Dream Coastal Wedding!
Captain Iris and her crew were absolutely amazing and made sure every detail was taken care of for our special day. This vintage preserved yacht is stunning and makes for a dreamy wedding venue. I highly recommend this venue for someone who is looking for an intimate, unique coast wedding! -

We absolutely loved getting married on a boat! We were looking for an experience that was unique, intimate, special and Sail Selina provided just that. Not only is the Selina II a stunning sail boat but one of our favorite parts was having the captain officiate the ceremony. Captain Iris helped us add a personal and memorable touch. The Captain and crew were also incredibly warm and welcoming to all of our guests, even going as far as providing some seating options by the dock. A thoughtful gesture that made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of right from the start.
The cruise in the Chesapeake Bay after the ceremony was perfect. It gave us a peaceful moment to take it all in and enjoy time just talking and being present with each other before rejoining our guests. The crew were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond with our photographer to help her capture every angle, including being mindful of things like wind affecting the shots. We're so thankful for the care, professionalism, and attention they put into making the day feel effortless and memorable. Truly a perfect experience!

Despite terrible weather, the absolute best day ever
We had been tossing around the idea of a boat wedding for a few months. When we saw the Selina II and how absolutely stunning she is I knew immediately she was for us. We wanted a private and intimate ceremony and that is exactly what we got. Captain Iris gave us the most beautiful ceremony, like she had known us forever. She definitely has a way with words. She and Colin were incredibly flexible and were proactive in coming up with a plan, a back up and even another back up as the weather didn't want to cooperate with us. She watched the radar and offered to go out earlier so we could get off the dock without rain. Captain and crew were so helpful with all of my dress and patient with our family and photographer. If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot say enough good things. Professional, flexible, totally affordable, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a no pressure, intimate, picturesque, unforgettable experience. -

Perfect experience!
This was small, intimate, and perfect for our family. My husband and I got married on Sail Selina ll last weekend with our 4 children aboard. What an incredible memory to share! Cpt Iris was a delight. -

Refreshingly Easy and Unforgettable
Captain Iris was an absolute delight to work with. Not only is she a seasoned Captain, she is timely, responsive, professional and extremely pleasant.
St. Selina is a charming and classy sailboat that provided the ideal setting for our intimate wedding on the water at St. Michael’s Marina.

Perfect Intimate Wedding Setting
We were looking for a small intimate wedding setting. Sail Selina II was perfect for us. Not only is Selina II and the town of St. Michael's beautiful, the captain and crew made the day extra special. We had the most perfect day, very romantic yet casual. We did the 2 hour sail and then had our friends and family waiting for us in the Harbor to celebrate. The ceremony performed onboard was exactly what we were looking for when committing our vows to one another. I would highly recommend Sail Selina II for any couple looking for a romantic, intimate wedding ceremony. Many thanks for making our day special. -

We just got married by Captain Iris this past Sunday :) We were very nervous about how the sail would go, without having a rehearsal dinner or anything ;) but Captain Iris explained the process and it was smooth sailing there on out!! Her matter of fact mannerisms cracked us up as well in the best way, it was so genuine :) The write-up of “our story”, the readings, and entire “under sail” ceremony was perfect!!! The first mate was wonderful also! They worked so well together and the way Captain Iris steered the boat while sailing was a sight! Thank you so much for making this long awaited event better than we even expected! -

We chose the Selina because St Michaels is our favorite lil town on the Eastern Shore. Captain Iris and her crew took care of us and made sure we received everything That the very reasonable price of the wedding package offered. I highly recommend the Selina as a venue for a small wedding group! -

Amazing and Beautiful Wedding Experience
My now husband and I wanted something elegant and beautiful while low stress and very intimate for our special day. St Selina was absolutely perfect. From beginning to end, Captain Iris made it so easy. She was so accommodating from the moment we booked and continued to walk us through the entire process. The 1920 monohull was so unique, beautiful, and romantic for a wedding day. The cake, champagne, and service was top of the line. Finally the setting.... talk about gorgeous. The entire experience was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommended for any special event (anniversary, proposal, wedding, etc). -

My husband and I had a private ceremony aboard the Selina II and it could not have been more perfect! The crew was outstanding and helpful (especially since we had a bit of rain). Everything was beautiful and it was clear that they knew what to do to make the experience memorable. Reverend Bonnie did a perfect job officiating, it was as if she’d known us for years! I would highly recommend if you are considering a small ceremony or elopement! -

I just was not keen on a courthouse wedding for the second time around and happen to come across Sail Selina II while searching for other venues. Selina II was just beautiful, a meticulously maintained 1926 catboat, very comfortable and the weather perfect for a ceremony at sea. What a special day this was for us. Ceremony was magical. Capt. Iris made us both feel at ease with her bubbly personality. First mate Elisabeth was hard working and delightful and also suggested we visit the lighthouse for additional pictures. This was definitely the best day ever!! If you are looking for something special to do for a wedding I highly recommend the Selina II.
