Wedding in November was best ever! Great from start to finish with everything perfect. Read bad reviews from a wedding there and so different from our familys that it makes me wonder what happened. Owners were helpful and detailed all the way planning start to finish. Mom and I did most of planning for sister. They are so sweet and treated us like family all the way through plan to event. My mom said Mrs Julia is angel on this earth. Handicap guests loved it there and were helped with love and care and got around everywhere fine even in wheelchair. Lady on inside very sweet and helped with my dress tear. Road and parking great lighting I was at weddings other places going to car in total dark and no help. These people helped whole wedding with golfcart. They worked and worked to make everyone happy all night with smiles. Whole place sparkling clean, beautiful and well maintain and family said we were so lucky to find this place. I will recommend them to everyone.

More beautiful than pictures can show. It is so peaceful n quiet there. Woods ceremony place is beyond gorgeous. People there treated us like family n friends. This place would be great for any party or wedding.

We loved this place! Everything is perfect here and very different from other places to have your wedding or party. Outside is as beautiful as the inside. That's saying alot.It looks like a magazine cover everywhere here. We didn't want to leave once we were here. Too beautiful. The nicest owners in the world.

Beautiful place with nice owners. I was catering help and looked around and talked to guests they all loved it here. I see alot of weddings and parties and this is my new favorite place. I do recommend this to anyone looking for something different and beautiful.

Happy to review this place. This place was wonderful for the wedding we went to. Everything perfectly beautiful. My daughter now plans to get married here after going to that wedding. The pricing is unbelievable low for what they have there. We plan on using the horses and carriage for her dream wedding day.

Oh WOW is all I can say about this place. I went to a wedding here and it is gorgeous there. I am now wanting to get married there myself.

Wonderful venue with excellant people running it. Beautiful around every corner. The woods are breathtaking and dreamlike for the wedding we went to. We will rememebr this wedding beacause of this place and people owning it. The horses were so popular. Going to come back for carriages rides another time.

Perfect wedding place here for cousin wedding. So beautiful everywhere. People all loved it and asked how she found this place better than other wedding places in the area. My favorite wedding place for sure.

The very best of southern charm and beauty. I was a guest from Michigan and was unbelievably impressed. We all expected hillbilly wedding in Alabama and Loved everything! Normally hate weddings but this one was best ever! Place, people and horses beyond AMAZING

Wish I got married here. Wood place is to die for so beautiful at night. Should rise prices for what you get. Owners sweet and help us when others suppose to left without helping. This place like family but better. More than 5 star

Wonderful wedding here. Long drive from my house in Mississippi and glad I came and saw how beautiful this wedding here was and happy everyone was. I want to come back for weddings and family reunion for my family.

Thank you for making me and my bride so happy. Grooms don't usually care where except what bride wants and they are happy. I'm picky and so is my family so I knew place had to be right place. Looked at so many other places. Hated it. no one felt right until this place. I knew it as soon as we got there. Only place we both loved. Came for meetings with Haley to plan and enjoyed them with Mrs Julia. She got me excited to do it there. Great recommends on other vendors. Great bartender and food truck. Budget friendly when weddings expensive. Savings paid for honeymoon and other bills. Picky family loved it. Even up north family who made fun of Alabama until they got to wedding. Stopped making fun and want to vacation in Alabama now and come give Mrs Julia hugs when they visit and go to beaches. Mr. Gary was so funny. They worked hard to help from first day we met. Our day was better than I thought it would be. I just wanted Haley happy but I was happy too.

5 stars on everything and more. OMG this place was my ultimate dream. Can't believe prices so low. Worth more. Was happy with everything. Love love Mrs. Julia. Guests still say favorite wedding they went to. Wish I done 2 day wedding package instead of 1 to save some stress on my part but that's on me. get the 2 day its cheap and worth it. Going back to ride the new carriages and horses I heard about they have added for our anniversary. Love this place forever.

Sister lost her venue and money from original venue. Found Sago Springs. Wonderful place and people! So beautiful. Made my baby sis so happy to have it there. They keep it so clean and stress free for our family. Decorated like a magazine there. More than 5 stars. Liked it better than first place really. We all did. Cousin wants to marry there too.

I would recommend Sago Springs to anyone who is looking for a rustic outside wedding! This place is beautiful and the price is budget friendly! Julia is the most nicest, selfless, accommodating person I have ever met. She will take care of you and will make sure that your day goes perfectly! Hands down the greatest people and the greatest place!

Can't say enough good about sago springs Manor. Owners fantastic. Helped make our daughters special day even better. Lost our original venue from Hurricane Michael and all of our deposits. Found Sago springs and signed up without touring and loved it even better than our original venue that we paid so much more for. Meant to be. Our family and guests won't stop talking about our wedding there. Don't hesitate to use this venue. We will use them again for sure. Incredible value.

This wedding venue is absolutely beautiful. My new husband and I recently got married here. Julia and her husband are amazing and will work with you away way you need them to. They go above and beyond to make it YOUR day. And the prices are amazing when on a budget. We searched and searched for months for the right place and the right price and nothing beat Sago Springs Manor. Thanks to them my wedding was better than I had imagined.

Mrs. Julia and her husband went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. They were always very polite and kind and never stopped running around helping. They will definitely make sure your special day is everything you dreamed. The grounds are very well maintained and stunningly beautiful. They are always looking for ways to improve it as well. Just before our wedding they put in a new walk way to their beautiful woodland ceremony area and had lights lining the entire area. It was absolutely gorgeous. We could not have picked a better place for our special day. I can't thank Mr. and Mrs. Ficher enough for all of their help. Anyone looking for an outdoor venue please consider this beautiful venue. If the dancing decks and the immaculate house doesn't sell you on the place , I know that the Fichers will.

Not like any venue ever been to. Awesome. Gorgeous. My cousin got so much for what paid. Love this place. Loved being bridesmaid here. Will get married here when engaged. Won’t consider anywhere else even if they rise prices. I want a carriage though too that they have. I’m in love with this venue and owners. Cousin so happy. Most beautiful wedding ever until mine.

No ADA Access. My Mother-in-law, her elder sister, my daughter's future Mother in Law, and at least three other wheelchair bound or mobility limited family members that were either denied access to the home and facilities because of no access ramp on site, and no wheelchair ramps. 3 of them were denied access to sanitary facilities without at least a couple of attendants because there were no ramps for wheelchair or walker access.
