  Absolutely amazing

  I cannot begin to say amazing things! From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out my experience was flawless! Ivana and Vesna are amazing women that make you feel like a queen. They took their time to listen to my wishes and make sure I try on every dress I liked. The dresses here are unique, modern, high quality and reasonably priced. And the best thing is they can make alterations on the spot. I can't thank them enough for helping me find my dream dress. I highly recommend About Love Bridal and Formal!

  Great quality of service and craftsmanship

  I am very happy with the service provided by all of the staff at About Love Bridal and Formal. These ladies are wonderful. I purchased my silver Mother of the Groom dress with the concern that the back would be too open but the alterations were done so professionally that you couldn’t even tell that the back of the dress was even worked on. I am very happy and I will be recommending this store. God Bless you ladies.

  Great experience!

  From the moment we walked into About love bridal we were impressed. The service was perfect, the ambiance was welcoming and the options to choose from were adequate. I needed a bridesmaid/grooms woman dress and found the perfect one. They also provide alterations just in the event the dress selected needs a little altering. I would surely recommend shopping here for your bridal needs.

  Incredible experience, Will be back!

  My experience at About Love Bridal and Formal was exceptional. Ivana, the owner, was incredibly cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I came to rent a tuxedo for a formal gathering, and their extensive selection and top-notch service left me looking and feeling my best. Highly recommended!

  My first impression was very positive. I called the store shortly after 4:00pm on a Friday to ask if appointments were necessary and was told that I could come in without an appointment. The ladies were so helpful and pulled several dresses for me to try. They were extremely patient and made me feel pampered and like I was a special family member. I found my dress and am so happy with my choice. I will be scheduling my first fitting in a few weeks. So excited

  My overall experience at Royal Designs was amazing. Vesna has the best collection of wedding dresses in Polk County and very affordable. Picking out an dress was very stressful until I meet Vesna. She is very professional and has a lot of knowledge about how to fix things and what not to wear. When you first walk in you are treated like family not just a customer. I highly recommend her to any bride and let her take your stress away. I know she took mine away.

  Vesna Stewart is the best seamstress I've ever worked with and I grew up doing pageants. She made it possible for me to wear THE dress for me on my special day and had it all done for me just how I wanted and then some. She is so honest and completely affordable. She can do it all.

  I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Vesna, the owner, is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever met. We took her a wedding gown (that needed very little alterations made) and ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses (with very little alterations to be made as well). When we called to make an appointment, she ensured us that she is ALWAYS there “sometimes till 3am.” WRONG! After driving an hour to see her, she wasn’t there and was on a cruise. Upon our 2nd trip, to which she was there, she told us that our dresses were not finished and that we would have to come back. Her reasoning is that while she was on her cruise, her daughter’s boyfriend cheated on her, and she had to move her daughter. At our 3rd trip, again not by appointment, Vesna’s husband informs us that she’s on her way. He would not tell us what time she would be in. When she’s “always there,” but showed up an hour late and still had not finished the bride’s gown. We stayed for her to finish the bride’s gown and retrieved one of the bridesmaid’s dresses. The 2nd bridesmaid dress was picked up a week later. The 3rd bridesmaid’s dress was a DISASTER! The sides had not been taken in, the shoulder straps had not been fixed correctly (and would have been easily torn completely), and the hem at the bottom of the dress was completely slanted. Vesna had over 5 months to prepare accordingly, and now 2 days before the wedding, we’re scrambling to find someone to fix a bridesmaid dress. Vesna’s lack of professionalism and her careless mistakes are deplorable and inexcusable. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER!
