Working with Sarah from Rosewood Premier Events was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, she helped us plan every detail of our wedding, coordinating with vendors, keeping us on track, and providing amazing recommendations along the way. On the wedding day, Sarah and Nicole made sure everything ran smoothly and was set up exactly how I had imagined it.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. They brought my vision to life perfectly and made the entire day stress-free and so much fun. Both Cerel and I, along with all our family and friends, had the most incredible time. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Rosewood Premier Events is simply the best! -

Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation.
We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.
Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar.
I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout.
Since we didn’t do a rehearsal, the bridal party and I felt a bit lost—like herding blind sheep! But Sarah handled it like a pro. She was always exactly where we needed her to be. Her team member Nicole was also incredible—my dress straps broke from dancing, and Nicole stitched them back good as new.

Best coordinator in the game!!!
Sarah was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding exactly what we envisioned. We originally planned on having no day of coordinator however repeatedly realized throughout the weeks leading up and on day of that we would not have been able to do it without Sarah. She was very responsive during the planning process and brought professionalism and expertise to any questions or concerns we had. She had a plethora of tips and advice on how to make wedding day go smoothly down to the perfect dip at the end of the aisle. She paid such close attention to detail and perfectly executed our decorations for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. She is so organized that our weekend was stress free from arrival to departure. We would recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone!! We would give her more than 5 stars if we could. -

Hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Sarah, of Rosewood Premier Events, as our day of coordinator! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure everything on our wedding day ran smoothly, so we could enjoy our wedding without any added stress. We even had guests and family members come up to us raving about her. Sarah is extremely professional, organized, and experienced with all of the details that go into planning a wedding. We are so appreciative of how involved she was not only for day of services, but even during the months leading up to the day. She provided helpful advice, served as a point person for vendors, and truly made wedding planning both manageable and enjoyable. She is so personable and honestly felt like a close friend throughout the wedding planning process. Trust me and hire her to ensure you have the best experience possible on your wedding day! -

I was the Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding in Boston this past weekend and Sarah was her wedding planner. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. She made our bride's dream wedding come true and was SO helpful throughout the process. From the day I arrived the week of the wedding through post-party cleanup, Sarah was available, responsive, helpful, flexible, and just a pleasure to work with. I live halfway across the country so I couldn't be there for things like venue walkthroughs, but I know Sarah gave my best friend peace of mind throughout the planning process. I would highly recommend working with her for your own wedding!
