I got my engagement ring from Ashcroft and Oak a sister company to Rogers and Hollands, and I absolutely love my ring. I keep up with my inspections. I have had loose diamonds and even one stone fall out and when it was returned to me it was clean and sparkled like the day he proposed to me. Don't listen to the people that had one purchase and one bad experience I have purchased most all of my jewelry through them and always had great customer service. I totally recommend this place for jewelry hands down! -

We had a great experience picking out my engagement ring in the Fort Wayne store, Eden was always very helpful and even remembered us when we came in to choose the ring almost a month later! She was quick to help when a done fell out and they had it ready in about 4 business days, much quicker than I expected. -

Rogers and Hollands has been nothing but wonderful since the very beginning! They were super attentive at the store in Champaign, IL and helped my husband find a ring that I am absolutely in LOVE with!!! A few weeks ago I took it in so that it could be re-sized. I emailed them and asked when they thought I would be receiving it back and they responded a few hours later. I even sent them a response to their email with a few extra questions and they responded within the hour!!! I do not have one negative thing to say about the corporation. They have been absolutely wonderful!!!! :) -

We had went to there store once and tried on a few wedding bands to see if any would work. I loved the environment of their store because they were not pushy and trying to get us to buy a ring right then and there. We did end up buying my band from them off the internet. But it was actually really relaxing just trying on different styles and seeing which ones would work. I love my wedding band and am still so surprised with how well it works with my engagement ring. -

We went to Rogers & Hollands to find our wedding rings. The quality of their jewelry is exceptional, and they really know their stuff. My husband had been sized for his ring at another store, but they sized him wrong. The salesperson at Rogers & Holland brought out actually sizing rings that made it easier to get the correct size for my husband. We looked at several rings and finally found two that we liked. The manager called the owners to see if he could get a better deal on the rings if we bought them together, and we got a fantastic deal.
Later, I decided I didn't really like the ring we selected to go with my engagement ring. We went back during a bridal show they were having and just when we were about to start looking through catalogs, we found the perfect ring in the one of the diamond cases. The owner was there that day, and we got a fantastic deal on the new ring.

I worked with Julia at the woodland mall location. I wont work with any other person besides her from now on. She is knowledgable and so nice. I love the ring that we picked out for my husband. They offer great service and it is the most personable jewelers that I have ever been to. -

My husband was in cahoots with my mom in order to purchase a wedding set I had seen at this jeweler months before. They were very helpful and kind in their dealings with them. Every six months or so, when I'm in town in MI, I stop by and get my rings checked and cleaned. They are always so kind and helpful and their quality and prices are good. -

Ive been going to the rogers and holland store in grandville mi since december. The staff there (specifically courtney brandon and trish) have never been anything but courtesous and extremely professional. I would recommend this place. And for the record ive purchased 5 watches, a necklace, and a couple sets of earrings. The prices are fair and they k ow me by name now when my wife and i go in. Great people all the way around -

My fiance and I went to a Rogers & Hollands location, had my four year old boy along. They were very understanding that it's not the first place a child would choose to be, they let him look through the scope at the diamond, along with myself and my fiance. this is the first time any jeweler had offered us that option. The ring is beautiful and I also have one I received from their department in 2010 when my son was born. I have no complaints on either piece of jewelry. The ring was a great price for the quality. Their workers are polite and helpful as can be as well, and can tell they are not out to get you to purchase the most expensive ring. I had told our sales associate I have not found a single ring I like that is not a tripple stone yet and I ended up falling in love with a totally different style ring.

Rogers and Holland Jewelers is a great place to get your wedding rings. My husband and I both got our rings for each other here. I love my ring, it's beautiful! The price isn't that bad either. My husband's family has always used Rogers and Hollands and I'm sure my husband and I will continue that tradition. I'm definitely not a fan of Kay Jewelers. I have a different ring (not an engagement one) from there and the diamonds keep falling out! Never had any problems with Rogers and Holland Jewelers though! -

This jewelry store was wonderful. They gave us personal service each time we were in there and we were sent coupons for additional purchases. The only problem I had was my engagement ring was supposed to be sized and it was sized incorrectly (it wasn't sized at all!) but they were very professional and put it in a rush to be resized. And they were very understanding when I went in with random questions, like 'what is on my diamond?' or 'Can I have it cleaned...again!?' :o) -

I have had very good experiences with the exception of a few things. When we got my wedding ban it was not completed. We needed to have them send it in again to have them finish the engravings. When I got a necklace repaired it had to go in a second time b/c it broke within a week after I got it back. When my husband first got my engagement ring, it was sent to the wrong store and they had to get it from that store. I am currently awaiting my rings getting sottered together, we will see how it goes.
They are however a great place to go! Everytime I come in they know me (or at least a few people know me). They are nice people who are knowledgeable. -

I love the Rogers and Holland in the Woodland mall, everyone there is great, good prices, amazing customer services! It's the only place my husband and I go for jewlery. Wish I could say the same thing about the one in the Rivertown mall, they have a very rude, young, male mngr, And as a woman I WILL NEVER go back to that store. -

I was slightly disappointed with Rogers and Holland. We bought the engagement ring and wedding band at different times - I would recommend purchasing together. They never gave me the diamond warranty with the wedding band, then when I went to have the rings soldered together - they asked where my warranty paperwork was. It was SUCH a hassle to get the right paperwork. It was NOT what I wanted to be doing 3 weeks before my wedding. -

Bought a sterling silver eternity ring for my daughter. It was special order ring. We got it just before christmas. And after 2 days stone fell out. Took it back dec 17th. Picked it up on feb 9. Today is feb 11 and her finger is black and ring is chipping away. I have had inexpensive sterling rings that held up better. 107.00$ is a lot of money to have this happen.. Not sure what to do now -

My fiancé bought my engagement ring in mid- January of this year (2015), he proposed in mid- February...when I got the ring it was too big plus I already had a diamond missing. They resized it and fixed the diamond. Not even a month later, same diamond fell out. In May, the SAME diamond fell out again. By this time that is three times SINCE he bought it in January we have had to take it in. I got it back at the end of May, a couple weeks later while sitting at my desk, a different diamond fell out. I found it because I watched it fall onto the floor. Needless to say, by this 4th time I am not happy. I currently do not have my engagement ring yet again as its being fixed and they are adding MORE gold around the prongs to make it stronger. I am in contact with corporate now to see my further options. I am hoping to get my money back and just go somewhere else or they need to let me pick another style because this ring wasn't cheap! My thinking is, there is a defect in that specific setting. I love my ring and it has sentimental value to me since he proposed with it but I am not going to deal with this stress my whole engagement. Funny thing is, we are loyal customers because he buys ALL of my jewelry from them. -

My fiance had my engagement ring custom-made. Getting the mock-ups made for it was ridiculous for him. Something he could have done in photoshop with his skills would have taken him less time and they would have understood what he wanted better. The normally 4-week process took him 4 months. He asked for my parents' permission in February (which they told me about, so I was all excited and waiting for the ring), and he didn't get the ring until the end of May.
After the gorgeous ring was made, my sister was convinced to have hers made there. After her wedding, she had her ring soldered together. The job they did was HORRENDOUS. It isn't straight, even, or look nice at all. The job that they said would take 2 weeks maximum took her a month to get back. She doesn't have the heart to tell them how bad it looks, because she's afraid it'll take another month to get the ring back.
A co-worker of mine also had her ring soldered through them. Hers is also misaligned and doesn't fit properly because of it.
I sent in my ring 2 weeks ago (which is the amount of time it SHOULD take to be completed), and I'm terrified of what it's going to look like when I get it back. -

Went to pick up my ring after the engagement piece and bridal ring was soldered together. They gave me back... Wait for it... Someone else's ring! The ring was not mine and they had no clue what happened to mine:( I am devastateddddd:( it's just a ring but it holds sentimental value that cannot be replaced. I pray to God someone comes forward with my ring at one of the 80+ stores so I can get it back! And it time for my wedding in a month:( -

I dont have a huge problem with this company, but they lack certain characteristics that will ultimately crush them in the future. My girlfriend told me she didnt want an expensive ring but a unique one, so she discovered one on pinterest she really wanted. It happened to be 400 dollars from this sight which is very very cheap for a wedding ring but thats what she wants. The issue with them is their customer service. They do not keep you updated on anything. It took me 2 weeks to get a tracking number and when I did it said the delivery day was on the 26th, and when I got the tracking number it was the 31st. My ring continued to go through mail space back and forth with no clear explanation (which is the fault of the shipping company I know) but the issue was that they do not keep you updated on anything, and they also do not respond to my emails now even though I still dont have the ring. Promised delivery day, DEC 26th, Todays date 07 JAN and no ring. What pissed me off the most is the lack and delay of responses which makes me even more nervous being in a state that they don't offer protection plans in, which I also find ridiculous. -

I bought a black onyx ring for my husband back in 1997 and after the stone fell out THREE times in less than six months returned it. Now less than two years ago he has bought me a beutiful opal ring from them, but we are having the same issues! After jst a few weeks of having it one of the diamonds fell out; it took them over TWO months to get it back to me! Then when I had them resize it they did not solder it correctly and the damn thing cracked in half. Thankfully he purchased the lifetime warrenty so they replace it, but now the dang opal has fallen out!!!! I am EXTREAMLY carefull with all my rings, I even take them off to shower or wash my hands; I am very unhappy with the quality of these rings for the amount of money we paid. i will NEVER buy jewlery from Rogers & Hollands again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!! -

DO NOT BUY YOUR RINGS FROM THEM!!! I have had my engagement ring for 2 years and it has been repaired over 5 times!!! I am very careful with my ring ( I take it off every time I clean, cook or do dishes) and this is just ridiculous. By the time we needed to buy our wedding bands, the ring had been repaired 3 times and so we went with another jeweler for the wedding bands. The most recent repair, I got my ring back this morning and just 9 hours later another stone has fallen out...my husband is so upset over this and feels like he disappointed me. It is a beautiful ring, but this company does not care about the quality of its products or customer satisfaction. They refuse to even give me a discount on extending the care plan. -

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here. So to get the matching set, we came here for our bands as well. Everything was actually great until a few months later when I noticed a very sharp edge on the halo of my ring. I brought it in, and over a period of 2 months, was told it had been fixed-it wasnt, that it was my fault for not telling them what was wrong-i did, and had the lady feel it. On the fourth time they brought me in after saying it was done, I came in to find sharp edges ALL OVER the ring. Nothing was wrong, but apparently they had the knowledge to recreate the same issue? Seriously?
I asked to compare my ring to the same style one they had in the case, and asked another customer in the store for their opinion. Their decision? Weird, I know, but my ring had extremely sharp edges whereas the ring in the case did not. So, I took the ring in the case home, since according to them, they were exactly the same anyway. -

I am very disappointed with Rogers and Hollands. I wanted to speak with someone about my promo balance and was transferred multiple times to a phone number that disconnected me. After calling back and trying to tell them my situation they transferred me mid sentence. After finally getting ahold of someone they told me I'd have to write a letter and mail it because there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Any other jeweler or respectable company would not only listen to me but offer a better solution than mail a letter. -

I bought a ring from Rogers and Holland Jewelers in 2008 for a ring. I bought it from Mall of America store in Minnesota. The lady was helpful and gave me the lifetime warranty for free. Over the years I went back to get my ring checked every six months and driving an hour away for it since that was the closest store they have to me. When they checked it a diamond came lose and fell out they told me they could get it done tomorrow because they don't have time. The sales person didn't listen to me when I said I lived a hour away and needed it back in the same day. His manager overheard this and made it happen after 20 minutes of arguing and asking for a manager. I was happy since they fixed the problem. Another issue I had with them was when I needed my ring re-sized when I was passing through Maplewood to go to my aunts house for the weekend. They told me I couldn't pick up the ring because one of the Jewelers brought it home after he worked on it and forgot it there. First of all as a customer you never want to be told they brought it home after they finished working on it. Overall they give good quality service but you have to fight and argue with them until they fix the issue. I would go someplace else to get a ring. -

Worst mistake I ever made was buying my engagement ring from here. The stone came loose within a few weeks, sent it to get fixed and they either switched the diamond or scratched it somehow. Complained to them got it fixed. It came loose within a few months! I just sent it back for a repair. AGAIN. in August and here is oct and still no ring. I had to email them to even get a CALL that my ring has been sitting in her drawer for WEEKS. Not one phone call or voicemail. Then the lady sits there and argues with me saying she called and I never went to go get it from the post office.... so the post office didn't try to deliever it? And she never called? Yeah right. -

We bought a ring back in 2007. It has been in the shop at least three times for stones falling out and a couple for post problems. The managers are rude, the quality is poor and on top of everything, they have changed their fix it policy without telling anybody. They have switched to computerized records which have lost mine for the last two years. I have sadly retired my ring to my drawer and wearing one that I purchased at an art crawl 20 years ago! -

we had a nightmare with rogers and holland jewerls. We bought the ring and it was my dream ring. It has three small bands welded together with diamond chips all the way around the band, well not only did they mess up the order before my husband even proposed but after we were engaged and I realized that there were diamonds missing out of the band that had fallen out, they refused to replace them (even though we had a lifetime warentee) Eventually they did replace them, for it to happen two weeks later yet again. So we brought the ring back in, and decided to choose a different ring because although it was the most beautiful ring, it was very poorly made and we didn't want to have the ring being fixed more than it would be on my finger so we decided to pick a different ring that was a little more on the safe side. After we ordered the ring we got a call that it was in and they had ordered the WRONG ring, what a mess, I remember crying because we had been engaged for a little of two months and I had only gotten to wear my engagment ring for a week or so. So when everyone would ask to see my beaUTIFUL ring (one of the best parts about being engaged) I got to tear up and tell them I didn't have it at the moment. so they finally fixed it, and when we went to go pick it up hoping it was right this time, they set the main diamond wrong. It was one of the worst expierences of my life! -

And now, my mother bought an opal ring and never got asked for extra insurance and now 4 months later and the opal gel out and they won't do anything about it. Do not go here!!! I would give this place all 000000 if I could -

I am very disappointed in the store. I went in to resize my ring. They told me it was ultimately my choice, but they didn't think it needed to be a smaller size. A couple weeks later, my ring fell off, and I have not been able to find it. The insurance plan didn't cover anything. I only got a small discount for buying and special ordering the ring a second time. It was supposed to come in 6 to 8 weeks, but it took an additional 4 weeks longer than it was supposed to. The staff has been helpful, but for spending well over $7000, I am surely not impressed with the service. -

UGH, nightmare.
Ladies, my hubby wanted to get me the ring of my dreams, and I love it. BUT for one it took forever to get any paperwork stating the value of the ring etc.
Then after years of marriage I wanted to get the ring appraised. I went to a small place that has expensive rings and is family owned. I know the owner from another company.
I was told that Rodgers and Hollands and tons of other stores do NOT certify their diamonds GIA because the other places are more lenient.
Come to find out my diamond is worth a lot less than what we paid for it because they used another company to certify and they did it wrong!
I was furious and called Rodgers and Hollands, they told me GIA diamonds cost 30% more.
why? It costs $100 to have them certified!
The real reason is that quality diamonds are sent to GIA and everything else goes to places that are not considered standard and that are known to inflate the quality of the diamond. So hubby pays 9k for a stone that should retail 6k.
I wasn't expecting to have it worth close to what we paid. But this was crazy... the color & clarity they stated was so far off I would have been lucky if the diamond was worth 2k, meaning if I sold I would get $1k!
Apparently this is a well known practice. We also got our paperwork late and it states in this paperwork ONLY (which we got after we paid ring off, and passed 30 days) that the clarity/cut etc is evaluated when the solitaire is in the setting so they are not responsible for it being off!
Besides all this my stone was purchased loose so idk what their excuse would be.
I would consider getting educated and possibly speaking to people like you want to sell a ring and see all the stuff they tell you. And I would rather have have had another stone besides a diamond if I had known. -

We had a ring purchased from this store in 1999. The ring was damaged and we sent it in for an estimate for the cost of repairing it. The lady Trish said it was going to be very expensive to repair it. She showed me a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that was $1100 and said we could have a discount and our price would be $600.00. I asked her to write down the name of the ring and the price. The cost of repairing my ring would be $1,000.00. We wanted to buy the rings she had shown us but she tried to sell us another set that we did not like- the price of those rings were $600 to start with. She could not find the rings we liked and she said I must have been mistaken about the price- she could not give us an $1100 ring for $600 and since she had not written down the info there was nothing we could do. She was unprofessional, totally inept and we were very dissatisfied with her poor customer service. We would never buy rings from this shady store. -

When I got my ring in 2011 I was happy with it- very pretty and what I wanted and the value was good. How ever, when I took my ring in a month before I got married I got it back a week before my wedding date- they sized it from a size 6.5 which was perfect to a size 5! they sent my ring back for rush fix I got it back the day before I got married-fast forward to March 2015- I brought my ring in for regular inspection (every 6 mo.) and found that 3 diamonds were loose and one was broken in half. I sent the ring in for repair, I got the ring back almost 5 weeks later and I had it for about 5 days and while I was at work (receptionist not in any kind of hard labor work) My big diamond was gone- the one that they were supposed to fix! I take the ring back in and they said oh my gosh we will see if we can get all the prongs redone and the entire setting might have to be redone and we will see if we can get a rush order. Well now as of today June 30th I still do not have my ring and I have called numerous times and was even blamed by one of the managers that it was my fault, and made it very clear they would not do anything for me. I called early last week and they told me by the 26th it would be in and then called me a day later saying they didn't have it yet due to weather. I hope who ever is in the market to get any Jewelry DONT GET IT FROM THEM! -

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My fiancé bought my engagement ring at this store as he was able to use a family and friends discount, so we went back to purchase our wedding bands. He went to the store 2 different times to ask that his ring be resized as it was a bit big on him. The same individual told him both times that he did not need it to be sized. One week before the wedding, he had tried it on in front of me and flung his hands around where the ring flew right off of his finger! We tried to go to a different store and request a resize, which they did agree that he needed, but they said they wouldn't have it back in time for the wedding. Being as we were leaving the day after the wedding for our honeymoon, my husband did not want to go a week without wearing his ring Therefore, we had no choice but to buy the same ring at a different store and try to return the original at R&H. They would not agree to refund our money, but only to give us a store credit. The day after the wedding, on the flight to our honeymoon location, I noticed a diamond missing from my wedding band. I HAD BEEN WEARING IT FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS! I brought it to the store right when we returned from the honeymoon, and their response was, "Yeah, that tends to happen a lot with this style." WHAT?!?! They replaced the diamond for free as it was under warranty. As I constantly check my ring due to worry after their comment, I happen to be looking at the main diamond in my Engagement ring, and lo and behold.... COMPLETELY LOOSE! This merchandise is nothing but junk! I could purchase higher quality at a department store like Kohls or JC Penny! My next move is to write the Better Business Bureau and pray this resolves my issue. I have two rings I don't trust enough to wear all of the time (I only wear to work and special occasion) and one in-store credit for returning the men's wedding ring we couldn't use either. I would rate R&H with an F for quality and CS. Terrible. -

I would give Rogers and Holland a 0 out of 5 for terrible, terrible service. My soon to be husband and I went into the store months ago to have my ring finger sized. I ended up falling in love with a Verriago ring I saw while in there and the manager at the time worked with us and wrote down everything I loved/wanted that day. My size, all the bells and whistles, etc. 3 weeks later my fiance went back into the store to make the purchase and asked for the sheet of paper that they wrote everything on for him -- they had thrown it away! The wrong size was ordered and it took 3 weeks to get in. Then the right size was ordered and it took 4.5 weeks this time with no updates or information along the way. Absolute terrible customer service. The day of when my fiance was going to propose initially after all of that mess, he asked that the store get it cleaned and looking very shiny and pristine. When he went to pick it up, the jeweler lost a diamond out of it! IT JUST FELL OUT WHILE HAVING IT CLEANED! It has now been almost 2 weeks and we still have no answer on its timeline. My fiance has been into the store everyday since and they won't provide any details other than "we are sorry." At this point -- all we went is the money back for it. Not a store worth a damn. DO NOT SHOP THERE! -

Never go to Rogers and Hollands I went to Glenbrook mall in Fort Wayne, Indiana and it was everytime the worst experience I have ever had. My husband has brought me five rings and a necklace there and the people who work there are rude, unprofessional, and liars. I was told I was speaking to the manager when I asked to speak to one she was too unprofessional to speak to me, couldn't do it because I was rude? She's was supposed to be a manager deal with it, she was rude to me and after I apologized like 50 times she still couldn't well, what was I supposed to do she was obviously ridiculous. The problem was she kept lying, they messed up my jewelry, were dumb, were rude, can't communicate, resolve issues, tell the truth, have good customer service, etc. She should have apologized to me. Just because if she was the manager I didn't need to bow down to her to get good treatment she could have given me better treatment. The problem was in person and then when I called the store to get help I kept being put on hold until I mumbled a cuss word which I apologized for, but she kept telling me to hold I didn't know she was on the phone and I kept telling her I wasn't cussing at her. Here's the thing she couldn't talk to me, later, grow up manager. You could have been sorry for my treatment and listen to me. Everyone in customer service has to deal with angry customers learn how to and do your job. What kind of managers acts like a child and has other employees deal with customers they are yelling about after she puts me on hold again. Oh but you can talk about me, very unprofessional and I could hear all of you. This manager was wrong and could have said she was sorry, I just should have hung up and not have said sorry it's not like they were ever listening just being dumb and rude. Will never go back. I didn't need to be talked to like that.

So, my ring has been in their "Bridal" department back and forth for almost 6 months and every time I get it back it looks worse than it did the last time they were supposed to "fix" it. My husband had to buy me a small wedding band just to compensate how often I don't have my "real" ring. They have suggested some of the goofiest ways to remedy the problem. They wanted to put notches in the solitaire setting for my wedding bands to sit straight and flush with that setting, they did originally fit just fine. I said absolutely not. They have over manipulated the ring so much that it will never be right. When we first got married a diamond fell out in 2 weeks in the wedding band. I still don't have my ring back and it's February, dropped it off in November. They reassured me the last time it would be perfect. Went to pick it up a week before my anniversary it was still crooked and the solder job, a toddler could have done better. The ring was lopsided and depending on which way you put it on one side was bigger than the other so it always felt weird. It's been crooked every time I get it back and every time I tell them to get it together and figure this out. I am not confident that any of them really know what the hell they are doing. Very incompetent employees, not educated and they use excuses that they are really busy....well it's your job, you work there, you are in charge of jewelry. I have my own job, I am busy but I don't work in a jewelry store or should I spend so much time on trying to get what I paid for in the first place. -

I will never and have never purchased anything from this store. Not only were we waiting forever before we received service but our employee helping us not only implied that we were cheap because of our taste in jewelry but insulted us on a ring that my fiance had purchased for me as a promise ring previously. He proceeded to tell me that THEIR jewelry was of proper quality and that THEIR company treats its guest, not customer but they are called guests, with great respect and treats them well. This was an terribly bad experience and i will never step foot in that establishment again. Unbelievable to say the least. -

Don't get me wrong - my rings are beautiful and I love them - but their financing program is horrible. Three times now we have "paid off" our account (the last time being this morning). They take a week to process the payment, and in the meantime, interest accrues above what your "final" payment was. As a result, you think you've paid it off, but you haven't really, so if you don't keep making payments, you get late fees and late notices on your credit report. My credit used to be absolutely perfect until I opened a joint account with my husband with R&H - and because of their horrible billing practices, our credit worthiness has plummeted. If you must use R&H, pay cash!! My rings were definitely not worth all this hassle - if I had it to do over, I'd go to Kay Jewlers, or the little bubble vending machines outside of Walmart! -

Wish I would have checked their reviews prior to purchasing our diamond ring. You would think that if you spend over $8,000 on something you'd be able to receive great service and care. Certainly not the case in one Minnesota store. The prongs on my ring have not once, but twice, somehow become lose and do not hold the diamond in the middle properly. Luckily, I've noticed the diamond in the middle falling before it actually fell out, but when I took it back the second time, I just assumed they would be more sympathetic, but they were very rude and arrogant (which they usually have been anytime I've been in the store). I have to drive 90 miles (one way) to take the ring to get fixed and they wouldn't even provide me with a free delivery - they told me that I could get my ring shipped directly to my house, but that it would cost me an additional $35. WHAT? At that point I just left. I can only hope and pray that I do not have any further problems with this ring because I absolutely hate going to that store. Ladies, tell your guys not to buy anything from Rogers and Hollands!! -

These people are the worst!!!! For the past one and a half years I have been calling them looking for an engagement ring that I believe is from 2008-2009 that I want so bad before I get married. Every time I call a rogers and hollands or corp they ask me to describe the ring to them when i do i swear they are playing tik tak toe then they tell me to hold for a minute ( which I am guessing they are going to get a snack) then come back to the phone and say "I asked and no one seems to know anything about that ring" and then pass my on to any store that they closed their eyes and picked. BS BS. Plus a friend bought a ring from thm and went to have it looked at and was told it was really bad quality and not at all what she paid. Go somewhere else. -

I am so frustrated with this place! Please do not go to this store for anything! My fiance bought my engagement ring from Rogers & Holland in 11/2015, proposed in 12/2015. I unfortunately didn't love my ring, but two weeks into wearing it one of the three main diamonds came loose. We went to get it fixed and re-size it to a 1/2 size smaller. Well they placed the "fixed" diamond crookedly! I didn't say anything at first to my fiance out of guilt, but after about 2 months of consciously knowing the diamond was set crooked, I worked up the courage to tell my fiance if we could look at other rings. So my only option was to upgrade to a ring twice the value of the first since it was well after the 30 days. We did just that, picked a ring twice the value, used the amount on credit from the previous ring as a "credit" toward the final amount and paid the difference out of pocket, plus finish paying off the other balance, which made sense to me because it was all toward the final amount of the upgrade ring. Well two weeks into the new ring, a diamond falls out...the manager says she'll order a new one, they call me to tell me its in, I arrive to pick up and its not sized correctly. So I have to go back the next day. Two weeks into this second ring another diamond falls out. I'm furious at this point because in between of all of this my fiance's wedding band was ordered in the wrong size and was all scuffed and scratched, which we had to return and make another trip because he wasn't with me when I picked it up. I've had three different rings from them and each of them have had a diamond loose or fall out in a matter of three months! I told the manager I just wanted to return the ring and get my money back. She said she couldn't do that, she could only offer to re-order my ring in my size straight from the vender which would take 4-6 weeks or offer to exchange the ring for something else! Corporate is no help either! PLEASE DONT GO HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS -

My husband and I bought my diamond wrap from here. I had it soughtered to my engagement ring two weeks before my wedding. After only 1 week after saying I do, a small diamond fell out of the wrap. They replaced the diamond but it took over a month to get my rings back. Once getting it back, exactly 1 week later 2 more diamonds were missing, feeling very very frustrated at this point, they offered me a new wrap for my ring. That now taking another week to get soughtered together. Literally two days after getting my new ring back i noticed another diamond is loose. Still resolving this issue.DO NOT BUY from here. I have gotten to wear my ring for 2.5 weeks since my wedding. Horibble horrible quality. -

We did not end up buying our bands here because the manager was solo unprofessional and rude she actually told me, "your engagement ring is too hard to find a matching band for, you should just trade it in for a matching set" HOW RUDE! also they act like they are giving you some special prices when you know they are giving the same price to everyone. obnoxious -

We are extremely disappointed to the store manager at Rogers & Holland Jewellers name by John at store located at York Town Mall in Lombard IL. who was our sales person when we bought our wedding ring. He told us that we should have no problem lossing the small diamonds on the side of the ring because the small diamonds was created and done by lazer and wont never come off and we gaurantee it for a lifetime, 6 weeks later the stone was missing, so I bring it back to the store with full of disappointment. I should of return it, they got it fixed but you can see fron the your naked eye that it is not the same anymore and you can see the gap between the stones, then 4months later the small diamonds was gone again and this was from the other side of the ring. I was very irratated! send it back and got it fixed again. We moved to NJ. Dec. 8, 2012 went to an elegant party, wake up in the morning I was going to clean my ring and put away I noticed that the small diamond was missing again. I was so furious and sick and tired of this, because we moved out of state, I call them where I can bring my ring to have it fix that is closer to our house here in NJ. I was told I have to ship it to other state because there's no jewelry service close by me. Absolutely awful! When we bought our rings we were told that even if there wasn't a Rogers and Hollands near us we could bring our ring for service to any authorized jewelers that they affiliated with and they would direct us somewhere local if we had an issue. Well just a few weeks and months after my weddings one of my small diamonds are missing. We called the warranty service and told there was nowhere near in our area in NJ to repair my ring and we would have to send it in, they gave us the 800# to call and they want us to send or provide proof with my receipt. It was absolutely a hassle!!! We will seek legal advice from state attorney as to how to resolve this problem. My $15,000. ring was a total scam. -

I would NEVER recommend Rogers and Hollands to anyone. We were told that my husband's wedding band would take 3 weeks to arrive--it took 8. Not only is that bad, but they NEVER called to inform us that it would take longer. When we would go in to ask if our ring had arrived, they would simply shrug and say "sorry." Once the ring arrived, we found out that they had ordered the wrong size. My husband took the ring in to have it sent in and re-sized and we are magically "not in their system" anymore so they cannot help us. How does that happen???? NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. -

Absolutely awful! When we bought our rings we were told that even if there wasn't a Rogers and Hollands near us we could call and they would direct us somewhere local if we had an issue. Well just a few months after my weddings one of my prongs got bent. We called the warranty service and told there was nowhere near Denver, CO to repair my ring and we would have to send it in. After messing up our email address 3 times to send shipping label then messing up our address when returning my ring and sending it to VA instead of CO, it has been over a month and I haven't seen my ring yet. I called tonight and they didn't show a record of my open claim so I had to explain everything that happened (he didn't even know if the ring had arrived for repairs or not even though it had supposedly been fixed and sent out 2 weeks ago) and provide proof with my receipt. If we had to do it again, I would tell my husband to go somewhere else for my ring! -

DONT BUY HERE!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! first they saudered my wedding ring together horribly unstraight 4 times in a row so my ring was gone for an entire month and it was never back when it was supose to be. Their workers were extremely rude after i made the purchase, of course they were nice before. Then to top if off after i got my ring back after a month that is still notically unstraight i just gave up all 30 of my little stones and my big 3 were loose.. i took it to another jewler and he was extremly amazed how bad of a condition it was in.. we payed 8200 total for my ring this is absolutely rediculous!!!!!! F YOU ROGERS AND HOLLANDS!!!!!!!!!!! -

Horrible Horrible Customer Service. My husband and I purchased about $7000 in wedding ring sets, a $1000 gold chain and my husband buys me a ring there for every valentines day/anniversary/xmas/birthday.
They do not stand behind their warranties, they could care less how much money you have dropped in their store they still want to nickel and dime their customers to death. After all of the money we have spent they refuse to fix a bent prong on my wedding set and want $180 to do so.
We will be taking our business somewhere else. Im really sorry that we spent this much in that store before now! I shudder to think of the thousands given to a place that really doesnt care about their customers.

One word HORRIBLE!!!! Ladies seriously before you send your guys here listen to me, I bought a ring from them in 08/10 and have since drove over an hour over 10 times to go to this store for issues from faulty sizing to diamonds falling out. I have tried to get a resolution all the way up to corporate, they don't care about losing your business or making you satisfied. All I wanted was the ring the way it was supposed to be when I paid a small fortune for it. Ruined my special event, which is a once in a lifetime thing........ -

I wouldn't go there ever again. They charge you for every little thing they can. They charge you to get your rings soldered, even if you get both rings from there. Where other jewelers do not. Then I needed my ring resized, even though I told the jewerler that it was too tight, she said that's how you should wear them, they were going to charge me $70 to unsolder it, then $80 to resolder it again. I called another jewerler and he quoted me $40 to do the whole thing!!!!!! -
