    It will be 2 years in November and have not received anything whatsoever! We would like to know how to file a law suit against this company. Please feel free to email me at racosta12@gmail.com. Anything would be helpful at this point. Thanks!

    The highlights reel we received was exceptional. However, it has been over 8 months and we still have not received our video, nor have we had any communication with you. You don't return our emails, you don't return our phone calls, and you don't respond to our wedding planner who lives on island who has tried multiple times to get a hold of you as well. Your lack of communication and professionalism is horrible and completely unacceptable. We want our video as well as our money refunded. If there is anyone who is reading this and thinking of using them, I would highly recommend YOU DON'T for reasons listed above. Our entire experience with them post-wedding has been HORRIBLE.

    It is coming on a year since our wedding and we still have not received our video. Before our wedding, Jeff was incredibly responsive and very friendly. Many people commented on how they were excited to see the video because he seemed like he really knew what he was doing. After the wedding it has been another story. It is very hit or miss if I hear back from him. He keeps leading me on in the fact that he will send our video, even sending an email over a month ago saying to let him know when we receive the video, but it still hasn't arrived. I had a good friend who was going to tape the ceremony but Jeff told my friend that he didn't need to tape it because not only was he going to give us the short clip but also all of the footage from the wedding. So because of Jeff I don't have ANY video footage from our wedding. I am willing to even take this post down if we can just get the video clip or footage from our wedding. Something like this is priceless to us, wish these reviews would have been online before I paid in full for this video.

    It's difficult to give this vendor a real rating since he has been MIA since our wedding. At least the previous customer got a highlights reel. It's been 6 months since our wedding and we've received NOTHING. Not a text, email, or phone call has been returned by Jeff. It's a horrible feeling when you think your special day is going to be a recorded memory (& you spend a good amount of money for that memory), only to have absolutely nothing. We reached out multiple times, in a very amicable way, and still--nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself--ripping people off during a time that's supposed to be celebratory. We trusted you. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend Rokoko in any sort of capacity.

If there is anyone who is reading this and thinking of using them, I would highly recommend YOU DON'T for reasons listed above. Our entire experience with them post-wedding has been HORRIBLE. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and encourage anyone else who has also had issues with Jeffrey Agbayani and Rokoko Cinema to contact us. They are stealing our money and ruining our weddings and we are not letting them get away with it any longer. --Jhon Powell
