Katie was so responsive via email and professional. The flowers turned out exactly as I wanted. We chose Rouge Events & Design after asking for quotes from 5 St. Louis florists. Her prices were reasonable and she sent back an itemized quote with pictures of example flowers after requesting to see my Pinterest inspiration. She ended up doing a garland for the ceremony, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and bud vases for the centerpieces. We had one initial zoom interview and one in-person meeting prior to the wedding. I would have probably preferred more examples or flower options to be shown to me in that last meeting as I really had no idea what the florals would look like other than the inspiration pictures I showed her, even though they turned out lovely. -

Looking back, finding a wedding vendor that takes stress off your plate is so important and Katie did just that. She was so easy and lovely to work with, taking all our considerations to heart while making her own suggestions and keeping our budget in mind. She took all our changes into stride and at no point did I worry about her following through. Thank you so much Katie! -

Incredible!
We had such a great experience in working with Rouge Events and Design for my daughter’s wedding. Through all of the changes and postponements Brittany and Katie were so understanding and supportive. Thank you for that! Having that confidence and stability of wedding planning during a pandemic was very reassuring.
We loved that we could go in with just a few ideas and they knew exactly what to do with it. We were so happy with all the flowers and decorations and the style we were looking for was perfect! We can’t thank them enough for all of their hard word and amazing creativity! If you are thinking about hiring them, no need to think anymore- they are the ones to book!! 10/10 would recommend 🤩💕 -

I was so excited about our flowers when I booked them for our wedding. Katie is very prompt and responsive to any and all questions. She has everything so well organized and has a great vision. I showed her a few photos of what I wanted regarding flowers for our cake and the bouquets and she put together my vision splendidly. We had an initial design meeting and she followed up immediately with an email for me to hold on to while we waited over a year for my day to come. We then met for a final consult where I had a few changes and requested a new item to be added to our order. I decided to build and have a triangle arbor and sent her a photo so she could work on an attachment and it looked beautiful! The flowers were perfectly arranged and I could not have been more thrilled with the out come.

Rouge is the best!
I can’t give enough praise to Katie and the Rouge team’s amazing work! My husband and I were one of the first Rouge couples that had to postpone our wedding 6 days out due to COVID, and Katie had already gotten some of our flowers. Without hesitation, she helped us reschedule our date, didn’t charge us for the flowers she had already received, and then used them to make and deliver bouquets to people in need of a pick me up! Even during a difficult time, she is truly a caring person and one of the best people you can do business with! We finally got to have our wedding 6 months later and our florals were impeccable! Katie worked with us to adapt the floral vision for our original venue to a more intimate outdoor setting in my husband’s parents’ backyard. We rented a tent for our reception and Katie’s floral designs absolutely brought it to life! We received so many compliments about the arrangements & the tent had exactly the garden-feel we were envisioning. In spite of COVID, our day looked like a fairy tale thanks to Katie’s help. Working with Rouge was one of the best and easiest decisions we made for our wedding! -

Truly a 5-star wedding vendor. With every email exchange, DM, and meeting we had, Katie put me at ease with all the wedding planning craziness. Every conversation we had left me with ZERO doubts. Rouge was awesome to work with and they completely exceeded my floral design expectation— our arrangements and bouquets were absolutely perfect. Rouge was by far the easiest and most talented vendor we worked with for our big day and you truly can’t put a price tag on those things. We felt incredibly lucky to have Katie & her team, their professionalism, and extraordinary eye for detail. They were organized, relaxed, and so much fun to meet with. They were much so hands on the day of and made sure the correct people got their bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières. They are simply the best and we couldn’t have asked for better on our wedding day. -

Beautiful AND affordable!
Rouge Events and Design is amazing and affordable! I first met Katie through a wedding show and fell in love with her designs before I was even engaged! We met a few times and I showed her what I was looking for. She BEYOND exceeded my expectations! My bouquet was gorgeous. I had asked for dark and moody and she definitely delivered. She also decorated for the ceremony and reception. She was able to use some florals from the ceremony for the reception which helped keep cost down. I have recommended her to 3-4 friends who have also used her! Not only did she set everything up but she came back and cleaned everything up as well (for a VERY small fee)! This was so important to me so that our family was not dreading the clean up at the end of the night. Our wedding certainly looked like we spent thousands of dollars on florals when we didn't! Katie and the Rouge team do a great job and they are so nice and easy to work with. -

I interviewed several florists before coming to Katie. When I met Katie, I knew she was the one I wanted to hire for our wedding. She was personable, organized, and has an amazing talent. She was helpful during the entire process. I showed her a few pictures of ideas I had for floral arrangements, table decor, and ceremony decor—she took it from there! Everyone from our photographer to guest were raving about how gorgeous the flowers and table decorations were. She also delivered everything to us the day of the wedding. If you are looking for a florist for any occasion, I would highly recommend Rouge Design! -

Gorgeous florals & great service!!!
We booked Rouge to do florals for our wedding ceremony and reception. Katie was easy to work with! She accommodated last minute additions to our floral plans. She worked diligently to make sure our bouquets were exactly what I had envisioned. The flower arrangements on our wedding arbor were STUNNING! The flowers and greenery on our reception tables were gorgeous and received so many compliments! We were blown away by everything they put together for our special day. Highly recommend them for any event!! -

I highly recommend this vendor! Katie was amazing and helped me to see the forest through the trees many times. I hired her for flowers but ultimately, she helped with centerpieces as a whole! I had lanterns and candles and her team helped fix the flower centerpieces around the lanterns and candles. Before the wedding, we met with Katie multiple times, and even spoke with her on the phone for advice on candle/votive size and to help put us at ease about decorations! She's the sweetest! On the day of, her team did a wonderful job. They were happy and pleasant and really did their thing! I can not compliment Katie and her team enough! 5 stars! -

My mom and I made such a wonderful decision when we decided to hire Katie and team for our November wedding. I cannot express what a relief it was to have not only an incredible florist, but an amazing event designer as well. Katie made every step of the planning process as easy and fun as possible. She handled herself confidently which gave me much relief when planning our big day. She didn't scoff at any of my ideas and showed excitement every step of the way. Her handiwork turned out beautifully. I was left with an incredible ceremony and gorgeous reception site. The big day would not have been the same without them. Thank you, Rouge Events and Design! -

She was our month-of coordinator but helped throughout the process, making great recommendations and was always available for input and to answer questions. Since we were planning an out-of-state wedding and moving the same month, I honestly don't think I could have done it without her! She helped to coordinate all of our vendors so I didn't have to worry about any of the logistics and made sure there weren't any details that were overlooked, which was incredibly helpful considering how much goes into planning a wedding.
I was a huge stresscase the week of the wedding, but Katie was so calm and made sure that everything went perfectly - picking up everything we had and dropping off with the venue and florist, taking care of the last minute things I forgot the day of the wedding, and so much more that was way above and beyond what was expected. I've been in several weddings where the bridal party and family has had to help with setting things up or last minute details, but because of her everyone - including myself - was able to fully enjoy the day. I seriously can't express how much I appreciated having her. -
