The Perfect Choice!

RPS was suggested to us by a family friend and we couldn't be happier with their recommendation. Trish was always quick to respond to emails and calls, and ended up doing more for us than expected. They went above and beyond to make sure that our guests were happy and our stress levels stayed low. On top of all of this, the food was delicious! They made special accommodations for our guests with allergies, and we kept hearing people singing their praises. I will absolutely be using RPS for any of my catering needs in the future, and I highly recommend them.

Wedding of our dreams!

RPS catering was the best decision we could have made in regards to our food for our wedding! Trish and her staff were so amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and everyone from our wedding went out of their way to let us know how good it was!! The staff was so professional and made sure everyone had their waters filled (especially since it was such an hot day) and plates cleared. Trish was always available to speak with us in preparation leading up to the wedding and the day off! I would 100% recommend RPS to anyone who asks because they truly care about their clients and their food!! I am extremely thankful to have found them and will hopefully get to use their services again for other events!!

Professional and stress free wedding

Trish and staff were very professional. They were extremely organized, the food delicious and affordable, the service was great! We couldn’t have been happier! Everything went very smoothly. We would highly recommend them for any type of event.

Amazing Food and Service

Trish is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and professional, yet extremely personable. She recently catered my daughter's wedding and the set up, food, and service exceeded our expectations. Everyone was raving about the food. I can't say enough about RPS and Trish and her staff.

Wonderful and delicious

Choosing RPS to cater our wedding was the easier decision. Trish is so nice and helpful with suggestions. Setting up a tasting was and delicious!!! The team is so professional and did a wonderful job with serving our favorite dishes. I highly recommend

The BEST decision we made for our event was RPS Catering

We asked RPS to cater an event with about 90 people. OMG. Trish was so awesome to work with and her staff were the absolute best. We worried about nothing from the start and were not disappointed in the least. What a professional event they present. The guests are still raving about this event (thanks to Trish and her staff) a month later. We had over an hour of served hot hors d'oeuvres and then a buffet (with a stationary fruit, cheese and cracker spread). This was all for a College graduation party. The place looked fantastic when they set it up. I was blown away. Trish was so responsive from day one and was VERY patient with me. She put together the perfect menu and was there to make sure everything went the way we wanted. She took ALL the worry away from me. I will DEFINITELY be using them again. BEST decision we made. From start to finish, it was professional and awesome. The staff were so helpful and at a VERY reasonable price. We had 4 hours of the best service and food. She boxed up the left overs and gave everything the extra attention and care making sure that we were happy. I wish I would of known her when I got married. She will be the first one we call when our son takes the plunge. When you want an event taken care of, Trish is the one to call. From the first email, I knew I had nothing to worry about. She also came highly recommended from several other caters in town. THANK YOU TRISH and staff for the most perfect day for our son's graduation! I can only imagine what his wedding will be like in your hands! We will be in touch! First Class Service and a reasonable price.

Outstanding!

Trish and her team were absolutely AMAZING!!! The food was excellent, the presentation was beautiful and all my guests commented on how delicious everything was! Also, the whole team worked so seamlessly and unobtrusively, the guests barely noticed them setting up or clearing places. It couldn’t have been a better experience!!!

The best caterer!

Trish is a gem!!! I've known her for many years and when it came time to find a caterer for our daughter's wedding, she was the only one we thought of. I knew she and her staff would be the perfect addition to the day. When we went for a tasting, there was so much food the couple got to take some home with them! Her attention to detail and quality is wonderful! She worked with the couple to put together a menu that is just what they were hoping for. There was an abundance of food, and everything tasted delicious. The staff was AWESOME!!!! Everyone raved about the food, taste, quantity and Trisha and her staff! We highly recommend RPS Catering! Thank you to Trish and your wonderful staff! You made the day even more wonderful! Love ya lady :)

Very Pleased

Well I’ll keep it short Trish & her team was amazing. The food took me by surprise after I wasn’t sure how food would taste. Let me tell you the food was better on the actual wedding day than the tasting & we thought the tasting was excellent. Everyone complimented the food & said it was food you can actually eat normally the food at weddings usually don’t taste good.

A Night to Remember

We needed a wedding caterer very quickly and Trish came highly recommended. Wow, did she and her team deliver!! The food, service and all of the planning was spot on!! Being in the business for over 30 years, I was a little nervous as I had never used an outside caterer before. Trish is responsive, flexible, and delivers on her promise!! The food was delicious, well presented, and was visibly beautiful!! You can call on Trish and her team to deliver A Night to Remember as she did for my son and daughter in law. THANKS TRISH!!

Best Caterer for any occasion

Trish and her team have done at least a dozen events for us, from my daughters Sweet 16 ten years ago to most recent my husbands retirement party. They are professional, experienced and can customize any menus to fit any occasion. They are the first ones I call when planning a party, once they are in, I know everything will be taken care and I don't have to worry at all. If you are planning a wedding or a party, if you don't hire RPS Catering, you made a big mistake! They are like family and treat you the same way.

Great caterer!!

Great food at a great price! I loved how they also offered bar tending services in addition to champagne, cake cutting, and catering services. Trish and her staff were very professional, kind, and attentive throughout the whole process. They offered a wide variety of food to meet everyone’s taste, and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how great the food was at my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Excellent in all respects!

One of the best decisions we made about our wedding was chosing Trish and her folks at RPS Catering for our reception. They were professional from start to finish and we received so many comments from our guests on their service and friendliness during the reception. In addition, our wedding was supposed to be on the beach with the reception indoors. Because of bad weather, we had to move the wedding to the indoor venue and Trish's staff helped make that move seamless. We also used RPS''s bartending services and they were outstanding. My brother is a wedding bartender back in our home state and commented on what a great job the bartenders did. All in all we couldn't recommend RPS Catering more enthusiastically!!

Catered my son’s wedding and it was superb! So easy to working with, accommodating, friendly, respectful service. Food was absolutely delicious! Not one single complaint from anyone. Wedding Reception Caterer

RPS did an amazing job catering the cocktail hour and reception for my daughter’s wedding! She was married 3 weeks ago and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism, service, quality and friendliness of Trish and her staff! My daughter wanted a “fun” vibe for the reception, and chose a Taco Bar for her guests. Trish and the staff worked to ensure that the linens were ready for early pick up, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch! She worked diligently with us to meet our budget for appetizers and food items. I would absolutely recommend RPS catering to ANYone that is looking for a catered reception!

High Quality Food!

Trish and everyone at RPS Catering did a fantastic job at our wedding. The food was superb and the price was so reasonable! I am so glad that I found them. Trish did a free tasting for us before we committed and I was so glad we got to try some of the food as it helped us pick what we wanted for our wedding day. Thank you so much for catering our event. I really appreciated working with you all. Trish was very professional from day 1 in making us feel at home and serving us their very delicious appetizers, up to the actual event. The ladies, Tammy, Brandy and Angela did a great job. They served our guests with delicious food and were wonderful to work with. They even went above and beyond by washing our wine glasses which weren't part of what they were serving. A Great Experience!

My husband and I certainly made the right choice in choosing RPS Catering for our wedding. First of all Trish was very helpful in picking out our menu and she made sure we had the food we wanted to serve our guests. Then we needed someone assistance with our tables being set up and her staff did such a wonderful job with each one. I cannot express my pleasure when I saw the Candy Bar and the Cake Table. What beautiful presentations they were. Then all night during the reception the Staff was walking around and taking care of everyone. What professionalism! I definitely recommend RPS catering for any function you are having. You could not make a better choice.

Trish & RPS Catering Just WOW!

RPS Catering went above and beyond for our 100 person wedding reception! Professional, extremely friendly, on the ball, so helpful and the food was amazing! From the butler passed apps, the the table settings, buffet layout, table service, cake cutting, bar staff and clean up! They are a well oiled machine that made our day truly perfect! Trish and her staff went above and beyond for us and we will forever be thankful! Our wedding will be remembered by all! The entire process from the taste testing to clean up was smooth, enjoyable and really are great people! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We’re still on cloud nice and you guys made our day perfect!

RPS Catering for the win!

RPS Catering and their team were a dream to work with! We went for our tasting and it was like an entire meal, with all the different options she had made for us. We ended up going with the creamy lemon, chicken dish with the twice baked potatoes, and vegetables. We could not of asked for a better dish for our wedding night. They even left my husband and I a card for our wedding. Thanks RPS!

I absolutely love RPS. Great food (fruity Brie bites are amazing!!) and so much help with our wedding. Trish has worked so many weddings that she became our go to for wedding info. She always did so with a smile. If you want to hire someone and know it’s going to be all good from beginning to end- RPS is it. Oh, and her staff is out of this world.

Trish, and team, were an excellent caterer for my on wedding on August 4th. Trish responded very timely to any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating with any changes that were made. Food tasted wonderful, and her team went above and beyond their duties! Absolutely would recommend for any event. Included in our package we added on table linens, chair covers, chair sashes, and napkin linens.

Amazing. By far the best caterer available in Central Florida! 12 days before our wedding our original caterer surprised us with up-charges totaling over $700 (after promising that there would be no further charges) and Trish at RPS came in and saved the day. The other caterer was a big mega company that felt very impersonal while RPS is small and felt like Trish welcomed you into her home and made you a good home cooked meal. We chose the same menu we had originally selected (except at a way higher quality of taste) and I couldn't have been happier with the last minute catering change. She even arranged for a kids menu at no extra charge which was great for the little ones. They always say there won't be time to eat at your wedding but you will make time with their food I promise you that.

**I don't know the price of the catering because we used an all-inclusive package from the Enchanting Barn but I have heard that it is way more reasonably priced than competitors. The number I selected is arbitrary.**

I was having some trouble finding a caterer when the owner of the venue we chose recommended RPS Catering. Right from the start Trish Scuteri was super helpful in working with our budget. We got great food for a great price. Her staff was super professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend RPS Catering to anyone that has an important event coming up.

Trish and the rest of her RPS Catering team were FANTASTIC! And so reasonably priced to boot! We just used her for our wedding on Saturday and I have had countless people tell me how much they enjoyed the food! The were so sweet to cater to our needs at the sweetheart table, delivering food and drink to us as well. Trish also went above and beyond to help us with the tasting, as we lived out of town. She drove about an hour out of her way to we could meet and pick up the food to take home. Trish even sent my mom a text the next day saying thank you. Highly recommend if you're getting married near Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach and Daytona!!

What an absolute pleasure Trish and her team were! Not only was the food amazing, but the linen was beautiful and the bartenders and staff were friendly and polite! Great communication and quick responses. Flexible when I wasn't as quick to respond. I would 100% recommend RPS to anyone in need of a caterer!

I found out about RPS catering through my venue, Wilbur Boathouse, in Port Orange Fl. I also heard great things about RPS through my tent rental guy, Ron. Trish at RPS was amazing. She is laid back and will keep you calm and she is very detailed and organized. Her food is delicious! My grandparents are professional chefs and they loved her food! Her prices are so reasonable. The wedding I had at Wilbur Boathouse, with the food packaging through RPS would have been 3 to 4 times the price I paid where I am from in Atlanta. No one could believe how little I paid for my dream wedding! We prepared for 130 guests. Trish met with me multiple times at the venue and corresponded via call, text, and email frequently during the months leading up to the wedding. Another great thing about RPS is they are one of the only catering companies that make their foods from scratch. Trish was so down to earth and easy to talk, and she helped make my special day just perfect. Thank you, Trish!

Grooms don't write reviews! that's what I told my wife... but the service provided by RPS was phenomenal and I had to make sure I said just that. We contacted RPS Way very last minute and my bride had piece of mind from the moment we talked to Trish. Anything that was thrown her way was handled with a "no problem" approach and our day was flawless. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I hope we need a caterer in the future, we WILL call on RPS again and we WILL tell all our friends.

I highly recommend this caterer. It will be the best decision you can make. Trish was wonderful and very responsive to my emails and questions. They are reasonably priced but give 5 star service. They definitely go above and beyond. And the food was excellent! All my guests raved about it. Trish made sure the groom and I were taken care of too. We were very very pleased.

No need to look any further-you found the perfect caterer right here. Trish and her team treated us like family. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need and even took care of things that we didn't know we needed. I'll look to RPS for all catering I need in the future. Trish is amazing, it was days before my wedding at she let me add a speacial meal for my photographer, who is vegan, with no hesitation. Her staff is all very pleasant and attentive, and the food was AMAZING!!! Trish did in outstanding job from the beginning when we contacted her to the wedding. She quickly responded to every email that was sent her way. She listened to everything that we wanted and even had a few recommended ideas that went well with the type of food that we wanted. The service and food at the wedding was outstanding!! Words cannot express how truly happy we are with the service that we received. From the tastings all the way until the end of our wedding night. I am a very picky indecisive bride and Trish worked with us from day one. She never ever made me feel I was an inconvenience nor did she rush me to make a decision she even went above and beyond when we didn't buy enough of somethings. We live so far away I'm sad we may never get to work with her again, but I would highly recommend her and her staff. And it didn't break our bank either. Thank you thank you RPS for an easy process and wonderful food........that was almost all gone it was so good!!

Could not have asked for anything better. The set up was beautiful, the food was scrumptious and everyone enjoyed it all. You and your team were so professional and courteous throughout the entire event and took special care of my grandparents with one being hard of hearing and the other being on a scooter unable to dish up her own plate. Your servers were right there to take care of her and she is still talking about that. That is something that cannot be trained into someone, it has to be compassion and that it truly what you and your team showed. You took the time to get to know myself and our backstory and made me feel as we had known each other for a long time even though it was our first meeting. Day of event, you were there, set up and ready to go ahead of schedule. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and service you provided.

Trish was wonderful. She responded timely to all emails and was flexible in her selections. We had a small 25 person wedding reception at the River Lily Inn Bed and Breakfast and both Trish and Polly are familiar with each others preference so they were able to work together very well.

Trish and her staff at RPS Catering are the best! They catered our daughter's outdoor wedding to perfection. The event had to be delayed 30 minutes because of the weather.
Trish and her staff never missed a beat and had the whole reception set up in 45 minutes. There were 200 people at the reception! The whole staff never rushed and the food was great. From the butler served appetizers to the fillets grilled on site, RPS provided a memorable evening for all in attendance. Thank you all so very much.

RPS catering did a great job for our small outside wedding (about 65). They worked with us to come up with a creative menu which included some unusual requests from the bride and groom and to deal with a unique outdoor situation for serving, etc. The food was awesome and beautifully served. They arrived on time and did a good job of setting the tables and being ready for the guests. All of the staff was helpful, yet unobtrusive. In preparation for the wedding, we worked with Trish Scuteri who took the time to revise the menu several times and also to do a very nice tasting at our convenience. As far as cost, it was always clear what the charge would be and there were no surprises or hidden fees. All in all we would have no reservation at all recommending RPS catering.

We had to revamp all our plans for our rehearsal dinner when I was diagnosed with cancer and would be in chemotherapy at the time of our event. Trish didn't blink an eye and showed compassion and real generosity and creativity. Our "Old Florida Buffet" was a hit and the hor d'oevres were just wonderful -- ESPECIALLY the olive tapenade and pimento cheese. The wait staff were equally pleasant and efficient and patient. I don't "let go" very often, but this was a "have to," and I enjoyed myself immensely!!

I wanted to think outside of the box when it came to the reception. RPS catering gave me the opportunity to do just that. I had a brunch style buffet and it turn out wonderful. Everyone at my wedding reception expressed how good the food and service was. They went over and beyond for me and my husband and we are truly grateful for that. If you want your dream menu at affordable prices then RPS catering is your cater. I would definitely use them again for any party or celebration.

Trish and her team were the best!! They handled everything even a last minute venue change for the cermony. Trish will show you the way from the menu to the linens, If you never held a large reception Trish will walk you through it. She takes over and all you have to do is enjoy the event with your guest. The food and presention were perfect!! The staff are profesinal and curtious. When they said they will be there and ready they were on time ready for guests. If we were to have another big event we would call upon them again!!!! They are NUMBER1 in our books!

Trish and her staff were amazing!!!! From the taste test on: service, communication, professionalism, and an outpouring of friendliness were in overabundance. This company truly was a blessing to work with and I am so happy that I found them to cater my 150+ guest wedding. From a once frantic and nervous bride to another; this company is an outstanding and highly reputable company to work with. My ceremony had ended earlier than planned for, but it was no problem for RPS- not only did they roll with the changes with guests arriving early, Trish was sure to keep me worry-free. RPS has excellent food and their service staff is very professional and accommodating. I even changed my number count by 25 people a week before the wedding and my bill was adjusted accordingly which was very helpful for my budget. Everyone loved the main courses and the appetizers were also a big hit. Trish even took back the rental items from my cake due to the fact I was leaving town and not able to do it myself. I highly recommend RPS Cateringfor your wedding. My husband has had to eat a lot of banquet food over the years in his traveling and he commented while we were eating at the reception that this food was excellent. He was impressed and so was I. Trish does not make you feel like a client when you have meetings with her concerning your event. She makes you feel like you are a part of her family. Pick RPS above the rest and you will be very pleased.

RPS catering went above and beyond our expectations. We attended a personal tasting where we could request to taste anything we wanted. Trish was extremely helpful in all of the planning process and offered ideas and suggested to make it easier on us. The presentation the day of the wedding was beautiful and the food was great. She even surprised us with macaroni and cheese because she knew it was both of our favorites. The price was very reasonable and everything was perfect for our special day. I loved that Trish listened to my ideas for the wedding and did not talk at me or give advice unless asked. She was very professional and made me feel so at peace on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious and underpriced and the servers were efficient and out of the way when they needed to be.

I could not have found any one else so flexible and reliable. They made everything so beautiful and delicious. They did exactly what we wanted a cajan buffet and fantastic service. We were on a very small budget and they made it work for us. I would recommend them to anyone doing any type of banquet.

The staff was incredible. Trish made the planning stress free and consistantly went above and beyond to help in the planning. A great team, and exceelent service!

RPS catered my wedding on 9/25/2010. Trish also gave me a lot of help with wedding planning since she is very familiar with the venue where the wedding and reception were held. I had my wedding and reception in the same room, and she even helped me figure out the placement of tables. She and her crew were very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend RPS to others!

Fantastic Food for Wedding!

Still working on getting through the leftovers! RPS Catering supplies high quality food that was perfect for our wedding. Our photographer stated that it was SOME OF THE BEST WEDDING FOOD SHE’D EVER TASTED! Trish is very accommodating and easy to work with, same with the rest of her staff. We would definitely hire them again were we to host another event!

I would like to say from the beginning Trish has been amazing. She scheduled our tasting around our schedule. It was hard to narrow down our selection as everything was very tasty. She was also quick to respond to all of our emails, which also played a role in selecting RPS catering. Overall, our guest of 100 enjoyed our appetizers and dinner selections. I would definitely use them again.

Trish and her team at RPS were a dream come true! From the tasting to the day of, Trish was a blessing. The food was amazing and I received so many compliments after the wedding. Usually the food is the last thing people remember but I had emails about the food, all the way down to the salad. The price was the best i found in the area and they provided the linens, tableware, bartender, and cake cutting. For the competitive price you couldn't ask for more. The staff were pleasant and helpful and Mike the bartender was a hit! Trust Trish and RPS and ket it be one less thing you have to worry about the day of...
