we wanted our wedding ceremony to be special, what better way than to have the sounds of romantic string music fill the room. Not really knowing anyone who knew of anyone, I took a chance with Romanza Strings. We lucked out, from my first contact until the end of the ceremony, this group was totally professional and extremely talented. We chose some of the music but hey put together a selection of music which in my opinion put our wedding over the top. We couldnt be happier and would recommend them to everyone wishing to have their wedding stand out- BRAVO !

Romanza Strings provided music for a charity fund raising event we held at our home. They were the perfect choice! The music was wonderful and Lucia was responsive and easy to work with. Everyone loved the music....they were fabulous!

I had the most pleasurable experience working with Lucia from Romanza Strings. We were able to add her services only weeks before the wedding. She was very prompt and accommodating, listening to every request and responding accordingly within 24 hours. Her and her accompaniment were able to play every song requested as well and went above and beyond our expectations, playing over the said time frame. Lucia was kind and professional every step of the way. No hassle, no fuss, straight forward. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Romanza Strings!

Thank you for everything! The music was beautiful during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour!! Lucia really made the process leading up to the wedding very easy and I appreciated the help in choosing the right songs to fit our ceremony.

Lucia was so easy to work with. I wasn't sure about what classical music to play for ceremony. Lucia put together a line-up for me and it sounded beautiful.

At the church, as I was waiting to walk down aisle and could hear them playing so beautifully. It was so perfect!

Lucia and her musician's did an amazing job playing for my wedding! Lucia was very helpful through the whole planning process, she even took the time to coordinate with my church's music director to make sure everyone was on the same page. I'm still getting compliments on how beautiful the music was! Thank you Lucia!

Very happy with the professional service. The strings played all the
grooms favorites from arrival of guests to the end of the cocktail hour.
The music added so much to the wedding, and the communication
leading up to the event was superb. I would recommend them for
all special occasions.

Romanza Strings was recommended by our officiant when we discussed that we wanted live music at our wedding ceremony and we are so thankful we found them and that they were available on our date. We used a two person group, violin and cello, and it was absolutely beautiful. You could tell by the quality, that they are professionals and very good at what they do. We had an outdoor beach ceremony and they were set up under a tent. They provided music prior to the ceremony, during, and briefly after as well. We communicated through email as we were out of state and Lucia covered all of the questions we had. She allowed us to pick the music for each part of the wedding party entering and exiting, but also gave some common suggestions to choose from, which was very helpful. The quality we got for the price we paid was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Lucia with Romanza Strings was fabulous to work with! She was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with her! For our Tampa wedding, Romanza strings was more reasonably priced than local string musicians. I received compliments on the music for our ceremony. Use Romanza strings, there's no need to consider any other options!

So wonderful! Romanza strings played beautiful. Coordination and planning with then through emails was smooth and their willingness to play my unconventional music choices was so appreciated! They really added a special touch to my ceremony!

We used the strings trio and they were great. We were on the beach, and they were loud enough for everyone to hear. We had 140 guests. They were timely in their emails and gave us good recommendations so we were able to stay within our wedding budget as well as have great music for our ceremony. I would recommend them to any and every bride.

Romanza Strings did an amazing job performing at my wedding ceremony! They did a fantastic job and made the ceremony beautiful! Everyone commented on how amazing they were, and the touch of elegance that they added to the wedding ceremony!
I can not say enough good things about Romanza Strings! They were very professional and did a beautiful job! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!
From day one they were great, very quick to respond to emails and easy to contact by phone. They put everything together for me and made sure to keep me informed, and you can not beat the cost for what you will receive in return! I loved having Romanza Strings apart of my wedding ceremony! =)

Romanza strings did a wonderful job with our ceremony music! We had them play a string trio during the ceremony and the cocktail hour at our wedding. Lucia is a joy to work with and was always extremely responsive and on top of things. She helped me to pick out the pieces they would play and kept in contact with me to provide a great level of comfort. I would recommend Romanza Strings to anyone looking for beautiful string music on their special day!!!

I was extremely happy with the Trio, their professionalism,how they worked with our soloist and the quality of the sound. They were able to provide songs that we requested by making the arrangement for songs that were not available to purchase. They defininitely made a lasting and positive memory for my daughters wedding! Thank You all so very much!

I used the string quartet for my ceremony music, which I think added a touch of elegance that recorded music would have lost. One thing I thought was interesting is that even though they know all the traditional classics, they have also converted more modern songs into string quartet form (At Last, Coldplay, Beatles, Sweet Dreams..). I used the traditional music in the ceremony and the fun modern music during the prelude and the postlude. They were very easy to work with and offer different combinations, such as trio, duet, ect if money is an issue.

We hired Romanza Strings for a string duet (violin & viola) to play at our outdoor wedding of about 40 people. Lucia made it very really easy to select songs for the entire ceremony. She made fantastic suggestions for song selection and their order. Both players were dressed professionally and created a lovely atmosphere for the guests as they were seated and after the ceremony was wrapping up. Lucia was very responsive and detailed in the planning process. The prices are reasonable as well. We recommend Romanza Strings for your event!

My experience with Romanza Strings was great! They were very professional and everything went as planned. I had a very small, garden ceremony, so I just had a string duet but it was perfect and they were able to perform every song I requested. It was the right background music before the ceremony and people commented that it was perfect. For the price, quality, and professionalism, I would definitely recommend Romanza Strings for any bride who wants a classy and intimate music experience.

Lucia from Romanza Strings was great to work with! She always responded to emails in a timely mannor. We had a small ceremony and requested a chello and violinist for our ceremony music. Romanza was a dream to work with. They were really responsive, both in speed and quality, and worked with me and my desire to have a unique, quirky, and personalized musical selection. They already had a good array of music to choose from, and were flexible working with me to learn a song I was really excited about incorporating. [Tip: check out Vitamin String Quartet for fun pop songs that can be "claissicized" to be used in the wedding.] I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Romaza Strings had a good selection of classical and modern music that my wife and I were able to choose from; Lucia was also super helpful and very responsive to our calls/emails all the way up to the wedding.

Perfomance wise they also did great and it was a very nice touch to our ceremony.

I would recommend them to anyone.

The music was beautiful and the level of professionalism and communication was the best bar none! Lucia was so flexible too, providing ideas, not to mention fact that we may have had to rearrange due to Hurricane Irene's potential threat, BUT no need to change a thing, as the weather was gorgeous! I would recommend " Romanza Strings" for any event that requires music! Thank you SO MUCH for making my daughter's wedding the dream she imagined.

RomanzaStrings was fantastic; a bit hit at my mom mother's birthday party. She responded quickly and was able to quickly put together a great set based on my specific and general requests. It was ultimately was very special for my mom. It was going so well that I asked them to stay an additional 1.5 hours! I'm not sure they'd want me to advertise this but they were able to add to their first set pieces that fit my original requests. If you are looking for a string duet, trio or quartet in Sarasota Florida for a wedding, birthday or any type of event really -- you can't go wrong with these professional musicians.

Romanza Strings went above and beyond to make sure my ceremony was special. They found music for a song that we requested and they also sent us clips of many of their songs so we could get a feel for what they would be performing on our day. They also responded to every e-mail and call in a timely fashion, which is so important when you are planning a wedding. I highly recommend them to any other brides-- they are fabulous!

Lucia was great to work with and very responsive. She let my family come to a rehearsal to see if we liked the strings before choosing them for our ceremony music and they brought tears to our eyes. We had them playing on the beach next to the ceremony and it was so romantic. I wish we had them all night long!

Romanza Strings provided us with a string trio for our wedding on Lido Key Beach. Working with Lucia was very easy. She offered song suggestions and planned the majority of our music program for us. We even decided the day before the wedding that we were going to move the ceremony time up an hour due to the weather. They were there on time and everything was perfect. I was too wrapped up in the moment to hear the music myself, but all of my guests said they enjoyed it. Thanks ladies!

Lucia Barrett did an excellent job at my daughters wedding. She was soooo accomidating and played non triditions wedding song at my daughters request, even learning pieces that she had not played at other events.

Leading up to our wedding, Lucia (the contact person for this group) was very easy to deal with. We had chosen very traditional ceremony music and that was not a problem. My maid of honor is a professional singer and we wanted her to sing the song "God Only Knows" during the ceremony. Lucia was completely willing to learn a new song and didn't charge us extra for this, which was great. On the day of the wedding, during our song, the violinist messed up the song and started playing a completely different song in the middle! Luckily she got somewhat back on track, but really the music was laughably bad. In fact I'm not even upset over it b/c it provided a lot of laughs afterwards. However, after the wedding Lucia emailed my maid of honor to say how sorry she was for the music during the wedding and to say that the violinist was a sub for a normal member of their group. I really wish they had apologized to my parents or I though, since we're the ones that paid for it!
