Transforming Our Vision into Reality: A Dream Wedding Realized
From the moment we began working with Hannah Anderson-Ryan, we knew we were in excellent hands. Her full-service planning transformed our wedding at my parents’ property into a breathtaking celebration for over 200 guests. The level of detail she brought to every aspect was nothing short of extraordinary. Hannah handled every challenge with grace and professionalism. Her ability to manage logistics seamlessly was impressive, and she never wavered in the face of our more demanding requests. The ceremony was stunning, set on a dock surrounded by a beautiful pond with 360-degree seating, creating an intimate and unforgettable atmosphere. Our celebration featured a fantastic live band, a fun mechanical bull, and valet services that made the experience even more special. Plus, the RV park for overnight stays added a unique touch that our guests loved! We were so impressed with Hannah’s work that we offered her the opportunity to manage our property as a wedding venue for future clients. Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does. Do yourself a favor & hire Sage Weddings!
If I could give Hannah more than five stars, I would! From the very beginning, she was the calm in the storm, bringing a soothing presence to our wedding planning process. Her kindness and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making us feel supported and at ease throughout the entire journey.
I want to emphasize...Hannah didn’t just meet our expectations—she exceeded them in every way. She was with us every step, offering invaluable advice, creative solutions, and a level of care that made our wedding day truly unforgettable. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that our bridal party, families, and us could relax/enjoy the day- which is exactly what we wanted!
Thanks to Hannah, our wedding was more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined. As soon as we had our first conversation with Hannah we knew we wanted to work with her for our special day—Hannah’s calm yet confident demeanor immediately put us at ease. I was upfront with Hannah that I had a very unique vision for our wedding and wanted to be heavily involved in all the planning and decisions, so Hannah was able to create a custom package for us that met our needs. We had a blank slate wedding, meaning every single fork, chair, cup, bathroom! etc. had to be brought onsite. With SO many moving parts/vendors, our day seriously went off pretty much without a hitch—which we can heavily credit to Hannah. She had our back every step of the way, whether it was negotiating vendor contracts in our favor, immediately finding us post ceremony to bring us a drink, or swooping in at the eleventh hour with a solution when we had a vendor fall through last minute. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Sun Valley area, do not hesitate to hire Hannah! -

We hired Hannah as our wedding planner who helped us from day one all the way up to the wedding day. She did an incredible job finding us amazing vendors to work with and giving us options so we could choose the ones that worked best for us. She really exceeded all my expectations especially when it came to the wedding day. We had a backyard wedding with no tents, and of course the weather decided to pour rain on us for 20 minutes during cocktail hour. Hannah remained calm, helped everyone stay dry while delivering coors lights to my husband and I. After the rain subsided she and her sister were out there drying off all the tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. At this point the band threatened to no longer play at the wedding, and Hannah made sure that they came out and performed for us. I would also like to mention I had no idea this was all going on until the next day. She did an incredible job and we can't thank her enough! -

I wrote another review on The Knot. However, I wanted to share my experiences here as well. Hannah and Sage Weddings deserve all the recognition!
I just wanted to say that Hannah Baker from Sage Weddings was amazing to work with. I recently had my wedding this past May and it was an unforgettable experience. She is truly a master of her craft. If you are on the fence on getting a wedding planner or day-of-planner. If you go with Hannah, you will not regret it.
She made my vision (and Pinterest board) a reality. She has an eye for aesthetic and has the most calming demeaner. At first glance, I knew that she would keep us both grounded on our wedding day. Like most brides, I had a lot of questions and I wasn't sure of what I was doing most of the time. She gave her expertise, answered all of our questions, and eased any anxiety that I had.
The one thing I underestimated is how quickly the wedding progresses. Time goes by so fast and before you realize it, it is cocktail hour, dinner, etc. She was great on letting me know and keeping the wedding on schedule (i.e. working with the DJ to redirect guests to the ceremony area, moving them to the dinner area, gathering everyone for our first dance).
Before the actual wedding day, she was so organized! She coordinated with me regarding the timeline and what my expectations were. She worked with the vendors and communicated with them regarding the timeline.
I truly had no worries on my wedding day and I attribute a lot of that to her. Even going into the wedding day itself, I had little to no anxiety.
One last little tidbit:
One thing I started hearing as I begin planning my wedding is that you and your spouse are the "Guest of Honor", and that we needed to take the time to enjoy the wedding.
I truly believe that if she was not there, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding as much as we did.

From the get go Hannah was wonderful! She brings such a professional, clear, sweet, empathetic and calm energy to the planning process. Even when we had to switch venues 5 months before the wedding she assured us that it was all good and went above and beyond in helping us choose a place that was right for us at such a last minute. We had a crazy vision, not your run of the mill wedding and she just got it. Not a lot of people saw our unique vision but it ended up exactly to a T what we wanted. She is super organized, and really everything we wanted in a wedding planner. We really felt like she had our backs through and through during the entire process! We recommend Sage Weddings wholeheartedly. Thank you Hannah and team for all that you’ve done ❤️ -

Our wedding day would not have been nearly as wonderful without Hannah. Hannah was such a calming presence and major contributor when it came to making the day happen. It was her support and reassurance leading up to the wedding that helped me relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding. Hannah communicated with our vendors and made sure that the logistics were being handled professionally and diligently. She did a fantastic job of making me feel special and prioritized. As a bride, you need Hannah! She managed to transform our venue space to the next level that I wanted. She made sure it was perfect and dream came true. THEN best yet, at the end of the evening she handled the cleaning up portion of the evening ensuring my family and I could leave and enjoy the rest of the evening. Hannah went ABOVE and beyond delivering our cake to our hotel room which we were able to enjoy on our wedding night. Hannah orchestrated so many special details that made the day perfect. Thank you Hannah!!!

To plan a wedding truly consist of time, chaos, visions and execution of ideas. To do all of this in no matter what time frame is most doable with a coordinator. Choosing Hannah, will be the BEST thing you have done.
Not only professionally is she communicative, responsive and efficient. But - personally she is a true sweetheart. You need someone who loves the details, knows the job, does it with kindness and calms you down.
My wedding was a true dream, two years of details I planned and 3 months of Hannah making it all tie together. I could have not imagined a better day without her.

Sage Weddings was an absolute lifesaver in our planning process. Hannah and her team took over to make sure we had all details put together, and thought of things we would have never done! For those of you on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT. It’ll help you so much and we actually got to enjoy our wedding day! If we could get married again, we would hire sage weddings all over again. -

Hiring Hannah as my wedding coordinator was the single biggest regret of my entire wedding. The way she handled my wedding and how she left her team completely unprepared has permanently clouded what should have been one of the happiest days of my life.
From the start, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. Despite a package that included “unlimited communication,” I often waited days or weeks for responses. There was always an excuse, whether it was app issues, email issues, or phone issues, but never any accountability. I should have taken that as a warning sign for what was to come.
On the wedding day, Hannah, who is the owner of the company and the person I had worked with for months, had completely disappeared. She sent someone else who was completely unprepared and unfamiliar with the details that had been thoroughly discussed previously. This would have been fine if the lead that day had been properly briefed, but Hannah failed to provide her with even the most basic information.
It was immediately apparent that her team was overwhelmed and unorganized.
Here are just a few examples:
• Family seating at the ceremony was never announced, leaving the first two rows almost entirely empty in our ceremony photos and videos.
• Tables, décor, and bar layouts were set up incorrectly.
• Some tables did not even have the correct number of seats for guests.
• My parents and groomsmen, in full formalwear, had to physically move furniture and fix the setup themselves because Hannah’s staff couldn’t handle it.
There were also numerous other issues throughout the night:
• Missing glassware: 50 short - rentals were dropped off at 9am and there is no record of her or her team attempting to get the missing glassware to the venue before my wedding started at 4pm
• Incorrect place settings
• Missed timeline items: bouquet toss and speech order - I had to take it upon myself to throw my own bouquet at the very end of the night
• Total disorganization during cleanup: my family had to rinse and pack over 280 dirty rental dishes the next day, which could have easily been prevented with even minimal communication
• Major spelling error on the printed menus: MY HUSBAND’S NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG!
She then had the audacity to blame Staples for the spelling error... A printing company that simply prints what it’s given. Even with proof of her mistake, she still took no accountability and never apologized. Somehow, this was still Staples’ fault? This was incredibly hurtful.
When we brought all of these concerns up afterward, instead of taking ownership, Hannah responded defensively. That response alone showed her true character - dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for her mistakes.
Every single other vendor we hired (photographer, videographer, caterer, DJ, bar, transportation, etc.) delivered a flawless, professional experience. This was the only vendor that failed to do their job, and it had a lasting impact on what should have been a joyful day.
I understand that things happen at weddings, but this went far beyond small mistakes. It was an absolute breakdown in professionalism, organization, and integrity. I would never recommend Hannah or her company to anyone. Save yourself the heartache and hire someone who actually cares about your experience, your family, and your day.
