Louisa was amazing. She went above and beyond to send me pictures of the flowers she intended to use in my bouquet. I live out of state so I was unable to meet her in person, but she kept me well informed and worked with me to achieve my dream bouquet! It was ready for pickup on the day and time requested. My husbands boutonniere matched it perfectly! -

Love Luisa at Ruth Chase Flowers in New Milford CT
Luisa is great! She did a wonderful work creating our table centerpiece plus she recreated a magnificent bridal bouquet by bringing together our, my fiancé and my, favorite colors and flowers; White roses painted in Blue, white Calla Lilies and blue Noble Dendrobium were an excellent and graceful choice, not forgetting the gentle and whimsical greenery waterfall at front of the bouquet cascading downwards. The balance and diversity of flowers and colors were fenomenal!
Luisa spent quite the time with my husband to be and myself, devoting her attention to my ideas, my wishes and visions as how I would like my bouquet to look, she wanted to make something which would make us (me ) happy, and she did not disappoint! My fiancé’s lapel match my bouquet exactly as we envisioned. Luisa made our special day extra special by bringing our visions together and we have smiles and memories which will last a lifetime. And by the way, a month later we still have the bouquet and lapel in our fridge, not as fresh as the same day, but we still have them and the white roses still going strong, that’s how fresh all the flowers used for our wedding were…..I added a photo of them as well.
We cannot be thankful enough to Luisa for such an excellent job and for giving such great attention to each detail, thank you, everything was perfect and delivered with care and timely.
My husband and I highly recommend Ruth Chase Flowers, you will not be disappointed. -

A Masterpiece out of Nothing
Louisa was amazing to work with. I didn't really have anything specific and she was able to guide me and make something truly spectacular out of the practically nothing I gave her. I wouldn't have wanted anything other than what she made. On top of that you could clearly see just how much she loved her work and treated each arrangement as the masterpieces they were. -

Louisa has a vast knowledge of flowers, and what works together. She created a breathtaking archway along with beautiful center pieces and bouquets. She delivered and arranged all the flowers. I showed her a few photos on Pinterest and she took care of the rest. I would highly recommend Ruth Chase Flowers. -

The flowers were absolutely perfect & that’s putting it lightly - everything was SO beautiful and I honestly could not be happier! We received so many compliments on the flowers, more than anything else. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and I love staring at them in our professional photos. Luisa is truly very talented and brought my vision to life. 10/10 definitely go to her if you want the best and if you want piece of mind knowing that everything will go without a hitch. Center pieces, everything. Just gorgeous!!! -

You need this florist!
Ruth Chase Flowers went above and beyond to create such breathtaking flowers for my wedding. First off, I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID and even after agreeing on a color/style, Ruth Chase was so great when I called and told them I wanted to change everything after I had to year to think about my colors. I am not good with flowers and know very little about the different types, but all I had to do was describe what I liked and Ruth Chase had an abundance of options. They were so patient and willing to make my flowers perfect. When Ruth Chase and the team came to my venue to drop off my bouquet, I immediately cried. It was so beautiful and better than I ever imagined it to be. She created a smaller gorgeous bouquet for my mother as well. My center pieces were amazing and the outside pavilion they decorated was out of this world. Ruth Chase Flowers made my wedding so beautiful and I can't thank them enough. You must book them for your next wedding or event, I promise you won't be disappointed. -

Beautiful Flowers for a Fall Wedding
Ruth Chase Flowers provided all the flowers for my October wedding, and I was thrilled with the results. Luisa and her team are wonderful. We had a lot of flowers - bouquets, boutonnieres, table centerpieces, memorial table, aisle chairs, and a beautiful spray for our ceremony's grapevine arch. I knew the style of bouquets I wanted (informal with non-traditional fall colored flowers), and with some photo examples I had saved, Luisa helped me put together a beautiful selection of flowers that would be in-season and within my budget. She coordinated everything with the colors and specific flowers from my bridal bouquet, but each floral item was unique and all blended together wonderfully. Because we first met in the spring when several of the flowers I wanted were not in season, I didn't actually see my final flower choices until my wedding day, but I put my trust in Luisa, and she designed everything exactly how I wanted. I was so happy with the results! She is a pleasure to work with, has wonderful ideas, and possesses a real talent for making a bride's vision become reality. -

Luisa was a tremendous help as we worked on a short timeline. Her expertise led to gorgeous arrangements, a stunning bouquet, and even flowers for my sweet dog to be our ring bearer. I simply gave her a few photos of what appealed to me and she made it happen! She exceeded all expectations, and the flowers made our tiny, COVID wedding both beautiful and memorable! Luisa is absolutely fantastic. We came across Ruth Chase while looking for florists in the area for a June wedding. She took my vision and went above and beyond. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and her service was impeccable. She is so flexible, kind, and accommodating. Due to having a COVID wedding, our date was changed three times and she was able to work with us through all of these changes. Ruth Chase Flowers is the best florist and you will not be disappointed using them for any event. -

Better than my vision!
Luisa did an amazing job on my bouquets! She didn’t have months of notice, she had weeks. I sent her what I liked and due to COVID we had to do this through email and phone. To say I was nervous if she would really be able to capture my vision is an understatement. Upon picking them up I was more than pleased! She exceeded my vision and I have NEVER wanted to preserve flowers more than I do with my bouquet! It was stunning! Thank you Luisa -

Loved our wedding bouquets
We absolutely loved your beautiful bouquets from Ruth Chase Flowers on our wedding day. We brought a few back to our home and enjoyed these flowers for an extra week after the wedding. Thanks for packing the bouquets so nicely and delivering them to our wedding venue. -

Quality service, beautiful flowers
Was very happy with my beautiful rose bouquet! They had a beautiful fragrance to them and everyone complimented how gorgeous they looked. My bridesmaids had light pink hydrangeas and they were so pretty! Louisa was very helpful and a pleasure to work with :). -

Beautiful flowers and Exceptional service
Just a quick note and a huge “Thank You” for the most beautiful wedding bouquet, boutineer, and arbor swag!! I had totally forgot to order my flowers and ended up calling the day before my wedding. Without hesitation, Luisa got on the phone and assured me she could definitely get everything done. She asked that I email her a couple pictures of what I like. I went on Pinterest right away, found a couple bouquet pictures and forwarded them over for review. You saved the day Luisa....you went above and beyond those pictures and made the most perfect, absolutely beautiful bouquet! The swag was beautiful as well, it made the arbor look amazing! Thank you again for your exceptional service!!
