Best jeweler ever! Quality is amazing. Staff is amazing. Steve at the Woodfield location is the best customer service representative I have ever experienced. Not only is my engagement ring, wedding band and husbands band from here, but my best friend (MOH) recently got engaged and got ALL of her rings from them too. The diamond quality is stunning and they don't hide anything.Best jeweler ever! Quality is amazing. Staff is amazing. My fiance and I bought matching wedding bands and LOVE them. The jeweler was especially helpful in finding just what we wanted based on our descriptions of what we liked and didn't like. She even suggested we continue looking and come back when we were ready. It was great not to feel pressured into a purchase we might not have been happy with. In the end we did return and we absolutely love our rings!My fiance and I bought matching wedding bands and LOVE them. Everyone at Rogers and Hollands is very friendly and professional. They always know exactly what I am looking for and don't pressure me into buying. They offer great suggestions and help out any time I am there. The Chicago location is also very good. We bought our wedding bands here. They were extremly helpful in helping us find something we liked and needed in time for the wedding. My only concern was problem we had was that when they sized his finger, they sized it with the wrong bands. So when the ring arrived it was too small since they sized him with a thin band vs. a thicker band. Which apparently makes a diffence.We bought our wedding bands here. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Going on a weekend was superbusy. We had to come back since they were so busy. We walked around the mall for about 15-20 minutes. The ring we had made there didnt exactly look like the picture. We were not very happy with the ring but we were happy with the service. My Wife and I ordered my wedding ring from Rogers & Holland back in Late Dec 2017. We were told my ring would be ready for pickup in early Jan. When we went to pickup my ring, it was the wrong size. They sent it back to the manufacturer and told us they would expedite the shipping to 2 days return time. A week goes by and they finally receive the ring. We went back again and it was still the wrong size. Again, we were told they would expedite the shipping to 2 days but we waited another week until they received it. The ring fitted this time but it was the wrong ring/color. Same thing happened again. We had to wait another week. They call us to come in and pickup the ring. IT WAS THE WRONG RING AGAIN!
I asked the manager at that location why he would waste our time by making us drive out there to pickup the wrong ring. He said, and I ain't making this up, "I was hoping you would like this color/ring". Totally unacceptable. A slap in the face to the customers.
They told us they would contact the manufacturer and after 3 weeks, they finally got the correct ring in. In the mean time I had contacted the main office for Roger & Hollands and explained to them the situation. They not only did nothing to resolve the issue, they pretty much ignored me by saying they would contact the Schaumburg location and let me know what happened. They would never call me back like they said they would. I had to call them after days went by when they said they would contact me.
I will never do business at Rogers and Hollands ever again!
