My daughter purchased her beautiful wedding gown from Sales Unlimited and I purchased my MOB there too. From the salesperson, seamstress, and owner, the quality of service was top notch. I would highly recommend this small boutique that gives makes you feel comfortable and special.

Best Bridal Boutique!

Karen and the team at Sales Unlimited were fabulous from start to finish. When I made my first appointment, I was nervous there would not be many dresses because from the outside the store looks small. Boy was I wrong!!! There are a TON of dresses in the shop, it goes back far. There are all different styles, fabrics, prices, and sizes. Really, they have something for everyone. At my first appointment, the sales lady was amazing. She listened to what I wanted in a dress and let me pick dresses. She also picked dresses that fit what I was looking for. She was very accommodating and patient. I was not ready to make my final decision that day and she was not pushy. I ended up coming back a month later, made sure I looked at all the dresses in the shop, and ended up getting the dress I had fallen in love with at the previous appointment. The seamstress at Sales Unlimited is out of this world! Maria does an amazing job, and is meticulous. My dress was beautiful and fit like a glove! Maria also had the idea to make my train an allusion train. It was something I didn't even think about or know was an option. I trusted her judgement and it turned out so unique and breathtaking. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend Sales Unlimited to everyone looking for a dress for their special day!

Sales Unlimited was great! I picked my dress back in August but wasn't loving the fit once it came time to alter it. The dress was very form fitting and I felt that you could see through it in certain angles. The girls worked with me for weeks and even lined my dress to hide my concerns. It looked perfect the day of ! I felt confident and was not at all self-conscious of the way the dress fit. Thanks so much for working with me to get it right! I highly recommend Sales Unlimited for both alterations and dress selection!

If you're lucky enough to have stumbled upon this small shop, please do yourself a big favor and check it out. This is an incredible option for dresses, both in terms of price and tailoring. I fell in love with a specific wedding dress, and was seeking it for the cheapest option possible (every saving counts!), and Sales Unlimited had the best price - they're really fair with costs. Importantly, their seamstress team is ahhhhhmazing! Maria is extremely talented, and truly made the dress custom-made just for me (not super easy, I'm a curvy girl!). Check out the sleeves in my photo to understand their level of skill. The dress style was originally with off-the-shoulder sleeves, but Maria added inches of material to bring them higher and make sure my dress looked exactly as I hoped. So, so happy we found Sales Unlimited.

From the moment that I walked into Sales Unlimited I knew that I was going to walk out having said “Yes to the Dress!” I had gone to several different bridal stores and dreaded being there but when I was able to pick out my own dress at Sales Unlimited I didn’t want to leave! I had first met with Laura who is absolutely amazing! She knew how nervous I was trying on dresses (even though I had tried about a dozen on already) but she made me feel completely comfortable and I didn’t feel any pressure! I had found my dress and before saying yes, Karen had let me schedule another appointment to show my close family just to be absolutely sure with my decision!
I cannot say enough about everyone at Sales Unlimited and how beautiful all of their dresses are! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go there!! I was lucky enough to find not only my dream wedding dress but my bridesmaids and my mom’s dress too!!

I went to Sales Unlimited just 3 days after I got engaged to start wedding dress shopping. Little did I know that when I walked in the door, that the 2nd dress I tried on would be the one for me! My consultant, Kaitlyn, was amazing. She was the one who pulled my perfect dress after I showed her a couple of pictures of what I liked. My dress had a corset back and, even though it took awhile, she was more than happy to lace it up after I asked so I could get the full effect. Even though I knew that was the one for me, I wanted to try on more just in case. We were there for 3 hours and Kaitlyn did not waiver at all. She was so patient and I truly valued her opinion. After I bought my dress, it arrived very quickly (only 3 months later) and the fitting process began. I absolutely loved that I could go for as many fittings as I wanted to make sure it was perfect and it was all included in the $500 alterations package. Knowing that their alterations team is onsite and has been there for many years was very comforting. Maria is a genius and no matter what changes I needed done to the dress, she was able to do it perfectly. I had about a month gap in between two of my last fittings and I had lost 12 pounds during that time. It was a week before my wedding and my dress was too big. Maria and her team worked very hard to make sure it was taken in exactly the way I wanted it and my dress was ready for pick up a few days before the wedding. Karen and Laura are always so welcoming and they really listened to what I wanted. I even bounced hairpiece ideas off of them. They truly have a gift to get to know every bride and really understand their vision. My mom also bought her dress there and she looked absolutely stunning. She too loved her dress shopping experience. I also bought the most amazing veil at their trunk sale and even though I was supposed to take the sample, Karen ordered me a brand new one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!

I had the most wonderful experience trying on AND buying my dress from Sales Unlimited. The entire team working there is amazing! They helped make sure I looked my absolute best on my wedding day! Two days before my wedding, they were able to take my dress in to make sure it fit the best it could for my big day. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Wonderful overall experience!

First off.. can't believe someone on here actually had the nerve to say don't go here, because there were "not enough plus size dresses"... almost every dress I tried on was way to big for me, so they had to clip it in the back so I could get a good idea of what it looked like, (which wasn't a problem) thats how that works.. .. .so there were plenty. so idk what they were talking about. just because you're a bride, doesn't mean the world revolves around you... and they are anything but rude.. the women in there love their jobs, and do anything to help you find the dress of your dreams. and are so so so helpful. Laura helped me the whole time. if a dress was strapless and i wanted to see what it would look like with straps, she got the material to show me. she added belts, and hairpieces, and would sort of "edit" and alter the dresses as i was standing there so i could see what it would look like if i chose the dress. I think i tried on about 10, and ended up getting a gorgeous Allure Bridal gown. it was perfect. the next week I went back to just try it on and show my dad and start looking more closely at veils. The seamstresses are amazing and can do absolutely anything. I never realized, if you have a great seamstress, you can basically customize a wedding gown any way you'd like. I am so glad that this was the first and only place I went to. I had known about it because they were the shop I got both of my prom gowns from. and it turns out many of my friends got their wedding gowns there too. They will always be much more reasonable than anyone else around. it's a small shop, but don't be fooled. they have TONS of gowns, and they will work with you until you find what you're looking for. i absolutely recommend Sales Unlimited.

Sales Unlimited is THE place to buy your wedding dress. Not only do they have beautiful gowns, they are reasonable. The employees really take their time with you and make you feel like a million bucks!! Great place to go!!

Sales Unlimited was the first and only dress shop I went to. When I first went in I was overwhelmed with dresses because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The women there pulled some dresses and I tried them on and liked a good amount of them but they weren't really the one. I was about to leave and then Karen pulled one more dress that I probably never would have tried on if I saw it on the rack, but it was the dress I ended up going with. I loved it! After that they were all very helpful with making sure it was done how I wanted it. They added straps and also found bridesmaids dresses that complimented all the girls and my dress. They were very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. All the alterations are done right there so I didn't have to wait long in between fittings. They were great!

Sales Unlimited was a great find -- so much better than the super "chic" boutiques around me (of which more than one went bankrupt and closed down, leaving brides stranded without dresses). I knew Karen had been in business since the 1980s, so I felt very comfortable ordering my dress with her. During my first appointment, I was allowed to pull whatever dresses I liked, and I found and purchased my dress that day. My mother also found her gown there as well. All of the salesladies were incredibly professional and helpful (and honest). I was a little concerned when my dress came in because it was too big, but Maria, the seamstress there, is absolutely incredible and did a fabulous job. For brides, they charge one set rate for alterations - which is a great savings over many other shops. My mother's alterations were included in the price of the gown, so they ordered her one size up and then fitted it to her perfectly. Karen also made me my veil - a birdcage in two pieces so I could take the veil part off, but still have a sparkly clip in my hair. It was totally unique and gorgeous. Sales Unlimited is a wonderful little shop, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special occasion dress.

Saying yes to my dress, 7 bridesmaids gowns, 2 mother of the bride gowns and my flower girl dress came so easy here. From the moment I stepped in sales unlimited I felt incredibly welcome, warm and fuzzy like I had known them forever! Karen, Toni and Audra always made me feel special. I was so fortunate to have a one dress try on and have my "moment". They were able to get me in a small sample size and I knew even in a gown too small it was mine. My gown was ordered in the size I was prior to losing 50+ pounds and they altered my gown to fit me like a glove. I've never in my whole life felt the way I did when I was in my wedding gown and I owe it all to Sales Unlimited! My whole bridal party looked gorgeous and elegant and everyone got tons of compliments! I've recently taken my gown to Sales Unlimited for preservation and cannot wait to pick it up!!! Sales Unlimited was the best part of the planning process for me. Karen and all of the staff are so friendly and very talented! They are very reasonably priced and the results you receive are incredible! I had such a fun time going back for all of my fittings and I had such mixed emotions when it was all over. Karen and her crew at Sales Unlimited are truly amazing. They are patient and will work with you for as long as it takes for you to find the perfect dress. I got my bridal gown there, my bridesmaids dresses and my mother and grandmother purchased their gowns from the shop as well. The alterations came out wonderful and they will do any request for your dress no matter how big or small. Since my wedding was only 3 weeks after hurricane Sandy, the dresses had to be finalized during that 3 week time frame and despite the fact that the shop didn't have power for almost 2 weeks, Karen and her seamstress still got the job done, even in the cold and the dark! If you want a quality gown, alterations and service, go to Sales Unlimited!

Karen and crew at Sales Unlimited is fantastic. From the moment I put my dress on and chose it as the one- they were right by my side. I went for numerous fittings due to some exercising and dieting :) and they made my dress absolutely perfect. I also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from there- absolutely beautiful. We couldn't find what I had exactly wanted in a short dress so Karen suggested and long dress and cut it- we did and the girls loved it. They made myself and my girls feel like gold every time we were there. I would recommend them to anybody getting married. The ladies at Sales Unlimited were a pleasure to work with. We went there to try on dresses, myself and a few ladies, I was open minded to try on anything and the woman helping me said that was the reason I was able to find 'my dress', it wasn't a dress I would normally have picked out but it was amazing and they were just as excited as I was. We purchased my wedding gown, my rehearsal dinner dress, the mother of the bride dress,and the bridesmaid and flower girl's dresses from Sales Unlimited. Karen (the owner) is excellent! She has the patience of a saint. She and her staff are very nice and her seamstresses are so talented. My dress fit like a glove. Karen even added extra embellishments to both my gown and my veil to make them absolutely perfect. I am having Karen preseve my wedding gown. I am also trying to find formal events to attend so that I can purchase another dress from her!

My wedding gown, headpiece and jewelry were all purchased from Sales Unlimited. They have a fabulous selection that's just enough and doesn't overwhelm you. The biggest plus to this bridal salon is that all of their alterations are done on the premises and are included in the price of the gown! It doesn't cost an extra cent to get your gown altered or pressed. Their seamstress did a beautiful job and made my gown fit like it was molded to my body. I have nothing but great things to say about this salon!

Karen was very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. She would try to go out of her way and help you find what you are looking for. She has a large selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and also you can reserve suits from her catalogs. We used Sales Unlimited for everything and Karen and the girls took good care of the whole bridal party. Also I have to mention Karen would work with the price little bit and I think her prices were reasonable and dresses had nice quality.The place is busy so sometimes it was hard to get the appointment you wanted but it wasn't to bad. Thank you Karen for taking care of us and making our day memorable.

Sales unlimited was a life savor when I had an appt at a different salon that was closing and as I am not currently living in NJ I was worried I wouldn't get an appt anywhere while I was home visiting. Thankfully they had an open day and had me schedule then so I could have as much time and attention as I needed since I was on a time limit. I found the perfect dress in just a few hours and it was one of their private collection! So glad I went there or I wouldn't have found that dress! Because it was their collection it was the PERFECT price at under $1000 with alterations. I asked if they could alter it with embellishments and they showed me all sorts of ways until it was perfect. They are extremely helpful and professional and any of my friends looking for dresses I have told them about sales unlimited and my wonderful experience. I have my first fitting this week and cannot wait to see my dress again!

Loved my dress. They have a great selection here. PLUS - they are willing to fit you over and over and over again until the dress fits perfectly. DEF makes you feel good as the bride to know that as you lose/gain weight along the way your dress will fit perfectly. They will fit you in for a fitting no matter what! and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

I bought my dress at David's Bridal, but didn't want to get the alterations there. I found an independent seamstress for my alterations and long story short, it was a disaster, almost didn't get my dress back form her. With only 3 months left until the wedding, I went to Sales Unlimited and they were wonderful. They did a perfect job on my alterations and were extremely flexible and understanding. I wish I would have gone there for my dress initially. The alterations are free if you buy the dress there. I am now in my future sister-in-law's wedding and I will be getting my dress altered there again. I highly recommend this shop. The owner Karen is a wonderful person as well as the staff!

This was the first place I looked and found the dress that was the one. The staff was very helpful in the process. They were also very flexible with the alterations. I had lived in NJ, but moved to Long Island so I was only available on weekends for alterations and they were very helpful in getting my appointments in. I ended up buying a floor sample and the alterations came out great.

My mom had also purchased her dress here for my wedding and they were helpful with her process since she started looking a little late. However, she had a mishap when one of the staff opened the dressing room door when she wasn't quite ready yet! My mom did get a discount though since I bought my dress there as well.

Our dresses fit perfectly on my wedding day and we were both very happy with Sales Unlimited.

The price of my dress was very reasonable and I love that ALL alterations are included in the price - even the bustle. The saleswomen were very helpful when I was selecting my dress and Karen was great with the alterations. They send you coupons once you visit for discounts off your headpiece, gown and bridesmaid dresses.

The sales associates, seamstresses and owner are all wonderful. They are attentive to detail and made sure my gown was exactly what I wanted in fit and style. The alterations were included in the price which was great. My mother, my mother-in-law and a friend of the family got their dresses for the wedding there as well. My shoes, comb, gown, earrings and veil were all bought there too!

I purchased my Allure wedding gown at Sales Unlimited for my wedding this past October. Karen and all of the ladies in the shop were very helpful and made the process of choosing a gown easy! Sales Unlimited had a great selection of dresses and made finding my bridesmaids dresses a piece of cake. With a large 8 person party they were able to get all the girls in the style i was looking for, measured and had time for me to try veils and accessories and my mom a few dresses in an hour. I purchased my wedding dress from this company. I like the women; very professional and kindhearted. The actual layout of the company isn't good by any means. I was in the middle of trying on dresses with my family when another bride came in to be fitted. I sat and waited, in the middle of my appointment, in a dress, for her to finish and I can begin again showing my family the dress. The dressing rooms are a little small and only one person can fit. They have a pretty good variety of Sottero and Allure dresses. Other than this tiny snafu my experience was 4 out of 5 stars.

This little shop down south Jersey was great to work with as they were able to order anything you saw online or at another shop as long as they had a relationship with the designer which I did for my bridesmaid dresses. They gave large discounts off the rack for my mother-in-law's dress. They were able to order my wedding dress fast and were not feeling pressed for time, in fact they prefer you get your fittings done as close to your big day as possible so the gowns fit perfect. I was nervous about their lax attitude but it was clear that they have been doing this for a LONG time and they come through just as they promise! Thank you Karen!!

I went here for my wedding dress based off a friend's recommendation. The shop is nothing to look twice at -- it certainly doesn't feel "bridal" inside. However, they have a nice selection of dresses and the dress I ended up getting was one I don't think many people have seen or that can be found easily. I was fairly pleased with the service I got from the girls and my dress came in a lot quicker than they told me it would. They ended up doing a great job fitting it perfectly and doing the hem just right. Look past the interior when you go in here and find yourself the perfect dress! Oh, and their prices are pretty good too. They offer discounts throughout the year and their alteration price (they do in-house alterations, such a headache saver) is all inclusive and doesn't increase if there's more work to be done. While the work done by Sales Unlimited is amazing, the staff there does need to be more mindful of their customers' time. The alterations completed were fabulous, however I had to go for half a dozen fittings before my dress was finally ready. From what I have been told by other brides, this experience is pretty typical of this business. I appreciate that they wanted my dress to be just right, however it isn't really convenient for busy working brides to have to make so many trips. Especially not when they live over an hour away.

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from sales unlimited...the dresses were beautiful, however when we went for our appointment we were treated poorly...ignored for a while because they were "busy" honesty I feel they overbooked appointments they are not a very big store and should schedule appointments much better. Also they altered the girls dresses and ruined one of my bm dresses. Even though I loved my dresses, I would only recommend them if you don't plan on getting alterations with them

I had no actual complaints about sales unlimited. Everyone there was very nice and made me feel at home but I do feel like they were a little off sometimes. My dress was beautiful but it did take about 7 or 8 months to come in. I know this is not there fault it is the dress maker. Overall I had a "good" experience and would recommend more for maybe special occasion or bridesmaid. All of our dressed came in correctly!

Sales Unlimited was an amazing experience, the saleswomen there, Flo was so helpful! She helped me cut 5 dresses out of my selection that I needed help with. The dress was absolutely amazing; I loved how it fit and everything. The only complaint I had was how they did the final fitting appointments. There are a few workers there that are pushy and rude at times. I kept my composure and went on with it. My wedding was a Friday and when I went for my final fitting on Tuesday nothing was done to the dress, so of course I was panicking a bit. My dress was not ready until Thursday afternoon instead of Wednesday. Which was one more thing I had to do on Thursday before the wedding, it was then I was getting very stressed! My girlfriend went there for her fitting appointment of a dress she ordered off line and was treated totally rude, I think it was because she hadn’t purchased the dress there, but none the less, she shouldn’t have been treated like that especially since I recommended them. Unfortunately with how she was treated I do not think I will recommend them.

Made me verrrryy nervous not to have my dress until two days before the wedding. When I went to pick it up the Wednesday before it was wrinkly and they were ready to send it home that way. I think it was a little big and made me look a bit bulky. Other than that they were very friendly, my dress for the most part was beautiful. Don't know if I would recommend them though.

I found a dress I loved. But by the time they finished the alterations it was,the most uncomfortable dress I have ever worn. The sash was suppose to be a waist. It was under my breast. When I had it cleaned even the cleaners showed me how crooked it was angled. The entire was frayed from cutting. My breasts looked overly huge. Everytime i think ofor that I cringe. I don't even wany to look at the pictures as I feel my breasts were the overwhelming feature of the dress and took alot away from the beauty. Plus they were insisting I wear a strapless bra. Not possible. I would never go there again nor would I recommend anyone. Very expensive for the inferior alterations. Sash was suppose to be at waist and was directly under bust. Very tight too. So sorry I didn't go to Macy's or Boscov.

On 2/1/2018 I ordered a dress, size 4 from them my daughter's wedding on 5/31. The cost was $654.50 plus alterations. The dress didn't come in until 5/2, when it was too late to do anything but take it (it was readily available online when I placed the order, but I wanted to support a local business). The dress was huge and had obviously been altered by hand already. The manufacturer's tag had been removed and a replacement tag listing size "6" was hand sewn in. Also, the manufacturer's large paper display tag was still on the dress, with "Size 06 USA" written over the original "Size 14 USA". I believe it was the size 14 dress they had as a sample, that I had tried on when ordering. My seamstress told me she would do what she could to make it fit and did the best that could be done, but the cape sleeves were hanging off me, as the design and beads could not be fixed, just the supporting strap beneath. Everyone loved the dress, but all noticed the cape sleeves were sticking up, wide and hanging. In this case, I believe they got rid of the sample (size 14) dress in stock by altering it and altering the tag. In addition to the cost of the dress, the significant alterations cost much more than they would have, had I received the size I ordered. I have no choice but to give them the lowest review score possible.

I do not even know where to begin. First, my dress did not come in until 7 days before I needed it, after ordering it 6 months in advance. The dress was not the size I ordered, and I had a special request- a zipper instead of corset- the dress did not come with it in- we did pay extra to have it. They did it themselves instead! I was looking at flower girl dresses, the owner said she could make it for cheaper, I believed her and she tried to charge us $200 for a flower girl dress. When we asked her about it she claims she never said that it would be cheaper. I ordered my veil through her, she was making that for cheaper as well, and charged us $35 more than we were quoted- and would not back down. Was extremely unhappy with how the situations were handled- they are a rip off- would not recommend this place at all!

Disaster! The only stress I had with planning my wedding was at this dress shop. They got appointments wrong, they overcharged my bridesmaids, the lost my veil, the made us go to unnecessary fitting appointments and once we had the gowns they were either not hemmed or too big in the bodice area. They were rude to us, they dyed the shoes the wrong color and seared the flower girls dress when they pressed it, etc (but I don’t want to bore you with details). Altogether the worst experience I have ever had. I advise against shopping here. I wish I hadn't, but by the time I realized my error it was too late.

I was very disappointed in Sales Unlimited. When I went for the first appointment in December to choose a dress, I really liked this place. The woman who helped me, Toni, was very knowledgeable and helped me find a dress I absolutely loved. We ordered the dress that day because my mom and I felt confident in the place. A few months later, my mom called to find out when the dress would come in and we were told June13th. I felt that seemed like a long time for a dress to come in, being that any website says the dress would take only 3 months but I tried not to worry about it. On June 10th I called to see if I could make an appointment for my first fitting and I was told, by the owner Karen, that there was no way my dress would come in on or near June 13th. I figured I'd give it a week and call back, which I did and was again told my dress wasn't in and they had no idea when it would be in. About 2 and half weeks after the dress was due in and a little over a month before my wedding I called again and was told by the owner that my dress might be in but it was in a box and she wasn't going to open it for a few days. I was able to make an appointment for my first fitting about 3 weeks after it was promised to be in the store. When I got there for my first fitting, the staff couldn't find the dress, turns out the owner never got to the box, so I got to see them take my dress out of a tiny bag...a big ball of wrinkles. It wasn't exactly how I pictured seeing my dress for the first time, but I guess that's how it is. Next, when I tried on the dress it was at least 2 sizes too big. They kept telling me that I lost weight, though I am a very small person naturally and this is probably the heaviest I've ever been in my life. I was very worried that it was going to be too big and fall down at the wedding, since it was strapless. Then I kept having to go back for fittings because they would tell me they would do things, like put in cups, take it in 2 sizes, do the bustle, bring up the bottom, but each time I would go back only one thing would be done on the long list of things that needed to be done. I live over an hour away so it was a bit inconvenient to have to go back about 6 times. Any time I tried to talk to the owner about my displeasure, she would talk to me like a child, complain about her work load, and would lie to me about previous promises she made. And if my mom would call, the owner would complain to her about me being a bridezilla and tell her that I was lying about working out and trying to lose weight for the wedding...as if my own mother didn't know how thin I normally am! The owner even told me to bring my maid of honor to learn how to put up the bustle at my one appointment. My sister took off from work, drove an hour and a half to come, and the bustle wasn't even done. At that specific appointment, the seamstress just started to pin up the bustle so she could work on it, so it was impossible for it to be done and the owner knew that and still chose to waste my sister's time. But again, it was pointless to even question Karen because she didn't care about how her customers felt. The dress, in the end, looked beautiful (the seamstress does amazing work) and there was only a few flaws, mostly too much material in the hips from being ordered too big to begin with- though I doubt any one but me noticed. This was seriously the only stressful part of my entire wedding planning and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The dress may have looked good, but no one should be treated the way I was treated, especially when I'm buying the most expensive dress of my life.

My sister-in-law and I ordered flower girl dresses for our daughters at Sales Unlimited. The staff was great when we were ordering and led us to believe that the dresses and sashes we were ordering were coming directly from the manufacturer. Instead they made their own sashes and ordered my daughter a dress that was two sizes too small. When we confronted them, they were "trying" to accommodate us, but were rude, lied several times and made us feel uncomfortable. When we finally worked things out and I picked up the dress, no one even helped us try it on, they didn't want to iron it, and just said here you go. No apologies, no custom service, nothing but rudeness!! I will NEVER go back here or recommend them.

After reading the review that samantha gave I feel like she took the words directly out of my mouth! I bought two bridesmaids dresses here and never really noticed it to be a problem until I was the bride. I ordered my dress in August and my dress did not come in until May, almost a whole year later when they told me 6 monthes tops! (which they did not even call me to tell me or send me a letter) after I called the shop frantic about how long it was taking, one of the staff members actually told me my dress was in but she was not allowed to tell me anything and that someone would call me. I waited a week and still no call or letter. finally when I did call the owner told me my dress just came in that day and she mailed me out a letter(which, again another lie, and I never recieved) Im sorry but I think "mailing a letter" to a bride that her dress is in is just not right! One thing that really upset me is I had to call to make my fitting appointments (which were canceled on me mutiple times because the previous alterations were not completed) I feel like me as the bride should be treated a little more special then just "another annoying phone call" They did indeed treat me and all of my 7 bridesmaids like children and lied about alteration appointments. I was there the week of my wedding 3 times for alterations which is ridiculous considering I ordered my dress so far in advance and I didnt change in weight at all. Another thing that really bothered my whole wedding party was that every persons dress was ordered way too big! Mine included! I believe we took my dress from a size 8 to a 2!! I wish I could recommend this place to someone but after the driving back and forth 40 mins each way and the way they treat their customers I will never do that. I can say that there are probably 2 people that work there out of the 7 that I have delt with that are nice but, those 2 people can't make up for the other 5 that treat you with no respect and deliberatly lie to you to try and make themselves look like they are on top of things. I wish this experience out of all of them was the best for me but I can say it was definatley the WORST!

Rude, unprofessional, unapologetic, brazen and nasty are just a few words that come to mind when thinking about my experience with Sales Unlimited. Bridesmaid A needed to have her straps altered. Bridesmaid B needed straps altered, it taken in and a hem. And I was informed this after that they called fat by the employees that were helping them. Now, two weeks before my wedding, we picked up these two out of four dresses. The two girls came and tried them on. Bridesmaid A's dress magically grew fabric and got bigger and Bridesmaid B's dress was loose. Come to find out that the seamstress went ahead and made an unauthorized alteration to both dresses. The straps were supposed to meet at the back of the dress in a V shape. She made it into a U shape. This changed the shape of the dress completely which is why they were both looser. I called the store and told them NOT to alter the other 2 dresses that they still had, and that we were bringing the 2 we had back so they can be fixed properly. I was told "There's no way you can bring those dresses because the seamstress isn't in until Wednesday. And I will make sure that no other alterations would be done." I was given no apology for the unauthorized alterations. We brought the 2 dresses back on Wednesday and then picked them and the other 2 that Saturday. Bridesmaid A and B came to try on their dresses and Bridesmaid A's dress had even MORE material now (how I have no clue) and Bridemaid B's dress was still too big. The straps on the dresses for Bridesmaids C and D were made into the U shape, even after I told them not to touch them and now its one week prior to my wedding. I called AGAIN and again had to come in on Wednesday at which time everyone went together and didn't leave until everything was fixed. Not once did we get an apology from the seamstress or the owner. It was always our fault that the dresses were wrong. There are more negative things I want to say but it won't let me type anymore. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!
