  Absolutely LOVE it.

  I stumbled upon an ad for Rustic and Main on Facebook as I was debating what I wanted for a ring. I saw their "jurassic" ring and instantly knew I wanted that idea. I emailed and called to ask questions because I was looking for a bit more of a CUSTOM order. After making sure it was possible, they got back to me and I sourced the material I wanted. We sent it in with our order and they gave us step by step instructions to make everything correct. They kept us in the loop and in less than 2 months I had my custom built ring that I'm absolutely proud of. IF I ever had to use them again, I definitely would.

  They are unmatched!

  Seriously the BEST ring we ever could have gotten for my husband! We’re local to Charlotte, so they came into the studio for us on a Saturday to help us try on, show us our options in person, and to brainstorm design ideas. They can make a ring from ANYTHING! Tea leaves, military uniforms, sand, coffee grounds, even Disney maps! You name it they can do it. While we were there, he gave us a tour of the workshop and we saw everyone working on the rings. I love that they’re truly handmade. We had a ring made custom with mesquite wood, elk antler, and REAL Buffalo trace bourbon barrels. They were very communicative and kept us informed every single step of the way so we knew what to expect and what step they were on. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  Amazing and easy to work with

  I ordered my finance a custom ring. He showed me one last year and I kept it tucked away. Fast forwarded to his birthday I gave it to him and purposed to him with it. He loves it. The band is a nice comfort fit and when I wasn’t sure if I’d get it in time, I messaged the page on chat. They were quick to respond and helped me change my order for faster shipping. I know a few people who have ordered rings from here and they all love them. Highly recommend working with them.

  Amazing Product

  Very easy to customize my ring. We started with a standard ring offering, made a few changes, and then worked out the details on how we could provide material to be used in the ring. I can't wait to see the finished product, and have no doubt that it is going to be high-quality and entirely unique!!

  The customer service team was so helpful during the process of building my ring and answered all of my questions very quickly. I was able to send in my own materials that made this ring even more meaningful for us.   Beautiful rings and Awesome customer service

  Love the simple process of designing a custom ring, getting the sizing, and the quality is outstanding. My fiance was not excited about having to wear a ring every day until we designed his beautiful ring. This company has been awesome to work with. 100% recommend!!

  In choosing this company we have by far had the best experience! It’s a local company which I love and the quality of every piece sets it apart from just a regular ring anyone can get at a jewelry store. We were able to customize it exactly how he wanted it and make it special for him. My guy is by far a dream come true and he deserved the BEST , and that’s just what we received from Rustic and Main! Highly recommend to everyone! We are getting married in October and I can’t wait ! I’ll also upload photos after !

  They helped us get the perfect wedding band

  My fiance LOVES dinosaurs. He thinks they were the best thing invented. When we came across the jurrasic, he was in love with it. It's gorgeous. It is so well made. They got it to us unbelievably fast even with their turnaround time and it not being a size already in stock. I'd recommend them first and foremost!

  Fantastic Quality and Fast Turnaround

  We ordered a titanium band with 3 different inlays. Turnaround time was only a little over 3 weeks. When we received our ring it was sized perfectly and looks amazing. Can not wait till my fiancé can wear it everyday. Our wedding date is 6-29-22.

I thought the process would be complicated to ship them the flowers and I thought the custom made ring would take a long time to arrive. They were so responsive and so helpful! Always replied to my emails personally and quickly. The ring came in way faster than I expected and it is BEAUTIFUL! 10/10 recommend.

Their customer service was fantastic on answer the questions I had. After giving my description of what I wanted to be created, they were able to accommodate and make my request a reality. Their customer service was quick and very helpful and always made me feel like the line was always open in case I had other questions.
  
  In the beginning, they send a ring sizer to make sure the size is true. They do ask for you to send it back so they can reuse it instead of it ending up in the landfill. They provide a prepaid postage sticker for it to be sent back in the box it came in.
  
  During the process, Rustic and Main gave me updates on where my ring was in the creating process, which gave me peace of mind knowing it would be there before the big day.
  
  When I got the ring, it was more beautiful than I could imagine. Using a piece of century-old barn wood, I was unsure how the true color would have turned out due to weathering. I was completely impressed by the look of it. Trying it on, it felt true to the ring sizer, which in the beginning I was unsure about due to the ring sizing process and the materials used. The ring seems of very high quality and very durable.
