It is honestly difficult to put into words how wonderful our experience with the Rusty Rail was. My husband and I met when we were attending college near by and used to go to the Rail for dinner on occasion. I would always comment on how beautiful it was and how it would be a great venue. When my husband proposed at homecoming a few years later, he surprised me with a venue tour the very next day. From our very first experience with Roxanne, Elyssa, and seeing the space, we knew no where else would compare. Over the next year, Elyssa walked us through every step of the process and made sure every question we had was answered and our minds were at ease. She made sure to accommodate every special request and kept us focused and on track. The entire experience was simply wonderful. The Rusty Rail really does take care of everything. On the day of our wedding, we could really focus on our day and were not worried about any of the logistics because they were totally taken care of. We were married in January and a snow storm in the evening lead to some hazardous road conditions and the public bar at the Rusty Rail closed early. Elyssa took the initiative to work with our DJ and bus company to ensure that we could maximize our reception, make sure our guests made it home safely, and were refunded for any lost time, all before we were even notified that there was a problem. Everything about our experience with the Rusty Rail event staff went above and beyond our expectations and I really could not recommenced them more highly. -

The Rusty Rail went above and beyond to create the wedding of our wildest dreams! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and we got so many compliments from our guests on the efficiency of service and quality of food. Amanda, Roxanne, and the entire staff were so kind, helpful, organized, and responsive to our questions. They skillfully decorated the entire venue and thought of every single detail. Our bridal party also loved staying in the on-site suites and getting ready at the venue! We simple had the best day! -

We are absolutely in love with the Rusty Rail from top to bottom!! From the moment we first walked in, there was no other venue that could compare. We booked this venue in 2019, scheduled our wedding for 2020, got postponed due to COVID, and then finally had our wedding in 2021. Not to mention, we lived in a completely different state over a thousand miles away. Through it all, the RR team were our wedding-saving angels. They were so accommodating of our date change and the various other non-traditional aspects of our wedding. Chelsea and Roxanne were with us every step of the way and made our day absolute MAGIC. They truly do it all. Chelsea went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could need for two brides and two bridal parties, which we truly appreciate beyond words. We dropped off our decorations a few days before the wedding, and their team did everything beyond our wildest dreams. Chelsea and Roxanne were with us all night for everything we could need, and calmed all of our nerves. They helped make it the best night of our lives. Plus, all of the food is prepared in house, so no need to find catering! The bar staff took our signature drink ideas and made them perfectly, and of course the beer is incredible. The upstairs suites are BEAUTIFUL, were the perfect place to get ready, and it was amazing to be able to just take the elevator upstairs at the end of the night. There are so many cute and clever spots for photos getting ready, first looks, and everything else. We will never have enough good things to say about the Rusty Rail and the wedding team there. We can't wait to keep coming back for years to come. If you are thinking about taking a look at this place, absolutely go for it! -

Chelsea and the rest of the Rusty Rail crew helped to transform their already beautiful venue in to the warm, cozy, and romantic winter wonderland I dreamed of. They worked with us to customize every detail of our wedding weekend. Our food was delicious and the suites on site to stay in are beautiful. -

I cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at the Rusty Rail! Chelsea and Roxanne did everything they could to make sure our day went perfectly and smoothly. They take the time to understand every little detail that you give them in order to make your wedding even more than you expected. Over the course of the year leading up to the wedding, they made sure to check in consistently and update as needed. They made the idea of planning a wedding fun and easy rather than being a daunting task. They took my vision for our reception and made it ten times more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned it. We will always be grateful to them for all that they did for us and our best day ever! -

Best Decision Ever
I wish there were more stars that we could select to rate The Rusty Rail even higher; They truly were the best ever! Everyone on staff was professional, organized, and easy to work with, especially the wedding coordinator, Elyssa. She was quick to respond and made sure everything was discussed ahead of time and in place the day of so we as the bride and groom along with our families could truly enjoy the day. Without her and the rest of the Rusty Rail staff, our New Years Eve wedding wouldn’t have been possible. It was all booked, planned, and executed in less then 6 months even while the bride was finishing up graduate school. If you are looking for your dream wedding day without any stress the day of, don’t hesitate any longer and book it at the Rusty Rail - you won’t regret it one bit! -

From the moment we saw "The Rail" we knew this is where we wanted our wedding to be! The wedding team of Roxanne and Elyssa were beyond perfect and made wedding planning so easy as they were there every step of the way! Elyssa would keep us on track with planning and check in every month, she would always answer any questions we had big or small and never made us feel like we were burdening her.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I must say its most likely due to these two wonderful ladies; they run a tight ship and work together like a well oiled machine. All of our vendors absolutely raved when we told them where we were getting married and said they loved working with them and that we were in good hands; and they were right!
The Rail offers everything you need for a wedding (linens, decor, vases, chargers) which helped save on costs. They gave us a suite for the wedding night and rooms for the gals and guys to get ready in the day of. The suites there they block for guests and also contact local hotels to do the same in order to take some of that stress off of you if you are having an out of town wedding. The Rehearsal night went flawlessly and they took care of everything then too; the whole wedding process of planning, prepping and day of was so relaxing because they were so helpful and literally thought of everything. The food was amazingly good and I love that we got to pick the beer that we wanted and create signature cocktails. The venue was absolutely perfect and the team was willing to set it up exactly how we wanted; they are able to transform spaces quickly and beautifully! They allowed my husband and I to see the reception space before anyone else and take a few moments to ourselves which was perfect. There are also so many cool places at RR to take pictures!
If you want a stress free wedding experience with great beer, food and fun you cant go wrong with Rusty Rail. They are absolutely perfect in every way and our friends and family are still saying how its the best wedding they have been to!
Thank you is hardly enough to show the gratitude we have to Elyssa, Roxanne and RR for making our day perfect and the one we always dreamed of! -

Rusty Rail Brewing Company was by and far the best decision we could have made for our wedding venue. The team at Rusty Rail have wedding and event planning down to a science! We cannot say enough great things about how easy it was to plan a wedding with them- from the monthly wedding planning emails from Elyssa to the help with set up and tear down, it truly took SO much of the stress away from the wedding day. So many of our guests and other wedding vendors all commented on how precise everything was carried out the day of the wedding- people are still talking about it even two months later! The event spaces and guest rooms on site are simply beautiful. My husband and I were and still are in love with how our wedding day turned out. -

The Rusty Rail is the perfect place for a Pennsylvania wedding. The event spaces are beautiful and so customizable, having the suites upstairs for our wedding party to get ready, use as a "landing place" and to stay after made things so easy. Elyssa and Roxanne were amazing to work with! We were planning our wedding from across the country and Elyssa made things so easy with monthly updates and always being willing to answer random questions we had. Elyssa was so flexible with meeting with any time we were in the area. Everyone commented on the professionalism of the staff and how beautiful the space was. I would DEFINITELY recommend the Rusty Rail!! -

I have NEVER been to a more perfect wedding venue than Rusty Rail. They gave us the best experience and I highly recommend them. Elyssa is a saint of a woman and was there for us every step of the way. They set up all our decorations and tore everything down. I didn’t lift a finger, ONCE! They made sure we were so well taken care of. The entire staff is so friendly and gave us the best service. They even have the most beautiful suites to stay in on the 3rd floor. This place HAS IT ALL!! -

Best wedding venue in central PA!
Our wedding was absolutely amazing! Elyssa and Roxanne did a fantastic job of making sure the day was perfect. The planning and day of the wedding was so stress free. Rusty Rail catered to our every need. It was like we had our own personal wedding planners. The venue is so beautiful with the hard wood floors, beams, and exposed brick. The ceremony space could be dimmed down, and gave it such a romantic feeling. Every detail was perfect. We had so many compliments on the food and beer. It is such a beautiful space. My sister originally had her reception at Rusty Rail and I knew I had to do the same with my ceremony and reception. I would recommend this venue to anyone who would love to have their entire wedding day in one place. It was so nice to not have to leave and go anywhere else. We were able to get ready in one of their suites and even spent the night of the wedding in one. What a perfect wedding! Thanks Rusty Rail!. -

Julia Sent on 09/30/2018We had our daughters wedding reception here on August 11th 2018. We cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning of planning, Roxanne and Elyssa were always available to answer any question and made the whole process easy, fun and most importantly relaxing and stress free for us. We used the Pardee room for cocktail hour, which was spacious and fun for our 175 guests, while the wedding party was with the photographer taking gorgeous photos in and around the property. The Great Room was revealed for the reception and the beautiful stain glass window was the perfect focal point for the Sweetheart Table. Guests were stunned and overwhelmed with the space and very impressed with the staff and service of food. As the parents, we were able to relax and enjoy the entire evening and not worry about a single thing. Elyssa and staff took care of EVERTHING beyond what we could have hoped for. It was a perfect day for us and we wouldn't change a single thing. We would highly recommend The Rusty Rail. We had family and bridal party stay in the suites on the 3rd floor and the rooms are gorgeous. We also had hair and makeup done and the bridesmaids had a blast.
We felt completely taken care of the entire weekend! -

My oldest daughter had here reception there(they were in the process of building the wedding ceremony area) if done she would of gotten married there also.. Staff WONDERFUL. They made sure the bride and groom were taken care of at all time. Food very good, atmosphere BEAUTIFUL . AS a mother of the brides I could not be any happier. Elyssa Reitz is the wedding planner for Rusty Rail. She was wonderful, listened ,gave ideas,went out of her way to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable . I would recommend Rusty Rail for any event!

You simply cannot beat the beauty of the venue, the Rusty Rail event team, the food, the overnight accommodations; I could go on and on. My husband and I decided we wanted to get married here because we loved coming here to eat. And once I heard that the event team orchestrated the 'big day', I realized this was where we NEEDED to get married. The Rusty Rail is simply a 'one stop shop' for wedding planning. They helped us find other necessary vendors, and they worked closely with us every single step of the way. We had several guests tell us that our wedding was the BEST wedding they EVER attended. What a wonderful compliment; and we truly owe it to the Rusty Rail!

Elyssa, the event planner was the easiest to work with and did everything in her power to make the day extra special for my Daughters wedding. The food selection, beverages everything was spot on. If we had to do it again - we wouldn't change a thing. Most beautiful day ever. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Well worth cost.

Karena Sent on 01/13/2018The Rusty Rail is a gorgeous venue with a wonderful team! Elyssa was the wedding planner that helped me from start to finish and then some. She was very responsive with all of my worries and concerns (especially as it got closer to the date). The entire team was wonderful! I set my decor out and they spruced it up and made it extra special with little details. The food was amazing! We requested a pizza buffet, which they don’t have on their normal wedding menu options, and it turned out amazing! They went above and beyond to make our day special and made sure that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. It was all taken care of. If there were any hiccups, I don’t even know about it! I highly recommend the Rusty Rail as a wedding venue!

Gary Sent on 11/15/2017Father of the bride here. thank you, thank you, thank you! From the rehearsal till finish (and before and beyond for me!) was the best 4 days of my life! Staff was exceptional, food was great. I heard at lest 4 guests express how impressed they were with the Rail. What made it all the more better was the great DJ she hired during your vendor open house. She also skipped the Garter, bouquet throw, and dollar dance. So it was ceremony, food, toasts, and lets get to the dancing!There were around 90 guests (perfect size!) and ample dance floor. The bartenders were really on top of the drinks. We had the $78 a plate which included open bar (well worth it). More than once I heard 'this was the best wedding...' etc. You've made memories for us, good ones. Thanks again!!

Our June 2022 wedding at Rusty Rail was better than I imagined. Not only is the space amazing, but the staff were friendly and attentive. They did a great job taking totes of decor I brought and styling the space with it. The food was out of this world and we keep getting rave reviews from our guests. It’s about two hours from where we live so the question we have been asked most was “how did we find this place?!”. The Knot wedding app🤩😂. After countless hours planning, it was such a great feeling to know our guests loved RR as much as we did. I can’t thank Roxanne and Amanda enough for creating a space and experience we will cherish forever!! -

My husband and I have been to 100+ breweries together so when it came time to picking a wedding venue, I knew it had to be a brewery. Rusty Rail was the first of about 5 possible breweries/brewpubs that we visited and we instantly fell in love. We thought we should at least check out a few other venues but, honestly, nothing could compare. The space is beautiful and the suites they have upstairs are absolutely amazing! The fact that we could do everything in one place (rehearsal dinner, getting ready, pictures, ceremony, reception, and even after party!) made such a difference. Added bonus that this one place was beautiful and with great beer. Elyssa and Roxanne were so so so helpful and amazing, before the wedding day but especially the day of. They took all of my worry and stress away and took care of everything while I was getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs. During the ceremony and reception, they made sure everything went according to plan and did so in such a discrete way that I didn't even notice! They were both very responsive to emails throughout the process and the wedding planning guide they provide really helped a lot. I would definitely recommend Rusty Rail to anyone and everyone, even those who aren't crazy beer lovers like us. I got feedback from a lot of guests that said they had an amazing time. The atmosphere was fun and rustic yet elegant, space was beautiful (suites were absolutely gorgeous!), staff was helpful and attentive, food and beer were super tasty; overall, simply perfect! -

Cara Sent on 01/11/2018Luke and I cancelled all our remaining venue tours when we visited the Rusty Rail. It is the perfect blend of modern and industrial. I can't explain all the positives in our paragraph, so I will break it down by category:
1. Service - Elyssa and the whole team are amazing. Throughout the planning, I was kept abreast on ALL decisions, prices and I was also given full flexibility in what WE wanted. I think we toured the location 6 times throughout the course of a year, and EVERY time they were as amazing as the first time we visited. Elyssa kept us on track and up to date and I can honestly say that my year of wedding planning was essentially a breeze. We actually MISS wedding planning.
2. Space - The wedding portion of the Rusty Rail is the top two floors. You are NOT bothered at all by other patrons. The outside world disappears and it's all about you, but you also have the ability to hang out in the Game Room or bar downstairs when the event ends. The suites are AMAZING (pics below), and worth the money to stay in luxury. And let me tell you another amazing tid bit. Our ceremony and reception were in the SAME ROOM. The staff set up there ceremony, and during cocktail hour with the barn doors closed, they FLIPPED the room from ceremony room (pictured below) to reception area. AMAZING work in under and hour.
3. Food - Many weddings I attend, the food is lacking. It's bulk, tastes processed, or is catered in a vat on a buffet. I'm not a fan of that. Our food was perfect, hot, and served FAST! We had 12-hour smoked brisket and pork loin. Amazing. The mac and cheese in crocks -- to DIE for. The veggies were not even left to get cold.
4. Day of Organization - My wedding day was a breeze. I actually found myself bored waiting for the ceremony to start lol. RR worked with all my vendors seamlessly.

They made planning a wedding easy and did most of the stressful things that usually get to you by the day of the wedding for you so that you could enjoy it more. They decorated and tore down after! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Happily Ever After
Rusty Rail was a very nice venue to get married. Having an included wedding planner made logistics at the facility easy and seamless. Food and Service on our special day was outstanding. Venue is easy to find, access, and clean throughout. All the staff were accommodating and handled all requests professionally. Elyssa has all the details to assist in making venue unique and memorable experience. -
