Royal Valet did a great job at my wedding. They charged a fee per hour for driving and then a fee for hour for valet services. They worked to figure out what parking lots could be used in the area since our venue only allowed overnight guests to park in the parking lot. We were able to put down a deposit and then pay the remaining bill (based on the hours worked) after our event. It was a nice feature to have for our wedding so that our guests didn't have to worry about where to park. -

We've known Justin for years. Ever since he started Royal Valet, so we already knew that they would be our valet for the evening and the following day brunch. They are prompt and very friendly. I was thrilled with the service and I would recommend them to anyone hosting an event. -

The valets showed up on time and did a good job parking the cars. The service was a good value overall. However, the main office was very unresponsive to phone calls and email, and really lacked overall professionalism. The main office could not give a firm quote and the valets could not tell us how much we owed them on the day (probably because the main office failed to tell them). That being said, there were no issues with the valets themselves and they did a wonderful job parking and retrieving cars. We'd recommend the service but don't be surprised if you have a hard time tracking people down. -

I was referred to Royal Valet. We had discussed having several vehicles that could accommodate up to 12 guests for transportation between the hotel and the venue. ONE VEHICLE showed up to shuttle more than 75 guests, and it was a sedan that fit 3-4 people aside from the driver. On the second round, the driver got a flat tire, stranding the guests in the car (who were part of the wedding party), and leaving everyone at the hotel waiting with no way to get to the ceremony (the line was now very long at this point). I had heard that they could not send any more cars because all vehicles in the company were assigned to other events.
We had to delay our wedding because half of the guests had not yet arrived by the time it was scheduled to start. Then, the driver disappeared sometime during the ceremony. Guests who did not drive had no way to get home. Some who did not drive ordered Ubers and called taxis. We had guests piling into cars of guests who did drive.
It was a nightmare, and so embarrassing. The transportation was the only part of our wedding day that went wrong. I recommend choosing anybody but this company for your wedding/event. -
