We had our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate. From start to finish, everything flowed so smoothly—it truly felt effortless. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and organized, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without a single worry.

A very special thank you to our bridal attendant, Loany, who was beyond helpful, kind, and attentive. She anticipated our needs before we even said a word and made us feel so cared for throughout the entire day. She truly made a huge difference in how relaxed and supported we felt.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The spaces are set up in such a thoughtful, seamless way that the entire day—from the transition from the church ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception—felt natural and perfectly paced. Our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous everything looked.

And the food… wow. Every dish was fantastic, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We heard “best wedding food ever” more times than we can count!

Beyond all of that, the atmosphere at Rolling Hills helped create the warm, joyful, fun celebration we always hoped for. Our guests had an amazing time, and so did we.

As parents of the bride, we are very pleased by the fantastic November 2025 Wedding reception orchestrated by Rolling Hills Country Club (RHCC) in Wilton, CT!
When seeking a venue for our daughter and son-in-law’s reception to follow their traditional church wedding (although, RHCC will accommodate a ceremony on site), we wanted to keep it close by our church, as many of our guests had already traveled from out of state to attend. Our initial tour and informative introduction to the facility given by Hilary Perettine was organized and professional. This meant everything to us as people who wished their large event to appear SEAMLESS. We had no problem yielding to advice when it came from an expert like Hilary whose long-proven record at RHCC speaks for itself. Her recommendations were perfect!
As for the staff, we were so pleased by the service. Nothing but smiling faces on attentive, helpful staffers everywhere we turned. We were so impressed that our guests were served dinner so timely, and in unison (plenty of staff). We’ve attended many weddings where the guests almost seem to eat in shifts, but not this one, we were all served our meal together. That’s an A+ in etiquette in our book… Great staff!
The food was delicious! The RHCC head chef did such a wonderful job, we made a point to seek him out and tell him ourselves. The cake supplied by Lovely Cakes through RHCC was our son-in-law’s selected favorite, chocolate raspberry... delightful!
The venue is understated yet elegant; the perfect canvas for personalization with floral and other décor. RHCC grounds are well maintained, making photos on site a breeze. Our guests witnessed an exquisite sunset during cocktail hour and then in the windowed ballroom while our photographers and bridal party took full advantage for photos.

Rolling Hills Country Club was the only venue that we viewed while deciding on our wedding venue and Hilary's professionalism sold us right away. Hilary was very easy to communicate with and extremely efficient. Throughout the entire planning process Hilary was easily accessible, provided us with updates and answered any questions that we had. The venue is extremely well-maintained inside and out. There is plenty of space for large weddings and the views of the golf course are spectacular.

On the day of the wedding, we were provided with a bridal attendant who was extremely helpful and catered to all of our needs. The staff was very friendly and the reception went perfectly without any hiccups. Our guests were left impressed with the food quality and atmosphere. They also went above and beyond with cleaning up and packaging up our wedding items for pickup on the following day.

Rolling Hills Country Club was an absolutely terrific place to get married and we could not be happier with the warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall beauty of our experience. From the very beginning, Hilary was amazing, giving us quick straightforward answers and offering sage advice based on her years of experience. All of the vendors that Hilary recommended were fabulous and her team was incredible. From early morning to getting on the bus back to the hotel Loany was delightfully kind and attentive to anything that our party needed. The actual space was breathtaking, with the decorations and table settings - the ballroom looked spectacular. The front lawn was a perfect setting for a summer ceremony and our guests loved the cocktail hour balcony and views. The staff worked very hard all day to give us a seamless experience, as the bride and groom, we had absolutely no worries or decisions to focus on the day of our event. Since the wedding day, our families and friends have raved about how wonderful the food was, the steak melted in your mouth and the salmon was perfect, big kudos to the chef and kitchen staff who did an unbelievable job.

We could not have imagined a more perfect venue than Rolling Hills Country Club. The recent renovations are absolutely stunning — every detail is elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully done, creating the most beautiful setting for our wedding. Our guests are still raving that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and we couldn’t agree more! The grounds were breathtaking for photos and made the whole day feel so special. Most of all, the staff (especially Hilary) went above and beyond in every way — from start to finish, they made us feel so cared for and ensured the day was seamless. My wife and I absolutely loved this venue. The food was great, the staff were great, and the atmosphere and the building itself were great. Most importantly, Hilary was incredibly helpful and attentive to us. I'm sure she was working with many couples, but she really took the time to cater to our needs and concerns and made us feel like we were her only couple, and she was exceptionally responsive to our many questions. That individualized attention was really appreciated and made our entire event run so much smoother. We got many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was (especially the steak). Our bridal attendant, Loany, was also so helpful and professional throughout the whole night. We strongly recommend booking with RHCC if you want your event to be well run and beautiful.

Hilary and her team at Rolling Hills were absolutely exceptional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first tour, we were impressed by how thoughtfully the venue was designed—the layout flows beautifully and accommodates both indoor and outdoor elements seamlessly.

We envisioned an outdoor ceremony but wanted a reliable backup plan in case of rain. As it turned out, we did get a cold rainy day, and it gave us the opportunity to truly appreciate how well the venue is equipped for such situations. Thanks to the covered spaces, we captured stunning photos that looked like they were taken outdoors all while staying completely dry. The ceremony room itself is filled with natural light and offers picturesque views, with trees visible in the background of our photos.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the recent renovations, especially the fully enclosed outdoor patio with a fireplace! It provided scenic views of the golf course while keeping our guests comfortable.

The food and beverage service was another standout. One of my mother’s biggest concerns was that guests might leave hungry (we’ve all been to those weddings), but by the end of the cocktail hour, guests were turning down food. We received countless compliments on the quality of the drinks, and the liquor package included several top-shelf options. Dinner was equally impressive. My husband, who can be a steak snob, raved that his filet mignon was cooked perfectly.

Despite the rain, the entire day flowed effortlessly, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Launy who ensured my dress never dragged and that my husband and I were well taken care of throughout the night. And also to Hilary, who was so organized throughout the whole process. Because of her experience, we knew that every detail would be taken care of, which took so much stress off our shoulders.

If you're considering Rolling Hills for your special day, I wholeheartedly encourage you to visit. You will not be disappointed.

The food was incredible, especially the dessert. The assorted treats were a hit, and the cake was hands-down the most delicious we’ve ever had.

Rolling Hills was recommended to me, and I had golfed there before and knew it was a beautiful place. They more than delivered. The team there made everything so easy. We had a modest list of requests, and they turned it into an extravagant, seamless event. They listened carefully, and executed flawlessly—without overwhelming us with decisions or details. In short, they absolutely crushed it.

Communication was prompt, their guidance was clear, and everything flowed effortlessly. We loved that there wasn’t a rigid schedule, yet somehow everything unfolded naturally.

We had our wedding at Rolling Hills in October and it was truly the most incredible night and we couldn't thank the staff at Rolling Hills more for everything they did!! For starters, the staff at Rolling Hills was extremely professional and attentive throughout the wedding planning process. Hilary specifically is an all star. She is extremely organized and helped alleviate a lot of stress while we were planning our wedding by being available to answer the many (probably silly) questions that we sent her way, responding extremely quickly! Her level of organization is truly very impressive especially as I'm sure she juggles multiple weddings at a time! If you do get married here, you are in very good hands with Hilary! Now, onto the day of the wedding - the venue is gorgeous, the staff (again) is extremely attentive, kind and organized, and the food was amazing. We've had so many guests tell us how delicious their steak/cod entree was and how impressed they were with the service. In terms of the service, I would finish a drink and be offered a new one within minutes. I accidentally spilled a glass of red wine on my table and the staff was there immediately to help clean it up and make sure I didn't get anything on my dress. There was never a long line at the bar and there was plenty of space for people to dance and mingle throughout the night (we had about 210 guests). Lastly, when we arrived at the venue there were signature drinks available for the bridal party in the bridal suite, which was so kind. In terms of the venue itself, it's beautiful inside and truly stunning on the outside. Right before sunset my husband and I went down to the golf course to take a few pictures and it was so gorgeous and peaceful and the best way to kick off the evening. We loved that the cocktail hour room (and reception room) overlooked the golf course, which was a large reason why we chose Rolling Hills. This way, our guests could also enjoy the stunning views! At the end of the night, the staff had already packed up all of our decor and put it on a cart for us which made our lives much easier rather than do it ourselves while also trying to get to our after party. We did pick up our belongings the next day, but it made me feel at ease knowing everything was already organized and ready to go before we even left the venue that night. I would recommend Rolling Hills to anyone, we couldn't say enough good things about our wedding and our experience at this venue!!

We cannot say enough good things about Rolling Hills Country Club. We hosted our wedding here on November 2, 2024 and we could not have asked for a better day. If you want to feel expertly taken care of from the moment you choose a venue through to the wedding day, you’ve found the right venue in Rolling Hills! My husband Eric and I got married here on November 9th, 2024 and knew from the first meeting with Hilary Perettine, their coordinator, we were done looking.

Rolling Hills perfectly balances being a well-oiled machine (they host large events and weddings nearly every weekend) while treating you with their full attention. You are always the only event on your day. This makes a WORLD of difference and Hilary was so flexible letting us and our vendors come early on the big day, making everything joyful and relaxed. Given the colder weather, we were looking for a venue with beautiful and varied indoor spaces: with Rolling Hills we could have separate ceremony, cocktail, and ballroom spaces for our 180 guests, along with a massive bridal suite big enough for 20+ people for the ketubah signing. It was perfect – and unique in our search of venues.

As the bride, I don’t take for granted one second how much faith I could have in Hilary and her staff to coordinate the day. I never worried once (as someone who struggles to relinquish control – a feat!). Hilary is the perfect mix of assertive and gracious, from all the emails to lining up our processional, she is extremely responsive, professional, and positive. She and Teresa, the amazing bridal attendant, took care of everything the whole day in big and small ways so I could be present. I will be grateful to them for years to come.

Finally, all the details – the food, the service, the placement of everything – was divine. Many of our guests commented it was a “perfect wedding”. Thank you to Rolling Hills!

In November 2024, our daughter and son-in-law were married at Rolling Hills Country Club, where we had a memorable ceremony and awesome reception for 180 people. We cannot say enough good things about our experience hosting a wedding at RH! We had looked at several other event spaces with the bride and groom and we are all so happy that we chose Rolling Hills.

The venue is made to order for weddings, and the staff really knows how to create a wonderful experience for everyone involved. The well-maintained grounds are stunning and make a perfect backdrop for pictures. Inside, there is a lovely ballroom plus 3 other large adjoining areas available for a ceremony, cocktail hour and a reception. With our 180 people, the ballroom and other areas felt spacious -- everyone was very comfortable, whether they were on the dance floor or talking with friends and family in the quieter anteroom and lobby.

But what makes Rolling Hills ideal for a wedding is the dedicated and passionate staff. Hilary Perettine, in charge of Rolling Hills events from conception through execution, is absolutely the BEST! Hilary has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about everything needed to make a wedding amazing! From the first day we met in July 2023 to the wedding day in November 2024, she provided great advice in many areas, as well as clear answers to our questions. We felt a little like Hilary was a family member because she was so supportive and would consistently get back to us very promptly anytime we contacted her. On the wedding day, she made sure everything was set up and executed exactly as we wished, ensuring that the wedding would go according to plan.

The other Rolling Hills staff members are very professional and service oriented. They are very attentive and know what to do to make a wedding feel very special.

We were also very pleased with how many guests made positive comments about the fantastic food. Everything was delicious and graciously served.

In addition, we were provided a bridal attendant named Teresa, who was very helpful and supportive.

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! The venue itself is stunning, with a beautiful club and well-maintained grounds that made for the perfect backdrop to our big day. The atmosphere was magical, and the setting really made our wedding feel special.

One of the highlights of the day was getting ready in their bridal suite, which was spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to be on-site all day, and though we didn’t need to worry about setup (the staff took care of everything), it was nice being close by so we could see some things come together as the day went on. The staff handled all of the prep and setup flawlessly, allowing us to just focus on enjoying the day.

A hugely impressive moment was how the team adapted when we all had to make a last-minute change to our ceremony setup due to unexpected rain. They switched to our backup plan (still outside but back underneath the covering of the circle driveway) quickly and efficiently, and the transition was so seamless that many of our guests didn’t even realize there had been a Plan A! The staff’s professionalism truly shone in moments like this.

The food was another standout. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how plentiful and high-quality the cocktail hour foods were. There was more than enough to go around, and each of such tasty foods, leaving everyone raving even before dinner started. The dinner meal was absolutely delicious, and loved the duet entree that was cooked to perfection. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the best meals they’d ever had at a wedding!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Hilary, the lead venue coordinator, who was a rockstar throughout the entire planning process. She helped organize all the details well in advance and worked well with our vendors to ensure everything went off without a hitch. She was responsive, organized, and made the whole experience stress-free. She’s also very decisive, which was great for an indecisive bride like myself, and she has great taste and knows weddings very well. I trusted her inputs the whole way!
We also had Leda join Hilary to run the event on the day of, who was also amazing. Leda was great in helping me make last minute decisions and making sure everything was set up and organized the right way. She was a great resource for the whole day and helped us wrap everything up at the end of the night as well.
And I would be remiss to not mention Eunice, the bridal attendant, who was stellar all day in helping me with whatever miscellaneous thing was going on. She held my lipstick, got me water and drinks, held my bouquet during our first look photos, helped me with my dress train before walking down the aisle. She was the best!

If you’re considering a wedding venue, we can’t recommend Rolling Hills enough! The staff, the setting, the food, and the level of care we received made our day absolutely perfect.

We cannot say enough positive things about our wedding at Rolling Hills! We had a relatively short timeline and Hilary was truly wonderful to work with. She was incredibly responsive and organized and gave us her input and shared experiences from prior weddings with us. The actual day of the reception was perfect. So many guests told us the food was incredible and the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The attendant brought us our cocktail hour food so we could enjoy a moment to ourselves before heading to cocktail hour. The service was outstanding. We are so glad we chose Rolling Hills for our wedding and would absolutely recommend!

What a venue!! We got married this past weekend and it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, efficient, well rounded, helpful and made the night run so smoothly it was incredible . We had a wedding or 226 people and it was flawless. The room was perfectly sized where people were not on top of each other, but could hold all of our guests comfortably. We can’t speak highly enough of the experience we had. Hilary and Leda were on top of every detail and worked extremely hard to ensure our night was the greatest it could be - they were successful!! A true night to remember and best of our lives, and Rolling Hills was the perfect venue to have your wedding if you are looking for beauty, fun, efficiency, great food and drinks and the greatest staff, you’ve found the right page!

Choosing Rolling Hills Country Club for our wedding was the best decision we made. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds we loved everything about the venue from the beautiful spring flowers to the gorgeous grand ballroom. There are truly no words to express how happy we are with RHCC on the most memorable moment of our lives! Not only did we feel this, but our guests have told us numerous times that the service/staff, food, and club itself was outstanding. Every guest has mentioned that the cocktail apps, and the entrees they ordered were the best they have ever had at a wedding! Also, the staff was next level in their attentiveness, service, and speed - If a glass fell they would appear out of nowhere, have it cleaned up within a minute, and leave the place better then we found it. We are so lucky and happy. Jabier specifically was a god send as well with being there for us throughout the night. Jabier took away all stresses, managed spills, cleaned wedding dress, kept us feed, glasses full, all while smiling and keeping us relaxed through his calm demeanor. Hilary is fantastic and on POINT with her quick/thorough responses, suggestions, recommendations and insights- we were not nearly as stressed as we thought we would be knowing that she was in charge.

All the five-star reviews you're reading are true--if we could give one hundred stars, we would! We could not have asked for a better venue experience. The staff was attentive without being overbearing (in particular, Jaiber, our bridal attendant, is the nicest man in the world). Hilary could not have been a better event coordinator for us. We didn't hire a designated wedding planner, but Hilary was responsive and available for questions all throughout our planning process, and on the day of the event she effortlessly managed the goings-on (including one guest needing emergency services). Not to mention, we nearly exclusively hired vendors off her recommended list, and it made for a literally perfect day. The space is big, bright, and beautiful no matter the weather; it still felt sunny and airy even during our nighttime November wedding. We have been fielding endless compliments from our guests about the food, drinks, and space! We would truly recommend ANYONE celebrate their special day with Rolling Hills!

We expected our wedding to be amazing and everyone at Rolling Hills made that happen. They made us feel like we were being treated special and amazing (and we were). When we talked to all the guests there, they all said the same thing about their experiences. Everyone at Rolling Hills was amazing and helped make the day super special!

I had my wedding here last weekend and it all turned out perfectly.

Leading up to the wedding, I felt that I was in extremely good hands with Hilary. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and was quick to respond to any and all questions whether it was 6 months or 1 week leading up (even if I would shoot her emails late nights, early mornings, weekends etc). I think she is the best of the best. I spoke to other friends getting married and realized how lucky I was being able to work with Rolling Hills / Hilary.

On the actual wedding day - everything turned out perfectly. I showed up and it was all set up exactly how I envisioned. My husband/I, family, and bridal party got beautiful pictures. The rain held out for us but I was not stressing at all if it were to rain given Rolling Hills has great options / places to take pictures regardless of weather. Eunice the bridal attendant was awesome as well, weather it was helping me with pictures, making sure we got to try different food, and even bustled my dress instantly after my maid of honor wasn’t able to!

The food was phenomenal. Our guests loved the cocktail hour and my fiancée and I also got to try and loved everything. We got very positive feedback from the surf and turf as well. Given we had 230+ guests, I was worried about the lines at the bars during both cocktail and reception. Luckily, I heard there was no issues (a friend went to the bar 7-8 times and said there was no lines at any of the times he went).

Very happy I got married here and would recommend to others!

Rolling Hills Country Club is an incredible venue and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding there. Hilary is so professional and communicative and made the entire planning process a breeze. She provides preferred vendor lists which makes it easy to find photographers, DJs, florists, etc. who are familiar with the venue. She responds quickly to emails and was super helpful in answering any questions we had. We would recommend RHCC to anyone looking to have a beautiful and memorable event!

If RHCC is on your list of venues, no need to look any further. From the minute we entered our initial visit, we were impressed with Hilary and her presentation of the site. She was very detailed and honest about the pricing but we knew the experience would be worth it. Throughout the whole planning process, Hilary was extremely responsive and had every detail thought of. The attention we received during the food tasting sealed the deal even more. The entire staff was professional and friendly. But the icing on the cake was the big day itself. Hilary, Emily, Eunice, and the entire event staff never missed a beat. All of our guests cannot stop talking about the food throughout the night and the beauty of the venue itself. It was a perfect night, and I wish I could do it all over again.

Rolling Hills Country Club is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue with exceptional staff. The ballroom is gorgeous! From the moment we toured, we had nothing short of a pleasant experience. Hilary and her team are amazing people who really focus on taking care of every detail. All of our guests have been raving about the entire event. The service quality of the food is unmatched (the mac and cheese bar was a huge hit!) The waitstaff and bartenders were incredibly attentive as well as the Bridal Attendant. We got to enjoy every minute of our cocktail hour and reception and have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Rolling Hills Country Club.

Rolling Hills Country Club is truly THE perfect wedding venue! The ballroom and the grounds are stunning, the food is incredible and the staff is exceptional. Hilary, Emily and the entire staff were so professional and so great to work with and our bridal attendant was just terrific! Both Hilary and Emily went beyond the call and that meant a lot to us! The sunsets looking out the ballroom windows over the beautiful manicured golf course are magnificent, if you’re fortunate enough to have good weather. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing wedding and so thankful we found RHCC. We highly recommend this beautiful venue!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Rolling Hills. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. The venue is stunning. The staff was so professional and attentive. Eunice, the bridal attendant, took amazing care of me. Jabier took care of my grandmother who fell and was so incredible. Our guests raved over how delicious the food was.

Hilary Perettine and the entire Rolling Hills team was absolutely wonderful to work with! Everything went as I had planned, and Hilary was always available for questions throughout the prep time. Additionally, my bridal attendant was absolutely amazing! She was there for me through everything and always around when I needed something. She also did a great job at collecting all of my things and packing them up, so I was ready to go at the end of the evening. They gave me a blanket since it was cold and flip flops since I had taken off my heels.

Not sure where to begin, but we had an ABOSULUTE amazing experience and dream wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club. Through out the process leading up and during the wedding, Hilary was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and kept us organized and made the planning leading up to the wedding as stress free as possible. Enunice, my bridal attendant was also amazing and there for us whenever we needed her! The rest of the staff at Rolling Hills were great and made everything run smoothly.
The venue itself is beautiful! We had a perfect fall day and the outside set up for the ceremony was exactly what we had dreamed of. The set up for the cocktail hour and reception was also perfect for a big party! Lastly, the food was amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests on how good it was and we agree. Rolling Hills is the perfect place for a wedding and we are so happy its where we had ours!

We immediately fell in love with the venue when we visited for the first time- we could tell right off the bat that we were going to be in great hands with Hilary as the wedding coordinator. She was incredibly responsive at any time day or night during the planning process and helped to ensure our day ran perfectly. All of our guests were absolutely raving about how amazing the night was - from the gorgeous venue to the incredible food and service. We are so grateful to the staff at RHCC for making this day truly unforgettable (especially Eunice, my bridal attendant, who was an absolute lifesaver the entire day!). My husband and I just recently had our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club this past weekend. It FAR exceeded our expectations of what our wedding would be like. Working with Hilary, the venue coordinator, could not have gone easier- she was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and accessible via email at all times. The day of staff (including Emily & Yunes) were also a dream to work with. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the day.

Our ceremony was also held at the venue. Hilary was extremely helpful in coordinating this and the setting was gorgeous. Cocktail hour was beautiful with the sunset hour in the back and our reception went off without a hitch. The food was also fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about Rolling Hills- if you are considering booking, do it! You will not be disappointed!

Rolling Hills was everything we dreamed of for our wedding venue! The grounds and views off cocktail hour and the reception were picturesque and we got raving compliments on how delicious the food was from every guest! We absolutely would recommend Rolling Hills Country Club as a wedding venue. First, it's a beautiful setting. Our pictures look amazing. Second, the food and service was great. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! It was everything we ever dreamed of, from beginning of planning to our actual wedding day! First off, Hilary and Emily were absolutely amazing. Overall RHCC is a fabulous place to have your wedding and our guests could not stop raving about the food, drinks, and venue! We had the most amazing experience hosting our wedding reception a Rolling Hills. We booked our date in December of 2020 soon after we got engaged. We came for our tour and quickly fell in love with the space. We saw a few other venues in the area and we always found ourselves comparing them to RHCC.

Hilary made every single part of the planning process so easy and kept us organized and on track throughout 22 month engagement. She made sure that we were set up for a perfect wedding reception from day 1 of meeting! Emily and Leda helped Hilary make the day of our wedding run so smoothly. They assisted us throughout the reception to make sure we were comfortable and always had fresh drinks in our hands and hot food in front of us.

I’m lucky to say we had the best day of our lives at our wedding 7/16/22 and Rolling Hills Country Club!! Hilary was incredibly responsive and always had answers to our many questions. She definitely knows what she is doing, which is very comforting to have when you are doing so much planning a wedding. The day of at RHCC was perfection. All of our guests have said the cocktail hour was the best they have been to. Plenty of room at the dance floor for everybody. Eunice was our bridal attendant and quickly became my best friend of the day, she was there for everything whether I needed a sip of water during pictures or bandaids for blisters! Rolling Hills Country Club was the most amazing place to have our wedding! To begin, the wedding coordinator, Hilary is amazing. She is attentive, responsive, and overall makes you feel completely confident throughout the wedding process. We had our wedding just this past weekend in August, and the views are spectacular and the grounds are very well kept. Lastly, the food! Everyone kept raving about cocktail hour. The food was delicious and service was great. I am so happy that we had our special day at Rolling Hills!

Rolling Hills did any amazing job with our wedding this past weekend. My now husband became ill with food poisoning the day of our wedding from the food at the rehearsal dinner, Rolling Hills were nothing but accommodating and generous. We recently had our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club, and words can’t describe how perfect it was and how happy we are. It was truly magical, and everyone at Rolling Hills went above and beyond for us and our guests. We have received many compliments on the beauty and elegance of the venue, the food, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. Several people said it was the best wedding food they ever had! Guests also loved having drinks served at the ceremony, most had never experienced that and thought it was a very nice touch. Everything was done to a T, and the Rolling Hills team truly made our vision come to life. They were true professionals, keeping everything running on time with attention to detail and focus on providing a great experience for our guests.

The personal attendant with me all day was absolutely fantastic. She anticipated what I needed before I even knew I needed it, and was right by my side to help me with anything and everything. She was truly exceptional and everyone loved her. Leda, the event managers, was also fantastic and went above and beyond to work with us and our photographer/videographer to capture amazing shots at the best times. She was excellent and we are so thankful for her help and guidance on the wedding day. It was truly a perfect day, looking back on it there is nothing we would change.

We also cannot thank Hilary, the director of banquets and sales, enough for her exceptional professionalism and help throughout this process. We were a Covid wedding, and had to postpone our wedding four times since 2020. Despite four new wedding dates, Hilary was nothing short of fantastic. She was incredibly responsive and guided us through everything with ease and made us feel so much more comfortable. I can’t imagine going through this process without Hilary!

We cannot really put into words just how incredible, accommodating, and professional Hilary and the entire team at RHCC was during our wedding process. We first met them in Feb. 2019 for a September 2020 wedding, which was unfortunately pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic. While other couple were stressed out and fighting with their venue over these delays, we were comfortably working with them to make changes. There were no issues whatsoever in moving our day. We were able to do two separate tastings – and they even provided us with a Saturday, to boot. That just shows how dedicated and lovely RHCC is to their clients.

Throughout the planning process, Hilary was an incredible partner. She is the world's fastest email respondent, answering questions with lightning speed and always with a thorough, well thought-out, and accurate response. There was never any anxiety where she was involved. She helped us feel confident that we had all our bases covered, and she never let anything fall through the cracks. When we did our venue walkthrough a few days before our big day and then our rehearsal, she was so organized and professional, and we left the day feeling confident and excited, not anxious.

On the day of the event, RHCC really delivered. Our bridal attendant, Eunice, was beyond incredible, anticipating our every need before we even knew what we wanted. Hilary and Mason helped ensure that the day went as smooth as possible without any hiccups, ushering events along right on time. The venue and grounds were downright gorgeous, from the cocktail area to the ceremony space to the reception, everything was just beautiful and perfectly executed. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding from cocktail hour to dinner – countless guests of all ages told us after the fact it was the best wedding food that they had ever had.

Working with RHCC was easy, fun, and pleasant. It was everything you'd want and need out of a wedding venue, allowing us to focus on having fun and spending time with our loved ones on the biggest day of our lives. We couldn't be happier that our wedding was at RHCC.

We've been waiting to have our wedding at Rolling Hills for two years after postponing and it was without a doubt worth the wait. Everything about the experience (including the postponement process) and the staff was beyond perfect; there is genuinely nothing to critique or that I wish was different, both in the moment and in the hindsight. Rolling Hills makes you and your guests feel special, as any couple should feel on their wedding day. Hilary's responsiveness (it's not uncommon to get a response within one minute of sending an email) and ability to turn our vision into a reality with numerous accommodations is among the top attributes of Rolling Hills. All you have to do is ask and it will be done. Hilary as the venue coordinator, paired with the amazing staff by your side the day-of (Dayana was my bridal attendant - she was always there when I needed her and took the thought out of all the annoying things you may either forget about and dreading doing on your wedding, like packing up your bag at the end of the night or helping to bustle your dress), the beautiful venue for the ceremony, reception, and sunset backdrop during cocktail hour, and the amazing food and quality of service just seals the deal.

No question about it, if you want a perfect wedding you better get married here! My husband and I were married here last night. From day one walking into rolling hills for the first time and meeting Hilary we knew this was the spot for us. Hilary was fabulous to work with and was so responsive to all our questions and changes throughout the planning process and she, as well as Leda, made sure everything went smoothly throughout the day. Mason was amazing and so sweet checking in throughout the day and also made sure everything went as planned! She was so helpful and always a smiling face. Sara, our bridal attendant was so fantastic and so sweet also! She was so attentive to all of our needs and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. Our expectations were truly exceeded. Every single one of our guests loved everything about the wedding, especially, the food and drink. We are speechless.

My husband and I got married at Rolling Hills Country Club this past Saturday and it was truly AMAZING!! From the moment we stepped into Rolling Hills in June of 2020 we knew this would be the venue for our wedding reception. Not only was the place beautiful but Hilary was truly amazing. When I went to Rolling Hills a week before my big day, Steve the general manager, was there and was so willing to help my mom and I with any last minute questions we had and was so willing to put his work aside and spend over an hour with us. Take us to the day of the wedding. There are no words on how wonderful everything came out and how wonderful the staff were. Between Hilary, Leda and the rest of the staff it was truly amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly and willing to help in anyway. I will hands down recommend Rolling Hills in a heartbeat!!!

The venue was stunning. The patio with its view of the golf course was the perfect setting to begin a wonderful evening. The ballroom set up could not have been better to dine and dance the night away!

Hillary and the staff at Rolling Hills Country Club were incredible and professional throughout the planning and booking process. Due to COVID-19, my husband and I changed our date 4 times and Hillary was incredible, flexible, and supportive. Due to COVID-19, we, unfortunately, did not go ahead with our wedding at Rolling Hills, however, I would highly recommend working with Hillary and the team!

Our son and daughter-in-law were married at Rolling Hills on July 17th of this year. It is a day that we will cherish forever. Hillary and her team did a flawless job executing the perfect wedding. Considering this was most likely one of Rolling Hills largest events since some of the Covid restrictions had been lifted, and I am sure there must have been some challenges, as guests we experienced nothing but pure joy! The food was amazing! We would highly recommend Rolling Hills if you are planning a wedding.

My Fiancé and I had our wedding reception at Rolling Hills Country Club on 7/24/21. Everything went smoothly, from the moment we first inquired to when we were leaving the venue after the reception. Hilary was always on top of every question we had and made the wedding planning process so much easier and stress-free (which is a real feat during COVID, when everything was so uncertain.) The rest of the staff was super helpful and attentive, especially Eunice who was a real hero that night! My guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food tasted, and how this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We may be a bit biased, but we have to agree with them! We cannot thank Hilary and the rest of the staff enough for making our day so perfect, and cannot be more thrilled with how our wedding turned out!

As everyone knows, planning a wedding is EXTREMELY stressful. The first correct option was choosing Rolling Hills Country Club to host our special day. Hilary helped us through the entire process from day one. She explained in great detail what we would expect and I am glad to say my expectations were shattered. The outdoor ceremony was magnificent and the set up was incredibly beautiful, gorgeous scenery. When I walked in the reception hall I was amazed at how beautiful everything was set up. The food was absolutely delicious, we were jealous they made our signature drink to perfection because we cannot replicate how great it tasted. The staff were all so professional and incredible, they were extremely attentive to all my guest and made sure everthing was handled perfectly. Hilary is an outstanding coordinator, she made sure everything started on time, she made sure all preparations were set and ready to go. Even if there were any sudden changes she handled the situation exceptionally. She was very patient with us, this could not have been the success it was without the help of Hilary and staff of Rolling Hills. We have only the best things to say about our wedding at Rolling Hills... most of the credit goes to Hilary. Initially planned for October 2020, our reception date needed to move due to COVID restrictions. We cannot even begin to describe how wonderful and accommodating Hilary was as we tried to navigate re-planning our wedding during a time where we did not even know what we were planning for. Every question we had (there were plenty) Hilary answered quickly and to the absolute best of her ability. As luck would have it, nearly all COVID restrictions had been lifted on the day of our wedding and the staff quickly pivoted to give my husband and I the wedding of our dreams. The real MVP of the night was our bridal attendant, Amy, who made sure our plates and cocktails were full all night long. From the delicious food (guests raved about the filet), to the cocktail hour views of the golf course, to the nicest staff, we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding reception.

Our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club was everything we could have ever dreamed of. It started with Hilary, she was so amazing to work with. From our first tour to our wedding day and everything in between, she really helped to make our vision come to life. Anything we asked for, she made it possible. Me and my husband wanted to have a head table with 32 people as opposed to a sweetheart table. This was no problem at all and came together perfectly. Hilary answered our emails within hours, sometimes minutes. If I had a question about how something would look (color of napkins, card box, table numbers) she would always send pictures. She even sent us a lay out of the head table so we would know ahead of time if we liked the way it looked in the room. The wedding day went perfectly. From the staff, to the food, the beautiful view during cocktail hour, we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff was so attentive. A few people said they didn’t even have to go to the bar because there was always someone at their table ready to take their drink order. If you left the table, your napkin was always folded and when you were done with your meal your plate was taken away promptly. Johanna was me and my husbands attendant for the day. Whenever we turned around, there she was asking if there was anything we needed. She even followed us around while we took pictures on the course with a drink ready for when we were done. The food at Rolling Hills is delicious! My family is very particular when it comes to food and they couldn’t have been happier. My husband owns a meat business which makes hotdogs and kielbasa. We were able to incorporate the kielbasa as an appetizer and had a hot dog bar at the end of the night! We supplied the hotdogs and Rolling Hills did the rest. I can’t imagine having our wedding at any other venue. The grounds are beautiful and the front entrance way is perfect for taking pictures. I would highly recommend having your wedding or any affair at Rolling Hills. You won’t regret it!!

Where do we start? Everything about our special day was perfect at RHCC. Hilary is so responsive and gets back to you almost immediately with answers to questions. She is phenomenal. The venue itself was just beautiful! The service was outstanding and made our guests experience one to remember. We have continued to receive compliments about the excellent food. I must say thank you to Eunice. She took care of me for the entire day! She was there to assist with any request and made sure things were take care of immediately. Our day was more perfect than we could have imagined!! Overall, we had an outstanding experience and we would highly recommend having any special event at Rolling Hills. You will not be disappointed and I am confident everyone there will be sure to exceed your expectations!!!!

As soon as we looked at Rolling Hills we knew this is where we wanted the wedding…. Simply put, everything about the venue was perfect… the grounds are manicured and the interior space is updated and well-kept. The ceremony was held outside…the weather couldn’t have been more perfect but we liked that there was a Plan B in case of inclement weather (under the portico) and Plan C (inside the ballroom annex). We also loved the flow of Rolling Hills… after the outdoor ceremony surrounded by beautiful foliage the guests walked into the two cocktail rooms…first an interior room, which opened onto the covered outdoor patio…and then after cocktails everyone proceeded into the beautiful ballroom for dinner and dancing.

Everything was truly spectacular ….honestly it even exceeded our expectations…. Hilary, the Director of Marketing & Sales at Rolling Hills, was a joy to work with.. She is a true professional and had great suggestions and was always very responsive to any of our concerns and emails.

The food was absolutely delicious- all of our guests said that it was the best wedding food ever - from the cocktail hour to the main meal (tri-color salad, choice of filet mignon or salmon) to the cake and dessert macaroons and tarts. Besides being beautiful, the red velvet cake from Lovely Cakes was delicious – this was the first wedding cake I actually ate and enjoyed – I would highly recommend using them and the cake was included in the RH package.

So glad we did the sushi station — that was a HUGE hit and the passed hor d’oeuvres were also delicious. (I didn’t try the Mexican station but I am sure it was great too)

Miguel and the entire RH staff were very responsive to any and all of our needs. I also liked that the wait –staff poured the wine at the tables and also took drink orders so guests didn’t have to wait at the bar.

Paul Lacano our DJ from James Daniel Entertainment did a great job too - he had everyone up dancing all night long. At one point we had 4 generations dancing! I also want to give a big shout-out to Jessie from Caraluzzi’s who did a beautiful job with the flowers - she is so artistic !

So many of our friends said it was the best wedding they had attended in years - and I don’t think they were just being nice ...they really meant it. Everyone had a spectacular time….definitely an evening to remember!

I cannot say enough great things about the RHCC! Hilary is incredible, she was so helpful through the entire process and really went above and beyond! I showed up in a panic the day before my wedding because I had forgot to have a few of our guests place cards printed off and not only did she calm me down, she helped me get them done!! She will respond to your email about as fast as you can send it, she was there to guide me through the entire planning process and I always felt like I was in great hands. I LOVED their area for the cocktail hour! They set up a little lounge area for guests to sit so not everyone was standing around a bunch of high top tables. The veranda is spectacular! It was important to me to have an area that guests could have a place to go outside even during the reception and it not be standing out front and with the heaters on, it was perfect! Another thing that was SO NICE to have was the bridal suite – we had access to it all night and having a private space to take a breather & have snacks and drinks set up for us, my bridesmaids and my family was something I didn’t realize how important that was until I actually had it! Our attendant, Johanna was so on point, it was like she knew we needed something before I knew I needed it and was right there to get anything we needed. The RHCC was SO accommodating to all of our requests, including letting us bring an outside caterer in to set up a station with some food that was culturally important to my husband and his family and letting us extend the reception an hour an hour before the reception was scheduled to end! (As a side note, we did ask if that would be an option 2 days before the wedding but the fact that they didn’t force us to decide one way or another until that evening was SO NICE!) All our family and friends keep saying how amazing the food was, how accommodating & professional the staff was and how much fun they had! From the second I walked in the day of our wedding, I never worried about a thing. It was flawless all thanks to the staff there!

We got married at Rolling Hills Country Club on 9/7/2019 and to say the day was perfect would be an understatement! To start from the very beginning, Hilary is amazing to work with! The one-on-one attention she gives you during the planning process right up to the moment we made our grand entrance at the receptions made everything so stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and would bring up things we might have completely overlooked. As family started rolling into town Thursday night before the wedding, everyone was commenting on how relaxed we were. And that is a huge credit to Hilary -- we had literally nothing to worry about thanks to her!

The venue itself is gorgeous! We had our ceremony right on the front lawn with the beautiful trees and greenery as a backdrop. We lucked out with some seriously perfect weather, but they offered two different inclement weather options which put our minds at ease should it have rained. Straight from the ceremony guests moved into cocktail hour on the back patio with views of the golf course. The reception space is HUGE! We had 135 guests, so only we used the main space, and it was the perfect size. With a wall of windows on one side, french doors lining the other, and a really cool light fixture over the dance floor, it doesn’t take a lot to dress up the room.

There was so much food and it was SO GOOD! I might be biased, but it was the best food I’ve ever had a wedding. I highly recommend the tuna tartare cones as a passed Hors d'oeuvre, I could have eaten a whole tray of those. (Our guests were commenting on those for days after the wedding). For dinner, we did the duet option to save some money, meaning everyone got the same meal (filet, salmon, roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables). I was a little worried people would miss having a choice, but it ended up not being a problem at all. The wait staff was super attentive to making sure any dietary restrictions were met and that everyone was taken care of. For dessert, we provided our own cake (from Lovely Cakes, which was fantastic) and then RHCC provided five passed desserts. Our guests loved the surprise of trays including mini milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches making the rounds at the end of the night.

Last but certainly not least, Johanna was our attendant for the day, and she was amazing! She made sure my husband and I didn’t miss out on any of the food from cocktail hour and was always nearby with a water and signature cocktail both of us. One of the bridesmaids mentioned in passing she had a slight headache, and within two minutes Johanna was back with a tray of aspirin for her. She was truly a pleasure to work with!

Tl;dr - Rolling Hills was amazing and I couldn’t recommend it more for a perfect wedding day!

On the hottest day of the year there could have been many issues, but staff at Rolling Hills handled everything brilliantly. A big thanks to Hillary for opening up air conditioned areas for early arriving guests, Johanna for hosting the bride and her bridal party, moms and grandma as they got ready, making sure we ate and were hydrated. We had the most AMAZING night of our lives at our wedding at RHCC. From the first day we met with Hilary, we were confident we made the right choice. She was always so professional, helpful, and answered any questions we had immediately. I cannot thank Hilary and all the staff at Rolling Hills for how wonderful they made the planning process and our special day. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was well planned out. My niece is 10 months old and RHCC was so accommodating they even had a fabulous babysitter watch her so my sister and brother in law could enjoy their night.

Our wedding was absolutely everything we dreamed of and more. It is a night we will never forget. Leta, Miguel, Joanna and everyone else were right by our side from the moment we arrived throughout the entire night making sure we were taken care of. They always asked if we wanted food or drinks or needed anything. The food was absolutely amazing, everyone is still raving about. Rolling Hills is so beautiful and well manicured, the views were perfect for pictures, at cocktail hour overlooking the course, and through the large windows in the ballroom.

My husband, our families, and all our guests had an amazing time. We have been reminiscing ever since and everyone is saying how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to.

My husband and I held our wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club three weeks ago and it was the most spectacular day of our lives! From the moment we met Hilary, we knew that we were in good hands. She is a total professional - experienced, thoughtful, organized, and very responsive. We could not have have a better experience working with her! The club itself is the perfect venue for anyone looking to wow their guests. From the outdoor ceremony to the cocktail hour out on the porch overlooking the golf course, the views are exceptional. The greens and landscaping are lush and well-manicured and are the perfect backdrop for stunning pictures. Beyond just scenery, the staff at RHCC went above and beyond for us in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and most especially the day of our wedding. Hilary, Leda, and Steve were incredibly accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met day-of, which made for a turn-key experience. And Aime made our day truly special. She was with my husband and me every step of the way that day, making sure we were happy, comfortable, and most importantly, fed! She was so helpful and kind, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our night and our guests without worry. And we certainly can't forget the food. We can say with total confidence that Rolling Hills has some of the best food we have ever tasted. And our guests definitely agreed! There are so many options between cocktail hour, dinner, and desserts, and they are all delicious! The venue itself was gorgeous -- we had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all onsite. Guests are able to see a great view of the sunset from both the cocktail hour and reception rooms. Highly, highly recommend!

From the first time my husband and I toured Rolling Hills, we immediately knew it was our venue. The entrance was the first thing that impressed us. Bad weather? No worries! Your guests will be covered and stay dry if utilizing the valet parking. We then met with Hilary. Her knowledge and experience made us feel at ease, and we knew we would work well with her. Throughout the planning process, she always answered every question we had very promptly via e-mail. On our wedding day, everything was flawless. My bridesmaids and I (12 girls total!) got ready at RHCC in a comfortable bridal suite that was set up for us, and we spent a good part of the day there. It was fully stocked with everything we could want. Food, drinks, mimosas and two amazing attendants. They attendants anticipated our every need before we even had the opportunity to ask. I was particular about how I wanted my dress hung up for the day, so the attendants grabbed all sorts of creative items so it could fall perfectly and as I wanted it. Again, the small things! Vanessa, was the attendant with me all day until our reception was over. She is truly exceptional. She is so friendly and professional. I was honestly emotional saying goodbye to her at the end of the evening. She made sure my day was beyond perfect and I am so appreciative for that. We love everything about Rolling Hills, but Vanessa is very special and amazing at what she does. Our shuttle left us and 3 friends behind, and she did not leave my side until seeing us off. If only every bride could be so lucky to have her! Fast forwarding to cocktail hour, our guests RAVED about the food before the cocktail hour was even over. Moving into our reception, everything was perfect and executed exactly as we'd imagined. The service was impeccable. Exceeded expectations. Our main goal for the night was to have a blast and dance the night away without a care in the world and that is exactly what we did! Elegance and class perfected!

What an incredible event we had! We wish we could take all of the credit for how well everything went but much of that credit needs to go to Rolling Hills and their amazing staff. They’ve done this before and they knew how to cater to what we were trying to do. They didn’t dictate how our reception should go, but rather, they took our ideas and knew how to make them work.
We had so many guests stating, “what a classy event” and “you guys really know how to throw a party”. The food was awesome. How nice is it that you go and taste the food ahead of time that you’re going to serve and you can’t wait until your guests taste it? Everything was absolutely wonderful.
We had the perfect wedding reception and it was due largely to the Rolling Hills contribution. One perfect example of how well they took care of us is when we got towards the end of dinner we had a significant guest that needed to leave to start a lengthy drive home. We asked the staff if we could hurry to get to our highlight events (cake, Mother/Son dance, Father/Daughter dance, etc.). It was very apparent that our request was received. The pace of the cleanup picked up so much … we were completely impressed. We felt totally taken care of. We would recommend Rolling Hills for any special event we would have in the future knowing they will take care of anything we would want to do to impress our guests.

Rolling Hills was an amazing venue for our wedding. To start, it's absolutely beautiful and all the guests were wowed by the views and ballroom. It veranda was a perfect setting for cocktail hour and the ballroom was spacious but didn't feel overwhelming: they were both a perfect size for our number of guests. The food was one of the highlights of the night. The passed appetizers were plentiful and the guests felt like they got to try everything (which is feedback I've had at other weddings). The main course was so incredible guests are still talking to me about it- every plate was clean. The passed desserts were a great addition that most weddings don't have and added another special element. The service was also amazing: they had assigned someone still stay with my husband and I the whole night and she was fantastic: making sure we were drinking water, getting us drinks and food so we could try everything. At one point the lighting was too dark to see the speeches and the team responded immediately to our requests to adjust. Our daughter and son-in-law celebrated their wedding this past Saturday at Rolling Hills Country Club (RHCC) and we couldn’t wait to write a review. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING ! From the pre-planning to the flawless execution, we were so pleased with everyone we dealt with at RHCC. The venue is elegant; warm and inviting. Our guests raved about the food, starting with the hors d’oeuvres and food stations continued with the “duet” dinner and ending with the amazing passed desserts. The service was truly exceptional, highlighted by Amy & Alfredo…they are “rock stars”. All our guests were impressed by the ambiance of the club along with the spectacular food and service. We recently hosted my daughter and son-in-laws wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club (RHCC). When planning the wedding, I researched and visited so many venues in Westchester and Fairfield counties. I cannot express how happy I am that we chose RHCC! The venue was gorgeous. We arrived just as the sun was setting, and it made for a beautiful backdrop. Hillary, Director of Events, could not have been more thoughtful, helpful or efficient. She made several suggestions and adjustments so that our party ran smoothly. The food, wine and overall service was amazing and our guests gave them very high marks. The hor d'oeuvres, sushi bar and duck station were a huge hit. And everyone loved the passed desserts. Our guests used words like “spectacular”, “elegant”, “stunning”, “magical”, “fairy tale” and “wedding of the decade!” to describe the wedding. It truly was a magical day! Thanks to everyone at RHCC for making sure that our day was beautiful! If you are searching for a venue, I would say search no more! RHCC is a very special place!

We had our wedding at RHCC in November 2016 and it was the best night of our lives. I can't say enough positive things about the venue, the food, the service or about Hilary, the Director of Events who made the planning process stress free and easy; she responded to my emails and phone calls within 24 hours and always made herself available to answer our questions.

We had a very large wedding (270) and it went off without a hitch due to the impeccable service and unbelievable chef. RHCC partnered seamlessly with our planners and all of our vendors to put together the wedding of our dreams. We had a wonderful day on Saturday and you took the words out of my mouth that I was going to say - Rolling Hills and your whole staff exceeded our expectations! The food was amazing I especially enjoyed the sea bass that you recommended as did so many of our guests -the presentation and preparation were awesome. The raw bar was a huge hit and the apps and desserts were all delicious!

The ballroom was absolutely beautiful and the annex worked out great! Alfredo and Catherine were a pleasure to work with and they helped us deal with the extreme heat and we were able to use the annex as well for the cocktail hour. Everyone was so impressed with the food and the service as well as the beautiful views and the beautiful interior of the club.

Thanks again for all your guidance and help throughout the planning. It was because of you and the staff's expertise that Kelly's day went so smoothly and was so special!! Everything was made to order - the venue requested we didn't put anything on our invites for meal choice, because they really wanted to separate themselves from a catering hall - and they did exactly that - the food was nothing short of perfect! The 4 course menu really wasn't anything I've ever had at a wedding - surprisingly enough; my husband and I made the point to eat, and thank goodness we did - delicious!

We utilized the patio as an extension of our cocktail hour, and the entrance way for our place card holder as well as the guest book, and the natural flow worked GREAT!! Anything i asked before, during, and afterwards was always a 'Yes' response which helped to alleviate any stress through out the process!

We had our son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Rolling Hills in June. The wedding was elegant, but warm and comfortable. From the planning through the last dance the staff was friendly, accommodating and attentive. The setting was idyllic for the ceremony. The Ambler Room and its balcony was perfect for the cocktail hour. The food was superb and the presentation beautiful. it was a wonderful celebration of our kids and an amazing way for them to begin their married life together. We could not have asked for more. From the planning to the wedding day, Rolling Hills ("RH") was a spectacular venue. I was not the bride (my best friend was), but I was the bridesmaid tasked with calling around to local venues and narrowing down all the pertinent information for the bride. My search was over once I spoke to Hilary at RH. She was so friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and helpful. I sent the bride and groom immediately and they instantly fell in love with RH.

The actual wedding day went off without a hitch and was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to. The pictures of RH don't do the venue justice. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious.

We had a wonderful wedding at Rolling Hills Country Club. Throughout the uncertainty with Covid, Hilary was extremely transparent with giving us the information we needed leading up to our day. She was easy to contact, very responsive, and seemed genuinely excited about making our day the best it could be. My husband and I had our wedding reception 6/1/19 at Rolling Hills and we really could not have been happier. I struggled to write this review because I wasn’t sure where to start, so let’s get right into a big topic: Food. We both have tough food critics in our families, and everyone is still raving about the quality of the food two months later; by no means it this typical wedding factory food. I’ll start with the cocktail hour. The raw bar was huge, there was an abundance of passed hors d’oeuvres, and fantastic service. Guests were thrilled that they didn’t need to chase down a tray of food, and that the service would offer to get drinks for them even if they weren’t in line for the bar. We were fortunate that the weather was perfect but one of the reasons we ended up looking at Rolling Hills was due to the ability still have the covered deck used during cocktail hour. I think my only complaint when it came to the cocktail hour is that my husband and I didn’t get to spend more time enjoying it! My husband and I wanted to add a pasta course, and RHCC was able to accommodate, which meant a lot to the Italian side of the family. For dinner we chose to do filet and lobster tail. The staff was made aware that we had a few guests that were vegetarians, and some that had gluten and/or shellfish allergies, and once again were extremely helpful. For example a cousin could not eat shellfish, and she was given the option of having two filet in place of the lobster (and her food cooked separately away from the shellfish). Other feedback we received from guests was that the wait staff would not just pour wine for dinner service, but take drink orders. Napkins were immediately folded neatly when guests were not sitting at the tables. There were no trays of half-eaten food or bussed dishes in the room, everything was cleared cleanly and efficiently. We opted to have our cake done by Lovely Cakes (highly highly recommended) and do the passed desserts from Rolling Hills, which once again exceeded expectation. Everything was bigger than bite size but small enough that you could manage eating it without being a huge mess (including warm cakes and cookies).
We did work with a wedding planner (Double G) and also brought in rental linens and other tables, but Hilary from RHCC was available at anytime for any question or direction. The staff from RHCC did a great job transforming the space and surpassed all expectations. One thing that sets RHCC apart from other ballrooms we had looked at is the amount of large windows- you don’t feel like you are in a little box for a room. There is an attached room off the ballroom that can be used for ceremonies etc, but we set it up for a “lounge” type area for during the reception. It had various tables, another bar, and our photo booth. It was nice to have a space close enough for people to see what was going on, but a little farther away from the rocking dance floor.
RHCC assigned Aimee (I hope I am spelling her name right) to be our attendant and she was absolutely amazing- if you have a chance I highly recommend requesting her. She had a fantastic ability of being within eyesight but not overbearing, with two glasses of water and whatever my husband and I were drinking at that moment. She also kept us on track as far as when we needed to get to our table to eat, and timed things perfectly so just as we sat down we would be served the course. Aimee really did everything she could to make the night fantastic, and it really was. Anything that was needed or that I was concerned with she was on top of. Just one example being that my mother is handicapped, and Aimee went out of her way to make sure my mom was always taken care of, which kept my mind at ease.
We had about 12 or so children under the age of 12 in attendance. We did bring in outside babysitters, but RHCC really catered to these kids. There was a whole room dedicated to them filled with toys and games (it put my little goodie bags and whatnot to shame). The kids could be served dinner in that room or in the ballroom with their parents, and RHCC even put together an ice cream station for them. We struggled with having that many little ones running around, but it was great that for at least part of the night the parents were able to enjoy the party and know their kids were happy and entertained (and safe).
Overall, we would absolutely recommend RHCC for your wedding festivities! We even added time to the night because everyone was having so much fun. A HUGE thank you to Hilary, Aimee, and the rest of the staff from RHCC, our day would not have been the same without all your work!

My husband and I just recently got married at Rolling Hills and honestly our wedding reception was everything we hoped for and more. Our guests are still talking about how our wedding was one of their all time favorites and how delicious all of the food was. Hilary was very responsive to questions throughout the planning process and helped make us feel like we were in good hands at the club. The staff the weekend of our wedding was so great, especially Alfredo and Amie. Throughout cocktail hour and the rest of the evening, Amie (the bridal attendant) was by our side able to help us with any request we had. I would definitely book this vendor for another wedding. My daughter wanted a venue with a center dance floor and the view of the golf course from the cocktail hour on the deck and the sunset from the main ball room were beautiful. All 200 guests raved about the appetizers, fluke and filet mignon, and especially the passed desserts on the dance floor - all the best food we have ever had. The wait staff was exceptional! Thanks to Rolling Hills, not only did my daughter and son-in-law have the best day of their lives, guests have not stopped calling us and thanking us for a great time.

Event Manager Steve Relevant went out of his way to make sure all details were perfect and as I had requested. Staff was wonderful, food delicious.

Overall, this was an excellent venue that we would recommend. Hosting a wedding is challenging to say the list and overall, ours was smooth with only a few issues. Rolling Hills Country Club is a well-oiled machine. The food was superb, and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it. The bar service was efficient, and we were thankful long lines were not an impact at our wedding. The staff was great, especially Loamy who went above and beyond working with Alex (the bride) to ensure she was comfortable, had what she needed, assisted with dress complications and more.
Upon arrival for photographs, I noticed that two of the three event spaces were uncomfortably warm. I raised this with the staff, and they adjusted the temperature promptly. Unfortunately, I did not check the reception area, which remained extremely hot until after the wedding had started. This made it difficult for guests to enjoy the dance floor consistently, as frequent breaks and hydration were necessary to avoid overheating.
Additionally, there was miscommunication regarding the candle setup on the day of the wedding, some of which was admittedly on our end. However, the issue was relayed by Hilary via email just hours before the ceremony. A phone call would have been a far more effective and considerate approach. When the matter was finally addressed, Hilary handled it in a way that was dismissive and unnecessarily harsh especially toward the bridesmaids. This could have been resolved easily and respectfully, as any member of our party would have gladly helped.
Although two issues occurred which we felt were important enough to include in the review, it’s important to reiterate our wedding was awesome and we would recommend this to anyone. They are organized beyond belief and have a beautiful venue inside and outside.

I had my wedding reception here at RHCC on June 29th and it truly was a fairytale. We looked at a bunch of different venues around the CT area before we stumbled upon Rolling Hills, but the second we drove up and saw RHCC our search was over. We knew it was the one! The entrance of the venue is beautiful and the grounds are honestly breathtaking and amazingly picturesque. The one thing I kept thinking about during my search was that, "if it rains, I want to still love my plan B." The one special thing this venue offered was cocktail hour on the back porch that has a wooden/structured overhang, so even if the weather didn't hold out, you could still hold cocktail hour out there anyways... Lucky for us the weather DID hold out, and we got to see the most impeccable sunset from the back porch. In terms of accommodation, we were planning in a short time period, and at first it was difficult to get a date that would work for us. But, Hilary was more than helpful and switched things around to accommodate us. She was able to get us a Saturday in June which was exactly what we wanted. Now to the important stuff - the food! Honestly, it was the best food I have ever had at a wedding. period. The portions were generous and the taste was from like a five star restaurant. The apps were elegant and gourmet, which is the vibe we wanted. There were a few minor misses though that I will be honest about - 1) we ordered salmon & risotto for a meal and instead got salmon & rice pilaf 2) we ordered tortellini with pesto and instead got tortellini with alfredo sauce and 3) we ordered pork fried dumplings and instead got veggie fried dumplings... I also caught wind that a friend tried to order the vegetarian dish and a server told her that there were no more, which was upsetting to hear. There were a few mistakes like that along the way, but the majority of the food came out correctly and even with those few mistakes, the food was still mouthwatering good so I really can't complain. Weeks later people are still approaching me saying, "that food was the best food I've ever had at a wedding, and I'm old and have been going to weddings for 30 years." It truly was phenomenal. In terms of comfort - we had all 217 people in the ballroom, with the doors open to the second smaller room which was used for bar purposes and photobooth. I felt like that room held my 217 guests comfortably in terms of space. The dance floor was good size and supported all of us. The only complaint I have was the temperature. It was VERY hot in there. It was a hot and humid day in general, but the whole night people were sweating. I kept asking to turn up the AC and kept getting brushed off by the servers. I think the AC was at full capacity and just couldn't keep up honestly with the humid temps outside and 200+ ppl dancing. I had a friend ask me last week "did you guys not have air conditioning at your wedding?" which made me cringe, honestly. We were all hot as all hell, but no one let that get in the way from having a good time. If you are planning to get married in the fall, spring, or winter, I would 110% recommend this place to you! If you are planning to get married in July or August, I would just consider the air conditioning problem. If you don't mind being HOT, then go for it. Maybe they will invest in another system or something to remedy this issue. And I would also just double check to make sure the food EXACTLY what you want.
