    Ruby Blooms flowers are exceptional! We wanted a romantic and elegant look for our Wedding and from our first meeting my husband and I felt at ease with Ruby. She seemed to eco our vision and worked with us every step of the way! We had a few meetings and constant phone/text and email communication and never was I made to feel like I wasn’t welcome! When you are a bride with lots of “how will this look” it matters:))

    The flowers exceeded expectations and I highly recommend Ruby Blooms as she and her team are amazing! A truly wonderful experience!

    I can't say enough good things about working with with Ruby and Tony for our wedding!
    Starting with our initial consultation and through to the wedding day, they were an absolutely pleasure to work with. Ruby brought our vision to life more beautifully that we could have ever imagined and we are now enjoying all the details depicted by our photographer. The process was very collaborative and executed with expert level of professionalism.
    I highly recommend using Ruby Blooms for your wedding as I'm sure you will get spectacular results as we did!!!

    We order a Boutique and boutonniere from Ruby. We pick the boutique and boutonniere one week before our wedding. Ruby was very pleasant and helpful in ensuring we received the items on time. We were really impressed with the quality of the items. They look exactly as they appear online. We received so many commitments. I would refer all brides and grooms to her!

    Ruby and her team were extremely professional and responsive! She was great to work with and very accommodating. She gave us such helpful advice and loads of ideas. My bouquet and 3 bridesmaids bouquets were STUNNING. And we got lots of compliments from our guests.
    Definitely recommend Ruby Blooms to anyone looking for amazing wedding flowers!

    Every bride wants to work with vendors who realize the importance of their special day and who dedicate themselves to making it unique. Ruby is just that person who will not only make you feel special but ensure that every detail on your special day is unique and beautiful! Ruby is dedicated, attentive and ensured that every detail was just perfect. We cannot say thank you enough for making our day extra special!!!

    I met Ruby at a bridal show, and knew I loved her work. She is AMAZING and her creations are so unique and craftsman ship is outstanding! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful my flowers were. She was fast to respond to my many questions and kept me in the loop with updates. Ruby's works are worth every penny!!!

    I ordered a bridal bouquet which was absolutely stunning, I received so many compliments. The only issue is that they sent my bouquet to another customer but did make up for it in the end. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

    Beautiful and exceptional customer service! Custom work is amazing! She worked so hard to make special pieces for my big day. All with just a short time to turn it around! Love Ruby Blooms!

    Please do not ignore the turnaround time for your order. I ordered my items in March for July delivery - my wedding wasn't until September but I wanted to make sure I had plenty of time in case there were any issues, which there were not. I ordered a bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and 6 boutonnieres. The items, once they arrived, were beautiful. I had a destination wedding plus a local reception, so having these items to tie the 2 events together was important to me, and for the price of flowers in our area, this was a much better value - with the added bonus of having these decorate my bedroom and they act as a daily reminder of that day and our commitment to each other.

    I ordered the Crystal Calla Lily Brooch Groom Buttonhole Pin for my htb in April. April 13, I was emailed with a request to leave a review, though I had not received the item. By April 26, I emailed Ruby Blooms because I had not received the package; to her credit, she responded the same day and she said she would look into it and "resend in case of error". I emailed again on May 9th because I had not received my purchase, this time leaving a phone number. She never responded to me via email or phone, so I finally called the company. She stated there was an error with the printing of my address and 2 boutonnieres had been sent to a wrong address, but those same boutonnieres were never returned to them??? She said she would resend with corrected address post haste and gave me a day that it should arrive. I did not receive the item on the day promised, so I called again May 30th. She said she sent it via UPS, but she did not get a tracking number and she did not keep the receipt as proof of sent item. We spoke back and forth from May 30th to Jun 1st, with her continuously promising to call me back, and never doing so at the times she stated. She gave several excuses, which were plausible, but considering the situation, I doubted the veracity of her claims. I was so frustrated, I asked for a refund. She said she would send a "consolation" boutonniere and it would "arrive by Monday", and she would give a full refund due to the time that had lapsed. Monday was June 5th, and I received nothing. I called back again June 7th and 9th; she did not answer, so I left a message on her voicemail, which she has yet to return. Eventually, SOMETHING was finally sent June 8th (and not all the days previously promised), and arrived, June 12, but it was NOT what I ordered, although it was not bad. I have not received any refund, though. I am very disappointed in my experience to say the least.

    Ordered Brooch Bouquet in March and still have not received. Several excuses from owner. Several times stated she was mailing out by UPS. Now unable to contact store by email or phone listed on facebook. Thank goodness did not need until Sept. I would like some action or contact information "The Knot" takes no responsibility for having them listed on their website-states third party. Disappointed Mother of Bride.

    i never received my boutonniere. very unprofessional. she made promises that she never kept. i wouldn't know the value of my item due to the lack of ownership. don't buy from here if you want commitment in service.
