The venue itself is gorgeous and I loved all the options for our guests, they could sit out on the patio, near the fireplace, in the bar area or in the reception are. Lots of space outside for the kids to run and it truly made for beautiful wedding photos.

The food was incredible and our guests raved about it as well! Autumn, our wedding coordinator, was by far the most wonderful person to work with. The DJ Stephen was also fun and great to work with. The sound system was exceptional inside and outside. One thing, I'd suggest is for the bartenders or servers not to remove guests drinks if they were unfinished. As the bride, I had more than 2 of my drinks discarded both at the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Obviously busy chatting and walking around to visit guests, I'd put a drink down only to find it gone when I'd return. With the cost of the venue, food and drinks, it was very frustrating and quite a few guests also had their drinks discarded before they were able to finish.

My least favorite part was working with Gretchen, one of the owners. I felt she was unprofessional on more than one occasion dealing with her. I understand she is running a business but in all honesty her biggest concern seems to be the money. She didn't reach out after to see how the wedding went, she only reached out yesterday (two months after) to basically ask for a "Good review" which rubbed me the wrong way. I'd been debating on what to say because of some of those experiences but overall yes it was a beautiful day.

I have attended MANY events at Rosewood; starting with my niece's engagement party, to my mother's wedding, to my sister's wedding, to my nephew's wedding, to a co-worker's wedding as well as many enjoyable evenings at Sunset on the Patio! Mark & Gretch have always been professional and thoughtful hosts who demonstrate integrity and caring every step of the way. They value families and friendship, music and creativity! And the staff there at Rosewood is fantastic! They work very hard and are proud of their contributions to a rare and wonderful venue I hope everyone gets the opportunity to experience!

My wife and I were one of the first weddings at Rosewood shortly after they opened in 2016. The space and service could not have been better for our day.
We had our ceremony outside in the gazebo, which was a gorgeous natural setting, and the sound equipment outdoors worked very well. The proximity to Lake Geneva area attractions made for wonderful photos, even possible for us to sneak away in between the ceremony and the reception with our bridal party. However, for those that weren’t a part of the photos, the reception just inside down the brick path (they didn’t have the phenomenal patio space built yet- we’re a little jealous). What we loved about the space was that we had our cocktail reception in the bar/music/dance area, then transitioned to the dining room for the formal meal, and then were able to transition seamlessly back to the dance area for the moving and grooving. It really allowed people to spread out and move at their own pace and choose their own experience as the night went on. The quality of the sound/lights, and quad-screen set up showing our slideshow and other music videos made for some unforeseen awesome photos and a very special touch.
The staff had everything where it needed to be when they did. We used the on-site chef, and the food, which we had in various serving stations around the dining room, was phenomenal. We’ve been to a LOT of friends’ weddings, and still, to this day, we think we had the best food. It made us stop and pay attention to it even in the midst of the beautiful flurry of the day.
We also appreciated the referrals for people like photography and such, though we ended up using an external photographer, which we appreciated them being ok with. Being one of the first weddings, we had a number of conversations to smooth everything out leading up to it, but Mark and Gretchen were generous and reasonable hosts and helped to make our wedding truly memorable for us and all our guests.

Rosewood is a beautiful spot for an event. We had an event there two weeks ago and it was lovely. The indoors are as nice as the outside! We were able to use the whole grounds. The music and the food were spectacular! Gretch, Mark and Missy went out of their way to accommodate us and make our event very special. We are already working on our next event there!

I have done countless weddings at Rosewood probably 15 or so meaning I have officiated that many over several years. Being in this position has allowed me firsthand contact with both the clients and their family members... The response of the clients I have served alongside Rosewood has been overwhelmingly positive for so many years. The people I have dealt with have been happy with their choice and felt very lucky to have gotten a date at this beautiful venue. The hospitality has always been top notch in my experience, and the way the clients are treated has been amazing. It has always been obvious to me that the needs of the couple come first. I am honored to serve alongside them in this capacity and will continue to do so proudl. I highly recommend this wedding venue as they will find ways to customize your dream event. I also have done funerals at this venue as well as corporate meetings with a nonprofit and every time the service has been wonderful.

My only daughter had her wedding at Rosewood. It was a wonderful occasion at a unique and beautiful venue! I was so proud to hear our guests express how impressed they were with the facility. People said they felt that Rosewood just "wrapped its arms around them". The food was great, the sound system was perfect for all of our music selections, and they did a great job showing our videos and pictures in the Theatre Room and Master dining room. People just loved the beautiful bar, and all were happy with their drinks and the mixologists! When one of my sons gets married, I'll do my best to make sure that wedding is also at Rosewood - definitely a cut above!!!

When looking at Rosewood for my wedding, I knew instantly that this was where I wanted to get married. The staff was so kind and took pride in their work. When meeting With Dustin, he was able to answer all of our questions and show us how our day will look when making our decision. A huge selling point is their inclusivness. When you chose Rosewood you are able to sit back and relax. They provide the venue, music, food, and bar. They also provide a day of coordinator that will make sure your big day goes smoothly. We had Carla and Autumn. Both of these wonderful woman made our day so perfect. They truly care about you and want your day to be perfect. I highly recommend Rosewood for any event. I am so happy with our decison to have our big day at Rosewood.

Truly an amazing night. The staff was so helpful, Gretch is amazing and the venue is stunning. But, beware of their bar package (or the lack there of). They have a pay by consumption bar which is extremely difficult to save for open bar. We had to come up with more money during cocktail hour and still ran out of money before 9 pm forcing to switch to cash bar for the guest.

The Rosewood team and venue helped inspire the best wedding we could have imagined. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and allowed us to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony among the flowers and nature. The gazebo, the cobblestone walk to the gazebo, and set up were right out of my dreams. We got married on a hot August day, and of course rain was expected. That wasn’t an issue for the Rosewood team, who in a flash could move the festivities inside – we didn’t need to, but knowing that was an option was a huge stress reducer!
We loved the fact that everything was in one place – from the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and chatting with friends and family under the stars and lights. The outdoor patio and firepits are amazing – we love them so much we go back for other events! We had young kids and older relatives using walkers in attendance – and the team made everything accessible and accommodating. The flow of the event kept everyone engaged throughout the night.
The food was great, I only wish I could have tried more of it! We heard several people rave about the different options available – and we had a few chefs in the group too – so that’s high praise!
I can’t give higher praise to the Team who helped put the event together. The owners of the venue and our coordinator hold a special place in our hearts and are a big part of happy memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. We had a few crazy requests and a few last-minute changes and they were rockstars and made everything happen seamlessly. My only critique is that they weren’t able to slow down time so we could enjoy everything just a bit more. The day goes SO FAST! I normally don’t gush, but seriously, they made everything happen PERFECTLY! We couldn’t have been happier with the final experience! It really was well beyond expectation!

This venue was nothing shy of perfect. Every single staff member was beyond amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to host my wedding. The food was great! I had at least 50 of our 130 guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. On top of that, I didn't have to worry about a single thing during the whole day. This venue hardly needs any decorations because of it's natural beauty. Many of my guests mentioned that they will be back for the dinners/music that Rosewood hosts. If I could give this venue a million stars I would!

I was looking for a venue that covered most of the bases but still allowed me to make decisions, because I was planning from out of state, and this one HIT THE MARK. I especially loved working with my coordinator (included in the wedding package) Dori Davis-Beck. I didn't realize how handy a coordinator is until I had my own wedding and I now know that I was in the best hands! She was extremely thoughtful and included special touches to our wedding day that were unique to us. She was attentive, organized, kind, and was always available to communicate with me when I had questions or plans. My wedding couldn't have been more beautiful and meaningful and it is thanks to the Rosewood team and Dori!!!

We had an awesome experience at Rosewood for our 8/28/22 wedding!! The Director of Events, Dori, is amazing to work with and on top of everything! She was very professional, maintained excellent communication and extremely kind!! She was very attentive to our details and special requests and helped our day flow smoothly! We experienced some rain during our wedding, but the entire Rosewood team was extremely accommodating and flexible during our day! I would absolutely recommend this venue and team! Thank y’all again for everything!

With the combination of elegant indoor and breathtaking outdoor settings, this venue was absolutely perfect for our family and friends. It was a rainy day and they were extremely flexible in waiting until 2 hrs before the ceremony to make the decision on whether to move the ceremony indoors or leave it outside. We had so many people tell us that the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Everything was done through the venue - location, food, desserts, beverages, music and floral. Made our lives SO MUCH EASIER than dealing with a bunch of different vendors. **the photo included was not taken by our professional photographer **

Rosewood is full of surprises. Around each corner is a new specially appointed area. The bridal suite, patio and bar were our favorites. Only needed minimal decoration to tie in some color with the already gorgeous setting.
The staff feel like family and are eager to help in any way they can. A couple months before our wedding we switched coordinators (from Jen to Dori) but it was a seamless transition. The food was tasty and offered something for everyone.
We only wish we could do it all over again.
Luckily they host events outside of weddings. So thanks we will be able to come back and relive such a perfect day.

I have traveled all over the world and Rosewood is now my new favorite place to visit, seriously! From day one of visiting Rosewood, my husband and I felt the love from all of the staff, and we fell in love with the venue and the atmosphere it creates. The dining room and indoor bar are absolutely stunning. The outdoor patio was the most unique selling point of this venue in comparison to all the other venues we visited in the southeast region of Wisconsin as well as Milwaukee. The staff are so kind and friendly, it's a real family atmosphere there. There is a gazebo outside for your wedding ceremony with a nice long aisle for the bride to walk down, or there is an indoor option as well. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and the Rosewood team was SO understanding and accommodating! Speaking of the team, most of the vendors you would usually need to outsource, are in-house over at Rosewood! They have their in-house chef, waiters, bar staff, florist, DJ, etc. We live in London (but I am originally from Wisconsin) so having this one stop shop made planning a wedding from across the pond so much easier. All we needed to find was a photographer and videographer!

Our wedding ended up being perfect. The food was great, their bar and wine list was a big hit with our guests, the aesthetic of the venue is already so gorgeous you don't need to decorate it at all! We had a lot of international guests from the UK and Europe and they all loved visiting this part of the world and experiencing a bonfire with s'mores. Everyone, no matter where they were from, loved the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere rather than just sitting in one big ballroom all day and night. People also enjoyed the chef attended dinner stations as it allowed them to get up and move around and mingle throughout dinner. Also, their bridal suite is huge and beautiful! I got ready in there along with my seven bridesmaids and we all had plenty of space to all do our hair and make up and take photos. There is ample parking on site and room for shuttle buses to drop off and pick up guests. They have high end sound systems and a video wall to play music videos along with your dance music which everyone loved!

I want everyone to get married here because I think you can really create a personalized wedding for you and your guests in such a unique, relaxed atmosphere. We are so thankful we found this venue!

Our wedding coordinator was Jen and she was so easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend working with her.

The day after our wedding we went back to the venue for their "Sunset on the Patio" gig which was so nice to still live in that wedding moment but to be able to just sit and relax, and not be hosting! But to just listen to music and have a drink and debrief on the day before.

It was a very beautiful place giving guests lots of options and things to do at the wedding.

Where do I start?! Having the entire wedding start to finish in one space was something we didn't know we needed. It made the flow of the day run so much smoother than if we had to travel to multiple place. You will not find better sound quality anywhere else, it almost feels like you're at a concert during the reception. Our guests loved the patio garden, even after the rain! It was a true game changer, especially having an outdoor bar as a second bar. Mostly importantly, the team at the Rosewood are professionals at what they do. Every employee there is spectacular. This team works so hard and hustles throughout the night to make sure the bride and groom and guests had a seamless night. Shout out to Beth, Dusty, Diane, Falero, Gretch, Mark, and to all the servers and bartenders for all of your efforts from planning to party. We have received nothing but spectacular feedback from our guests. THANK YOU!!

What a team to work with. Happy guests from ages 10 to 92. Food awesome, sound system wonderful, everyone on the staff had it covered from start to finish. One guest noted that it was great to find a spot where people had permission to have fun. Hope for a sunny day as the patio is epic.

We found out after booking our wedding at rosewood that they were adding a restaurant, and it would be open before our wedding. We were not told this when we booked. We then decided to cancel since their venue was changing, and it’s not what we agreed to. We had already given them two thirds down payment, and they refused to issue us even a partial refund. Therefore we would not recommend rosewood. They were dishonest and very difficult to work with!

I can't begin to describe how great my wedding was at Rosewood. I've gotten compliment after compliment about everything from the food, to the decor/general vibe, to the music! We had a significant amount of input into everything, if we wanted to, but Rosewood by itself clearly knows weddings. I was rarely super stressed during the entire planning process, because pretty much all the big ticket items are covered by Rosewood. By booking them we had our ceremony location, reception hall, catering, DJ, bridal suite, etc. We really only had to worry about hiring an officiant and a photographer. We could have done our flowers in house too! The only reason we didn't was to support a family friend who owns a florist shop. Everything went SO smoothly, and I know my guests absolutely adored the entire event. I had multiple people tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to! And I know that's entirely related to the STUNNING venue, the DELICIOUS food options, and the efficiency and care of the staff. I wouldn't have changed a THING about our wedding!!

Rosewood's value for their accommodation is phenomenal--I can't say enough about how reasonably priced it is for all they provide. Not only is it fairy-tale, rustic-chic beautiful, but the staff work hard at making sure you as the couple don't stress on your big day. Dustin, our coordinator, went out of his way to work with our needs and ensure we were as at ease for our wedding. I can't say enough about the staff and the gorgeousness of this place -- it's truly a gem.

My daughter got married at Rosewood on 8/31/2019. The day went perfectly! The staff was very responsive and flexible throughout the whole planning process. We had the flowers done in house and they were absolutely gorgeous! We elected to go with a sweets table instead of a cake and the guests loved it, everything was yummy! The grounds are beautiful and the vibe of the venue itself is very unique. Everyone raved about the food. Having the in house tech and music for the reception made it a great value also. I would definitely recommend Rosewood for your wedding!
