    I got married on New Years Day 2011. We got married a month after we got engaged. I ordered my wedding dress at romanticgowns.com and received my dress with 3 days. It was beautiful. The quality of my dress was amazing. The price...doesn't even compare to the dress that I got. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this place to everyone who is getting married.

    Their wedding dresses are so beautiful I wanted to wear several of them. I picked one that I never could have afforded at a Bridal shop and the quality was unreal. I felt like cinderella at the ball. I got so many compliments on the dress and my wedding. I have sent my sister to them and she was treated just as well as I was. RomanticGowns.com made my wedding dreams come true with the perfect wedding gown at a price I could afford.

    I ordered my daughter's wedding gown two years ago. It was everything she wanted it to be and more. The price was the best anywhere for the type of dress she wanted. I was concered with making such a purchase over the internet because of cost, value, return, etc. I had serious concerns of being scammed, but I was not only suprized with my purchase, I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The sales person answered all my questions about picking the correct size for my daughter and when my daughter got the dress it fit perfectly. As a business owner myself I know how hard it is to please all customers. In this day and time, it's simply not possible to please most people. So many people have a great many expectations and are simply unwilling to compromise or understand there might be limitations as to the services a business is able to provide. I know that Romantic Gowns did right by me and I was and am a very happy customer.

    I ordered my dress from Romantic Gowns in June of 2010 for my August wedding. I was very nervous about ordering on line but I was desperate. I needed a dress with a descent neckline & long sleeves -- nearly impossible to find. I was about read to settle for a second hand dress (something no bride really wants to do) and then I stumbled onto the Romantic Gowns website. I researched it to make sure it was ligit & seemed relatively satisfied that it was. The sales rep was very helpful in telling me how to get my measurement in order to get the proper dress size. My dress came 3 weeks after I ordered it and it fit like a glove. It needed no alterations & was in perfect condition at a third of the cost. I had the fairy-tale dress of my dreams & no one could believe I only paid $450 for it. Look up the dress named "Shelby" on their site and you will see that I could have never bought a dress with that much lace & ruffle for this price any where else. I would recommend it to anyone.     This website was so great to find. I was a bride on a very tight budget and I found a beautiful dress for a very affordable price. Just plan accordingly and prepare for alterations.

    Romanticgowns.com is a wonderful website for finding affordable gowns. They have a huge selection and the quality is very good. I found the quailty of my dress much better than expected considering I couldn't physically put my hands on it before ordering. I was looking for a shorter dress and not a traditional long gown and Romantic Gowns had many to choose from. There are a wide variety of gowns from traditional to non traditional and you can't beat the prices. It is a little scary ordering a dress online but if you do it with plenty of time before your wedding it works out just fine. The dress ships really fast, I had mine in about a week. You just need to order with plenty of time for alterations. Alterations to a bridal dress take longer than typical alterations. Rarely does a dress fit perfectly whether you order online or buy from a bridal shop. Be sure to measure and go by their measurement chart for the particular style of dress you are ordering. Sizing for the dresses is not like typical clothes sizes, so measuring is a must. They tend to run a bit smaller.
    Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Romantic Gowns for anyone.

    I decided to order my gown online after not finding anything in my budget locally. Their website is a mess right now, so you have to call to order and get info. Everything came as I ordered it. The beading looked better in the picture, but it wasn't bad looking. All in all I got a good deal.

    I loved my wedding dress! I want to 3 locations and I tried on about 30 dresses. At Bridal N Tux, I went and picked out two favorites but completely different. I went back with my mom, and the consultant was amazing! She listened to what I loved about the two dresses and found the perfect blend of the two. It was UNREAL!!!! I loved it and didn't have to sacrifice either factor. She listened to what I wanted and then was so encouraging of the fit and fabulosity of the dress for me. Also, the pricepoint was great, I had an amazing dress without breaking my budget! She made me feel like a bride and my dress could not have been more perfect for new years day or for the venue.

    The dress was gorgeous and paid much less for a lot more, the only reason I gave it one less star is the return policy would be difficult if you needed it

    I had a fabulous experience in the store. I went on a Thursday morning and there were hardly any other shoppers. I found the perfect dress and they had it in stock! I brought my gown home with my that day and had it altered elsewhere. The proper veil was not in stock and they were supposed to ship it to my home. Months later it had not arrived, I called and it was promptly shipped to me. My dress is gorgeous and I would send anyone to the store in Dayton!

    I ordered my wedding gown online from http://www.romanticgowns.com/ their prices were oh so reasonable and the quality was very good, the only thing I would say is that their sizes are not precise I had to have my dress altered some, but hey it was not made specifically for my body so it was to be expected. :)

    I am nothing, but satisfied with the quality of the dress, the on-line assistance and promptness of the delivery of my dress. Furthermore, the dress that I bought, is retailed 3x more than what I bought it for. I got my dream dress because it was so affordable.

    I almost didnt get my dress because they went into recevership after i ordered it and didnt tell me until 6 weeks before my wedding... they wanted me to pick a dress they had in stock instead of the one i paid for....

    Bridal N Tux had just open a new showroom in Dayton, OH. I did not want to go to David's Bridal and thought this would be a nice alternative. On our first visit we found dresses, but could not get a consultant to help us get a fitting room. Finally after about an hour my mom went and found someone and we got a dressing room. My mom and sisters had to help me in all of the dresses. The consultants never came to assist or ask if we needed anything. Again my mom rounded up a consultant and we got answers on the dress I liked and the bridesmaids dresses. Unfortunately the bridesmaids dresses only came in a very limited color so we went elsewhere for those. We tried setting up an appointment for my next visit, so that we could actually be helped but they would not allow it, even though I was definitely ordering the next time we came.

    Two weeks later we go back to order my dress. This time kn owing who the customer service is, we pull the dress plus a few more to make sure I still love it as much. I try them all on and am sure I want the first one. My mom again had to go search for a consultant to come take my measurements and place my order. It took almost 2 hours to get everything done, and the store was not even busy the consultants were just too busy talking to each other. As i'm paying for my dress, I paid in cash, I hand the lady 6 $100 bills. Her and the rest of the girls start talking about the money and wish they could pull $100 bills out of their purses. They also proceed to talk about what bar they should go to after work.

    Two weeks after the order was placed, we called to check for an arrival date, we were given February 14, but as early as the 1st. On the first, we call them to see if it's still on time and the person says it looks like it's in the store someone should be calling you this week. By the end of the week still haven't heard from anyone, so we call again. Again we are told that it looks like its in, but the lady that is supposed to call is on vacation. Monday of the following week we call and finally get to talk to the right person. She informs us that the dress in fact is not in, that it is still sitting in China and would not be sent out for at least another week due to the Chinese New Year shutting down the country. Finally the next week we get a call saying it is in, we tell them we will be in on Friday to pick it up. We get there Friday evening and the consultant cannot find the dress. She asks the style number and I found the sample and showed it to her. Finally after 20 minutes of searching she comes out with my dress. We ask if I can try it on to make sure everything looks okay. She gives us a fitting room and then leaves. My mom and sister again help me with the dress. And only after I'd taken it back off did a consultant want to help us. We were told to bring the dress back for pressing closer to the wedding date. She also tells us to bring a large SUV or van because once it's pressed it needs to be laid out.

    Two weeks before the wedding we called to make sure if we brought the dress over that it would be pressed in time. The week before we drop it off for pressing and tell them we will be in Friday night to pick it back up. I should have known it was not going to be good when they could not find my paper work when we dropped it off. The consultant working the front desk had me fill out another piece of paper and stuck it in the slot on the bag, she also signed off on it.

    We come in Friday night to pick up the dress, and like usual had to search for an employee. We tell her what dress, spell out my last name and she goes off to start looking for it. She comes back about 20 minutes later and is on the phone with the manager, asking again the style number and size and telling me I bought the floor sample, which I had not. She finally finds my dress in the back and it had not been touched. It was even more wrinkled than when it was dropped off. She starts talking about they found some loose beads and were going to fix them. When I remind her that my wedding is in 2 days she got a look of panic. She again calls the manager and is telling her. They inform us that it will be ready tomorrow. I demanded an exact time because we had a lot of things that needed to get done the day before the wedding.

    10 am Saturday morning we arrive to pick up the dress. The manager had a very snotty attitude, She again states that I ordered the floor sample. My mom asks the manager what she is going to do to make this right. The manager proceeds to ask if I need a veil or shoes. The wedding is tomorrow, I have everything. She then asks if my mom needs a dress. Again the wedding is tomorrow everyone has their dresses already. The manager then says that this is her first time talking to either of us about the dress. My mom had called on Wed. to make sure it would be ready for pick up Friday. Also the manager, is the consultant that took my measurements and ordered my dress. I walk out with my dress. A few minutes later my mom comes out wanting my credit card, because they don't do cash refunds. We were expecting a $100 or so to be refunded. While I was outside the franchise owner came out and was talking to my mom. After he heard about the horrible service and about employees talking about which bar they wanted to go to after work, and trying to sell cars instead of dresses he approved a total refund.

    I submitted an e mail as instructed to order the gown I had chosen. The response was quick and I was told that this company was local out of Pensacola, FL. I was told the dress I had selected was being discontinued but that there were two left in stock that could be altered to fit my measurements. We set an appointment at Two Times a Lady with the alterations specialist for a fitting. I sent another e mail also requesting a specific jacket but received no response. I arrived at the appointed time and was told the alterations person had just left to take care of another customer who had a more pressing need. The owner then brought out a gown that was 4 sizes too large and could not possibly be altered to fit my size. The owner then started rummaging through the racks--overfilled with uncovered/unprotected gowns--trying to find something similar, then gave up and stopped to take care of another customer who walked in. I left and went to David's bridal where I found a lovely gown and received outstanding service.
    The service from Romantic Gowns/Two Times a Lady was unprofessional in every respect.

    Terrible Service. They ordered me the wrong dress the first time, took my money the second time and didnt bother ordering the dress...then went bankrupt.
