Everything you could imagine and more

Angel and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! From an intro phone call they were able to create a inspiration board that perfectly captured our vision for our wedding. Throughout the process they provided us with guidance, always had great creative suggestions, and even gave us many alternatives to stick to our budget while not compromising on design. When we saw our sample we were absolutely blown away, and even more so when we saw everything come together the night of. One of our guests even told us that the 9 hour flight they took to attend the wedding was worth it for the florals alone. Absolutely you cannot go wrong hiring Rodri Studio

My fairytale wedding with Rodri Studio

I can’t thank enough Angel and his team for a masterpiece that they did for my wedding. My wedding was a true fairytale with beautiful, fresh and exclusive flowers.
Angel’s team went extra mile to make everything as we discussed at our pre-wedding meetings and even did more! All our guests were fascinated with a table arrangements, ceremony arch and custom made gates that Rodri Studio created.
The flowers were very fresh, we took some arrangements home after the wedding and they lasted over 2 weeks at my home! The white orchids lasted 1 month!! Unbelievable!

Angel is a very talented florist and creative director. He has a very unique style, so if you are looking for someone that is different from the majority of the florists, and want boutique style company for your wedding, I highly recommend Rodri Studio.
Thank you again, Angel, to you and your team. You made our wedding the most beautiful wedding in the world! And I’m sure all of your brides can say the same! :)

Enchanted garden dream come true!

Angel and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding. They created the enchanted garden I wanted, every single detail I shared with Angel was created to perfected. I will forever be thankful for making it all come true. Fantastic!!

I live in NY. I had 4 months to plan my wedding in Miami. I found Rodri Studios on Instagram and emailed them right away, that same day I received a phone call from Angel (the owner) and we talked about what I wanted. He sent me an email that week with a photo gallery of ideas for me and I loved them all! The flowers were not cheap, but, WORTH every penny! I loved everything!

Out of this World Florals

The flowers at my wedding were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Angel was able to incorporate the old world romance that I was looking for through the work with his flowers. The old rose and mauves colors fit perfectly with my theme.

I couldn't have been happier with the results! My friends and family kept commenting on the flowers and how romantic and elegant it made the whole venue feel.

It was a pleasure working with all of them and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Rodri and his team are excellent at what they do. I have never seen such beautifully executed florals and design. I can’t say enough about Angel and his team! He brought my visions to life and kept it within my budget as well! About 2 weeks before my wedding, I requested a meeting with him just to feel secure about the decisions we’d made and he made that happen without question! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that everything was exactly how I planned and for that, I am so grateful. When I walked into our venue, I almost cried! It was beautiful beyond my expectations. My flowers and votives were gorgeous. I am still getting compliments on our arrangements 3 months later. He is a true master of his craft and his team is beyond courteous and professional. I received prompt responses to every email (even when he was out of the country) and he even hand delivered my bouquet on the morning of my wedding. Thank you to the Rodri Studios team for your part in the best day of my life! If I could do it all over again, I’d choose you as our florist without hesitation.

Angel took our wedding vision and executed it flawlessly. He really understood our style. Our floral was more then we could have ever imagined. Angel took what we asked for and customized it to get us to the look we wanted. As details and color palettes evoled, Angel was right with us tweaking to make sure everything came together. When last minute rain caused us to look at a Plan B, Angel was quick to help us nail down the necessary changes and it came together so beautifully. He was also a pleasure to work with. Rodri is truly an ANGEL (his first name!) on earth. He was incredibly efficient, worked within my budget, and provided a stunning dream backdrop and floral experience for my wedding. Words cannot describe how happy I am with Angel and his team's florals and design of my wedding. I knew they were going to do a superb job, as he comes recommended by numerous people, but when I walked into my reception for the reveal, I was in AWE. His quality and work was PHENOMENAL! The delivery of the personals was timely and they were gorgeous. He understood exactly what I had envisioned. My bouquet was truly Pinterest worthy. After a long night of partying I forgot to put my bouquet in water to help preserve them a little longer, those things lasted 3 days PERFECTLY before I got a chance to put them in water and they still looked just as fresh. I had an outdoor wedding in Miami where the heat could very easily destroy any delicate flower, his flowers surpassed my expectations!

We hired Rodri Studio after our wedding planner highly recommended it. Angel the owner of Rodri Studio is AMAZING! He is friendly, really takes the time to listen to what your vision is and makes it into reality! All of our guests were amazed at how beautiful all the flower arrangements at our wedding were. We had a couple of last minute requests and Angel was able to deliver without any problems! Rodri Studios should be the only florist to consider in the South Florida area!

Magical! Angel and his team made our wedding absolutely magical! It was beyond my wildest dreams! They were extremely accommodating and helpful. We used 3 different spaces at the W South Beach and they made sure every inch was beautiful! They even provided our flowers for our rehearsal dinner the evening before in another venue! I don't even know where to start with this amazing wedding florist!! Angel is by far the most passionate and dedicated person when it comes to his work!

I was lucky enough to find Angel through my wedding planner and once we finished our meeting I knew right away he would do an outstanding job. He was very easy to talk to and was always on point when coming up with ideas for our wedding. I knew I had nothing to worry about in making our day beautiful!! I had so many ideas in mind that I couldn't put into words and Angel brought them all to life. He exceeded my expectations 1,000%.

The best part I found about Angel, is that he takes the stress away from picking out flowers and setting up arrangements for your special day. He took care of a lot more than the average florist would do, and was always confident in his amazing work. On the day of the wedding he and his team were prompt with setting up all of the arrangements

Angel exudes confidence and passion which make it easier for a bride to have fun with this process rather than stressing. He truly cared about making everything come together even up to the last second!

Angel is AMAZING! First, seeing that I was planning my wedding from Missouri I never got the chance to meet Angel and his team in person. He was very responsive and helpful via email and phone. Even still, his work is absolutely AMAZING. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for us on our wedding day. It truly was the most beautiful wedding I had ever been to. (maybe I'm partial, but still!) The centerpieces... amazing! Every detail of the table décor... loved it! The ceremony arch and our personal flowers... exactly perfect! He did such an amazing job with making every single detail and wishes come to life. It was exactly what I was hoping for and going for!!! I didn't even get to see the reception area until after the ceremony and I was being led through really quickly to another room.... I had to stop a second just to take it all in! It really was breathtaking. He left me with absolutely ZERO stress and that was awesome too!!! From day 1 he worked with me on the budget I had set and he made it work. I contracted Angel to do the flowers for my wedding in February, It was the best decision I made! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond for my event. The day of my event I had issues with my caterer and did not trust them to carry out the event, but I had put Angel in charge of my decorations and he did not let me down. All the flowers and decor came out beautiful! When I saw my set up and my decorations I was speechless, it was everything I had envisioned! Angel is amazing! I contacted him 3 weeks before my wedding and he was more than willing to work with me. My venue provided the centerpieces so I just needed my personal flowers and bridal party. My bouquet and flower crown were to die for! I received compliment after compliment about them. I changed my mind on the design and decided last minute to have my bridesmaids wear flower crowns as well. Angel quickly accommodated my requests. I sent him photos of what I was invisioning and he went above and beyond. Definitely the best florist in town.

Rodri Studio team is amazing, very creative, great knowledge and a lot of style. Love their ideas and recommendations that were right on target with how I was dreaming for the ceremony and reception. My family and friends where impressed with the flowers, decoration, everything was amazing!

I would highly recommend Rodri Studio as your go to event floral designer. I discovered Rodri Studio on instagram and took a hunch that Rodri would be very sweet and help us achieve the look we wanted for our dream wedding... Well, I was right because Rodri and his team were fabulous! I hired his services pretty last minute and lucked out that he had some availability on our date.. I had a lot of very detailed and specific requests, especially because I provided my own vases, and he was so cool and easy going about everything. On the wedding day, everything was simply gorgeous, particularly, the floral design on our arbor.. it was by far my favorite arrangement at our wedding.. it came out perfect!

I contacted Angel to do the flowers for my wedding just 2.5 weeks before the actual event. Instead of turning me away for lack of time, he quickly got the ball rolling and was so wonderful to work with. I sent him only a couple of pictures/ideas and what he created was so extraordinary it blew me away. It was a million times better and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. You can tell the rodri studio team but a lot of love into what they do. Angel was a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to work with him again!

I truly loved working with Angel. I wasn’t familiar with his work as he was referred to me by my wedding planner, but the moment I met him I knew that he was very talented and understood what I wanted. Angel is absolutely the best florist you can have. He is so down to earth and can envision your visions even better than you can! I gave him some of my ideas and he came back with pages worth of flowers that were exactly what I wanted. He worked with me until I was 100% satisfied and was so reasonable with me. All of his work is spectacular. I have yet to see one flower arrangement that I did not like. Even if I'm not a fan of the color scheme he truly works magic. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of flowers.

My bridal bouquet was exactly how I always imagined it would be. Angel and his team did a beautiful job creating my bouquet and boutonnières. A week after the wedding and I still have flowers that are blooming and beautiful. Delivery was right on time as scheduled. Angel has been the best vendor we have ever worked with! His amazing creativity, vision, taste, personality and heart are just priceless!!!!

Angel has been more than a flower vendor to us, he visited our venue and gave us amazing ideas to make our big day beautiful! He helped us take the best advantage out of our venue, and thanks to him we did!.

On our big day he made my family cry and left my husband and I in shock. Considering our budget, we were planning a simple romantic wedding, but he made sure that our simple, romantic wedding was the most beautiful one in the world!!!

All the bouquets, and arrangements for the ceremony and reception were just breathtaking. The quality of his work and his flowers are for sure one of a kind!

I can tell you a million reasons why Angel will be the best decision for your wedding day, but today I will just tell you, that my husband and I felt beyond blessed that we could have someone like Angel help us on our most beautiful wedding day, and I am certain that any bride will feel the same way.

Our wedding was the talk of the town… we were so in love with our wedding floral designs. Angel is an absolute gem to work with. When we initially met at our floral meeting; I brought pictures and ideas to show him my inspiration and color schemes. We talked intensively about how I wanted my centerpieces, boutonnières, and bridesmaid bouquet to look like and I was blown away to see my dream as it became a reality on our special day.
He was extremely accommodating through the entire process. He met with us twice with two different arrangements to show me the height and different styles. He could have easily sent me pictures with the second arrangement but instead he met with me to show me the option in person and discussed all the little details which was a big help to us because I was able to see it and make changes. That put me at ease as I knew at that moment that I didn’t have to worry about anything. He added his personal touches to everything. Angel and his team worked diligently to deliver beyond my expectations on our big day. From the colors to the last bit was exactly how I had envisioned my bouquet and floral arrangements to look like. It was our pleasure to work with him; our decor and floral arrangements were spectacular and people are still talking about it to this day. We have enjoyed working with him and his team and we will definitely use his expertise in the future for all of our personal and professional functions. Thank you so much Angel for the flower arrangements you have created for our wedding; they were exactly what we requested but better and the service could not have been better, we love YOU!!!

I was truly blown away by our wedding flowers.

I had been following Angel on instagram and facebook and was already familiar with his wonderful work. However when I walked into my wedding, I almost cried because of how beautiful it looked. I had a beautiful vision of how the centerpieces were going to look but when I walked it it was so much more than I imagined.

Angel was so easy to work with especially since my now husband and I live in different state. Every time I e-mailed Angel (and I must admit at times it was pretty often), he promptly responded even when he was out of the country on vacations. Angel was able to meet our budget and gave honest suggestions and ideas which I really appreciated. With the 17-18 vendors I worked with for my wedding, Angel was by far one of my favorite to work with (and I truly liked all my vendors).

I'm so glad I had the privilege of having Angel in my wedding and can't thank him enough for going way beyond for our wedding.

When i Came to rodri studio i had no idea what i wanted. Angel came in like a professional and told me everything i could do with my colors and flowers. It was love at first sight, i loved the idea. He walked me all the way through, was flexible with the pick up of my flowers as well as my budget. Angel was simply amazing!!! He did everything I wanted, and he did that on my budget! He maximized every penny, and every single arrangement!

My wedding was at the Spanish Monastery, and its a very grand venue, I really needed flowers that would pop-up, and not disappear on the high of the ceilings, and Angel did it! It was AMAZING!!!!!

There was not even a single person in my wedding that didn't complement the flowers! My bouquet was MAGNIFICENT, a cascade of purple orchids!!

It was simply incredible!!

Words can't explain what talent Angel has. He definitely read my mind since the first day I sat down with him and gave my thoughts and ideas of what I wanted. Everyone was complimenting how gorgeous and fresh the centerpieces came out let alone my bouquet!! Angel is a very easy to work with and is very detail oriented. There are no words that can express how grateful my husband and I are to Angel and his team. My wedding flowers came out gorgeous and even better than my expectations. I am extremely picky and have high expectations. All of my guests complimented us on how gorgeous the centerpieces looked. Angel was extremely responsive and open to looking at all of the ideas that I was putting together. We met a few times just to make sure that the vases and centerpieces were going to look exactly how I wanted. Angel was very flexible with his schedule and would get back to me right away. Angel's professionalism really made me trust him and that is not easy to come by. For all brides out there who like to be creative and also be open minded, Angel and his team will leave you extremely happy with gorgeous flowers. Amazing! Angel was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He was timely with his reply's to emails and phone calls, which when you are planning a wedding you really want to make sure you can contact your vendors. You can tell Angel has a gift and love for what he does. He is creative and pays attention to detail, and it shows in his work. When my bouquet arrived at my house, I was stunned! He made me my dream bouquet, and I was surprised to find he added a special touch; a beautiful brooch, words can not express how happy I was when I saw my bouquet. Ok let's just start with the word AMAZING... Because that's exactly what Angel is!!! From the first day I met him I knew my flowers and decor would be perfect.. He is extremely professional and reliable. Communicating with him was always easy.. He was always available via email text and phone calls. He was always very patient and very detail oriented. He is also a perfectionist and went above and beyond to make my wedding prefect. My arrangements were absolutely gorgeous everyone had something to say about the flowers at our wedding. On my wedding day I forgot about my junior bridesmaid bouquet (I know horrible how could I have forgotten) Angel told me not to worry and he went back to his shop and made me an arrangement and even drove back to the wedding to drop it off... He never once hesitated... if anything I think I worried more than he did... He is also always looking out for your best interest not trying to make money off of you... he is a honest hard worker who truly loves what he does and takes pride it his works and it shows! :)
I would recommend Angel for any event he is very reliable and creative... I will definitely be using him again for future events without any doubt!!

I have to start by saying my Overall Rating and Satisfaction with Angel by RodriCreations it's more like a 10!.

Angel its an artist in every sense of the word. His talent its amazing from the first sketch to his final product. He takes pride in his work and captures your vision like no one else can. His ambition and drive to deliver the best work he possibly can is refreshing and reassuring. I've never met anyone with so much talent and passion be as down to earth and caring as he is.

Thanks to his amazing skills my entire wedding was a fairytale and a dream come true. The flower decorations were breathtaking from the entrance arrangement to every center piece in the ballroom. My cake was amazingly decorated as well as the bride and groom table.

When we met with Angel, I had done my research on the type of flowers and the way I wanted my centerpieces to look. He took note of that and was very helpful on giving me suggestions. My flowers and wedding decor was unimaginably beautiful! As an out-of-town bride, I spoke with Angel and his team only a few times and he was very punctual and made sure everything was the way I wanted it! He went above and BEYOND what I had imagined for my bouquet and our centerpieces were literally an exact replica of what I explained to him.

Each time I spoke with Angel (through e-mail), I got more and more relaxed. He e-mailed pictures of different flowers and even gave ideas when my husband and I had none. Angel even drew diagrams for extra visual effect!

I think what really "takes the cake" for RodriCreations, is that they filled in the blanks where necessary. What do I mean? On our wedding day, we had completely forgot to buy a cake topper. Angel (or one of his team members) created a cake topper from flowers. The extra length that they went for us was amazing.

RodriCreations, you deserve more than a 5-star rating. You're a 10 our book!

Mr. Angel Rodriguez from Rodricreations did an amazing job. Not only was he very professional and dedicated but he likes to add a bit of his artistic characteristic to each floral design. I love the fact that he converts a simple floral arrangement into a work of art. He creates unique pieces that you will never see any where. He is super organized and determined. He loved getting my feedback and incorporating my ideas with his great design. He made the wedding of my dreams!!!!!! He is the best! Very inexpensive for the beautiful pieces that he creates. He combines chic with modern and a touch of classy. I absolutely loved everything. Starting from the centerpieces to the cake design he incorporated to my cake. He is great at what he does and his quality of service shows it! He is awesome best wedding planner and floral designer! I will definetely hire him again for all my future events :)

on september i called Rodricreations because i needed some flowers for my 25th Anniversary ceremony. Rodricreation was incharge of my flowers arragnment for the ceremony ,my bouquet and the boutanniere. I was very pleased with the service and the beautiful details on each of the arragnments. I will always call Rodricreations for my future purchase. They were really professional,organized, unquite and very helpfull. The attention was excellent. I highly recommened Rodricreations.

The service provided by RodriCreations, LLC for my parents wedding was just exquisite, tasteful and very original. The flower design was very of the occacion and the professionalism that Mr. Rodriguez used at all times was just amazing and admirable. I wish other places provided the service he provided. I know a few other people that have used his service for other occassions and they feel the same exact way.

Breathtaking !

The moment I walked in to the ballroom I was blown away by the amazing work done by Angel and his team. They are all so welcoming and extremely professional. Angel worked with me since day one to create my vision and brought it to life. I couldn’t be anymore happier with how perfect everything came out the day of my wedding.

Angel was a pleasure to work with. He was the only florist in Miami who offered reasonable pricing and flexibility. He has a great eye for what looks best together and listens to exactly what you want. He helped me feel like my vision was beautiful and on the wedding day truly showed me the beauty of his talent. He went above and beyond and added extra touches "just because" it looked best (at no extra cost). We did fall short on one bridesmaid bouquet and a couple of boutonnieres however Angel quickly made arrangements and ensured the delivery in time for the wedding. He was also easy to get into contact with... BIG PLUS

The most amazing floral designer

Angel is a sweetheart to work with!!! He makes you feel comfortable from day one. He is more than just a florist, he is a designer. He takes your visions and makes them a reality! One of my favorite moments of my wedding day was walking into my venue and seeing his gorgeous creative creations. Angel and Karla were also my day of coordinators, they made sure everything went perfectly. They were assertive with other vendors and made me feel like everything was always under control. I would recommend this beautiful team to any bride!!!

Angel did a wonderful job with our flowers. He was attentive and able to do exactly what I asked. He also was kind enough to decorate our wedding cakes free of charge (yes, we had two!) with fresh flowers to match my bouquet.

Angel was the florist that was included in my wedding package. The flowers included in my package were nice, my bouquet could have been a bit fuller, all roses, and also I asked for white and seemed to have gotten ivory (not sure if pure white roses were available). I upgraded my centerpieces and felt it was a good value. While discussing my centerpieces, Angel was a bit rude and disrespectful of my vision/idea. I understand he is a florist, but at the time I was the client and felt he could have remained professional. He always responded to my emails. He also set up the venue, which looked amazing on my wedding day. He delivered my flowers to my house a bit late and some of the petals were starting to brown a bit, so I had to pick them off.

We received this recommendation through a lovely friend of ours. We met with angel in Miami on a visit and discussed our vision and how we wanted everything to look for our evening wedding. I had my reservations from time to time during the planning process but the flowers were absolutely stunning! When I think about my bouquet I get choked up thinking about how unique, stunning and me they were. When I walked into my reception, I cannot explain the feeling I had when I looked at the flowers. I still get goosebumps when I think about it. Everything was perfect and we thank Rodri studios for making that happen!

Public Service Announcement: Beware of this person Angel Rodriguez of Rodristudio in Miami. This person claims to be a “master” in the field of High End Luxury Floral and Event Design. You can even pay to take his “master class” according to his website. According to this site his “mastery” extends beyond just floral and event design, but he will also teach you his extensive business knowledge that he’s gained through 15 years of experience in the luxury market. To be clear, I am not a client of his, thankfully. I spoke to him for 2 minutes this afternoon (it was at 1pm on Friday). I called and spoke to his assistant Jason (twice) and no offense to him but he couldn’t help me. Rather than talk through all the logistics twice I asked to speak directly with Angel so a decision would be made instantly. Fortunately for me, I never got the chance. Before I was even able to introduce myself he cut me off screaming asking me “Are you serious right now?” I’m not exaggerating I thought he was joking. He continue screaming at me about it being his day off and how he “doesn’t need to deal with this shit his assistant could’ve handled it graciously”
I could not believe the vial things he was saying but more than that his tone to me was as if I was some thing he stepped in.
The reason for my call was for a small event I’m having that I would be featuring on my Instagram. Apparently Having 22k followers on Instagram has gone to Angel’s head and being the master that he is in the luxury industry he was offended that I even called him.
I’m just grateful it was me being told off and not a client that saw him through being featured on my page.
I’m posting this because in my entire professional career I have never come across an adult man speaking to a potential client for the first time in such a disturbing and despicable manner. Clearly the master needs some education and manners and hopefully seeks some help to deal with his self-loathing so nobody else Has to be at the receiving end of it.
After I post this review I will never have to think of Angel Rodriguez and his 22k followers ever again. I’ll keep focusing on my 5.8 Million Followers as I am THE NUMBER ONE LUXURY LIFESTYLE ACCOUNT ON INSTAGRAM; well according to Forbes anyway.

Be aware read this before considering!

This company is a scam. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. Angel the owner refused to cooperate and provide any services on our new date. No other vender was collecting the entire payment until close to the wedding date. By the time we had to postpone he had already collected the entire agreement. He didn't even have the courtesy to speak with us directly as his clients and right away asked us to deal with his attorney. On top of that he is very unpleasant to work with even before we were forced to postpone due to COVID.

I encourage everyone to not use his services, there are better people out there that provide excellent service and that care about their clients. My wedding was last week and I'm truly happy we didn't use him on our big day. I just hope no other couple have to deal with this type of vender on their big day. All my venders were so supportive during the entire planning and on the day.

Not what I paid for

Angel is a BIG BULLY !!! and sent an attorney letter to me saying he’s not refunding me any portion back and asked if I could remove my review .. To go further to show his unprofessionalism he has not responded to my attorneys letter trying to resolve

In reference to my wedding your company serviced on Saturday, October 19th 2019.
It is clear that my wedding was not a priority for you Angel by your lack of attention and execution. I was extremely excited that you were going to meet the high expectations that you led me to believe you hold yourself to. I was let down to say the least. I was visibly upset and in tears prior to my wedding when I saw the arrangements that were delivered had not matched what I expected and what I had paid for. My wedding may have been one of your smaller weddings but it gives you no right to treat it like a stepchild.

My concerns expressed in detail.

1. The personals: The Bridesmaids bouquets weren't fresh. The Bridal bouquet continued to fall apart all throughout out the day, we had to ask your staff to reinforce it twice. After the ceremony, the boutonniere was already falling apart.

2. Annabelle Vases: 6 Annabelle vases were paid for and they were not used. Instead I was provided a vase of lesser value. Based on the previous conversations we've had; the Annabelle vase was more expensive than the substitute vase that was used for my wedding. $580 (each vase arraignment) x 6 vases = $3,480 total

3. Glass boxes: The design that we discussed for the acrylic armature should have included a glass box with floating candles surrounding it. The flowers should have been on top but instead, they were at the base of the amateur. The glass boxes were not used as previously indicated.

4. Royal tables: The $4,400 dollars that were spent on the two Royal tables design did not look like the sample at all. What we received was a bunch of hydrangeas when I paid $4,400 for roses. I have a side by side comparison of the royal’s tables that I expected based off the sample provided and the royal tables I received. The gap from concept to finished was enormous.

5. Fountain decor: Although the hotel did prevent you from putting the candles at the fountain, there were no rose petals on the base of the fountains. The base of the fountain was very bare. $350 charge.

6. Custom backdrop: The install of the flower baskets on the of my custom backdrop fell and ruined my backdrop. The brackets were not placed on the wooden frame properly. They should've been secured through the wooden frame by drilling a whole which would have secured the flower baskets in place. The company that provided the backdrop was forced to make an attempt to cover the deficiencies as best he could (although he wasn't responsible for the damage) before the ceremony. The price we paid for the custom ceremony backdrop is $1,500.

7. Ceremony Floral arrangements: The arrangements on top of my backdrop did not give a lush appeal as specified in my contract, nor did it "cascade". It was minimal, just enough to say it was done (not the amount I paid for). $590

8. Overall the elegant and very lush look that was promised fell short for the reasons mentioned above and so much more. To my understanding, you spent less than 3 hours at the setup of the event. The attention to detail at this wedding fell short. There was way too much hydrangea utilized in all the centerpieces and that is not what we agreed on nor paid for.

9. No throw bouquet: There was no throw bouquet forcing me to throw my bouquet.

10. No follow through: No one ever called to apologize and offer a solution about damaging my backdrop nor did anyone follow up to determine my level of satisfaction. I paid $15,000 to your company, some flowers were thrown together and that was that. I felt special during all of my consultations however on my wedding day, I felt totally disregarded by you as if I wasn't important or valued as a customer (you didn't even show up to oversee or approve the final outcome). This gross lack of execution and professionalism is attached to your brand.
