We had an absolutely amazing experience with this catering team from start to finish. The food was incredible, beautifully presented, and every guest kept complimenting how delicious everything was throughout the night.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. The staff was professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly so we could fully enjoy our wedding day stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate our guests and kept everything running smoothly and seamlessly. Our catering manager Julia also made sure to offer us all our apps, drinks, and dessert to make sure we did not miss out on anything while we were busy talking to guests,

Rouge was absolutly amazing! Megan was awesome in working with us to make sure everything was perfect! I felt like I was emailing her every single day and she was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The food was so so good, they made my signature drink come to life, and they coordinated my wedding cake which made one less thing for me to worry about. They packaged up the top of my wedding cake at the end of the night since there was so much leftover and also sent us home with to-go meals. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about food or drinks all night as they brought us whatever we wanted. I could not have had a better experience! The entire Rouge team is awesome! -

If you're looking for a catering company that is organized, responsive, and delivers delicious food, look no further! From the start, their communication was excellent. They were quick to respond and super helpful every time we reached out with our silly (probably self-explanatory) questions. They made what could have been a stressful part of wedding planning feel easy, well-managed, and even exciting. Our tasting experience with Rouge was fantastic. The food was amazing, and they took the time to walk us through the space and show us the entire complex and explained the process, which made us feel even more confident in our choice. It was thoughtful, welcoming, and set the tone for everything that followed. On wedding day, the food was just as incredible as it had been at the tasting, if not better. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night and afterward specifically to compliment the appetizers & meals, which is something you don't always hear at weddings. Beyond the food itself, the level of service was exceptional. The team was organized, professional, and made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Julia, our catering manager, who truly went above and beyond for us. She made sure we actually got to enjoy our wedding day by saving hors d'oeuvres for us while we were busy greeting guests, setting aside dessert my husband had requested, and even packing up extra entrees for us to take home and enjoy after the wedding. Those thoughtful touches made such a difference! Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish between the quality of the food, the professionalism of the team, and the genuine care shown to our guests and to us. We would highly recommend Rouge to any couple looking for a catering company that truly delivers on every level! -

We hired Rouge for our wedding at Evergreen Museum & Library in Baltimore, and they delivered on every front. From the start, our coordinator Sam was exceptionally responsive and genuinely attentive to the specifics of what we were envisioning — she helped us incorporate my mother's artwork into our pet-themed cocktail menu and offered thoughtful layout ideas for our non-traditional ceremony setup. The food was excellent and guests were happy. Day-of service was seamless: staff were professional, timing was smooth, and nothing fell through the cracks. For the value, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend. -

We went with rouge catering for our ~90 person wedding. For everything that comes with it it was a great value in my opinion! We hd our wedding outside in a tent on the water and rouge basically brought a whole kitchen there and set up the wedding of our dreams! We had a family style dinner which everyone loved because people could take the portions they wanted. everything was beautiful they brought shelves and things as you can see to make everything look very elevated. I had a dream of pre ceremony truffle fries and wine being passed and they made it come to life!!! Everyone complimented the food from the passed apps to the short rib to the asparagus! Their flexibility with us a I constantly changed my mind was so kind and nice. I highly recommend rouge catering. -

We cannot recommend Rouge catering enough! Julia and her team catered our April wedding at the Evergreen Museum and Library and I can genuinely say that our delicious food was the number one compliment that we heard from our guests during and after the wedding!
The team crushed it—from the divine appetizers at cocktail hour to the massive variety of American and South Asian entrees we chose for the buffet dinner to the fun ice cream bar to our PB&J late night snacks. Our guests were so obsessed with the cornbread and the coconut shrimp.
We want to shout out Julia, who was truly so sweet and a delight to work with and someone who answered all of our many questions quickly, clearly, and calmly! She made sure we didn’t feel stressed at any point of the journey. Although Rouge has many events throughout the year, Julia made us feel like we were Rouge’s only client.
And leading up to the wedding, we appreciated how attentive the Rouge team was during the tastings and how flexible they were on some of our requests. They really blew all of the other catering companies out of the water with their attentiveness and flexibility. If any couples are deliberating on catering vendors for their wedding, we are BEGGING you to choose Rouge. Julia and the entire team truly played such a pivotal role in making our day SO special.

Rouge is amazing would recommend to everyone.
Rouges amazing to work with, there communication from the beginning was amazing sending sample menus until you thought it was perfect. At the food tasting we got a tour of the facility and then sat down for the tasting, everything we had was amazing and very well plated. Between the tasting and then wedding we were in touch about linens and how the table would be set. Day of the wedding the food was as good as it was during the tasting. Guest raved over the chicken Chesapeake and the asparagus the most. The entire rouge team was amazing to work with and will recommend then to all my friends and family.Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rogue Fine Catering. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, they went completely above and beyond. Everything was set up flawlessly and looked absolutely beautiful.
And the food… WOW. It was outstanding. We received endless compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, from the cocktail hour to the main course. My husband and I had tried Rouge at another event we attended and decided it had to be the caterer of our wedding because the food was just divine. We were blessed to have Danica as our event manager and she made absolutely everything about the experience with Rouge perfect and so easy. We did not have a worry in the world and all of our expectations were blown out of the water. We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Rouge as our wedding caterer. The food was exquisite, and people were raving to us about how good the food was all night. this began at cocktail hour, with the appetizers, before anyone had even had dinner! It was such a relief to know that we had nailed the thing wedding guests care most about. Our event manager, Anne, was fabulous throughout the planning process. I was especially impressed with the on site management on the day of our wedding: there was never a long line for the bar, tables were cleaned and served swiftly, and the entire staff was extremely professional. 10/10 experience with Rouge!!!Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

In November 2024, we visited Rouge Catering in Hunt Valley for our tasting, and we were immediately blown away by the quality of the food. They had prepared several of the dishes we wanted to try, and every single one exceeded our expectations.
Not long after leaving the tasting, we knew without a doubt that Rouge would be our caterer.
As we worked through our menu, we requested quite a few custom changes, and the staff accommodated every one of them without hesitation. Their flexibility and willingness to make the menu truly our own meant so much to us.
Liz Reynolds was assigned to our wedding, and we first met her during our venue walk-through. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Both Alison and I are very detail-oriented, and Liz matched that energy perfectly. She was always available, attentive, and made sure every question or concern was addressed.
When the big day arrived, everything ran flawlessly. The staff was professional and courteous, the bartenders were fantastic, and — most importantly — the food was phenomenal. Guests are often polite about wedding food, but in our case, we didn’t have a single person who wasn’t raving about how great it was.

As the mother of the groom, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the catering team and the incredible role they played in making my son’s wedding day at Bohemia Overlook so special. From the very beginning, they were organized, attentive, and genuinely caring. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they brought such peace of mind knowing every detail of the food and service was in such capable hands.
The meal itself was absolutely outstanding—every course was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with such grace. What really stood out, though, was not just the quality of the food but the warmth of the staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, quick to anticipate needs, and always made us feel like family.

Rouge catered our son's early September wedding, and they were professional, efficient, and responsive. Their pricing was highly competitive, the food was delicious, and their service was impeccable. There was never a wait for appetizers, and the meal, featuring short ribs and salmon, was cooked to perfection and received rave reviews from the attendees.
We made a last-minute decision to move the ceremony venue indoors due to a poor weather forecast. Rouge was flexible and accommodated an unplanned request to open the full bar an hour earlier than planned. I would highly recommend Rouge to cater an event!Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

We are so happy we chose Rouge Fine Catering to cater our wedding reception! They were very responsive to communication and were able to create the perfect wedding menu for us. They incorporated my French (baked brie tartlets) and Ukrainian (potato pyrohy) backgrounds and my husband's Chinese (edamame potstickers) background perfectly into the passed hors d'oeuvres, and the buffet dinner was extremely well-executed and delicious. I was a little worried about a line at the buffet taking too long, but the experienced Rouge staff kept things moving and there was never an issue. As mentioned in the review header, everyone raved about the food! Our guests were talking about it for days after our wedding.
The service and attention to detail were also incredible. We ordered a sheet cake from Wegmans for our dessert, and Rouge picked it up for us on the day of our wedding (they also do their own in-house desserts, which I am sure are amazing). We coordinated linen rental through Rouge, which was seamless and straightforward. The staff even set aside two of every passed hors d'oeuvres in the bridal suite so we were both able to taste everything. We were so impressed with everything Rouge had to offer. We didn't even consider other caterers - after we tried Rouge, we were sold!

We had a wonderful wedding experience with Rouge Fine Catering. Everything was so well presented and any questions we had were always promptly answered. Working with Julia was a dream. Amazing food and experience!
We are so happy we went with Rouge! They were super easy to work with and were very responsive (and I had a million questions). The food was phenomenal, our guests were raving about it for days! All their options are so creative, they certainly have something for everyone. They also helped display our Pittsburgh cookie table, which came out great. We used Rouge Fine Catering for our wedding and we were incredibly happy with our choice. They had a HUGE selection of options and were even open to bringing a few extra things (hello, late night mozarella sticks!). Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly and we had guests telling us all night how amazing the food was. We did family style, so they got to try a bunch of options. We got married a few weeks ago at the Evergreen Museum & Library in Baltimore, MD. Rouge was one of the 5 pre-selected caterers on the venue's list, but I would pick this catering team over again no matter the venue! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind when we were selecting this vendor. I was actually choosing between two catering services, and ultimately selected Rouge because they were so kind and helpful. The venue and catering were the first items I checked off my list while wedding planning and Rouge answered all of my questions during that phase where I was unsure about almost everything. Rouge customized our menu and incorporated some appetizer ideas I provided from other weddings I attended. The menu felt so totally "us." And the food was AMAZING.
Our point of contact, Julia Milligan, went above and beyond to help make the day run smoothly. I can't thank her enough for answering many of my frantic emails and questions in the month leading up to the wedding. Julia also checked in with my husband and I during family photos to make sure we were doing okay and asked if we needed anything to eat, since we missed most of the cocktail hour.
When we sat down at dinner, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the Rouge staff made a separate plate for us to enjoy the appetizer we missed out on during cocktail hour. Everything tasted amazing! We selected the beef short rib and an autumn salmon for our entrees. That might be the best salmon I've ever eaten. My guests are still raving about the food two weeks later!
Rouge also coordinated booking our ceremony chairs and cake baker, so that was another weight off my chest. Thank you so so much to Julia and the rest of the Rouge team for making our wedding night perfect and memorable!Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

I can’t recommend Rouge highly enough! They are truly the best in the industry, and their confidence is well-deserved. From the very beginning, they made the planning process seamless and enjoyable, providing an outstanding tasting that left us excited for our big day.
When I met our day-of coordinator, Anne, I felt incredibly grateful. She was organized, meticulous, and exuded professionalism, making everything run smoothly.
Now, let’s talk about the FOOD! It was some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m still amazed at how they pulled off such exceptional quality in a buffet setting. You absolutely must try the braised short rib—it was a showstopper! I’m already trying to figure out how to enjoy it again.

Where do I begin! From beginning to end, our experience with Rouge was professional and seamless. Our point of contact was Kate and she always was responsive and helpful with any questions or changes I wanted to make to the menu. She assisted with coordinating the linens, flatware rentals, our cake and even the chairs for our ceremony so it was one less thing I had to worry about.
Their menu is HUGE. There is truly something for every person and style of cuisine you can think of. Our wedding was Italian inspired so we chose parmesan crusted chicken, Italian roasted salmon, and short rib. My husband and our mothers attended the tasting and we were in complete shock at our amazing the food was. I also loved how they give you a tour of their facilities so that you have an understanding of their operational process for your wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how flavorful the food was that they didn't even want cocktail hour to end.
Lastly, the wait staff and bartenders were so attentive, kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We had several comments about how they appeared to go above and beyond that normal "waiter" politeness and my husband was very touched how the bartender made sure to tell him congratulations.

THE BEST caterer that we could have asked for! Rouge catered our wedding two weeks ago and it could not have been better.
We had a complicated meal service--3 entrees and two side dishes served family style--that Rouge served effortlessly. Everything was hot and timely and in good supply, no need to hunt for servers or appetizers during cocktail hour. I heard from guests who mentioned how fun and lively the servers were as they dropped off and cleaned plates.
Everything was delicious too! We had crab cakes during cocktail hour that I swear were the best crab cakes I've ever had. Our guests couldn't agree on what their favorite entrée was.
Special thanks to Eli, who kept the whole thing going and took extra time to make sure our kiddish cup was cleaned, dried, and stored. Definitely recommend!Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

We used Rouge Catering for our recent September 2024 wedding, and couldn't be happier with our choice! We worked closely with Danica, who was incredibly knowledgable and responsive. They helped us with coordinating linens and menu creation- we received SO MANY compliments on our food from all guests. As an added bonus, the groom has a gluten allergy and they were still able to create amazing gluten-free options for appetizers and desserts. Rouge was an OUTSTANDING catering company.
Of course, their food is just incredible - we knew immediately after our tasting that Rouge was going to be our choice. At our wedding some of the most popular items were the scallops and the mini mac n cheese skillets.
The thing that really set Rouge apart was the way they treated us so special from day one. Celeste, Lindsay, and Kaitlin always made themselves available whenever we wanted to meet, and they listened to each request, and took great care of our vision for the wedding. It was a wonderful stress off my plate to have such a reliable and kind vendor taking care of such a critical part of our reception.
We used Rouge for not only food, but the open bar, table and chair rentals, dishware, and linens. They were even able to help us with an outdoor patio heater! On top of all that- they turned around our venue, the B&O railroad in less than 2 hours, and they made that room look absolutely stunning.
When we arrived at the reception after the ceremony, I was to delighted to have Kaitlin and Celeste ready to meet me and my husband right at the entrance, with a tray full of appetizers for us to enjoy before greeting our guests. They also packed us two complimentary to-go meals, since they knew we wouldn't get around to eating very much during the reception.
I cannot express how thankful I am for Rouge elevating our wedding night into a delicious, loving, and stress-free celebration. I HIGHLY recommend you pick them as your caterer if you're in the Baltimore area.Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

We had a couple different options for caterers but we are SO happy we went with Rouge Catering. From start to finish, they communicated well and went above and beyond to make sure our day was 100% perfect! We changed our signature drinks multiple times and had to change an entree throughout the planning process and they were able to accommodate and provide everything needed for our drinks! The food….. The food had to be the BEST PART. We were blown away by the taste testing so we knew the food was going to be amazing. From the appetizers, to the salad to the main entrees and desserts, OMG, all tasted AMAZING. Our guests raved about it ALL night long, a lot of our guests asked us to get recipes on the food lol. Kaitlin was our main point of contact and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was the best and checked up on us all night! Always made sure we had drinks and food! Great food is one of the most important features of a successful wedding, and we’re so grateful we hired Rouge for our wedding reception caterers. We heard about Rouge from our friends who hired them for their wedding, so we knew the food was good. But the way Rouge and their team run, behind the scenes, is the main reason we hired them, and they delivered.
Our venue did not have a full kitchen on site but that was no issue for Rouge because of the way they prepare and due to their box truck which has a kitchen. The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Our venue even required that we take out the trash and dispose of it offsite - Rouge handled it.
Kaitlin, our point of contact, was extremely communicative in the months leading up to the wedding. Whether it was matching table linens and napkins to our flowers or helping us make the signature cocktail of our dreams a reality, she made everything possible. On our wedding day, she made sure that my husband and I were fed by bringing us food and drinks when we were too busy.
Additionally, Rouge was extremely accommodating to food sensitivities. We had several vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free guests and we were able to find plenty of options that satisfied everyone without making it obvious. We heard from many guests with dietary restrictions that the food was amazing.

We just have to share our fantastic experience with Rouge Catering, especially giving a shout-out to Julia Milligan, the Manager of Catering Sales & Events. We had our event at the American Visionary Art Museum in October, and from the very first email exchange, we knew we were in good hands.
Julia and her team were not just pros at what they do; they were also some of the friendliest folks we've ever worked with. They made the whole process, from our initial email to the grand finale of our event, a true pleasure.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was incredible! Our guests couldn't stop raving about dishes like the Brie en Croute, the short ribs, and the Corn pudding. Rouge Catering's culinary talents really shone through.
What really set Julia and her team apart was their incredible flexibility. They helped us pick the perfect menu and made sure everything related to food and the bar went off without a hitch on the big day.
And let's not forget our incredible cake from SugarBakers! It not only looked amazing but tasted even better. Our cake featured two delectable flavors, Cannoli d'ville and Peach Melba. It was a true showstopper and perfectly complemented our event.
In a nutshell, we highly recommend Rouge Catering, and a big thank you to Julia Milligan and her amazing team for making our event a huge success. Choosing to go with Rouge as our caterer was easily one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. They were so responsive and flexible! They allowed us to buy our own alcohol, provide dessert that was near and dear to our hearts, and serve the late night snack of our choosing. We brought in both donuts and hotdogs from the bride's hometown (6 hours away) and they seamlessly prepared and served both after dinner for our guests. Guests are still talking about the food a month later and we could not be more pleased. We were seafood heavy on both passed appetizers and dinner and the cost was very reasonable. Fantastic Caterer from Start to Finish
I truly cannot say enough good things about Rouge! From start to finish, they were easy to work with, accommodating, communicative, and had every detail covered. Major shootouts to Celeste and Amanda for their hospitality, patience, and execution.
The pre-contract process: This was the first caterer I called and actually had someone answer the phone at the same time. Celeste answered all of my questions, helped me to build a starting menu and invited us in for a tasting. I don't want to take away the surprise for anyone's tasting, but let's just say you get shown the whole operation, and you're treated like family.
The coordination and day-of execution: Amanda was our main point of contact after contract signing. She was organized, even keeled, and extremely helpful in every way. She made sure every detail was accounted for and gave recommendations when asked. Our floor plan, table setups, and color scheme were very well done. She made sure our guests were taken care of as well.
The food: I have yet to attend a wedding where the food was as good as ours (maybe I'm a little biased, but come on - a taco bar at a wedding is pretty epic). People raved about the passed apps and taco bar, and some thought we wouldn't serve a plated meal because the apps were so plentiful. The dual plate salmon and bistro steak was a hit. The dessert display was amazing as well - cupcakes, cannolis, and tres leches cake were all outstanding! I wish we'd have captured more food pics, but our photographer's attention was on the people 🙂.
The fact that Rouge cooks on site and could prepare all of this food for almost 200 guests was absolutely incredible! If you want a quality caterer that executes delicious and beautifully presented food, go with Rouge - thank you to Rouge for playing such a big part in our big day!Rouge Fine Catering's reply:

Excellent service and delicious food
Our coordinator Anne and team made our day amazing by providing excellent service and great food. Anne provided great customer service from the planning stages to wedding day, and she worked seamlessly with our Day of Coordinator. Prior to the wedding, Anne and staff were very responsive and made menu/contractual changes whenever we asked. On wedding day, the food was top tier! Wedding food tends to be dry, bland, or over cooked, but Rouge’s was the total opposite. Our guests raved about the passed hors d’oeuvres and the entrees, especially the salmon and beef short rib. Overall, Rouge helped facilitate an unforgettable day by providing white glove service and great food/ drinks.

We got married at Accelerator Space November 5,2022 and Rouge did an exceptional job catering our wedding. From cocktail hour to dinner service, everything couldn’t have been more perfect. Guests raved about all the food, especially dinner!
Abby was our event manager and she went above and beyond to make sure all of our set up and the fine details were done. Rouge staff was very professional and pleasant.

It was very important to my husband and I that the food at our wedding was memorable and delicious, and Rouge certainly made that happen! We worked closely with Celeste and Marija to create a customized family style dinner menu that would also be a crowd pleaser (in addition to accommodating many dietary needs), and picked an assortment of amazing cocktail hour snacks that everyone raved about. They were incredibly responsive and flexible by allowing us to make certain customizations and special requests. Marija was also so involved in the setup of the tent and was on top of every detail leading up to the big day, and she worked very well with our planner and the venue. The staff the day of was so kind and gracious to our guests, and we had SO MANY compliments about everything from the food to the signature cocktails to the CAKE!!! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing :) -

Best wedding food I've ever had
Rouge Catering catered our wedding in August 2022 and it was one of the best decisions we made for the whole wedding. They presented us a full menu during our tasting, but were able to "cater" things to our specific taste and desires. Our passed appetizers were A HIT, including the crab dip and our specifically requested empanadas. For dinner, we had filet and crab cake and probably 30 guests told us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The steak was perfectly cooked, everything was hot, and the presentation was beautiful! This goes for the dessert as well which featured an ice cream bar and customized passed crème brulee. ROUGE was the perfect addition to our wedding day. We went back and forth with a few catering vendors, but ultimately went with ROUGE and I'm so glad we did. Once we did the tasting we knew we made the right choice. The food we sampled was amazing! We also had a ton of options to choose from, so it was easy to customize our menu to exactly what we wanted. We tried the food and then had the option to change and customize more if necessary. While we were planning our wedding we moved from Maryland to Colorado. ROUGE and Marija kept things simple and were able to talk and answer any necessary questions. They were flexible and able to meet with us during our trips back to Baltimore. Marija was so helpful answering all my questions and helping to figure out the best timeline for the day. Now to the wedding day. I am the kind of person who likes to make sure everything looks great and on my wedding day I couldn't really do that. The ROUGE team did an amazing job making everything look perfect and professional. The appetizers were a huge hit! So many people raved about the appetizers. They also made sure we got our own plate of appetizers which was super nice. The dinner service came out in a timely manner and helped keep our timeline going smoothly. Your need to go with Rouge Catering!
Amanda and her team managed our 200 person, at home wedding this past weekend and were wonderful from start to finish! The food was absolutely amazing- we're traditional Marylander's and had lots of seafood options for cocktail hour (raw oysters, ahi tuna, cocktail shrimp, crab tarts, scallops and coconut shrimp) everything was great! Followed by filet or rockfish for dinner- all of our guests raved about the food. They also devoured the milk and cookie bar- many guests told me they went back for 2nds and 3rds. The bartenders and servers had exceptional customer service (and on a 95 degree day)- my husband and I are retired bartenders and have high expectations in this department, they exceeded them by far! Rouge was one of my favorite vendors for our wedding day! They were the one vendor that caused me almost no stress! We planned a Baltimore wedding from Texas and Rouge was very accommodating with us! They were able to get us a tasting while we were in town for the holidays and I am so glad we did a tasting because the food was amazing! After the tasting they gave us a coordinator, Marija, and she was AMAZING! Her and I were in constant contact pretty much every day, multiple times a day until the wedding. When I was not able to attend the venue final walk through due to us being in Texas, Marija and our wedding planner attended on our behalf and facetimed us when they got there which was very helpful! Marija helped with all the last minute details, almost as much as our wedding planner. She helped with our tables and seating chart to helping us select linens, tables, napkins and more and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. The staff the day of was very accommodating and I had many guests say how nice the staff was! They were very timely when passing out drinks, hors d’oeuvres and the meals. I was worried about having one bar for 120 guests but there was a very little line the whole night! My husband and I were worried we wouldn’t have time with pictures to eat the delicious hors d’oeuvre and we were able to grab a few here and there because the staff made sure they came around to us, which was very nice! Not only did they make sure we got some, when we sat down at our sweetheart table, they had a whole tray of 2 of each of the hors d’oeuvres for us! One of the main things I wanted since we were having a Maryland wedding was a menu that was tailored to encompass the delicious food that you find in Maryland. The menu we had to chose from was great, we had hors d’oeuvres that were from seafood to old bay cheese sauce for the pretzel bites and it added to the wedding! Our main menu options were the classic crab cakes and the Maryland sweet and spiced chicken and guests could not get over how great the food was! To top it off, a majority of their menu items are gluten free which was very easy to navigate for any guests that had food allergies! At the end of the night, they even packed up some left over food and cake for my husband and I to enjoy after which was great because we didn’t have time to eat additional cake besides when we cut the cake so the fact that we were able to enjoy a slice of each layer of our cake after the wedding was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Rouge and everything they did for us on our wedding day! Catering is such a big part of your wedding budget and Rouge was very affordable and the quality of the food and service was top notch!

When we booked at The Assembly Room, Rouge was on the list of approved caterers. The Rouge team was so responsive, friendly, accommodating, and their packages were within the price range we were looking for. We ended up emailing with Celeste for about a year, swapping things in and our of our menu selections, switching from a buffet dinner to plated dinner, and so much more. Our tasting in the Rouge office was delightful, and the food was delicious. We ended up making some changes after the tasting, and again Celeste was just so helpful.
When we approached our wedding date, Marija was available to help us day in and day out! She was so patient, organized, and made sure we had all of the small details exactly right for our day. She went above and beyond and helped us so much with the floor plan, and answered about a million questions from us.
On our wedding day, everything was perfect. The food was incredible, and guests could not stop raving about it. The rooms were set up so beautifully, and flipped quickly during cocktail hour thanks to the staff. The only thing I will mention is that after we cut the cake, it was sliced and placed on the dessert table, rather than handed out to the tables of guests. This is something I probably should have asked about beforehand, and only a small thing in the scheme of a wonderful job all around. Rouge will not disappoint!! -

We got married in November at The Assembly Room and Rouge Fine Catering was on the preferred list. When chatting with our planners they recommended we look at Rouge first and foremost and I'm so glad that we did! Ever since we did our tasting a year ago I've been looking forward to our wedding just to finally be able to eat everything again. It was seriously SOOO DELICIOUS! My biggest wedding day regret was not eating more! All of our guests could not stop raving about all of our hors d'oeuvres and our entrees. Our coordinator, Marija also took SUCH good care of us. We got married at the Pier 5 hotel and mid-pandemic, they told us the hotel's catering staff had been laid off and they had hired Rogue for us. We were a bit apprehensive since we didn't know anything about Rogue and it was different than what we had signed up for. Well, we were SO thankful by the end! Their food was AMAZING (our guests are still raving about it) and their staff (Celeste and Anne especially) were SO helpful, responsive and happy to provide us with exactly what we wanted. All of the appetizers were insanely delicious, I'm just sad we didn't eat more of them (although Anne brought us a tray during our photos, so it was more on us). We chose crab cake & filet mignon for dinner and our guests are still raving about the cook on the steak, the crab cake (especially from long-time Maryland residents) and how everything was still hot when it arrived. We had such a great experience for them, that we ended up ordering breakfast for Sunday for our guests. So, I highly, highly recommend them for your catering needs! -

There are absolutely NO WORDS that could describe JUST how amazing Rouge catering is. I honestly don’t know what caterer out there can top them. My (now) husband and I are huge, huge “foodies” and Rouge absolutely did not disappoint.
Amanda was our coordinator from Rouge for the day. She was incredibly accommodating, a “calm” among the chaos, and really helped us zero in on our overall vision. Amanda and her team made sure we also did not go hungry! After cocktail hour, we had an entire spread of all the goodies we missed out on while taking pictures as we approached the reception tent.
Rouge also helped to make our beer-tasting dreams come true for our custom escort wall. We provided the beers, and they did the pouring- it was SUCH an amazing touch.
Everyone is still RAVING about the food. It was so fun seeing everyone’s excitement with all the choices: taco station, Asian/sushi station, and “Maryland” station. The presentation and execution were just beyond words!
The rest of the Rouge staff (there were SO many!!) were hard-working, incredibly pleasant, and beyond professional!

We were very fortunate to have Rouge Fine Catering be our caterer for our wedding this past weekend. Leading up to our date, we had countless interactions with Celeste and Marija regarding our wedding, from adjusting out total guest count, to hosting our reception on the lawn or altering our menu from our original contract, they accommadated all of our requests. The "Fine Catering" is true to the name, everything was high class, from the first tasting, communication, food preparation/presentation. Our guests were estatic with quality of the food that Rouge provided. Thank you again for making our wedding memorable!!

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Rouge Fine Catering. Our wedding was Friday, November, 6, 2020 and it was beyond perfect. Amanda and her staff were incredible from the time of setup to the time of breakdown. We chose hors d’oeuvres, a main entrée, and a late night snack consisting of a warm pretzel bar. Our guests were amazed by the quality and freshness of the food from beginning to end and couldn’t believe it was wedding catering. It truly was restaurant quality. The reviews from guests said it all. The most incredible parts of the entire service were the cleanliness and safety measures taken by Rouge concerning COVID-19 precautions. The hors d’oeuvres were passed along by waiters and waitresses with masks and gloves in place and the food was dressed and set beautifully on clear sheets with a cover to prevent any guests from leaning too close to the food. Service was innovative and as sanitary as could be given the current circumstances. The wait staff was incredible and professional the entire night. The compliments were endless. If you are looking for professionalism, innovativeness, and a food quality that falls nothing short of amazing, then Rouge is the perfect match for your wedding or event. We were truly blown away by the entire experience. -

We were referred by our Wedding Coordinator (The Otherside Creatives) to Rouge Fine Catering for our May 29, 2020 wedding. We had a great experience with Amanda working with our budget and guest number to find a price and designing our delicious menu! Sadly, we had to move our date, venue and guest count due to COVID. Celeste and Jacqui worked with us through all the phases to still have our wedding during these crazy times. Jacqui helped me design several different menus from an upscale menu for 25 guests/micro wedding and then to 40 guests, all for us to come back to our original menu for a wedding of 75 guests, in my Mom's backyard and immediately arrived for a walk through. Our wedding day came and I cannot say enough about the servers, bartenders, and chef. The service and food were outstanding and have heard several times “That was the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding”. Something that will stick with me through my experience with this wonderful company was throughout our amazing evening, each staff member made it a point to congratulate and compliment us on a fun and pretty wedding. They thanked us for having them at our wedding when we were so grateful for them! We will continue to rave about our experience to couples and I hope to enjoy their work at many events in the future! -

Rouge saved the day! The original venue for our daughter's wedding couldn't handle the size reception we needed (COVID restrictions) so we opted for an outdoor event at our home. Lucky us!!! Rouge gave us a proposal within 24 hours of our telephone call and were very helpful every step of the way.
The quality of the food and service at the event exceeded everyone's expectations. Our guests RAVED about the hors d'oeuvres, entrees, and desserts. Not a soul had a negative comment about anything (amazing!)
We would not hesitate to use them again. Rouge was beyond excellent!!! -

We contracted Rouge Fine Catering to cater our wedding at the Rawlings Conservatory in Baltimore. From the initial tasting through cleaning up at the event, the Rouge staff were exceptionally professional, and we felt like they genuinely cared about making our wedding a success! They offer a wide range of menu choices (we went with Mediterranean and Southwestern cuisines) and serving options (we decided on buffet-style stations). Everything was delicious (our favorite offerings were the crab dip, cornbread, beef kebabs, marinated mushrooms, and hot chocolate), and all our guests were very happy with the food. Lastly, the service that the Rouge staff provided at our wedding was top-notch. From the bartender to the servers, supervised by our awesome event manager Marija, they made sure everyone was well tended to. Every step of the way to our big day, Rouge Fine Catering demonstrated they knew what they were doing, and not having to worry about your caterer is a huge relief when planning a major event. We highly recommend Rouge Fine Catering!! -

We hired Rouge for our wedding caterer and are very pleased with the quality of service as well as, of course, our food. More specifically, Marija was assigned to our event and she was beyond helpful. She attended our wedding venue walk through with us, along with our coordinator and venue staff, helped us create a floor plan layout for tables/guests and was wonderful to work with. She was flexible with my questions or requests and always answered in a timely manner. We (as well as our guests) absolutely loved our wedding food! We had a dual plated entree of crab cake & braised beef short ribs with brown butter gnocci & asparagus & eggplant parmigiana as our vegetarian option. Numerous guests have made sure to tell us what a wonderful meal they had. We had a larger guest count (216) and were concerned with fast service so that we could all get to the dance floor ASAP. Rouge came through and provided speedy service, our pre-plated salads were wonderful as well as having champagne at our seats before speeches began. Marija was super attentive asking myself and my now husband what we needed or what we wanted to drink throughout the night. The bar service was amazing!!! Even with our large guest count, our guests never had to wait in line to get a drink, and we have gotten great feedback on that aspect. The entire Rouge staff was wonderful and professional. The food from Rouge was amazing all of our guest couldn't stop talking about our food at the the wedding Rouge gets a complete 5 star rating the food was delicious, hot and just as it had been prepared for the tasting. Rouge catering made our entire weekend wonderful! They catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding and we received so many comments on the excellent food- even many saying it was better than many restaurants they had eaten at! We could not have asked for better food or a better group to work with :)
