful flowers. We had a concept and very little detail but Sam heard what we were saying and turned it into reality. The flowers were fresh and magnificent. The brides bouquet lasted all day, even thru the heat of D.C. in August where we did wedding pictures on the mall in 95 degree temps prior to the ceremony. The wedding party was a bit wilted but NOT the flowers.

Samantha did an incredible job on the flowers for our June wedding- they were beyond what I could have ever imagined! Everyone who attended or has seen pictures of our flowers have just raved over how beautiful they were and commented that they've never seen flower arrangements like them! Samantha was extremely easy to work with and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know or meet planning a wedding. Her floral designs are top notch while being very reasonably priced and I'm so grateful that a friend recommended her to us!

Samantha was wonderful to work with and provided absolute gorgeous bouquets for our wedding. She came highly recommended by our venue, the Marriott Ranch and she didn't disappoint! She provided suggestions on what flowers to use for the color scheme we were going for, so we really appreciated her expertise! We used tulips and she warned us that tulips can have a mind of their own but they help up beautifully all day. We were really happy with the product and service Samantha provided.

Samantha Greenfield is a floral mastermind! Sam did the flowers for our wedding on July 11, 2015, and they were absolutely beautiful! Every vision I ever had, she brought to life with perfection. Everything turned out even better than I had ever imagined. The first time I met with Sam, I knew right off the bat she was the perfect choice. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, an she truly has a passion for what she does. Her knowledge and creativity are incredible. She is so personable and works so hard to understand your vision and make it a reality. Sam is extremely prompt in her work and communication. She is also very understanding and accommodating, and really gives you the best value you will find. She cares so much about making her bride's happy and refuses to produce anything less than perfect. She truly values the opinions of her customers an goes above and beyond to assure you part ways with nothing but a smile on your face! Samantha Greenfield is simply an exceptional florist and designer. Whether you know your flowers or simply know you need flowers for a wedding, she will create the most perfect displays. I looked at many of her samples and she can work with any vision. I knew I didn't want ostentatious flowers, but had a general color scheme. She was able to offer suggestions, sketches, and a color palette for me to view before committing to designs. When I saw my flowers the day of, I was beyond thrilled. I was reluctant to spend money on flowers because they "die" so quickly, but all of my advisors (wedding planner, mother, members of the wedding party) encouraged me to make the investment. Samantha worked within my budget and transformed my reception venue into a magical place. We received so many compliments, and numerous guests asked how to find her for their personal use. I heard so many people say it was the prettiest floral arranging they'd ever seen. I can't say enough good things about Samantha and her work. If I have a need for flowers in the future, Samantha will be my go-to. You can't go wrong with her.

Samantha was amazing! She always returned my calls or emails quickly and was willing to answer all of my questions. She was able to incorporate some special "extras" into my bouquet, butterflies and my Granddaddy 's dog tags. The arrangements were gorgeous, she was Able to give me exactly what I asked for.

We loved our experience of working with Samantha. Coming from out of town, we had no idea who would be best to work with. We found Samantha on WeddingWire and set up a meeting with her on one our visits to the area. We instantly got a great vibe from her and felt like she really listened to what our vision was. We communicated a lot through Pinterest boards - showing ideas of what we liked and Samantha responding with ideas that built on that. We found Samantha to be really responsive and in tune with what we were trying to achieve. The day of the wedding, I was amazed when I saw the flowers. They were beautiful and bountiful, and exactly what we had in mind. Thank you Samantha for making our wedding so beautiful and elegant!

Samantha Greenfield is a talented, visionary, and down to earth floral artist. She deftly worked within our limited budget to create stunning bouquets and boutonnierres for our bridal party and elegant centerpieces for our tables. She also went above and beyond by decorating our wedding cake with edible flowers and providing delicately designed baskets for our flower girl. We received so many compliments on her floral designs; her work truly transformed our wedding to another level. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Working with Samantha was amazing- from start to finish. She was so easy to work with- honest, prompt and responsive, and very clearly talented with great artistic vision and style-sense- she gave me invaluable advice to help me pull off the floral aesthetic I had in mind for my wedding but had trouble articulating. She was able to identify exactly what I was looking for and simply removed any stress I had about decor/flowers. On the day of the wedding, she arrived on time and presented me with the most beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements I had ever seen- was completely blown about by how gorgeous the flowers she designed turned out. My family and friends couldn't stop talking about the flowers, and it was really all we needed as far as decor goes- the flowers were such a statement. She even helped me fasten my grandmother's pearls to my bouquet in a elegant way and stayed to help with set up of all flowers/decor and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I couldn't be happier that I worked with Samantha for my wedding!! If you decide to work with her, my advice is that you show her what you like and share your vision and then just let her run with it- she came up with ideas and details that were beyond what I asked for and added a level of detail and beauty that I couldn't have imagined on my own.

Samantha is a fairytale maker. She worked magic at my wedding. She worked with my crazy wild ideas of a million flowers and colors to create breathtaking bouquets, centerpieces and floral decorations everywhere. She even last minute built a rustic arch from branches and flowers. Even though it threatened rain and even did sprinkle on the wedding day, she installed the arch and artful floral decorations outside all over our wedding site. She was kind, efficient, thoughtful and so creative. She has just the right balance of great listening and creative input. The only negative thing was that the day after the wedding it broke my heart to have so many gorgeous leftover flowers. We had to fly out that same day so we couldn't take them with us. Brides-to-be: Plan to find homes for all the flowers after your reception! They're just too pretty to compost.

My budget was quite limited (I had planned on making bouquets from bundles of flowers from Costco) and I didn't think flowers needed to be the focal point of my wedding.

Irises are tricky to work with and as they can be quite finnicky, she went an extra mile for me and made a second set of corsages and boutonnieres for my tiny wedding. Both sets were absolutely lovely. Sam was fun to work with and her artistry speaks for itself. After loving every bouquet and arrangement of hers that I saw, I was so exited to have her do my flowers, and you will be too. I was not doing much in the way of flowers and she helped me within my budget. I'd recommend her to anyone!

We were originally getting our floral arrangements from Martin's; for the simple fact it was cheaper. A family member suggested we look into Samantha Greenfield Designs before we made any final commitments. I am so happy we decided to switch to Samantha. She matched our budget with Martin's and the quality of the art was so much better!
Samantha did a wonderful job helping us create the perfect floral look for our wedding day! Our centerpieces were beautiful and the bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely lovely. I was most pleased with my bridal bouquet. I didn't want to put it down. We had gone back and forth with one or two colors to use for it and I was SO happy that I decided to go with the two colors. Samantha made it look absolutely stunning! Adding the twine and rustic key to it was the perfect touch! Our piano piece added simple decoration to our little country church setting. I highly recommend Samantha to add your special day, not only for the creativity and quality time she puts into her work, but for her prices!

She was great at working within my budget and truly maximized it to the best of her abilities. She understood my vision, but also went out of her way to add unique touches like beautiful brooches and gems on the bouquets, which I loved! The flowers were absolutely lovely, but working with her was even better! She was very flexible, but professional, and you can tell she has a great eye for design. I would recommend her to everyone and would choose her again if I had to do it all over again! The photos on her website don’t lie. Definitely consider working with her for your wedding!

Samantha was fantastic at helping me grow my vision -- especially when I changed my mind multiple times! She had fantastic suggestions and executed perfectly. She was also flexible, as potential bad weather prompted her to set up a day in advance to ensure that we would have the decorations we wanted. The centerpieces turned out beautifully, and were highly complimented.

Samantha brings your floral dreams to reality!
We were fortunate to book Samantha for our 12/12/2020 wedding having seen her designs at my brother's 10/12/2019 wedding. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our big wedding to August 2021, and went back to the drawing boards to plan an intimate wedding, for 12/12, which we just invited our immediate families and MOH/Best Man to. Samantha was more than happy and willing to stick with us throughout our various change of plans and ultimately delivered florals that were more beautiful than we had even imagined! Samantha worked hard to transition all of the florals from our ceremony to our reception space - without our guests even noticing. Samantha brings an artistic angle to her work and professional opinions that are most welcome, resulting in breathtaking bouquets, arrangements, and even installations. We can't wait to work with her again for our big celebration in August.

Sam took broad concepts like springlike, traditional, colorful, fun and combined them to make a stunning artistic vision which was executed beautifully. Staff at Capon Springs Resort said they had never seen the venue look so beautiful. She listened closely to the bride and turned abstract thoughts into reality. And she made it fun!

I was amazed by the quality of the flower arrangements. So many weddings look like they don't have enough flowers for the size of the space. Sam made it look like the room was overflowing with flowers. Everything was beautiful, and I was stunned when I saw the finished project. She really captured the youthful and fun spirit I wanted to convey!

Very unprofessional. Condescending and did not give us what we ordered. She blamed the coordinator and the family.
Very unprofessional. She tried to tell us that the broken arches we ordered were what she gave us . They were not, they were columns. The bouquets were not very fresh, the columns were. She was very condescending when confronted about this, and told me that I was wrong to feel badly about the flowers since it was my daughter's wedding day. She then said it was vendors choice. She said I should be happy because she gave my daughter a discount rate. She then tried to tell me that in the florist world the columns were half arches. She did not tried to make the situation better until she tried to cover her actions by half heartedly offering to fix the arch but by this tone she know I would say no because the majority of the quest were seated. If you hired this unprofessional condescending florist you need to come early for the set up and watch her. It was my mistake that I did not.
