This might very well be the best customer service we have ever encountered, Period! Very mindful, very demure! (lol) R.C. Designs showed out where it mattered the most - Professionalism, Quick responses (and we mean quick...within the minute!) and exceptional Quality. With very little information, R.C. Designs was able to give us what exceeded our expectations with an added R.C. flair! It was elegant, fitting and memorable. We were in love from the concepts to the finished product .R.C. Designs gets it! She is so patient and oozes great aura that makes you comfortable to express your needs organically - it really was an exemplary experience by any standard! R.C. Designs definitely has a place in any future budget we have that warrants the services and products she offers, and you should do the same! Invest not in products, but the grand experience they provide! ***** 5 Stars!!! ***** -

Wedding signs, programmes and dancefloor
Contacted RC designs 1 month before my wedding. Her response time was very quick and she began right away to assess my needs. Talk about someone that listens to the needs/ wants of the bride that’s RC. Her designs are unique and you always get a mock up on the designs before anything is done. She also gives valuable suggestions to ensure that your day goes as seamless as possible. RC is very professional and made and confirm all her artwork 1 week before the event. I can’t thank her enough for my beautiful dance floor that all my guests enjoyed. -

Roshena Chang Designs & Events assisted in making our ultimate wedding vision come to life. Even the smallest detail was taken into consideration to make for a beautiful finish. We got a rustic wedding welcome sign and an alternative guest book created. All communications and transactions were professional and we received friendly service. On top of that, the deliverables arrived in quick turnaround time. What's also incredible is that Roshena is located right here in Jamaica! With all the out-of-country purchases we made, it's nice to know that a local company such as this provides remarkable quality and service. We couldn't have pulled it off without you Roshena.
