If you want perfect florals, go with Rockcastle!

Rockcastle was an easy and wonderful experience. I loved that they took all ideas into consideration and stuck to the outlines give. They even had us make a Pinterest board to share with them which was extra helpful because I am not always the best at describing things. The multiple meetings really tied things together and it was easy to make adjustments along the way. I loved the preview they sent the day before, it made me feel so much more at ease than if I were to see it the day of. LOVED them!

The Most Beautiful Flowers!

We got married July 16, 2022 and I am just getting around to doing reviews! Can't emphasize enough how gorgeous our flowers were. My cousin is a wedding venue event planner in Chicago and told me she has never seen more beautiful flowers. The planning process was seamless, despite doing it all via video calls. I had no idea what I wanted and they guided me from start to finish. The price was reasonable too. They were practical and didn't try to convince me to go more expensive or be impractical about the summer heat. On the day of, they came to set up and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Arrangements, Professional Service

I had my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets made by Rockcastle Florist. I gave them minimal info on color and style as flowers aren't my strong suit, and they hit it out of the park with their creativity and beauty. Our bouquets were truly gorgeous and everything I could have asked for. I also loved that they emailed me a sneak peek of the bouquets a couple nights before to get me excited! I highly recommend Rockcastle Florist for your wedding flower needs!

Gorgeous flowers and centerpieces

Rockcastle was so great to work with. We coordinated with Robin who was so flexible and on top of what we wanted in terms of bouquets and centerpieces.

Fantastic !

Rockcastle did a fantastic job with our flowers 😊 We worked with Robin and we loved everything she put together . She is professional, creative, and organized. Everything she designed turned out great !!! I absolutely loved my bouquet it was stunning! All the other bouquets , the boutonnieres, and corsages were beautiful as well. My grandma passed a few months before the wedding and Robin designed a memorial vase that I could have at the head table with me . It was very thoughtful and the memorial vase was so beautiful . I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the Rockcastle team!

The Rockcastle Florist team is phenomenal!

I communicated mostly with Robin for my wedding at Ventosa Vineyards. When I first booked them as a vendor we talked about what I was looking for, what was needed, and what style/design I wanted. Communication was mostly done through an online portal, which was great. I was able to upload pictures of flowers and bouquets to let them know what style I really liked. If I had a quick question I would just message them through there, and all the payments were done through the portal as well. The day before the wedding I received a picture of my bouquet and I was blown away. Everything about it was perfect and the colors worked together so well. The day of the wedding I wouldn't even have know they were there except for the fact that they dropped off everything. It all went smoothly and was one less thing for me to worry about that day. The bouquets , boutonnières, and ceremony pieces were absolutely amazing. The guests commented on how beautiful they were, they looked great in all the pictures, and when we weren't able to take a lot of the pieces back home with us the guests were more than happy to take some. I highly recommend Rockcastle for any event or occasion.

Beautiful Flowers!

We booked Rockcastle to decorate our Henna party and Robin, the lead designer was extremely easy to work with. She was responsive and understood my vision immediately. Their florals brought so much color and vibrancy to our event, everyone was in love. We truly appreciate their work & efforts. Highly recommend!

Beautiful!

Rockcastle made the planning process simple! I showed them a few Pinterest ideas and they created such beautiful arrangements. Robin was wonderful to work with! We received so many compliments all day long and they looked so amazing in our photographs! Such high quality work, would highly recommend.

The best flowers!

Robin was fantastic! She made a beautiful bouquet & they even smelled amazing. She was wonderful to work with & everything was so easy. We communicated through e-mail & phone (I am from out of state). The flowers were just amazing. I would give a million stars if I could!!!

Highly Recommend!

Worked with Rockcastle mainly via email and a couple of phone calls due to the fact that we live in Seattle and were planning a wedding back in Buffalo, NY. They were fantastic to work with, made everything very easy. I got to meet with them in person at their warehouse and go over last minute details and I felt at ease and knew they had everything handled for the day of the wedding. Day of wedding couldn’t be more happy with all the work they did. All of the flowers were fresh and vibrant, none of the flowers were over fragrant either, which was fantastic. Highly recommend them, very easy and friendly to work with!

Robin at Rockcastle is the BEST!

I 1000% recommend Robin at Rockcastle to anyone who wants beautiful flowers for their big day! I sat and talked with Robin quite a bit leading up to our big day (5/25/19). I don't know a lot about flowers and was worried I wasn't giving her what she needed. But she took some Pinterest photos and created the most beautiful bouquet for me. She even was able to perfectly incorporate my grandmother's rosary around the base of my bouquet - it was absolutely perfect.

I loved getting the sneak peek the day before - it made me even more excited! And the Church would have been a disaster if she hadn't been there to get everyone their flowers and keep the show running. I relied on her a lot at the Church and am soo appreciative of everything she did for me. She even made me laugh right before walking down the aisle and I will never forget that - any nerves I had went right away because she was there with me. I love Rockcastle and the beautiful job they did - people kept raving about them!

Wedding Planners Favorite Florist

As a wedding planner, I have worked with Rockcastle Florist countless times. Wendy and the Rockcastle Team listen to the client's vision and work to create stunning arrangements. Flowers can be an expensive element to a wedding day, but with Rockcastle I am always rest assured that my clients will get a great value, considering the talent level, quality of product, and quality of service. One of my favorite parts about working with Rockcastle are the sneak peeks a day or so before the wedding. It's a great opporutnity to see their work before it arrives, that way if there is any need for changes (which there never is - it's always perfect) we can adjust accordingly. Thank you so much for all that you do to make my clients weddings simply beautiful!

Beautiful Bouquets

When I was first looking at florists with my mother, we knew that we wanted to check out Rockcastle. They had done a wedding that I was a part of in 2014 and my mother could not stop raving over my bouquet. Fast forward 4 years later, and the same still holds true. From our initial meeting, to after our wedding; Rockcastle Florist has their business down to an art. Our initial meeting went smoothly; and while I had some pictures and ideas they were really able to take those and form absolutely gorgeous arrangements for the church and bouquets. My bouquet, 2 weeks later, still had beautiful flowers that are amazingly fragrant. Every step of the way, every person that I worked with (Robin, Dawn) were so helpful and understanding. They know how to run a business and meet their customers’ needs and ideas. The day prior to my wedding they sent me a sneak peak of my bouquet; not only just a picture, but a video so I could see it on all angles! I was blown away; they truly took all my ideas and created the most perfect bridal bouquet that I had ever seen. Delivery went smoothly at both the church and reception venue; with everything meeting exactly what we had wanted and arriving exactly when they said they would. Our gorgeous flowers helped add to the beauty of a wonderful day. My bridesmaids, flower girl and the guests kept raving about the flowers and the complementary toss bouquet was loved by the couple who won the anniversary dance. Thank you again Rockcastle for the beautiful arrangements that I am still glowing over today! I highly recommend Rockcastle for your florist needs!!

Such a Beautiful Arrangement

Everyone I worked with at Rockcastle was amazing and did a great job of helping me figure out my needs and bringing my dreams to life! My bouquet was gorgeous and everything they did was beautiful and worth the cost! I would work with them again in the future for any floral needs!

We used them for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl petals, and a welcome arrangement. They were absolutely beautiful and forsomeone who knows nothing about flowers it helped that they had lots of photos and examples and really knew how to make the look I wanted! They were able to incorporate two trinkets from my grandmothers that were my something old on the stems of my bouquet. They sent me a sneak peek of my bouquet the night before and it was absolutely amazing .

Rockcastle is amazing when it comes to their quality of product and personable staff. My husband and I originally met with another florist and had a horrible experience. We were nervous to consult with Rockcastle but they made us feel comfortable right away. They provided loose cuts for our bases we provided as well as for our bakery for our cake. The colors were spot on and they lasted for a whole week after the wedding! My husband pressed his boutinere and I dried my bridal bouquet, both of which came out excellent.

I loved working with Robin and Rockcastle in Rochester! My dress has ivy beading on it and Robin was able to incorporate a flowing ivy arrangement for my flowers. She has a great eye for design, listens to all requests and has great suggestions to make the flowers pop. I am not a flower person, I only ordered body flowers and bouquet for myself and my bridesmaids and I couldn't have imagined anything better.

Rockcastle was amazing to work with from start to finish for our wedding! They somehow managed to take our favorite colors and styles out of our heads and compose them into perfect arrangements for our ceremony and reception. We didn't run into a single glitch and were absolutely blown away when we saw our venue for the first time set-up with everything. Would definitely recommend Rockcastle for any wedding or event!

We decided to go with Rock Castle Florist after reading reviews and stopping into their shop location in Canandaigua, NY. Barb was extremely helpful during our consultation and understood our vision right away. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We spent quite a bit of money on a floral archway for our ceremony which I was hesitant about at first but so glad we went with it because it was so beautiful and really added to the day, and looking back at our pictures it added so much the ceremony. The bouquets they put together were gorgeous and they even texted me a photo of my bridal bouquet the evening before my wedding to make sure I was happy with it (I was). Dawn helped with day of delivery and planning as well and was also great. They have a fantastic team and access to a lot of beautiful flowers and I would highly recommend them!

I love Rockcastle! They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, especially because my vision did not include any flowers. I wanted a foliage/greenery theme, and as you can see in the picture below, it came out amazing! They also came to the venue early to decorate the tables, cake, etc. I didn't have to worry about anything! I highly recommend this florist!

I had a hard time justifying spending money on flowers, but my family insisted. Robin with Rockcastle, Greece location, listened to what I liked and what I was looking for and created these beautiful bouquets. Everyone at the wedding commented on my flowers. Robin at Rockcastle Florist made an overwhelming process extremely simple and a total breeze. I had a lot of ideas for the look and feel I wanted in the flowers and Robin pulled together everything into what I had imagined. She even assured me she would send a sneak peek picture the night before, in case I wanted to make any changes. The flowers arrived on time at the venue and looked stunning. I kept my bouquet in fresh water and they lasted for weeks, so I could enjoy them for longer than just the wedding day. Robin and Rockcastle Florist are professional and their attention to detail is nonpareil.

My flowers we amazing! My bouquet was breath taking! Due my schedule, I did not have time to meet in person withe the Rockcastle team. We talked on the phone a few times and I sent them pictures of what I liked. What they created was perfect and exactly what I wanted!! I also work at a wedding venue and see many of their arrangements for weddings and I'm always blown away what they create!

Barb was wonderful. She kept our budget in mind, & offered alternatives when some things weren't available for our table decor needs (and they turned out to be perfect!) The bouquets she crafted were lovely. She thoughtfully took the time to send the bride a preview for her approval the day before. We highly recommend Rockcastle. They've been our "go to" florist since the days of ordering prom flowers.

My bouquets were done by Rockcastle and they were absolutely beautiful. Barb who does the wedding flowers in Canandaigua was great. There were so many flower shop choices to choose from and we chose Rockcastle. We are glad we did! What an amazing floral shop! Our coordinator was Robin and she was amazing. With just our words, she was able to use her amazingly creative mind and was able to provide what turned about to be a beautiful and wonderful arrangement of flowers. Robin went above and beyond and coordinated with our Cake designer to handle the flowers that were being put on the cake. This surprised me and it worked great, everything was handled so efficiently. Highly recommended.

Flowers were the last thing that we figured out for our wedding - we waited until about two weeks prior to contact a florist, and we couldn't be happier with picking Rockcastle. We knew we didn't need anything fancy - just corsages, boutonnieres, and flower petals for the tables, and Rockcastle went above and beyond. We even had enough flower petals to decorate the rest of the venue (including cocktail tables) as well!

Wendy and Emmy from Rockcastle Florist were fantastic! The staff was able to take my ideas and vision and turn it into dream flowers that were absolutely beautiful! Emmy was fantastic with the day of set up and organization with flower delivery and prep! We would definitely use them again if we planned any events in the future!

Rockcastle provided beautiful flowers for our wedding. We enjoyed working with Robin, who listened to what we wanted while at the same time providing great, professional insight. Robin's creative mind was able to bring our vision to life, even if we didn't know exactly how to describe it. The day of our wedding, Rockcastle delivered all the flowers to our church and helped attach everyone's flowers, simplifying things and ensuring that everyone looked great.

Lisa at Rockcastle in Canandaigua was unbelievable. We knew basically what we wanted but she used her experience to mold it into something cohesive. The day of the wedding when I saw our bouquets they were exactly as I'd envisioned. The ceremony decor was beautiful and everyone wanted a centerpiece to take home. The service we received was extremely timely and professional. I would recommend this florist to anyone getting married in the Canandaigua area. You won't be disappointed!

Picking a florist was the most difficult decision we made in planning our wedding, which was this past weekend. Flowers are a big part of the wedding budget which is hard to swallow when you know they are going to die shortly after, so we wanted to make sure if we spent that much money they would be perfect. We met with several florists before finally contacting Rockcastle based on a referral from our DJ, Kalifornia Entertainment, and we just never felt quite right about any of them. We left each appointment feeling slightly uneasy. And then we met with Robin at Rockcastle and we just knew they were our florist. Robin got what we were going for and had TONS of photos from real weddings she had done to look through. The day of the wedding the flowers arrived and they were absolutely gorgeous. Exactly what I imagined. The ladies who delivered them took great care in setting up the decorative flowers and pinning boutonnieres and corsages. I am so glad we kept looking instead of just settling for a florist we didn't feel comfortable with. Rockcastle was really exceptional.

We highly recommend Robin at Rockcastle Florist as your wedding florist. During a 1 on 1 consultation she took the time to listen to what we had in mind as far as the overall look, style, and color theme for the our wedding flowers. From the bouquets, to the corsages, to the centerpieces, Robin patiently put together samples of different flowers for us to give us a realistic idea of what we were describing we wanted. She'd make suggestions when needed, but wasn't pushy with her opinions. You can tell that she knows what she's doing, what looks good together, what will NOT work (knowing from past experience)! If it's what you want anyway - she'll do it! At the end of the day she wants YOU to like what you're paying for. Price is a little steep with flowers, but I would say when you're looking for real flowers for your wedding day - they are GOING to be a little pricey wherever you go! You get what you pay for though at Rockcastle :) On the big day, all staff was prompt and organized, and Robin was right there coordinating. Highly recommended!

When we decided to have our wedding out of town, two hours away from Rochester, I figured it would be out of the question to have my favorite flower shop do the flowers. When I emailed Wendy to ask if I could use her as a resource, to ask questions & such, she said they would not miss the opportunity to do our wedding. I was so shocked, happy and relieved! I immediately knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the flowers! Even if they had never worked with or been to the venues we had chosen.

Working with Rockcastle was everything I needed it to be. Our meetings were never rushed. They listened to my vision and gave expert advice. While I would have had no problem blowing our budget on flowers, they understood our need to stay exactly on budget, making adjustments where needed. I felt fully confident that they understood my vision and would execute it perfectly and they did!

Our style themes were inspired by the venues we choose- old world elegance and relaxed southern charm, with our color palate being ivory, gold and black. We kept the flowers in white, cream, and blush. Greens tied everything together with the ferns and succulents.

Luckily, I got around for the day at the Bed & Breakfast where the reception would later be, so I had the chance to see our reception tent & tables all done up. It was such a surreal moment, seeing all the details come together after months of planning. It was even better than I envisioned! This was also when I saw my bouquet for the first time- which was perfection! Not too tight, and not too cascading

Robin at Rockcastle was fantastic! The flowers came out just as I had envisioned and were a perfect accent to our outdoor meadow wedding. Robin was professional, organized, and very willing to work with me on any changes. The price was very reasonable for the pieces that I requested. And Rockcastle did a great job having the flowers all packed up and ready to travel and stay nice, as our ceremony and reception were almost 4 hours away!

Wendy was great to work with! After having some sticker shock with 2 other vendors, I told Wendy right off the bat what we had to work with and what I was envisioning and asked if it was do-able. Wendy did an amazing job and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. She worked with us and let us provide our own vases. Wendy also graciously dealt with several change requests throughout the process regarding quantity.

When I was trying to decide where to get my flowers everyone told me Rockcastle. I had never been there before but as soon as I walked into their store, I was wow'd. Rockcastle was very reasonably priced as they were within $10 of the major grocery stores price for the same items and on par with another florist whom I used for my first wedding. We chose Rockcastle because they were convenient to our ceremony location, allowed us to pick up our flowers instead of paying a delivery fee and we rented altar pillars for our outdoor ceremony. We also chose them based on recommendations from friends and because I had received a bouquet from them a few months prior to needing wedding flowers.
Robin, the wedding coordinator was very friendly, full of ideas and was thorough with communication which put me at ease.
Our flowers were beautiful and we could not have been happier. Everything was labeled with my name and so well packaged. The shop owner even helped carry our vase arrangements to the car.
An outstanding experience overall!

I worked with Robin at Rockcastle Florist (Greece location). When I went there and met with both her and the owner Wendy I knew I was in good hands. They have such a great eye for what goes together BUT they also listen to what you are thinking as well. Its the perfect marriage (pun intended). What I did not know... was that I was getting so much more. Robin came on the day of the wedding to deliver all of the beautiful flowers/centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres etc as planned, However while there she helped me with my dress prior to walking down the aisle, making sure I looked perfect (even offered a few tips lol) and in a moment of panic ran out to the car to grab my moms speech which she forgot haha. Not only did they supply a superior product but they clearly care about their customers. Thank you for all of your help and beauty on our day, we truly appreciate you!

Lisa at Rockcastle florist was one of my favorite vendors to work with! I loved her! She understood my version from the very beginning. I brought in pictures and she knew what all the flowers were and if they would be available and how we could use them for my wedding. She understood me and how I wanted simple and elegant not flashy and showy all the way through. She was so helpful to me offering advice when I was indecisive about design, and had a very good eye for it. Lisa and Rockcastle were so easy to work with, very open and receptive to my changes and back and forth, awesome! After we paid the deposit, on our next visit she made an actual bouquet and centerpiece out of the flowers we talked about for me to see. That was great! I dealt with Robin at the Rockcastle on Long Pond Rd in Rochester NY. I had met a few vendors before and had pretty stressful appointments. So I came in to Rockcastle expecting the same. This was in no way the case with Robin! She listened to everything I wanted, suggested alternative flowers that would be cheaper but give me the same look (and more of the them for the money!) She took all the pictures I showed her and tweeked them just enough to where they were my own unique pieces but still the look I showed her. She is amazing! Prices are amazing. I was beyond thrilled and impressed. I got so many compliments on my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets. Ask for Robin and you will not be disappointed! My husband and I could not be happier with the amazing service of Rockcastle Florist. Lisa is truly wonderful!! Throughout the planning phases I changed my mind several times, which was never a problem! Lisa was so easy to stay in contact with and was full of great ideas. The day of the wedding, the flowers looked fantastic! Even more important, however, was Lisa's caring personality. Rock castle did the flowers for our wedding. Lisa was great to work with. She took our ideas and ran with it. When ever I had a question she was always quick to call back or email me. I LOVE Rockcastle Florist. I worked with Robin. She understood my vision immediately. Our colors were yellow and grey with everyone wearing grey and the only yellow coming from shoes, ties, and flower.....and the flowers were amazing!!! The quality of the flowers themselves were fresh and stayed that way for the entire day. The arrangement were more than I could have asked for, stunning. My bouquet was perfect and when I asked Robin to attach a bracelet that was given to me by my grandfather she was more than happy to do that.Although they may not be the cheapest option, I highly highly recommend Rockcastle, it is worth the money!

Rockcastle Florist was a wonderful choice for us when planning our daugher's wedding. Lisa (and all the staff) was thoughtful, considerate and professional -truly an expert in her field. She was able to take all of Gina's ideas, combine them with hers to create an affordable, spectactular array of flowers for the wedding party, parents, grandparents, church and reception! Rockcastle went the extra mile for us when it came to table decorations for the reception by allowing us to create some of our own vased branches in their shop and then transported them to the reception with no additonal charges to us. They were very personal in that they seemed to understand that this was a "once in a lifetime" event for all of us. We highly recommend these folks!!!!!

Wendy, the owner, was A-MAZING. During our meeting she was quick to pull up pinterest and follow all of the boards I had created to show her exactly what I was looking for. She provided me itemized pricing so that I could pick and choose whatever I wanted, and could ensure the final total was within my price range. She texted me a preview of my flowers the week before and ALL were gorgeous. When she delivered them to the venue, they were even more surreal - exactly what I had asked for, and exactly like my pinterest photos... silver dollar eucalyptus with peach and white flowers. She came with an assistant and set up everything perfectly including adhering a garland to the pergola under which we were to be wed. LOVE Wendy and Rockcastle florist!!!! She has an artistic eye, and you can't go wrong if you choose her :)

LOVED our flowers for our wedding. We had some beautiful personal touches added to my bouquet and to my new husband's boutonierre - they were stunning! I could go on and on with how wonderful it was to work with them and how willing they were to give me the perfect bouquet for my day.

Rockcastle did an absolutely wonderful job with our flowers and centerpieces! The bouquets were beautiful, and they turned out exactly as I had envisioned them, thanks to our florist, Wendy. Although their prices tend to be on the higher side, everything was completely worth it, as Wendy and her team were truly enjoyable to work with and really came through for us on the day of the wedding. I would absolutely love to work with Rockcastle again in the future, and would highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks so much for making our day so beautiful!

Gorgeous flowers, great people!

I'm a Rochester native and drove by their store on Long Pond Road every day for years - they're an institution! Wendy and Robin were super helpful in translating what I wanted, verbally, into the bouquets and centerpieces they provided. If I needed to make changes, they responded super quickly and made adjustments instantly. I even got a preview of my bouquet the day before, which was great! Flowers were delivered to the wedding party and set up in the venue on time, without a hitch. In general, florals are going to be one of the more expensive parts of a wedding, but for what I paid, I got exactly what I'd pictured. Plus, the bouquets lasted for at least a week after the wedding and still looked fresh! Overall a great experience with Rockcastle :)

This Rochester team is amazing!

Rockcastle is my favorite florist in the world! They do such an impeccable job with everything. They did my corsages boutonnieres in high school, they have done countless mother’s Day bouquet and special occasion bouquets. They did my mom‘s wedding flowers and now they are done mine. They’re so good at knowing what you want I can’t even put into words how wonderful it was to work with them and not have to worry about floral arrangements because I knew they had them under control.

Robin is INCREDIBLE! I met with Robin twice prior to the wedding to show her inspiration photos and give her an idea of what I envisioned for flowers. She brought my vision to life. I was beyond thrilled with my bouquet, my girls bouquets, and the boutonnieres! The flowers on our wine barrels, at our guest tables, and around the venue were breathtaking. She incorporated a lot of texture into our bouquets which gave them so much depth. I can not say enough good things about Rockcastle, and Robin specifically. Flowers are expensive - but they were worth every penny.

The flowers that Rockcastle provided for our wedding were amazing. They had great ideas and were very helpful. They were a little pricey which is why the 4 for value of cost. I would definitely recommend them as your florist, you will not be disappointed.

My wedding bouquet was absolutely stunning! It was everything I expected and more! Even the delivery guy commented that in all the years he's delivered for Rockcastle, my bouquet was one of the most beautiful he'd ever seen.

Buyer be ware. They screwed up my order and then actually sent me a billing with rebilling fee's. In my opinion your better off buying the flowers yourself and arranging them also, and it would be a lot cheaper.
