We worked with the Roswell Mill Club for our reception and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, the setup for the reception was wonderful and the food and service was amazing! Everything was run well and they made the event a wonderful one. I never had to worry about anything - the day was magical. I highly recommend Rosie, Leonord, and the entire Roswell Mill Club team. -

We had our Rehersal dinner at the Roswell Mill Club, and we were planning from Charlotte which made it difficult. However, the people at the Boswell Mill Club took care of everything! I really only had to pick out the food, which was delicious! I highly recommend them! They helped make our son’s wedding weekend beautiful, fun and a stress free joyous occasion. -

We loved our wedding at Roswell Mill Club. From start to finish we felt taken care of. They made everything so easy and having so much already included was such a value and took away some of the stress trying to find vendors for every detail. Also the space is already so lovely that we didn't have to spend a ton on decor so that was money saved as well. The day went so smoothly and our guests has an amazing experience!! The food was fantastic and the guest raved about that as well. Bottom line you can't go wrong if you book the Mill Club! -

Roswell Mill Club was the absolute perfect partner for our wedding and reception. My husband and I are both anxious perfectionists and no matter how much you plan and prepare for your wedding, a lot of it ends up being out of your control on the actual day. Roswell Mill Club executed our decorative vision perfectly and ensured all our family and wedding party knew where they needed to be and when because of the thorough rehearsal RMC held. As a bride whose main skill is worrying, I did very little of it on the day. Everything and everyone was where it was supposed to be, we were fed - the food was DELICIOUS, by the way - and the timeline was executed perfectly. The value far exceeded the price, especially in the historic Roswell area. Linda and Colleen were incredible planning partners from day one and Kim was an excellent event captain. We also used their recommendations for most of our vendors and had excellent experiences with all of them. We used some of their decorations, too, such as end tables, table decor, etc. -

Margaret and the team at Roswell Mill Club were the absolute best! We toured many venues in both Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta, but we knew immediately that RMC was the choice for us and they delivered tenfold. Not only is the venue stunning, but the staff was so warm and just happy to be apart of our big day. I was visibly nervous before the big walk, but Margaret was so in sync with me, she put me at ease instantaneously. If you choose RMC, I promise you won't regret it!

First of all, the staff at Roswell Mill Club made very step so easy. Linda, the event coordinator, had everything so organized and took over once our vendors were in place. Communication was easy and efficient. Jacob, the ceremony coordinator, was just as efficient, organized, and easy to work with. The whole day was so smooth and stress-free. Deb, our event captain, had the cocktail hour and reception on track and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of in very way complete with food and drinks waiting for us at our table. We felt like guests of honor and not the hosts. The food was outstanding, and the bartenders kept the drinks flowing. Highly, highly recommend, not to mention that the surrounding area made for absolutely beautiful pictures. -

The Roswell Mill Club was hands down the prettiest venue we saw when we first got engaged and they turned out to be THE BEST VENDOR! Jacob Jones was our ceremony coordinator and he was so organized. SO efficient with the rehearsal, and answered all of our 100 thousand questions about the day of logistics. Linda Petsis was our event coordinator and she answered countless emails about vendors, decorations, and day-of details, and I would've lost my mind without their help! Everyone always says you need a wedding planner, or at least a day of coordinator, and these two made sure everything went smoothly the day of, and the days leading up to the wedding!
Several wedding guests on both sides have told us how GORGEOUS the wedding was and how smoothly everything ran, and I 100% attribute that to Jacob and Linda. Also want to give a special shout-out to Leonard, our event captain! He was the person who made our plates for dinner and I was worried about this because how does the person know how much food I want? I spoke with him before the ceremony and explained I want more pasta than anything else and he filled AN ENTIRE PLATE with the pasta! He understood the assignment and it was my favorite part about dinner! My mom told me several times how he also made sure she always had a drink, and he made her feel just as special as the bride and groom!
The food was the most delicious food I've had at a wedding, several guests commented about how incredible it was! They packed us several to-go containers at the end of the night and that was helpful to have in the few days before our honeymoon! I would give the Roswell Mill Club and Events Catering 6 stars if I could; they were super helpful and made our wedding day just PERFECT! -

We are SO happy with our wedding at the Roswell Mill Club! The venue is absolutely beautiful and didn’t make our wedding of 105 people feel small. Our ceremony coordinator, Jacob, was so communicative and even helped my bridal party with my bustle on my dress before the reception! Our event planner, Linda, was also wonderful and answered every question I had, big and small. Everyone raved about the food, the coffee (which I thought was funny), and the bar service. As the bride and groom, our plates were never empty and we always had a drink in our end. Thank you, RMC, for providing the wedding of our dreams! -

One of the best decisions we made was moving forward with the team at Roswell Mill Club to take care of our wedding ceremony and reception. As a very type-A person, I could that every detail of wedding planning was already starting to weigh heavily on me and that I would not be able to enjoy my engagement—I would just have my nose in a spreadsheet for a year. When we initially met with the team at RMC, it almost felt like a physical weight had been lifted. Hearing of every detail that the RMC team would handle, take care of, and plan, was such a relief.
Linda was our coordinator for all of the days leading up to the wedding, and she was so ready to field any and all of my nit-picky questions and details I continuously threw her way all year. With no hesitation, Linda ALWAYS emailed me back quickly and answered my questions seamlessly, with kindness and efficiency (a Type A person's dream). Knowledgeable, efficient, kind, understanding, and a lovely sense of humor to boot. I was lucky to have her in my corner! Not to mention, she and her team took care of 90% of our day-of setup that had me stressed ("who will put out my guest book?" etc.), which left my family with zero stress before the wedding. Linda's offering to do that for us lifted a MASSIVE weight from me!
Closer to the wedding, we met Jacob, our ceremony coordinator. Jacob was SO efficient and knowledgeable in all that goes into running the ceremony and rehearsal, and he took all of our last minute changes and unique needs in stride. If I knew Jacob was handling it, I knew I could let my stress go because it was in good hands. Even on the day of the wedding, I hastily handed over our wedding rings to him from a car window to place somewhere safe before the ceremony, because I knew he would do what needed to be done for us. And without fail, as the ceremony came, there the rings were—right where they were supposed to be at the right time.
Deb was the event captain for our reception, and what a blessing she was to us and our family. If anyone came up to me to ask anything, I just said "Go ask Deb!" and Deb solved the issue for us multiple times over. She was always there to receive any last minute need or question and I cannot thank her enough for her organization, calmness when I needed it, and overall kind demeanor.
As far as the venue itself, and the food! The food is fantastic. We loved having so many options to choose from when we picked our appetizer and dinner selections and we got so many compliments (especially on the nacho martini bar option)! The full bar was well stocked and the bartenders were so kind and quick. Deb packed up a to-go bag for us with a ton of the food to eat at the hotel, which was also SO fun.
The venue was everything we wanted. A blend of gold celebratory glam in the chairs and chandeliers, mixed with the industrial historic nature found just outside the venue at the Mill park. One of the selling points for me was having this nature-meets-industry feel in our pre-ceremony photos at the park, followed by a glorious garden party-style evening during the reception. Also, the benefit of having a covered deck for a ceremony means no need for a rain plan!
We have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Roswell Mill Club and I attribute the zero stress on my wedding day to the venue team. Thank you all for making our day seamless and so much fun. Our big day will continue to live on in photos, and fondly in my memory. Thank you!! -

Excellent venue and very professional staff!
We looked at three possible venues for our son's rehearsal dinner and we chose The Mill, not only due to it's beautiful setting, but because their event coordinator, Margaret Dawalt, was so professional and responsive to all of our questions. Our dinner was perfect - the food, the setting, the professionalism of the staff. Margaret was so helpful with the planning process as well - she helped recommend vendors, DJ Rich Moran and Cakes by Darcy - both of whom were fabulous to work with. She also helped us to create a menu for our guests, and made suggestions about floral arrangements (we had a family friend do flowers), table settings, and a timeline for the event. We couldn't have been more pleased! -

The Roswell Mill Club and the entire staff at Events Catering went above and beyond to make our wedding reception the most fun, perfect night. My husband and I felt so special and respected throughout the entire planning process. Special shout-out to our coordinator, Margaret! She made everything happen in the way we wanted. I could not recommend this venue more. -

I don’t have enough good things to say about RMC and Margaret, my day of coordinator! I was a covid bride who was supposed to get married in May! RMC was very accommodating to helping us find a new date & we were blessed to be able to get married in July! Due to the global pandemic, our wedding numbers were far different than what we expected them to be precovid and RMC helped accommodate & work with us! The reception was everything I envisioned and more! I was very specific with what I wanted the head table to look like, bar to look like, cake table to look like, what decor pieces went where & more! Margaret was soo patient and paid attention to every detail I wanted & ultimately made my envisions come to life perfectly!! The bartenders and cooks were top notch as well! Roswell Mill Club will forever have a special place in our hearts & words can’t express our gratitude for making our day possible during a global pandemic!! -

Roswell Mill Club is an elegant venue. First class all the way, from the wedding coordinator, Margaret, to the servers, and bartenders. I cannot say enough about how flexible they were when the pandemic threw us all curves. The food was delicious and hot and their was plenty. Suggestions were given without being pushy. All our needs were met with a smile! I would definitely have another reception there! -

Booking the Roswell Mill Club was THE BEST decision we made through the wedding planning process. The team was responsive and helpful. They had a game plan for every piece of the day but also incorporated your personal touches as requested. The planning process and the whole day ran smoothly thanks to their hard work and dedication. We toured a couple of other venues, but no one else conveyed the same sense of capability as the RMC staff. The site is also beautiful in its own right and required very little decoration to make it "wedding-ready," which was perfect for us since most of our guests were coming from out of town and we didn't have lots of DIY help nearby. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough for anyone's special day! -
Marine Sent on 07/07/2018The Roswell Mill Club was a dream come true! They took everything I wished for in a wedding and made it happen. Margaret and Linda were incredibly helpful in planning, and they were present through the ceremony itself and the start of the reception to make sure everything went well. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect! Our event captain, Anna, took over from there and made sure the reception ran smoothly for us. She was wonderful and accommodating, making sure we were able to sneak out for a few minutes alone and working with how the reception was going to make sure we had the chance to do everything we wanted.
All pricing was more than fair; we had the ceremony and the reception at the Roswell’s Mill Club, with 110 guests present. Our pricing included four meal stations (with absolutely delicious food everyone raves about) and a full open bar. My parents paid for the wedding and keep telling all their friends about the venue because they found it to be so reasonable and accommodating.

Roswell Mill Club has been in business for 30+ years, and there is a reason! They are very professional and have a list of vendors they have worked with that make the day one without any worries. The food is truly delicious (broccoli and cauliflower suffle is a must), and the whole event went off without a hitch. They reminded me that I could relax and enjoy the party. -

I want to start off by saying that the 4 hours of our wedding reception were great. Good food, pretty venue, helpful event captain (Deb). Also, booking was a great experience with Margaret. We booked in December 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. We had to reschedule due to Covid and ended up having our reception at RMC in Nov 2020. (We still got married in May 2020 in my parents' backyard, and it was lovely).
While the 4 hour reception was good, most everything leading up to that was difficult for us, including on the day of the event. The venue and owners/staff were really difficult to work with as soon as Covid became a thing. They weren't being flexible with us and gave us no option to cancel/change our contract despite the circumstances. We felt like we were forced to reschedule an event that not enough people would come to - RMC/Ivy Hall were struggling to admit how much Covid would effect everything.
They were not very communicative throughout the whole process, and we had to pursue them for answers/a plan despite all the money we had already given them (Linda was our event manager and I recognize that she had a lot to deal with, but it felt like we were were overlooked most of the time).
While the months leading up to finally having our reception were stressful, the most hurtful part of it was the day of our event. We arrived to set up, but the doors were closed and we couldn't get in (this ended up being a miscommunication between staff, taken out on me). My bridesmaids and myself were yelled at by the owner (April) for being there and told we had to leave, that we didn't belong there. This was the day of my wedding reception. Finally we got inside and were able to set up, but being told to leave my wedding reception was not a great start to the day. If it weren't for my lovely friends, family, and husband, the day honestly would have been ruined. It was really painful and difficult. Linda/April also continued to talk about the other couples who were there, saying they needed to prioritize them and asked us to "get out of the way" multiple times. There was little priority or care about myself, my husband, or my bridal party, even on the event day.
Eventually I did get an apology from the owners (both Craig and April), for April yelling at us, which meant a lot. I'm thankful for that. But my experience with Events Catering isn't something I will remember fondly, and I'm really disappointed about that honestly. I wouldn't recommend hiring them, but if you do, I hope your experience is better than mine.
