RSVP rentals was one of the easiest parts of the wedding planning process. We wanted to add two wine barrels to be used during our ceremony and reception at our wedding venue. We heard about them through our wedding venue and I checked out their website. Their prices are decent and the whole process was easy. They were also super responsive with any questions, concerns or changes I made. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for some great rentals and great communication! I would highly recommend using this vendor for all your party needs! We rented all of our tables, chairs, plates, silverware, linens, and napkins for our wedding, and the ending price was very reasonable for our quantity! Our consultant Kerry was very helpful, and most importantly extremely patient with us, which made our decision process go smoothly. -

Christina Sent on 10/21/2011I used this vendor for linens and pedestals for the altar arrangements. I was very pleased with the aesthetic appeal of both as well as the reasonable price. I also appreciated that they were prompt in sending swatches, so I was able to see the fabric and color of the different linens and match them to the bridesmaids dresses and ties. -

Amanda Sent on 08/15/2011I did not have much contact with this vendor. We used them to rent tables and chairs for our backyard wedding. We walked in, placed the order, and were out in 10 minutes. I like how they have all their pricing online, along with pictures of the items. That way, I was able to figure out what I wanted in advance, and simply place the order. When I called to subtract a few items, the amount was automatically deducted from my credit card. They delivered everything on time the Friday before the wedding, and came to pick it up on Monday. And, for that you're only charged a 1 day rental. -

I called back the next day because I wanted more to my dance floor, and they had no problems just adding it to my order. They were very friendly and dropped off and picked up on time. -

Jennifer Sent on 03/05/2009We needed some greek comlumns on very short notice to hold up flower arrangements at our ceremony and reception. The staff at RSVP Party Rentals was very helpful and nice. They were able to have the columns for us on the same day we requested them, which was the actual day of the wedding! We were not able to return the columns until the following Monday since our wedding was on a saturday and they were closed sunday; however they did not charge us for an extra day of rental. Very convenient and fast service. I would recommend them for any party rental. -

Silver Sent on 10/22/2017We did an in-suite reception at Mandalay Bay and needed to rent a few extra tables, chairs and coolers. Since we had access to a pickup truck, we picked up all the rentals ourselves. Our wedding was on Saturday so we picked everything up on Friday morning and returned everything on Monday morning. The tables, chairs, and linens were perfect for our space and easy to set up ourselves. We also rented a PA system just in case we needed a speaker for music. Luckily, the room had its own sound system because the PA system wasn't particularly good. There was also a crack in the bottom of one of the coolers which we discovered the following morning when I walked barefoot near the cooler and found out that the carpet was soaked through. I admit, though, the crack was pretty small and easy to miss. I notified them when I returned the items and there weren't any issues. In all, renting from RSVP was easy and super affordable. -

Overall, they had everything I needed for my wedding but they charged me 14 days later for missing items and never called to verify that any items were missing. Jodelle, the girl that answered the phone was not professional and kept trying to over talk me when addressing my concerns. Just rude!!! -

I would not use RSVP rentals again.
The Pros:
The actual rentals were nice. They had a good selection, worked with me to get what I wanted. The chairs are definitly not as nice as they are in the showroom. They are quite banged up, but the rest of it looked nice. The delivery/pickup guys were very nice and professional (although late).
The Cons:
1--When they delivered the rentals, they were to hang some bistro lights. They had come up to the site a few weeks prior to determine where, how they would be hung, and how many strands would be required. They had said 3 strands from the trees. Well on delivery day, there were only 2 strands and there were NO trees that would hold the lights more than a few feet off the ground. They had no way of hanging them. This is not the stress a bride needs the day before her big day. They did come up the following day just a few hours before the ceremony (despite promissing they would be there at the crack of dawn) to hook them up. They looked great once up! But wow, that took way too long to arrange.
2--They billed for lost and damaged items, the list seemed a bit excessive and especially since we only knew of 1 glass being broken all night! I think much of damage occurs in transit given that they just through glasses, plates, etc in boxes without anything in between and then throw them into a truck! They only charge you wholesale cost, but I still think unless they package better you should no be responsible.
3-- They would not pick up on Sunday, so the day after the wedding when it started to rain my new husband and I had to take down all the tables and chairs and try to find dry hiding spots for them. Not the way you want to spend your first night as a couple!
I am not sure how the other rental companies are, but I do not plan on using RSVP if I were doing another event.
