Amazing quality amazing deal insanely delicious!

Royal Catering was a preferred vendor on our venue’s list, so we decided to check them out. We were initially intrigued by their reasonable prices and it seemed like we would get a lot for what we paid for. Boy, were we right!! Choosing Royal Catering for our wedding turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The communication with Kaitlin was so prompt and consistent from the beginning, and we felt confident with our choice. We chose the BBQ buffet option which turned out to be an AMAZING deal and not to mention, insanely delicious!! Our guests still rave about the food to this day. It was so good!!! You get so much for what you pay for and their attention to display and detail is the icing on the cake. They also helped to set up our cocktail hour display which was gorgeous and they also provided bartending/cake cutting services. Our BBQ brisket was even carved on site at no extra cost which was such a nice touch! Kaitlin and her team were such a pleasure to work with and we will highly recommend them for any event. Will definitely work with them again!!!

More Than Just a Caterer

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kaitlin and her staff during our rehearsal dinner and also for the reception! She has the patients of a saint (my family and I had few different opinions… we’ll just leave it at that ;) ) and super easy to work with (after changing our minds on everything from the linens to the amount of food and drinks multiple times). She helped us with everything from how much food and drinks we should order to the actual timeline of the wedding and everything in between.
The Mexican food was amazing at the rehearsal dinner and the BBQ was out of the world at the reception! Not only did the food taste amazing, but she did an incredible job of setting everything up. Our wedding was going to be outdoors, but unfortunately in decided to thunderstorm all day long (including TWO tornado warnings!), which moved the ceremony partially indoors into the reception area. She remained cool, calm, collected even though we were cutting into her setup time and once again, changing things up on her last second! She even helped me with making sure the train to my wedding dress was laid out perfectly before my dad and I walked down the aisle . She and her team were there from start to finish, making sure everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect. I truly cannot thank her enough for being such a huge part of making my dream wedding a reality!

Royal Catering - Professionals, Delicious Food and Excellent, Attentive Staff

When my son and beautiful future daughter-in-law chose their wedding venue, I was a bit concerned. The location was about an hour from Dallas, but absolutely breathtaking. Cedar Cove Ranch in Eustace, Texas could not have been more perfect. Our children suggested Kaitlin from Royal Catering for their rehearsal dinner, wedding reception/cocktail hour, and wedding dinner. Kaitlin was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose the perfect meal combinations for all the events. Her suggestions and special touches including the color of linens, and dinnerware enhanced the rustic-chic theme that my daughter-in-law really wanted. After Kaitlin’s stunning and delicious presentation at the rehearsal dinner, we were not sure she and her team could top their performance, but the best was yet to come. Kaitlin and her team were professionals in every sense of the word. The staff was punctual, friendly and very attentive to each and every guest. Every guest raved about the delicious food, the presentation, and quality. When all the events ended, Kaitlin made sure the remaining food was carefully packed and transported to a destination on the premise. I really appreciate the impeccable service and delicious food that Royal Catering provided for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding events. If you want to ensure you'll have the perfect wedding reception of your dreams - Please hire Katlin from Royal Catering!

My son and daughter-in-law "to be" wanted a small, intimate family wedding - But at the same time they also wanted a special home reception afterwards. Kaitlin came out to the backyard home venue and listened to our wish list of details - She offered her experienced input and helped us to come up with a menu and tent and seating options to work within our budget.

On the day of the wedding - Kaitlin and her staff were well prepared. The food was exceptional, the servers were professional and attentive - And Kaitlin - who may have looked like she was 'behind the scene' - Was actually ever so present to make sure that every detail was being attended to.

I know my son and beautiful new daughter-in-law could not have asked for anything more! Our guests raved about the service and the food and how beautiful everything looked and had come together. The venue was a backyard wedding paradise.

Kaitlin - Thank you, so very much - You have a gift to know what your clients are wanting and even more than that - You have the special gift of making all of their dreams come true!

Everything about Royal Catering was perfect. Our rehearsal dinner which was on 11/3/16 at Noah's in Fairview was great and our guests loved the food! We had lemon chicken and beef kabobs as our entrees...so delicious!! Will definitely use Royal Catering again. Oh, and our attendants were the best too. They were very attentive to every little detail to help make our event special. Thank you Royal Catering!!

The food was fantastic! My husband and I heard nothing but compliments on how delicious the food was! We had guests raving about the food afterward.
The staff were so nice and we were completely satisfied with their service. They were professional, friendly, and very prompt.
There was more than enough food at our wedding! Royal Catering can take care of your catering needs without worry.
Kaitlyn was able to make any changes, adjust our order, and work with our wedding coordinator well. She would communicate with us suggestions and recommendations that worked well for our wedding. We appreciated all her work!

OMG! can't thank you enough for all you did to make our daughters wedding reception a success. The wait staff was so professional, so kind and provided excellent service. The food was great, the guests could not stop raving about how good everything tasted. I can see why Royal Catering is a perferred caterer. Royal Catering provided dessert shots for my wedding and they were a hit! I came in for a tasting and picked five flavors, which I was able to customize (rasberry cheesecake, oreo, banana pudding, strawberry shortcake, and peanut butter torte). Everyone loved them and they were a fun alternative to just having cake. They were also more affordable than those offered by other caterers. Royal delivered them during the room flip from ceremony to reception so they were nice and fresh. They did a cute display with labels and boxed what was left for my husband and I to take back to our hotel. All in all, we were very happy!

Royal Catering goes above and beyond to make your special day beyond perfect. I first used Royal Catering in 2005 for my company and now they are my go to for EVERYTHING! They add special touches from the beautiful display of food, attention to detail and the service is top notch. I highly recommend this company for brides bc Kaitlin and staff take the worry away and all you have to do is enjoy the delicious first class food. One thing that I love most is that they can create your dream menu satisfying each taste bud and having something for everyone. Royal Catering was awesome. The food was great and the attendents were very professional. I received so many compliments says the food was wonderful and the attendents were so helpful. Very helpful and flexible to accommodate a family style dinner that I really wanted and a fabulous sundae bar that my groom had his heart set on. Perfectly polite and polished staff that truly tried to do everything they could to make our day flow and be perfect. Would definitely recommend them. Great food too! Received comments from guests that said it was the vest wedding food they have eaten!

I love Royal Catering! They've always come back with the best presentation and price for my corporate events; no surprise that they did the same for my wedding. Even a business lunch setup by Royal looks like a setup we'd get at a 5 star hotel!

Royal was "off the list" at my venue, normally there is a $ fee for not using one of the "list" caterers. I was ok with this - only one of the list caterers beat Royal's price and their food tasted awful! After a representative from Royal personally visited my venue (which is their standard for doing an evening event at a new venue), my venue called me and let me know they were so impressed that the $ fee was waived!

Royal Catering just recently catered my wedding for 250 people. Clara and her team were fantastic! Everything was so organized and they were really accommodating to our needs! They made the night so easy for us and the food was delicious! Everyone was talking about how good it was all night! We had the BBQ pulled chicken sliders, the chili pie station, caesar salad station, the mashed potato bar and some casual appetizers! YUM! On top of everything, Clara even hauled all of our beer and wine to our venue for us! Her bar tenders also did a fantastic job! Royal Catering went above and beyond our expectations! We had so much food for the price we paid. We even had plenty of left overs that they kindly boxed up for us! I highly recommend them for any catering needs!!!

Clara and the rest of the staff made our wedding day so much easier on us! The food was delicious. We had a plated dinner for 250 people and for that many people the price they gave us was very good! We had a delicious feta stuffed chicken entree, with roasted potatos, and a a vegetable medley. They had garlic bread and ceaser salads pre set along with tea and water for the guest. They also had a beautiful fruit display in our cocktail room and a pretty ice display. We also hired 2 of their bartenders and they were great. For $25h per bartender they provided all of the cups and we bought our own alcohol and told them what to serve. We had a Mexican/Cuban wedding so we served margaritas, Mojitos, rum and coke and beer and wine and they highly met out expectations. Thank you Royal Catering for helping us on our Wedding day!

Royal catering is amazing!! We had chicken fried steak and it was delicious. They also boxed up all the leftovers for us. We did it buffet style, but the servers handled everything. They served, cleaned up the tables, and made sure everyone was happy. We also used them for bartending and they did an excellent job, very professional.

Royal catering was great to work with. I didn't do a testing because I had been to a reception they catered and was impressed. Our crew loved the pulled pork parfaits - so cute! We had lots of food left over and they packed it up for us to take home. They also gave us a gift of chocolate covered strawberries at the end of the evening. Such a nice touch!

Awesome food & service.... people are still talking about the almond crusted chicken at our wedding 3 weeks ago. If we ever have a catering event again we will definitely use Royal Catering.

Royal Catering did a wonderful job for our wedding reception. Kim was very helpful throughout the menu decision process and did a great job with the setup/display for the buffet. Her staff did a great job as well and our guests commented about how delicious the food was. They even boxed all of the leftovers and also made a special chocolate dipped fruit box for us to take to the hotel. Thanks for making our day perfect!!!

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY is the best way to describe the food they provided at my wedding. Royal Cattering was so helpfull they sat down with me and helped me figure out exactly what it is I wanted and even though I changed my mind several times they were so nice and proffesional they made a very stressfull time a little easier. They were amazing you will wish you could skip your first dance so you could keep eating. J/K!

Royal Catering provided us with catered food for the Richardson Civic Center (they had a list of accepted vendors). Royal catering seemed very responsive, had samples we could try and we had a buffet w/ meat carving station. All in all the food was great, their shop seemed a little cluttered from all the stuff in there when we went to visit, but the food was worth the price, and we were very happy. They were on time and professional.

We used Royal Catering for a wedding and loved it! We had a Texas barbecue themed dinner, because none of our family is from Texas, and they LOVED it! Soo good. Mac n Cheese bar & Pulled Pork Parfaits...amazing. The display was gorgeous, and very professional. My husband and I are both Chefs, so Kim was very awesome with helping make sure everything was how we wanted it. They set up a separate dinner for my husband and I while everyone else was at cocktail hour, and it was incredible! we walked in and a beautiful table was set up with everything to eat! Staff was very polite, as well. Kim gave us a TON of boxes to take home, as well as some special boxes just for us to take back to the hotel =)

Very flexible, professional, and responsive. The ability to customize the menu allows for any budget. Quality of Service got 4.5/5 because our chicken was slightly dry, but still good. Would highly recommend!

Service is AMAZING! The prices are perfect for ANY budget and you truly get more than you pay for. Kaitlin went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. The servers cleared our tables, served drinks/appetizers and truly made our evening worry free. The staff were genuine and sweet and truly cared about the people they were serving. Royal Catering did a great job at our wedding! The food was delicious and Kim was always responsive to my call and emails. They even accommodated my step-son's food allergy, ensuring his meal was kept completely separate, yet warm and delicious. My only complaint was that we had agreed on different side dishes but they forgot and served what was on the menu. Everyone loved it though and only we knew it wasn't right. The servers were attentive and the food was displayed beautifully.

Great catering, for a great price! They are very flexible too, even when I called them a couple of days before the wedding to change up the menu a bit. the presentation at the wedding was amazing also! I didn't have to worry about anything and was able to enjoy my wedding day with no worries!

Royal Catering did an AMAZING job at our wedding

Our coordinator, Kaitlin Kozlowski, and her team at Royal Catering did an AMAZING job at our wedding on June 21, 2019 at The Springs in McKinney (Tuscany Hill)! The majority of our guests were Asian so the "Build Your Own Asian Bowl" menu was delicious and perfect for our event. The staff did a great job of portioning out the servings to ensure everyone had enough food. And Kaitlin was wonderful with our guests even though there was a language barrier (a lot of our guests do not speak English). She and her assistant, Heidy, did an amazing job of running the entire event and making sure we hit all our major milestones regardless of the little hiccups that happened along the way. I would highly recommend Kaitlin and her team at Royal Catering for any event!

The food was great - very nice and coorperative people to work with. simple and easy menus - not a lot of fuss.

Royal catering is a great option for your wedding as they are very diverse in the services they offer. They are essentially your one stop shop as they offer services for catering, bartending, rentals, wedding planning, and even manual labor/decor setup. They offer a variety of foods that will satisfy any occasion from cocktail hour to a full course meal. They did an amazing job at my wedding helping to setup decor the day before the wedding and were very helpful with table and chair placement. On the actual day of the wedding they were very quick to help pick up any last minute tasks that my coordinator needed and were flexible in helping with anything from guest coordination to cake cutting. The cherry on top was at the end of the night they put together a little to go box of food with samplings of all our food and both our wedding and grooms cakes. We were delighted to be able to have a little midnight snack as you can imagine you don't eat much at the actual reception! I would recommend this company to anyone who is hesitant to take on the task of hiring a caterer. They make the process easy and walk you through what you need to do and offer suggestions from prior events they have been a apart of. They are very knowledgable and are pros at getting the job done.

I was incredibly disappointed by this vendor. During the planning process, Kaitlin, added things to the contract without communicating to me what she was changing, and then didn't mention it until I was smart enough to compare the new contract to the original. She was adding things that were adding hundreds of dollars to the order. This was not acceptable especially because she was not communicating these changes. Then, the wedding day comes. The food at the reception was good, except for the fact that they totally forgot our caesar salad. After being informed of this, they argued with my mom saying they weren't supposed to have caesar salad. After getting the contract saying we were supposed to have caesar salad, they finally believed us. Then, they didn't have enough food to send with me and my husband with us to our hotel after we left, even though they said they would do that. After being informed of that, we were informed that they didn't do that because there were only "scrapings" left. This lead to a new problem. We had ordered food for 200, and we only had 180 people at the reception. This should have meant we had more food, but we did not. I was not happy with this place and do not recommend working with these people.
