Amazing! Invites and seating chart

Beautiful work

Rosanna is incredible! My husband presented her with the crazy idea of a fish tank seating chart, and while I thought he was crazy, SHE MADE IT HAPPEN. She is so sweet and made the chart come out perfectly. People were so floored by it!

Amazingly Helpful!

Rosanna was the absolute professional! She listened to the concept of colors I wanted and also worked with me to make sure that I stayed within my budget! My event planner was very impressed with her work! When I started to put my invitations together I realized I was a little short of accommodation cards. I was frantic !I called Rosanna on a Sunday explained the situation. To be honest I was a little short with her. She remained professional and talked me off the edge ensuring me that this was a quick fix and she'd handled it. She did just that! Everyone loved my invitations and I have Rosanna to thank for that! I will be sure to recommend her to my friends when they need her!

Amazing!

We found RSVP by Rosanna by a recommendation from our wedding venue The Legacy Castle and we are so happy we found her!!! From the moment we met her, she made everything so stress free. We wanted a large mirror for our seating and she made it absolutely beautiful!!! We received so many compliments on the mirror. She put candles under it and our florist put rose petals and it was stunning. Also, the day before our wedding we needed a money box because the one that we had rented from another company was in bad condition. Rosanna gave us options and brought us a beautiful money box the day of. Thank you so much for everything!!

Beautiful work!

Rosanna was super easy to work with.

As soon as we arrived, she showed us invitations that matched our style and budget. We immediately fell in love with an invitation and the whole ordering process took two hours and we were set!

When the company sent one of the envelopes wrong, she immediately followed up and dropped them off two days later. Everyone loved our invites! Highly recommend.

Guests in AWE!

When the guests walked into cocktail hour and saw the gorgeous flower wall seating chart, they were floored. People kept coming up to me asking where I got it from! I also had the clear card box which was unbelievably convenient. Rosanna came and set everything up and took everything at the end of the night. She is the best!

Rosanna is the best to work with! Her patience, style, pricing and flexibility are like no other. Quality of work is amazing (our final product was outstanding) and she pays very close attention to detail. She has unlimited samples, so many different styles, and comes up with very unique ways to make your stationary feel like one of a kind. One of the easiest vendors to work with and her shop is gorgeous :) Wouldn't look any further!

Before meeting Rosanna, I researched many other custom invitation companies and always left there feeling like something was missing. As soon as I met RSVP by Rosanna, I knew I nailed it and didn't have to look further. She not only met all of my expectations, but worked with me to make my invites perfect! She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to make my anxiety disappear. I got text's, phone calls, and was able to meet her face to face to review every detail, such as color, font style, and the monogram. The end result was more beautiful then I could have ever imagined and I am still getting compliments to this day! ROSANNA IS THE BEST!

Rosanna was amazing to work with when picking out my wedding invitations. She had so many beautiful options and helped me narrow down a style I wanted to go with. She even reviewed the my guests address list (which I reviewed many times before sending it to her) and she caught a few errors which I was so thankful for. We were referred to RSVP by Rosanna by my sister-in-law who also used her for her wedding day stationary. For our invitations, Rosanna must've showed us a million samples before we finally decided on one we liked but she was very patient with us throughout. The most remarkable part about working with Rosanna is her willingness to really help you out which she did for us hugely on two counts. When we first came to her, we needed a way to get expedited invitations for relatives out of the country. Right on the spot, she was able to create a "mock invitation" which not only came out beautifully but also served its purpose in helping my uncle get approval for a visa to make the trip out here to the US for our wedding. Then our biggest dilemma was when we returned to Rosanna closer to the wedding date for our escort cards & menus. On the day before the wedding, Rosanna ended up running out to Michael's, bought nice matching sets of cardstock, and printed them all out herself because of an unfortunate mix-up with the shipment of the ones we had ordered. They were somehow scheduled to arrive the day AFTER our wedding so Rosanna really came through for us. We'd gladly refer her services to anyone. Thanks again for everything Rosanna! -Noelle & Mark

After being totally overwhelmed by attempting to buy invites online (WAY too many confusing customization options) a friend suggested Rosanna. Her space, The Bridal Suite, is gorgeous! She has tons of invite books to look through and narrowed down my options after I told her what I had in mind. The best part is that she was able to find something in my budget and was not at all pushy for me to get something in a higher price range. I am so happy with my crest shaped invite! She also suggested an envelope liner and stick on pearls which really added to the elegance of my invite. The envelopes did not come in with the liner inserted, which they should have, so Rosanna offered to put them all in for me. I really appreciated that. I can't wait to send out my invites!

I absolutely loved working with Rosanna! I must've spent 10+ hours looking at invitations and she was SOOO incredibly pleasant and patient with me the entire time! And once I finally decided, she went above and beyond to ensure my invitation was properly worded and reviewed all of my guest addressing to make sure the final product I received was perfect! I came across RSVP by Rosanna in my search for a calligrapher in my area. I was originally planning on doing my invitations myself online, but could not find anything at all that I truly liked. From my first appointment with her, I knew she could help us find what we wanted. Our budget was strict and we have a large wedding and those two things usually don't work well together, but Rosanna was able to show me a few invitations that would work. We came across the Raisin Pocket invitation which was both simple and elegant, and our color! After adding everything we needed to the package (addressing, response, accommodation cards, etc) we still came in around the budget we wanted.

Throughout the process, Rosanna was helpful. When I didn't love the first proof's font at all, she was able to send me the entire font list and we found one that I loved (I even downloaded it onto my computer so I can use it for other things!). The other proofs came back to me with the new font and we felt much better about what we were sending for printing. The only time I felt a little pressure for this was with the addresses, which may have been my own fault because we have SO much time before we really needed invitations. I didn't realize that by ordering the invites, I needed to get all of my addresses to the company so soon. That was the only stressful part of the whole process as we have many people moving soon and didn't really want to order these that fast.

When they came in, the company accidentally sent Rosanna the wrong sized invite for the size of the pocket but she was quick to remedy that and even got us inner envelopes - lined! - and it actually makes them look even nicer. She even offered to put them all together for me, but I insisted she'd done enough to help :) Overall, she was lovely to work with, quick and knows your style and your budget from the beginning. I would definitely recommend her to other brides!

Rosanna was great to work with, very pleasant and professional. Knows her stuff pretty good, she showed me several invitations to choose, from high to low, and at the same time give me her input on the company, assist me in the style selection, and ways to get more for my money. I must've sent her tons of texts/emails regarding needed changes, as well as follow-ups; she was fast in responding and was really patient with me. In the end, my pocket invitations were stunning and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I'll be going back for my matching programs and place cards... It is so nice to have someone as organized and precise as Rosanna especially when it comes to invitations. It is definitely a lot less stress for the bride. Rosanna was absolutely amazing to work with! After searching on all of the wedding invitation websites, nothing was jumping out at us at all. But Rosanna had a large selection of many beautiful designs but we fell in love with one of them. Rosanna was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She was so helpful with making decisions and showed me so many different options! When the invitations arrived in the mail, they were exactly what we hoped for and that much more! I am so excited to send them out!! We will definitely be ordering our programs and place cards with her as well. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend RSVP by Rosanna. She was very helpful and I am so pleased with how the invitations turned out. Not only was Rosanna able to stick within my budget but she was also able to expedite my order since I was in a rush to send out the invitations. Another thing I appreciated was that even with our busy schedule, she was able to work with us and was willing to schedule our meetings at night when it was more convenient for us.

My experience with RSVP by Rosanna was by far the easiest and most enjoyable part of my whole wedding process. Although she had a large selection to choose from, Rosanna was able to expertly pin point what I wanted in a short amount of time. When it came to proofs, she was thorough and worked efficiently to make sure the wording and spacing were exactly how I wanted everything. My invitations were absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for more from a vendor. Would definitely recommend!

If your looking for an amazing, one of a kind invitation for your once in a lifetime event, use Rosanna! The first time we met was great, she has tons of books and ideas! She was so helpful with narrowing down the options, and made sure we knew the ins and outs of wedding invites! She was very accommodating, even came by my job to show me something so I can order them quickly! Normally people throw away your invitations, but surprisingly a lot of people kept ours because it was so elegant and beautiful! I kept getting calls on how pretty they were! Definitely can't go wrong using Rosanna! All around great service!!!

I decided to make an appointment with RSVP by Rosanna after seeing her beautiful invitations at a bridal show. I had checked out a few other invitation vendors and had seen the same invitations over and over. Rosanna has beautiful, unique, and over the top invitations. She was so flexible in allowing me to come in multiple times to bring my fiance and mom with me to finally make a decision. Rosanna was not pushy and even encouraged me to save money by adding a crystal to the invitation myself which was so easy and definitely a money saver! Once the invitations were ordered, Rosanna worked with me via email to make changes to the invitation so they were exactly how I wanted. There were some delays from the invitation company but Rosanna was in frequent contact with them as I was a very organized bride and became extremely nervous that they would not be in by the time I wanted them. In the long run, they came in on time and they were absolutely beautiful! I received so many compliments from guests about how classy and elegant they were! Thank you Rosanna!

It was a pleasure working with Rosanna. She has a very flexible schedule and responds to emails and phone calls very quickly. She has an amazing selection of invitations and the quality was unbelievable. We went to other vendors and they could not compete with Rosanna's price or selection. Our wedding was only a couple of months away and we were worried that we would not be able to get the invitations on time but Rosanna stood by her word and the invitations actually came in early and we were able to pick them up the same day. We also purchased seating cards and card box that came out perfect! Besides invitations, Rosanna also recommended our DJ, photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist. We ended up going with all of Rosanna's recommendations. Our wedding was perfect all thanks to Rosanna's help. Could not ask for better service!!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rosanna! From the beginning she was extremely flexible and always available. She responds to calls and emails quickly and professionally. Since I started planning my wedding only 5 months before my date I was nervous about getting invitations out as soon as possible but we were able to do it! When I met with Rosanna the first time I showed her a picture of an invitation I liked and she was able to find samples from her books that matched the style I was looking for rather than wasting both our time of just sifting through the big binders. We found the perfect invitation and she gave us a good price. During the proofing process she was great with emailing and putting in my changes quickly and accurately. I was able to pick up my invites the same day they came in! Rosanna also was very helpful for recommendations of other vendors in the area. I even ended up hiring the make up artist and DJ she recommended.
I would definitely work with Rosanna again in the future and recommend her to family and friends!!

Ok, so let me just start by saying that from the beginning of our business venture, Rosanna offered all the help I needed. Her experience in what she does is exceptional! Never did she hesitate to offer her professional opinion or advice and being that I knew nothing about invites I must say was an amazing help. She has a very large and might I add beautiful selection to choose from, more than a lot of the vendors I met with prior to meeting with her. My invites were EXACTLY everything I had hoped for and more!! The quality of work was totally on point and in a timely manner. She is willing to work with your budget in any way you need and you will never feel rushed into making a decision. I HIGHLY recommend RSVP by Rosanna for all of your wedding needs! Rosanna was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Of everyone I met with, she had the biggest selection of invitations and most competitive pricing. My invitations came out perfect, with no problems along the way. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Gorgeous invitations to choose from!

I used RSVP by Rosanna for my October 2012 wedding. She had a large beautiful selection and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Rosanna listened to what I was looking for and was able to present different options until we found exactly what we wanted. I absolutely loved the end result and so did my guests! My bridal shower invitations were also from RSVP by Rosanna and they were gorgeous and fit the theme perfectly.

Very pleased with RSVP by Rosanna. The owner Rosanna was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She has a variety of invites to chose from. The invites we picked were amazing quality and absolutely beautiful. We received many compliments from guests. RSVP by Rosanna also did our wedding rehearsal invites which were adorable. We will definitely use this vendor for events in the future. Thank you Rosanna!!

I was extremely happy with my invitations from RSVP by Rosanna invitations. The quality of the invitation was perfect, the design was beautiful and Rosanna was very helpful in the whole process. The invitations were also very reasonable in price. I had a great experience with my invitations, I have never gotten so many compliments on any invitations that I have sent out.

Profesionalism goes a long way

I'm not one to write reviews often, but I want to be as honest as possible when I do. I had not met Rosanna in person and had found her on social media through one of my other vendors. I was in a time crunch, maybe a week or two until my wedding, and wanted a mirror for my seating chart. I wish I could blame my lackluster experience on time constraints but I booked my coordinator last minute as well and had such a pleasant experience. I must say communication and professionalism go a long way in this industry. With Rosanna, communication through email and text was not excellent, nor was it consistent. I was going back and forth through emails and, eventually, through texts. I found us emailing back and forth, then she would call me, then the next she would text me; very inconsistent. At one point, we were screenshotting her Instagram stories and posts back and forth through text to see what would work well together as we were talking on the phone. Oddly enough, this was the only way for her to show me my options. In this day and age of technology, there has to be a more organized way to do business remotely, even if it is informal. Rosanna did not seem like someone who cares about your event. Instead, she was someone who wanted to get the job done and get paid. Being personable is very important when choosing vendors for your special day. Yes, I understand that being on a time crunch makes things more stressful, but that's why you go to these people for help. If I knew my interactions with her would have been like this, I would have tried to find a different vendor or write place cards myself eek! Knowing that she works with some of my other vendors made me rethink future referrals to friends. I hope that she decides to make herself more personable.
