I really appreciated the open and timely communication that we received throughout wedding planning. Jacob, our videographer on our wedding day, worked so well with our photographer and captured our love perfectly. Picking a good team of people to surround you on your wedding day is so important. We had the pleasure of working with Ben as our videographer from Salem on our wedding day. During the initial consult, we spoke with Heather who was very helpful in explaining their options and providing information to find the best fit for our day. On the day of, Ben was very thorough and worked excellently alongside our photographer to help make the process run smoothly. He was accommodating in adjusting locations at the venue and communicated well with us to help get the footage he needed. We are so happy with our final products of the social media teaser, short film, and full day video. Even the raw footage has been fun to look back through and see the candid moments of the day. We are so happy with our choice of Salem Media Productions and would highly recommend them for wedding videography. We had the best experience working with Salem Media! Heather was a pleasure to work with for details/coordinating prior to our wedding. She was quick to respond, detailed and the systems used were very intuitive. Blake was our videographer for our wedding day and he was a blast to work with! He made us both feel very comfortable being filmed. He also did an amazing job capturing our day and putting all key moments into such a special video for us. Our Wedding Video
We had the pleasure of working with Henk through Salem Media on our wedding day. He was so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to capture the moments. The final product further solidified our choice in videography. This was something we chose to add into our wedding last minute and we’re so happy we did. We will forever cherish having our wedding day captured to reflect on for years to come. My husband and I can’t stop raving about how the video turned out. We trusted them to use their creativity and talent to bring everything together and it did not disappoint. The content chosen for specific timing within the song was perfection! Choosing vendors can be intimidating putting trust in strangers for such a meaningful day, but we would 1000x over choose Salem Media again for our wedding!Salem Media Productions LLC's reply:

We absolutely loved working with Salem media! They made the process so easy! The one thing we loved most is the ala cart options they had! We were able to add on extra time, and drone footage into our current package without too much extra cost. I would recommend Salem media to anyone getting married! Hank was our guy! We had the pleasure of working with Salem Media Productions, thanks to a referral from our amazing photographer, Shannon- and we were not disappointed! From the start, Heather and Glen were fantastic with communication and helped us truly feel fully prepared leading up to the big day! On the wedding day itself, we were lucky to have Henk as our lead videographer, and wow, he was amazing! He brought such a positive, fun energy that instantly put us at ease. He knew exactly what shots he needed and when to get them, all while making us laugh and feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. He even helped keep us on schedule, which was a huge relief! By the end of the night, it felt like Henk had been a friend of ours for years- he gave the biggest hug when he left, and honestly, we were sad to see him go. Every interaction we had with him and other members of the team was professional and kind. We were so happy with our highlight film, full length film, and raw footage. The quality of the footage, creative expertise, and end result was everything we wanted and more! -

Right from the start they communicated all the details and options they provided so that we could find what works best for our wedding. I had never seen anyone else mention the SMP team when my husband and I were searching for a wedding videographer and we're so glad we found them! They deserve all the recognition. We communicated with Heather early on and she was incredibly kind and responsive, and pricing was very reasonable. A few weeks before our wedding, Ben was assigned as our videographer and he was great and so professional. You could tell he has an eye for what looks good. We ended up adding some extra time with him so he could spend time with each of us before our first look, and he stayed a bit later to get some more dance floor footage. Absolutely worth it! When we received our videos, they included a short complimentary trailer, and we had one minor change to one of the songs used in our full length film, and they were quick to adjust for us at no additional cost. Our wedding was supposed to be in Sept. 2020 but we postponed to May 2022. Salem Media was there from the beginning of our wedding planning in 2019! Heather and I spoke many times during the planning and postponement process. She was so caring and understanding. We had an open communication with her and told her what we envisioned. Heather gave great advice and recommendations on the video packages to tailor our needs. Months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding Heather was easy to get ahold of and answer any of my questions and calm my nerves. The day of the wedding, the videographer was amazing! He made us and our families feel comfortable and confident. Seeing the final highlight video and main video brought tears to our eyes! Salem Media even incorporated the type of music we wanted too. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Glen and Heather. Glen was our videographer, and he so seamlessly worked throughout our wedding day without ever being "in the way". In fact, I don't even remember seeing him throughout the ceremony and wedding because he skillfully was able to blend in and stay out of guests' ways, but also get the best shots. We received our footage and highlight film way before the due date, and it was so beautifully put together. I would 10/10 recommend Salem Media Productions! -

We are so happy we hired Salem Media Productions to capture our day. We worked with Heather ahead of time to fill out a custom questionnaire so her team knew exactly what special moments and details we wanted captured. Adam was our videographer that day; he was punctual, professional and very go-with-the-flow - always there to capture special moments without directing too much. We got our final videos back within the quoted time and they were truly incredible. I was worried that seeing myself on video would be awkward, but Salem made it so natural. I can’t stop watching and happy crying at all the memories! I am so grateful that I used Salem and now have special memories like our ceremony, speeches, and detail shots of our wedding recorded forever. Salem really customized their craft to what we desired in every single detail. They were sensitive on where we wanted cameras during our ceremony. They captured the day so effortlessly. Glen and Heather were so wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to emails and flexible with whatever I wanted, even it it meant tweaking what their packages normally offer just to fit my needs. Glen worked very well alongside our hired photographer and they didn't get in eachothers way. To be honest, I almost forgot he was there capturing video as he kept his distance and was not imposing at all. Such a great job capturing those moments and making it candid! Would highly recommend.
