OMGGGG I am astounded, and I have no words to describe what David did! He excelled as our event planner, decorator, and coordinator. He went above and beyond with everything. I had to hold back tears as I witnessed the ceremony and reception. He truly outdid himself. Our wedding had a Christmas theme. I had such positive feedback from family and friends. Every detail was well planned and brilliantly executed. Throughout the planning process, he was organized, responsive, and proactive, making everything feel manageable. On the wedding day, he planned everything well and handled any concerns quietly behind the scenes, letting us to fully enjoy our day without worry. If you want someone to plan, create, and manage your wedding with professionalism and precision, David is your guy. I can't recommend him enough. We cannot recommend David enough! Not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but he played such an important role in making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more. From the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, he went far beyond what we ever expected.
At the rehearsal, he essentially stepped in as a coordinator, helping organize our wedding party and making sure everyone understood where to stand and how everything would flow. On the wedding day, he kept everything moving seamlessly and made the entire experience feel effortless. He even joked that we were the first wedding party he’d ever had arrive on time!
And the flowers… truly beyond anything we could have imagined. The beach ceremony setup was breathtaking. Our arch looked absolutely magical against the ocean backdrop, and the floral arrangements lining the chairs made the entire ceremony space feel so romantic and elegant. Every detail felt intentional and beautifully designed. Walking out onto the beach and seeing everything for the first time genuinely left us speechless.
The reception was just as incredible. The florals running all the way down our imperial table completely transformed the ballroom and created such a warm, luxurious atmosphere for our guests. One of the most meaningful details of our wedding was that we wrote personal letters to each of our guests, and David carefully helped place every single one at their seat on the table. It’s those thoughtful touches and the amount of care he put into every detail that truly set him apart.
Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we know David played a huge role in making that happen. He took our vision and somehow made it even more beautiful than we imagined possible.

David was super responsive. Immediately called me when I was interested in his services. Got me a quote right away. Whenever I texted him he responded immediately or told me when he'd be able to respond next. He was confident and made my vision come to life! When the flower I wanted didn't pass inspection, he went to local vendors and found the one I wanted. He introduced me to remaining vendors I needed. Beyond what I expected!
David was our planner, day of coordinator and decorator. His service was amazing, but his decorations were the ones that went way beyond what I had expected. My wife sent him some inspirations and he turned those inspirarions into something so good that everyone at the wedding was commenting great things about it. It was a Christmas theme and he took it to heart and provided amazing flowers and center pieces. He even went above and beyond to find some plates about 2 weeks before the wedding just because they look much better than the original plates we had discussed. I did not know how it was going to look, but when I saw the ceremony and reception decoration it looked way better than what I picture in my head. My wife was holding her tears while taking pictures in front lf the decorations and flowers. The bouquet he made was so beautiful my wife decided to not throw it.Royalty Event PR's reply:

Rincon Wedding
We planned our destination wedding in Rincón, Puerto Rico, and I truly don’t know how we could have done it without David. From the very beginning, he made us feel at ease, even though we were planning everything from afar. Our vision was to host an intimate wedding at a beautiful Airbnb overlooking the ocean, and David brought that dream to life flawlessly. He guided us through every detail: coordinating with vendors, as well as the airbnb host and staff to make sure everything would flow perfectly.
David always went above and beyond, even delivering our wedding cake for us since the vendor could not travel. On the wedding day, he handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy ourselves without stress. I was also extremely extremely impressed with his bouquet arrangements they were even better than my pinterest visions
If you’re planning a wedding in Puerto Rico (especially one at a non-traditional venue), I cannot recommend David enough. Thanks to him, our day was beautiful, effortless, and everything we dreamed it would be. -

When our original wedding plans fell through at the last minute, panic set in, but fortunately, we stumbled upon David Party Events on a Facebook group for Puerto Rico Destination Weddings. We contacted David for decorating assistance and despite our limited budget, he generously offered to help. We shared an inspiration picture of Vincent Van Gogh's Starry Night painting with David and he skillfully brought our vision to life. The result was breathtaking - from the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces to the arch decor, every detail was perfectly executed. Moreover, David's exceptional personality made working with him an absolute delight. If you're planning an event in Puerto Rico, I wholeheartedly recommend hiring David - his talent and kindness will make your special day truly unforgettable! -

I’m a wedding planner and had a couple get married at Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa in February. We worked with David of Royalty Event for florals and decorations and OH. MY. GOD. Not only was he truly a pleasure to work with and extremely supportive throughout the planning process with connections and rental help, he took my Pinterest vision and brought the entire thing to LIFE. He prioritized the beauty of this wedding so that I could focus on destination logistics and I’m so thankful that we connected. I can’t recommend working with him highly enough. Myself and the couple were all blown away when we saw the finished reception space. He absolutely killed it! I recently had the pleasure of hiring (David ) from Royalty Events PR for a service, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, care, and a level of attention to detail that is increasingly rare to find these days.
First and foremost, the quality of the work and detail was outstanding. Every task was completed with precision, skill, and a clear dedication to doing things the right way—not the fast way. It’s evident that this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the final results. Whether it was the finishing touches or the foundational work, everything was solid, clean, and done to perfection.
What really stood out to us was their attention to detail. They didn’t cut corners or rush through anything. Instead, they took the time to ensure every small element was done correctly and looked great. They even went above and beyond in areas I hadn’t expected.
Their customer service was also top-notch. Communication was clear, timely, and respectful throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to our needs, offered helpful suggestions based on their experience, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stage.
We were surprised with an unexpected gift from David that we'll absolutely aways cherish.
Lastly, the pricing was excellent For the level of service, quality, and professionalism I received, I genuinely feel I got more value for my money. There were no surprise charges, and everything was explained clearly ahead of time.
In a world where many service providers do the bare minimum, this team truly raises the bar. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable, and courteous service. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

David es un profesional en su trabajo...te asiste en todo momento ....te aconseja y te recomienda lo mejor para que tu evento quede hermoso...sabexdwvorsr y combinar todo Es muy estrictos detallista.. y lo mejor es que esta asociado y tiene todos sus permisos y licencias al día...lo conozco dexhacexmuchovtiempo y se la clase de profesional que es.🙂
David fue el coordinador para mi boda civil .. y cada detalle de la decoración fue muy minucioso, además da el seguimiento a tu lista de invitados y te va mostrando quienes van confirmando y quien no...sus adornos van de acorde van los colores y el lugar qué hayas escogido. Hi im Villmarie I had my wedding whit Royalty Event in 2019. And we still get compliments from our big day. He took care of all the details. And when I walk down the aisle. It was like I dream since I was a little girl. I felt like a princess in a fairy tail wedfing. Flowers where great and fresh. The treatment to all our guests was awsome. Even still we keep in touch every now and then. And when I'm on vacation in my beloved Puerto Rico it's a must a meeting or a dinner. I'm so glad that he now is like part of our family. It's a mistake not choosing David for any aspect wedding, birthday, flowers, and more.
