The Sage Farmhouse is so beautiful and very intimate for any occasion. We had our wedding there and I wouldn't ask a better place. Everything ran so smoothly and the staff are wonderful. The made sure everything was good even when the rain came. We would highly recommend them again.

We had our wedding reception at Sage Farmhouse on August 29, 2020. Everything was amazing. Dana and Kim were exceptional, friendly, professional, and worked quickly with me to put together an amazing reception. Our original venue was closed, so I called many other venues around the area until I came across Sage. We had less than 1 month to put everything together. They have an outside caterer that they work with, who put together a delicious menu and worked together with a local bakery to give us the exact wedding cake I had in mind. If it was not for Sage Farmhouse, who knows what our reception would have been like, or where it would have been. I am so thankful for them and their business, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a unique venue for any party.

We had our wedding at the Sage Farmhouse last month and it was perfect for our small wedding (60 people). The ceremony was outside on the lawn, cocktail hour on the patio, and dinner inside and everything was beautiful (getting a tent for the patio, even if it doesn't rain is highly recommended in the summer, our guests loved having shade outside). Kim and Dana are so responsive and answered every question I had, and Debbie day of making sure everything ran smoothly. We looked at several venues before going to Sage, but we knew it was the one as soon as we walked in - highly recommend!

The sage farmhouse is an amazing venue. We fell in love instantly at it's beautiful, cozy interior and gorgeous little garden area. It is perfect for a party of 30-40, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were very responsive, patient with us as we figured out all our plans, and were more than accommodating to work with our budget and needs on the day! Would absolutely recommend to any small wedding, vow renewal, bridal shower, etc. where you want a simple but beautiful evening, with nature and a lovely house where there is no decor needed, everything is already set up! Thank you Dana and Kim, you guys were the best!!!

I had my wedding here over the weekend (10/7/17) and words can not explain how beautiful this place is.. The pictures give it now justice. The whole night my guest kept saying how different the venue was! There was no need to leave the grounds for pictures because everything about sage is just so pretty! We spend the entire day at Sage. The whole wedding party got dressed at sage, we had the First look, ceremony, reception, EVERYTHING at sage! Dana (event coordinator at sage) and Kim (owner of sage) were just amazing and so helpful.. We didn't feel like we were just renting the space from strangers, But more like from friends just allowing us to use there house for the more important day ever! If you looking for something different from the same old ball room or just a plain old farmhouse, The sage farmhouse is your PLACE it is just a MUST see !! I loved it and so did my guest!! We had the most beautiful rustic farmhouse wedding at your venue!!! The staff was fantastic and it was the most beautiful day of our lives! We definitely made the right choice and it was such a fun, unique, and intimate setting for our wedding! Beautiful place to get married, the owner Kim is a sweetheart & all of the girls who helped me, Dana, Lisa, everyone was so kind. They made the wedding not only beautiful but helped it run so smooth!

My wife and I got married here in September of 2016. We had a little over 50 guests, and we couldn’t have picked a better venue for the size of our wedding. Kim keeps the farmhouse in impeccable shape. It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into the building, and gardens. Both Nora and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure that all questions and/or needs were handled and addressed with expediency and thoroughness. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with everyone at The Sage Farmhouse, it was completely stress free. Everyone was a consummate professional whom remained calm and collective and really made it an unforgettable day.
One moment in particular really stuck out to me. On the day of the wedding, we decided to get family photos taken before the ceremony. So we had (our very large) family get there early. I’ve got 3 nieces and a nephew all under the age or 3. Anybody who knows children of that age, knows that they are almost impossible to sit still. While I was trying to get everyone together, and make sure things were on schedule and in order, I looked over and saw Kim calmly sitting with 3 of the kids, building a fairy garden. In this somewhat whirlwind of a day, Kim took a moment to keep the kids preoccupied and engaged. That’s the type of precious thing you could only get from a venue like the Sage Farmhouse.
I know Nora was an incredible help to my wife on the day of as well. The next day she could not stop giving Nora accolades for her assistance. Unbeknownst to me, she was a life-saver to my wife on the day of.
It goes without saying that the farmhouse and surrounding grounds offer a wide array of picturesque photography, in a family friendly environment. We received an abundance of compliments from our guests regarding the venue and service. If you are considering the Sage Farmhouse for your wedding, I would highly recommend scheduling a visit, and just meeting everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I had an AMAZING experience working with both Melissa, Kim the owner, and their on site staff during the wedding. Melissa was in constant contact with me, walking me through every step of the process. They were more than accommodating to the few visual changes in lighting I wanted to make, and giving me an amazing BBQ caterer recommendation. Everyone was raving about the Sage Farmhouse, saying it was like a whimsical fantasy location/venue. I highly recommend the Sage Farmhouse!

As soon as my wife and I saw Sage Farmhouse we fell in love with the place and knew we wanted to get married there! Before finding Sage we looked at many other venues. But none of them had everything we were looking for; intimate setting/atmosphere, indoor & outdoor areas, rustic, charming, affordable, and beautiful. Sage checked all those boxes and more. The staff & owner were extremely nice and very accommodating. Even when the weather did not cooperate with our plan of getting married outside Sage helped us move and coordinate the switch from outside to inside without a hitch. They even made sure the AC was turned on early for me (I get very hot, very easily). We can’t say enough good things about Sage Farmhouse. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much the loved it as much we did/do. It was the perfect setting for our perfect wedding! We would recommend Sage Farmhouse to anyone in an instant! Thank you for helping make our wedding a day we will never forget!

Sage Farmhouse provided the perfect backdrop and venue for our small wedding in August. The space, both inside and outside, is absolutely beautiful. From our first tour of the space in November until our wedding in August, everyone we worked with at the Farmhouse was wonderful. We worked most frequently with Melissa, the event coordinator, who was always helpful and responsive with our questions during the planning process.

When it unexpectedly rained on our wedding day, we decided to move our ceremony and dinner from outside to inside and we were so happy that we did. Many of our guests commented about what a beautiful venue it was, and how intimate it felt in the farmhouse. While the space is not huge, it was large enough for our 60 guests to have dinner inside. It is a unique venue that allows couples to really make the space their own, while using the backdrop of a gorgeous antique farmhouse.

We had been looking for a venue that we could customize and we found it in Sage Farmhouse. We were also happy to choose our own vendors from an approved list instead of being forced into using one specific vendor required by the venue. We loved each of the vendors we chose, most of whom were recommended by the owners of Sage Farmhouse. We would highly recommend anyone looking for an intimate venue with beautiful details inside and out to take a look at Sage.

I just had a pre-wedding event at Sage Farmhouse. Kim the owner is FANTASTIC!!!! She is so sweet and interested in making your day special. Everyone there was so flexible and kind and friendly. They were laid back and responded to my every request with grace. I'm SO happy to have found this place and cannot wait to host another event there!!

If you want a unique, classy and fun venue that is run by true hospitality professionals, I cannot recommend Sage Farmhouse highly enough as a wedding venue!! It's small enough to keep things personal, unique enough to be remembered, the colors and outdoor foliage make for great pictures and the entire staff was awesome. I was not the type of bride who spent her entire life planning her wedding, but I certainly knew what I wanted--a venue with a personality, one that reflected the style and personality of both me and my groom. No stuffy, run-of-the-mill ballroom affair for this bride and groom! Sage MORE than delivered. Beth- the onsite coordinator - was AWESOME. She was so "take charge," and went above and beyond the call of duty. She pulled everything off just fabulously and was very attentive to me and my guest. She picked up the slack when other vendors fell off and I can’t say how grateful I am that she was there to pull us through this event. The venue is like no other. We received tons of guest compliments. I am SO HAPPY that we had our reception here. Highly recommended!

The only idea I would suggest would be for Sage to have more seasonal decorating inside and out. The mantels, and bathroom had sea shells which did not fit into a fall theme. Maybe a 4 season plan of some kind would be fitting.

A bad weather forescast had us moving my daughter's backyard wedding two days before the event. The staff at the Sage Farmhouse were wonderful and helped me get everything together. Luckly the weather cleared in the afternoon and we were able to enjoy this beautiful venue and it's grounds. Beautiful pictures were captured in the courtyard. The candlelit rooms were so beautiful.

I had my daughter's engagement party here. It was fabulous. The facility is very unique with alot of character and charm. Intimate setting. Staff was more than accomodating. The guests were so impressed they are now booking their events there. The couple loved it so much, that they're having their rehearsal dinner there.

I had my daughter's 1st Birthday Party at Sage Farm House with Makin Music. The party turned out to be a huge success and I owe a lot of the credit to Lisa, Alex and Alana (my party helpers). They did an absolutely wonderful job helping me and making sure the process went smoothly, which allowed me time to actually sit and enjoy the party as well. Sandi, from Makin Music also did a wonderful job getting the adults to interact with the songs and instruments which made the party a little more special.
Sage Farm House is absolutely beautiful and received so many compliments from my friends and family. It gave the party a nice warm and cozy feeling. I am looking forward to another event in my life that I can host a party again at Sage Farmhouse.

I hosted a bridal shower for about 40 people at The Sage Farmhouse. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. They provided me with a day-of coordinator who made everything run smoothly once we were there.

When planning it was hard to find a venue that allowed us to bring our own vendors, but was affordable and beautiful. The Sage Farmhouse was the PERFECT solution for our event.

Amazing venue!! This was the absolute perfect spot for us. We were looking for something a little different than a standard country club and something that felt a little more comfortable, laid-back and relaxed. I am so glad we stumbled upon The Sage Farmhouse because we had our perfect day here. Kim, Dana, Debbie and everyone who assisted us was wonderful, sweet and efficient. They were very flexible in helping us use the space exactly as it suited us, and we also loved their choice of caterers (we went with Cricket). If you're looking for a fun, cozy, indoor/outdoor space for your wedding or event, this place is perfect!

The Sage Farmhouse was a perfect venue for our small (40 guest) wedding. Sage is an 18-th century building and property with plenty of character. We held our ceremony outside in an intimate courtyard area, and held the reception--a buffet brunch--inside. Michele--our on-site, day-of-wedding coordinator--worked tirelessly to help everything run smoothly. By this I mean she assisted the caterers, florist, and table/chair/linen provider so we did not have to be worried about last-minute details on our special day. And, Michele must have asked me at least five times if I needed anything. What bride wouldn't be comforted by that?

I would consider using this venue again for any small party or celebration.

The representatives of the Sage Farmhouse were extremely accomodating. The venue is just awesome.

I had an outdoor wedding at the Sage Farmhouse in June of 2007 with ~125 guests. The site looked beautiful. There was a stage in the one corner of the yard with the brick courtyard around the fountain serving as a dance floor, which was fantastic. We had a buffet, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. They set up a "kids area" a little farther up on the hill and had a kids table with a lot of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. There were two bars set up, one inside and one outside. They were very easy to work with. It really was a perfect wedding.

The Sage farm house is a lovely and quaint space to host a special event. We recently had my sons wedding there and it was perfect. The indoor and outdoor space is has just the right decorating touches to make it charming and elegant at the same time. The facility is beautiful maintained and the garden area offers unique treasures wherever you wonder. Great for a wedding in that they have available two dressing areas for the bridal party and the groomsmen. Staff was available on sight during the event for any needs or concerns. It is a special and unique venue I highly recommend it.
