  Incredible

  WOW is all I think of when reflecting on our whole experience with Ryan Greenleaf. When we got engaged, we knew an amazing photographer was non-negotiable. We spent lots of time researching and searching for a great photography fit. We were drawn to Ryan’s artistic style, and those genuine, natural smiles he gets out of people.
  
  Every step of the way Ryan was kind, professional, and passionate. We were nervous for our engagement shoot, but Ryan just has a special way of making you feel at ease, comfortable, and beautiful. He was more than willing to come out to our private family property and pick out the best locations. He truly has an eye for breathtaking photos, and will do anything for THE shot.
  
  My jaw actually HIT THE FLOOR when I saw our wedding pictures. Like I did not know what to do with myself!!!!!! He outdid himself with these photos. Every single one is incredible, natural, and gorgeous. COUNTLESS people commented on and told us how amazing our photographer was! “That photographer is awesome!” “He captured the start of your lives together so beautifully!” “He took wonderful photos, and was so unobtrusive!”
  
  Ryan is not only insanely talented and will get you fierce wedding pictures, but he is also just a wonderful person and friend. He is hilarious, thoughtful and joyful to be around. We appreciate and value Ryan and his photography SO much. Thank you for everything Ryan! We cannot recommend him enough. One million stars!

  Literally the best photographer EVER.

  So first, I have to say that I am a wedding photographer, but when my sister was getting married I wanted to relax and enjoy the day, not take photos. We found Ryan on a recommendation from our wedding venue, and I kid you not, he is the BEST photographer we could have chosen. He was so personable with everyone and made something that can sometimes be a chore feel so fun. Everyone was at ease and multiple people asked which of us knew him, because he was so comfortable he seemed like one of the bridal party. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough and will always recommend him to anyone. If you need a wedding photographer, you will not only not regret hiring Ryan, you will thank your lucky stars you got to have such an incredible person photographing your event!!

  Fantastic Wedding Photographer and Human Being

  We could not have been more thrilled to have Ryan photograph our wedding this past weekend. With Ryan, you know you’re going to get photos with great lighting, natural poses and expressions, and beautiful color. What really separates Ryan from other similarly talented photographers is his ability to connect with, comfort, and encourage his clients. He makes you feel at ease and relaxed while working with him and has no issue juggling all of the ‘must-have’ shots or maneuvering around boisterous wedding guests. He has most certainly earned his spot as our lifetime family photographer.

  We could not have been more thrilled to have Ryan photograph our wedding this past weekend.   I've worked with Ryan professionally on corporate conferences and we've become friends through the process. When my husband and I decided to elope, I only thought of Ryan Greenleaf to help us document our day. Ryan traveled to Chicago and was such a pleasure to have with us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and brilliantly creative. We aren't often in front of cameras but we had so much fun that we forgot there was a camera involved. Now we have the most impressive photos documenting our day and we look at them every day, cherishing the process. Thank you Ryan!

  We can't speak more highly of Ryan! He is such a sweetheart and knows how to make a couple feel special. My husband and I had met with a few photographers in person, and with Ryan over Skype after seeing a friends wedding photos, and based on our first impression of him, we knew he would be perfect as our photographer. His love for the outdoors made for a phenomenal woodsy engagement shoot in the Truckee area, and our wedding photos, just WOW! He is energetic and makes being in front of a camera FUN and easy, our wedding party had a blast with him and his assistant Kristen as well! He was helpful with helping us plan a schedule for the day and photo list, we had plenty of time to mingle with our guests during cocktail hour as a result, which meant a lot to us. What really stood out about Ryan is how much he wanted to get to know about us, and he captured it all through his photos. We've been blown away by his talent and hard work, he is hands down the greatest photographer and person, I couldn't recommend him enough.

  It's too bad the scale is out of 5. Ryan deserves a 6. From the outset, everything about how Ryan worked with us was above and beyond excellent. Ryan scheduled an engagement shoot with us that I was initially hesitant about, but the session was awesome. It let us get to know Ryan, and, frankly, each other. It made having our photos taken on the day of so much easier. Ryan's presence at the wedding was unobtrusive, but his shots make clear that he was able to catch angles and moments that were important and fun. He works well with elderly and young family members, boisterous friends, and everyone in between. More than one guest approached me over the evening to say that Ryan was awesome. Finally, Ryan's turnaround is unbeatable. A mere two weeks after our wedding, we had the final images, which were incredible. We have friends who had weddings months before ours who were still waiting when we were flipping through the great. All in all, an amazing experience. It may be a bit corny, but I honestly feel like we made a friend in Ryan. That's rare and awesome. You should first and foremost consider hiring Ryan for any and all events that you'd like to preserve and capture.

  Had a wonderful time with Ryan at our wedding! He was very professional and initiated lots of great pictures. Great to work with and got along with everyone. He even came to the rehearsal dinner. Can not wait to see pictures!

  We hired Ryan for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was at our church, and the reception was in our backyard. Ryan is a delightful professional to work with, and a real artist. Everyone is very impressed with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
