We worked with Sarah for about 10 months leading up to our wedding, and we honestly can't imagine having done it without her. It's so rare to find someone who is patient, emotionally intelligent, and can also execute flawlessly and independently under pressure.
We had intense jobs, were planning a wedding from out of state, and had very little idea what it meant to plan a wedding — so we chose a package that covered more ground than just month-of. Some of the biggest decisions had to be made in the early days of the planning process, when it felt the most overwhelming, so it made a lot of sense to us to find someone who could guide us through the early choices about vendors, design, and colors. We wanted a non-conventional restaurant wedding, and Sarah made us feel genuinely excited about it. We had some cultural elements to our wedding that were difficult to pin down (in no small part due to our own indecision). We thought about hiring a more specialized planner, but Sarah really won us over with her open-minded and supportive attitude.
Sarah was knowledgeable about all sorts of things. She was kind and professional in her communication, efficient and on target with her recommendations, and had a fabulous eye for design. She leaned into our personal interests and never made us feel silly for asking questions or raising new ideas.
On the day itself, Sarah arrived with the first vendor at 7am and did not leave until the party closed, when she boxed everything up and delivered it to our rooms. She ran the show with utmost professionalism — solving problems and looking out for us the whole time.
Sarah is simply exceptional at what she does, and we really can't thank her enough! -

My mom, my husband, and I still say that hiring Rosewood Premiere Events and Nicole was the best decision we made in our entire planning process.
Leading up to our August wedding at Blithewold, Nicole was detail oriented, incredibly knowledgeable, and a true shoulder to lean on. She was responsive to every random text and call I sent her way. She expertly organized all of our final details calls with vendors and completely took over communication in the last few weeks, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
On the day itself, Nicole was the captain of our wedding day ship. She showed up bright and early at our getting ready location, made sure my bridesmaids were where they needed to be, and coordinated with our vendors and the venue all at the same time. She was also so much fun to have around. She fixed my lip, handled my family, and kept the energy light. Right before my first look with my dad and brothers, my dad couldn't find his shoes. Nicole calmed me down and had me laughing about it.
The moment I'm most grateful for came during photos. There was one location I had wanted all through planning, and by the time we got there I was tired. I looked at Nicole and asked if we should just skip it. She knew to push me. She told me we had time and reminded me how much I wanted those photos. I'm so, so, so grateful she did. They ended up being some of my favorite photos and one of the most fun parts of the whole day.
If you can book Nicole, do it. You will be so glad you did. -

Working with Sarah from Rosewood Premier Events was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, she helped us plan every detail of our wedding, coordinating with vendors, keeping us on track, and providing amazing recommendations along the way. On the wedding day, Sarah and Nicole made sure everything ran smoothly and was set up exactly how I had imagined it.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. They brought my vision to life perfectly and made the entire day stress-free and so much fun. Both Cerel and I, along with all our family and friends, had the most incredible time. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Rosewood Premier Events is simply the best! -

Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation.
We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.
Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar.
I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout.
Since we didn’t do a rehearsal, the bridal party and I felt a bit lost—like herding blind sheep! But Sarah handled it like a pro. She was always exactly where we needed her to be. Her team member Nicole was also incredible—my dress straps broke from dancing, and Nicole stitched them back good as new.

Best coordinator in the game!!!
Sarah was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding exactly what we envisioned. We originally planned on having no day of coordinator however repeatedly realized throughout the weeks leading up and on day of that we would not have been able to do it without Sarah. She was very responsive during the planning process and brought professionalism and expertise to any questions or concerns we had. She had a plethora of tips and advice on how to make wedding day go smoothly down to the perfect dip at the end of the aisle. She paid such close attention to detail and perfectly executed our decorations for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. She is so organized that our weekend was stress free from arrival to departure. We would recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone!! We would give her more than 5 stars if we could. -

Hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Sarah, of Rosewood Premier Events, as our day of coordinator! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure everything on our wedding day ran smoothly, so we could enjoy our wedding without any added stress. We even had guests and family members come up to us raving about her. Sarah is extremely professional, organized, and experienced with all of the details that go into planning a wedding. We are so appreciative of how involved she was not only for day of services, but even during the months leading up to the day. She provided helpful advice, served as a point person for vendors, and truly made wedding planning both manageable and enjoyable. I was the Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding in Boston this past weekend and Sarah was her wedding planner. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. She made our bride's dream wedding come true and was SO helpful throughout the process. From the day I arrived the week of the wedding through post-party cleanup, Sarah was available, responsive, helpful, flexible, and just a pleasure to work with. I live halfway across the country so I couldn't be there for things like venue walkthroughs, but I know Sarah gave my best friend peace of mind throughout the planning process. I would highly recommend working with her for your own wedding!
