As a venue owner pristine quality and excellence is a priority! Royalty Rentals owners snd staff are personable and do everything with excellence!
There prices are competitive and their quality is above the rest. There linens are always beautiful !
There chairs are clean and well cared for.
Everything is in the details and I love that they pay attention to details and now have a floral department with a husband and wife team that are a dynamic duo With flowers and design. 5 stars!

I used Royalty Rentals to rent tables, chairs, and linens for my wedding. Their prices for some items were slightly higher, but they ended up being a better deal than other rental companies because their setup and delivery are FREE!! The delivery guys did a great job of setting everything up quickly on the morning of. They also came back and picked everything up Monday morning with no problems or extra fees.

Dealing with Royalty Rentals was also hassle free. I was able to get a quote in about 15 minutes from their website. They were also responsive when I added a few items last minute. If you need affordable and reliable rentals, I definitely recommend Royalty.

Seriously awesome rental place. Had everything we needed at a great price. Our wedding was beautiful in part to their chairs, tables, etc!

Royalty rentals was very professional and easy to work with. They were on time with both dropping off and picking up our rental. They were very accommodating when directed as to where we needed our chairs and tables delivered. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Royalty Rentals was wonderful to work with! This was one of the only quotes we got for our wedding that didn't make our jaws drop. They were extremely accommodating to our changing of linen color and adding extra tables. Their large bar looked awesome for our outdoor backyard reception and the Fruitwood Folding Chairs were beautiful! All of the employees were a pleasure to work with during our busy wedding planning. Highly recommended to all wedding couples!

Saved hundreds on opting for this service! Convenient location, helpful and kind staff, and quality goods. Seriously good value for table linens! 108" round table cloths are around $18 a pop if you go through your venue, so consider these awesome people for $10 each!

They were very professional and on time. They had lots of nice looking items to add to our decorations. They were great to work with.

They were great to work with to make sure we had everything for our big day. Would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends.

FIVE STARS. Royalty Rentals was awesome. We rented our reception chairs from here and had them deliver and pick-up that same night (late pick-up). They were there first thing, even slightly before our initial time, which ended up being okay with our venue. They set up every single chair for us and EXTREMELY quickly (120 chairs), and even gave us a couple extra chairs just in case. They arrived at the end of the night exactly on-time and pick-up all the chairs quickly again. The payment process, communication process, everything, was so simple, quick, and painless, AND they were the best prices around. Even their late night pick-up (12AM) was SUPER reasonable ($75) and, in my mind, cheap. SO SO SO happy we found Royalty Rentals. Highly recommended!

Can't wait to rent with them again!

Royalty Rentals goes above and beyond. Planning a wedding can be stressful-- but, they have made it so easy! They are always willing to help and answer all of my questions. It was so fun to figure out what rental items I needed. They are definitely my one-stop shop. My favorite items include the Macrame Backdrop and the "LOVE" Marquee Sign. They are beautiful! I'm so happy I was able to find this place. Everyone has been so nice and I can't wait to rent with them again!

Worry free, and beautiful!!

If you want a worry free wedding and reception..I would highly recommend Royalty Retails! They were so very helpful in planning our wedding and reception. Royalty Rentals were on time when dropping off tables, chairs, linens, and more. The table and chairs were clean and looked brand new! Our floral arrangements were perfections! My in-laws have used Royalty Retails as well for office parties, and they to have loved this company as well! We can't say enough about this company ...We LOVE Royalty Rentals! This was the least expensive company I found for chair and table and linen rental- they delivered earlier then scheduled and picked up right on time- they are professional and flexible- they are my "go- to " company in the future for any event- I love Royalty Rentals!

Royalty Rentals provided us with extra tables at a very reasonable cost. They delivered them and even set them up before they left. We also ordered a "pipe and drape" that helped cover up unsightly areas. Thank you for your help!!

My wife and I are extremely glad we decided to use Royalty Rentals for our ceremony and reception. They were exceptionally accommodating to our rather frazzled and hectic scheduling and shuffling of items and quantities. They were very quick to respond and always cheerful and polite. Delivery and retrieval times occurred exactly when they said they would, and even then, they still called ahead to give notice they were coming to pick up the items.

We held a small 50th Wedding Anniversary Party at our home for my in-laws and could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Royalty Rentals. We started with thinking we only needed 2 chaffing dishes to discovering (just a few days before the big event) that we also needed 26 chairs. With the increase in the guest list we had to move the renewal of the vows outside so decided to rent a heater the night before. I left a voice message for them at 9:30am (day of) and when the guys went to pick up the items they were all ready with everything plus the heater. They really saved the day for us!

The rentals provided were in good condition, and were delivered and picked up during the agreed upon window. The team was easy to reach, and very helpful when I spoke with them on the phone. I would definitely recommend them.

We are grateful to Royalty Rentals for making our wedding day so special! Their service was impeccable -- they were so responsive to all of our questions in selecting rental items, and they delivered our order with such incredible care, setting up all of our tables, chairs, heaters, bars, and so much more with the layout exactly as we had pictured in my parents backyard! The delivery crew was amazing -- so polite, attentive, and quick in setting everything out. They even complimented the flower arrangements that we had made for the special day -- it was just too sweet! The crew that came to pick everything up later was just as wonderful as well, and they came a full day after the event with no extra charge -- more than enough time for us to break everything down. My family has used Royalty Rentals for years, for everything from brunches to dinner parties, so we knew exactly where to go for our wedding rentals! Winter Wedding

We used Royalty Rentals for our outdoor wedding reception. They were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We rented chairs, tables, linens and a dance floor. They provided everything we needed at a fair price. All of the items we rented were clean with no defects. They were flexible and worked with us help make our event stress free. We rented tables, chairs and linens from Royalty Rentals and everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better customer service and setup/take down service. Their chairs were comfortable and went perfect with our outdoor wedding.

The communication was wonderful! We got a notification that a mirror that we had ordered had broke before our wedding but they upgraded the mirrors to a larger one for free. They let us know ahead of time when they would be arriving and were wonderful to work with.

Kylie at Royalty Rentals was wonderful to work with for my December wedding. Not only were the prices the lowest in town, the quality of the rentals was fantastic! She even did her best to accommodate some last minute RSVPs by quickly adding additional tables/chairs/linens/napkins to our order 2 days before the big event. They were extremely flexible with delivery - we had our wedding at a private residence, so the early we could get the rentals set up, the better. They were able to deliver the night before, and the pick-up a few days later made it so our guests weren't being thrown out of their chairs so the rental company could clean up. Overall, I would highly recommend Royalty Rentals if you have any rental needs in the great Phoenix Area.

A very positive experience! The people setting up were very nice, professional and made accomodations for our requests. Best value! The reason I gave them a three and a half stars on quality of service was that they were about an hour late and that pushed everything back a bit and stressed the mother of the bride a tad, too! :)
All in all, I would highly recommend them and will call them for future rentals!!

Very professional and helpful. When I needed a piece of equipment that they didnt rent, they took the time to help me call around and find it. The only problem I had is that they would not deliver the chairs and tables the night before and could not deliver them super early in the morning either, so it caused a bit of a stressful time having to rush to set up everything after the tables & chairs were delivered. They did come during the time promised however, so they were not late. I would recommend them and use them again.

Stole my credit card information

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They illegally charged my visa card $310. I will obviously be heading to court over this, but wanted to warn folks that the manager will rob you if you give him your credit card. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EVER, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MAKE FRAUDULENT CHARGES!

Ordered several heat lamps and all but one heat lamp delivered didn't work. I called and left a long voice mail, they didn't call back and claim I never called and refused to credit my account.

They did not contact me before my event about set up, but when I contacted them one week before they said they they didn’t have the chairs I ordered and paid for 3 months before my event. They replaced with chairs I didn’t order but were the right color (only after 24 hours of me talking to them and then a venue that they get business from a lot called and scared them into it).
They arrived at 10 pm when they were supposed to arrive at noon the day before my wedding and left no way for us to contact them after 7, so my groom, my parents and I were up until 2am on our wedding day setting up, they did not set up fully even though I paid for it.
They delivered a broken table, that when an empty antique class was set on top, collapsed and broke an antique we had borrowed. I t was not a heavy piece and we also had paid for a table we could not use.
Upon us contacting them the following week, they took no responsibility. They said that coming a day early and giving us different chairs was compensation enough. I NEVER WANTED different chairs, I wanted the ones I ordered and paid for. And they said the broken table was our fault because we set it up. It was BROKEN, not set up wrong. We literally could NOT use it, and what’s worse is I paid for them to set them up. Why did we even have to? I work at a small cake business and I tell every bride and groom who ask me for suggestions that Royalty Rentals was the only stressful part of my wedding. I got 4 hours of sleep the night before my wedding because of them and I cried the days leading up to my wedding because they were so unwilling to help us out. I have to be honest, wedding days are too expensive and important for so many things to go wrong without real compensation.
