We rented glassware and a few chairs from RSVP. They were very helpful and adjusted our rental as needed. We picked up and dropped off the rentals but they will deliver for a fee. They are reasonably priced and have a good variety of rentals available! -

Tara Sent on 10/10/2018Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with. I didn't know how to calculate glassware amounts and she was able to assist me. For our wedding we rented: water goblets, champagne glassware, wine glassware, table runners, special ordered colored napkins, special ordered colored cocktail table ties, and pie cutters. Everything looked great and I was super happy with how our napkins came out. To save money, we picked up the rentals ourselves and then dropped them off the following day. I would work with Kathy again..thank you for helping us make the wedding venue look beautiful!! -

Monica, the Rental manager, was truly accommodating and helped me order everything even when we thought we couldn't! Thank your for working with us, even though the day had its challenges and getting on the military base was a bit of a bear. The Crew definitely came through for us and it looked perfect! definitely came through for us. I can't thank you guys enough for all the work you did to get us what we need in time! One of the best rental experiences, I've had thus far! Thank again so much for being so professional and responsive to our needs! -

Lynsey Sent on 09/26/2014When it came to our wedding, RSVP Destin definitely came through for us. With our order being last minute, I was so afraid that Megan would have to tell me that she was sorry and would not be able to reserve the chairs and other misc items that we needed for our destination wedding on Seagrove Beach. It turns out, she was able to reserve more than what we needed! I was so relieved. I can't thank Megan at RSVP Destin enough for being very accommodating given the last minute circumstances. This is a wonderful company and I will never forget the hospitality shown during our experience with renting from them. The items rented put elegance into our reception and I can't thank you all enough!

Elizabeth Sent on 03/03/2013RSVP was great. My wedding was planned to be outside, and I went back and forth over getting tents or not. They were very patient. Everything was on time, and beautiful. They even worked on getting me things that weren't on their inventory list to make my event exactly what I had imagined. It was wonderful! -

I had a destination wedding and really had no clue where to start, Sherri with RSVP helped me every step of the way. She made it so easy which is what every bride wants! My wedding was amazing and I would totally recommend them to anyone! -

Had a really great experience working with Monica, she was friendly, professional, and flexible. The bartenders were awesome and professional! I didn't order many rentals, but what I did order arrived on time and were picked up without me having to worry. -

Jeannine Sent on 05/16/2016Monica was super responsive and EXTREMELY flexible in getting all of our rental items for our wedding. The day of delivery they had a truck break down, which they let me know but then never actually let me know when they were coming. Luckily we were at the house when they did arrive. They shorted us a few chairs but then gave us credit for those missing chairs since we didn't actually need them anyway. I also ended up getting a refund on the bar accessories that were listed on their price list as we were supposed to get an ice tub, ice scoop, wine openers, etc. but they didn't actually have those items. Not sure what happened there but other than that, everything was great and just what we needed! -

Angelisque Sent on 06/18/2016We used RSVP for our rehearsal dinner and reception. Monica was pleasant to work with and Flexible. The rental items were delivered except 9 chairs were left out, rehearsal dinner was starting in several hours so Monica jumps in the car and brings the chairs over to ensure I had what we needed. Mistakes happen, the fact they go above and beyond to make sure your day is good says a lot -

Elizabeth Sent on 06/03/2013RSVP had very competitive rates and did not require a deposit which is why we ended up going with them. They were quick to answer emails and phone calls which I did apperciate. There were some service issues the day of the wedding that I was not happy with.
1. Our contract stated a 9am drop off time for the rentals (tables, chairs, ect...) they did not tell us that was not possible. The day of the wedding we called to check on the whereabouts at 930am and were told they didn't open until 1030 and we should not expect them there until then. We were on a TIGHT timeline and because of this I had to rely on my brother and cousin to set up most everything on their own instead of the bridal party (all 14 of us) helping to set up. Had I known they didn't open and were unable to drop off that early I just would have paid the set up fee and saved people some stress.
2. We booked with RSVP months before the wedding and were having an hors d'oeuvres party. Our caterer suggested 250 7inch round plates, so thats what we ordered. The morning of my mom was told they only had 120 something, but could substitue with clear glass plates (we ordered the ivory with gold trim). Instead we ended up getting some 7inch and some dinner plates of the ivory with gold trim so everything matched.
Some of the good things about RSVP
Everything looked great. The arbor looks great in the pictures I have seen from guests and cannot wait to see the professional ones!
When we realized last minute we needed knives they were accommodating and got them too us quickly.
All and all I would recommend them, but would say get a day of coordinator and be very clear as to what you want, and get it in writing. -

Jenna Sent on 01/05/2012The ladies at RSVP were very nice, seemed be experienced with weddings, and were professional. We used the Henderson Park Inn for our venue and were told we had to book through RSVP, which was a rip off! RSVP is VERY over priced. They literally did none of the set up, oversaw none of the venders. Granted we only paid for the day of directing service, but still more than a thousand dollars for directing! Who could afford them to plan their entire wedding!? They basically directed the rehearsal (which we RE-DID at the dinner because they just confused everyone), lined everyone up for the ceremony the day of, and directed the first dance, cake cutting, etc. at the reception. It was a lot of help, but I could have had my planner I brought from KY to do all that. We were a destination couple, and I found all of my other venders myself (hair/makeup, food, flowers, photography, band etc). Again they are way over priced for what they do! But still very professional and responsive; they did seem to genuinely care that our big day went smooth. So, if you have an unlimited budget, then go for RSVP, if your budget is limited I would spend my money on something else. -
Brandie Sent on 03/28/2018DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I hosted my daughters sweet 16 in Destin. I rented tables, chairs, a punch fountain, and heaters from them. Please see photos to confirm these complaints-thr chairs were dirty and rusty, the tables were chipping and flaking wood left and right, the fountain would not pump punch, worst of all when they came to deliver the heaters not only were they in poor shape but the building manager said they did not allow those type heaters so I told the delivery guys to just keep them. I called the office to say the heaters were not usable-they said “we fulfilled our part” and they still charged me the $150 dollars for the heaters! She credited $50 since I didn’t use the propane. Additionally, they never mentioned the delivery fee was for curbside, my family had to haul everything to the party area on the third floor ourselves...I paid extra for them to get them from the third floor for pickup. I told them I was very unhappy with the entire service and products and they didn’t seem to care less. They also charged a damage type fee...I was thinking they couldn’t possibly be more damaged than they already are! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! See pictures for proof.
