So easy to work with!
I reached out to Ruby Design for our wedding decor after our original plans fell through months after booking. They were so good about helping take those plans we had made and honestly making them even better! The staff at Ruby was easy to work with and helpful with suggestions (decor is not my forte).
We ended up using their services for tablecloths, cloth napkins, and centerpieces. Their services and recommendations helped everything to come together so nicely! -

Amazing Decor Options
Ruby Design had absolutely beautiful options for ceremony and reception decor. We were able to get chargers, linens, candles, votives all in one place, and exactly what we wanted! So easy for pick up and return. -

Incredible Service!
We used Ruby Design for our wedding in the summer of 2022 and we cannot recommend them enough! They were so incredibly easy to work with and helped us bring our vision to life! We chose to have their team set up & take-down all of our decor and we were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail – everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend using Ruby Design for any of your events! -

High quality, efficient, and organized!
We rented all our linens from Ruby Design! - tablecloths, covers and ribbons for chairs, and napkins. We found they had a great selection of colors and were more affordable than getting linens through our caterer. The pickup process was so efficient and organized. -

Best experience with wedding planning!
Ruby Design was given to us as a recommendation by our florist, Green Bay Floral, and we couldn't have been happier with this company! They are professional, meticulously detailed, and just so much fun to work with. It was an absolute joy planning a few extra details with them for our wedding because they really focused on making our vision come to life. We were a couple that wanted to keep things simple, but still beautiful & elegant. They captured that in our winter wonderland wedding. Their set-up and take-down service was some of the best money we spent on the wedding, as it helped us to relax and enjoy our day. A huge thank you to this company for making our wedding so beautiful! -

Autumn wedding
Beth was very patient with our multiple changes over the months leading up to our wedding date. She kept records straight and helped me decide on colors that she felt would work well for a Fall outdoor wedding and kept all in our budget -

Easy to work with
Everything was delivered and set up nicely very happy with experience! Very flexible with needing to add and remove items as planning went along as well! then after the wedding they came and picked up! Very easy, very happy! -

Highly recommended!
We worked with Ruby for the linens and some decor items for our wedding at Gather on Broadway, and had a very positive experience! They were easy to work with, helped us with decor ideas, and were flexible as we refined our needs in the weeks leading up to our wedding. In addition, the pickup/return process was very easy - it only took a few minutes to pull up in the back to pick up or unload items. We are happy with our experience and recommend Ruby! -

Amazing Rental Company!
Ruby was so helpful on my rental items, they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. They worked with the small budget we had to make the most out of it for us. They set everything up beautifully and we didn't need to lift a finger. Returning was easy! -

The staff at Ruby Design was very helpful and welcoming. They made communication a priority and were quick to answer any question or request. Wow, that is all I have to say. I was referred to Beth at Ruby Design from a friend that got married a few years ago. When I first contacted her, Dani and her had recently joined forces and they were moving into their new location. As it grew closer to the wedding, both Dani and Beth sat on the phone with me and went over all of the details. They truly know their business and are darn good at it too. Their amazing customer service came when I was picking up the linens (napkins, talbe cloths, sashes and skirting) I had gotten a call that they added another banquet table to the head table when they were setting up, my wedding party and parents had changed things that were ordered and delivered to be used for specific things (I had planned everything myself) we were not in a place that could just grab extra table cloths or tables. Beth heard the conversation and threw me extra skirting and table cloths to make whatever work. Then the ultimate, I messaged Beth the Thursday before the wedding at 11 pm worried because I had not planned for table runners on the head table but they put them there anyway and that late at night Beth thought of something to put there so we had our runners back for the tables and Beth had the add-ons ready to be picked up on Friday. Excellent customer service from these gals! -

Our wedding is not until the end of May, so I can't comment on the final products and services, but I can tell you how great the process has been! I live out of town so all my contact has been through e-mail with Dani and she was so helpful. She set up a whole table with options that went with the colors of our wedding and my mom was able to stop in/take pictures and give feedback. She was super quick in responding to any questions I had and never made me feel "needy". The chair linens and sashes are great quality and very reasonably priced! -

I loved working with Ruby Design! Beth was so great to work with and had such great ideas! I found them at the Wedding Show in GB in 2015 and followed up with them right away. We did chair covers and linens for 550 guests and they covered it all no problem. Beth worked with my budget and was super accommodating. I have recommended Ruby Design to many people! -

Ruby Design was AMAZING and by far the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. Best price in the area for chair covers - and we looked at quite a few (except one lady who runs it out of her home and provided the very soiled tableclothes that we were stuck with for the shower). The owner is super friendly, sympathetic to being a bride, works with you to find cost saving options, full of ideas, and has great product knowledge. She went out of her way to be helpful to meet our needs, including showing me four ideas for tieing our own chair sashes. Everything was pressed and ready. We had one hiccup that my setup team discovered the morning of the wedding, and Ruby Design rushed the supplies over. Working with this vendor was a destressor in the midst of crazy wedding planning. -

I absolutely loved Ruby Design for our wedding :) At under $2 per chair they completely transformed our wedding reception hall :) Beth was wonderful to work with when shipping them to me in Sparta, WI and actually picked them up from the reception hall so I didn't have to worry :) She is amazing and I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend them : ) -

Modern vintage vision for wedding
Ruby's design was really easy to work with and they saw my vision of modern vintage feel for our wedding right away. Gave me ideas and suggestions of pieces to use for our wedding day. They had a vast amount of different decor to choose from which made it fun and easy to create my vision. I felt like pricing was reasonable as well. On the day of the wedding, I walked into the venue and things were not where I thought they would be at first, which was okay. I had a lot detailed elements that I incorporated into my design. I had enough people with me for helping hands to get things where they needed to be. We also had a fun sitting area with vintage furniture for our cocktail space. Ruby's helped flip the room from ceremony to reception and everything was so perfect and beautiful. Without their help, I would not have been able to make our dream day come true!!! -

Her prices were UNBEATABLE. She was incredibly nice and flexible, giving me her cell phone number in case I needed anything. We picked them up the Thursday before and did not have to drop them off until the following Tuesday! It was WONDERFUL that we did not have to stress about them. -

Rented glassware, chair covers, sashes, and table runners for my recent wedding. All the glassware I paid to pick up early to take to my florist and I am glad I did. The glassware was filthy and had glitter and hard water spots on it. I ended up having to wipe them all out, inside and outside. Not something you want to deal with 2 days before your wedding! Overall a good vendor but was not impressed with being given dirty glassware for my event. Very responsive to messages and changes. Also, the lady setting up my chair covers was a little rude with her suggestions. -
