Rock The House is an amazing company to use for events. They made the music portion of our wedding amazing. The initial meeting with Jeff was very informative. He thoroughly explained how their portion of the night would be. He walked us through their user friendly website. Which guides them on which styles of music you would like played at your event. About a month before the wedding our Emcee Matt reached out to us. He gave us more details no how the night would go. He took all of our suggestions into consideration. Dance all night, stress free DJ!
We booked Rock The House for our wedding and it was a great decision! I knew RTH from growing up in the area and going to countless Bar Mitzvahs and school dances with them and knew they'd be my first call when returning to Cleveland for our wedding entertainment.
Their emcees and DJs will make sure you have a perfect event, but their perfection starts long before the big day. Everything was well communicated and spaced out in the planning process and we loved the team we worked with. They kept our event on track and our guests on the dance floor until the last song of the night.

A great time was had by all!

My husband and I got married on June 21st, 2025 and we could not have done it without Rock the House! They ran the entire show from our ceremony to our reception and having everyone on the dance floor. The entire staff is so kind and continued to check in with us throughout the night. Best Party Ever!
RTH was absolutely fire for our November 2024 Cleveland wedding! Our #1 priority was having a big party on the dance floor and Rock the House delivered above and beyond! Jeff met with us about 1 week before our wedding to go over final details and make suggestions to help with the flow of the evening. Our Emcee Michael was on point and quickly receptive to our feedback, and our DJ, David, had the floor packed all night. Several guests told us it was the best wedding dance floor they had ever experienced! Our recommendation? Book Rock the House and request "Gasolina" by Daddy Yankee if you want your wedding to be the dance party of the year!!

Rock the House did not disappoint!!! They were amazing since day 1, even before we officially booked them! Jeff was great explaining all the details and reassuring us they would be there every step of the way! And Matt, let me tell ya, was THE BEST! He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and kept everything rolling smoothly! We changed our mind multiple times with song selections and Matt made sure everything was correct!! Music selections were amazing and everyone had fun all night!!

They made things easy!
I was first impressed with their response time. I feel like every email I sent was responded to in way less than an hour. Which can be a huge help when planning a wedding. The staff was super easy to work with during the planning process and really made me feel like they wanted everything to be perfect for US. Whatever we wanted, they accommodated and gave advise where needed.
The day of was amazing. The MC, Chris, kept us on schedule and smiles on peoples faces. When I say he kept us on schedule, I mean he found us no matter where we got pulled away to, gave us a 5 min warning and found us again when we got stuck talking to people. I don't know what we would have done without him.
And the DJ kept the dance floor jamming all night!! There was never a moment where the floor was empty!

Rock the House Entertainment was unbelievable to work with. They are professional, organized, efficient, and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I truly feel like I didn’t even need to worry about them because they knew exactly what they were doing. They answered emails in a very timely fashion (sometimes within minutes) and adjusted things as needed when asked. I LOVED my Dj (Max) and MC (Wayne). They were very personable and fun to work with. I was able to chat with Wayne right before the wedding to talk specifics and he adjusted things as needed for us. Max had the dance floor going from the first song to the last, literally. It was an unbelievable experience and one I will never take for granted. I am so thankful I was able to work with them.

We loved RTH!
We recently got married on 8.17.24 and used RTH for our DJ and had a photo booth as well. The whole planning process leading up to our wedding was so easy and stress free thanks to Jeff! Anytime I had a question or wanted some more information Jeff was there to help with any of those needs! The whole RTH team was very responsive and professional when communicating with us to figure out details for our day. Their online portal was also very easy to use and kept me organized. During our wedding Jerome was our DJ and he was great! When speaking to him before our wedding he gave us great ideas and helpful tips to make the day so special. One he recommended was doing a group photo with all of our guests and that was one of my favorite things! During the wedding, anytime someone wanted to hear a song they were able to request it and Jerome played it soon after! The photo booth we had was also a hit and I love having the memories to look back on. It is so nice that you get all the copies of the photos your guests take along with a memory book for them to write in as well. I would highly recommend RTH for your wedding or any special occasion!

Absolutely Recommend RTH!
We are so thankful to the RTH team, especially Brian and Caleb. We dealt with widespread power outages the week of our wedding, and this didn't phase RTH at all! Brian and Caleb brought a generator and no one was the wiser! Brain was an absolute PRO and fielding family requests and timeline changes, and we are so grateful we chose RTH for our wedding day!

Rock the house was amazing!! From the start of the ceremony to the last dance they had everyone out there dancing all night the floor was never empty! The entire crew is amazing! The nicest people ever! I am not easily impressed but they went far and beyond my expectations! If you want your wedding or any event for that matter to be amazing I would definitely hire them. Best Wedding Ever!
Very professional and great communication prior to event. Kept the crowd going and energy was great. Look no further than RTH! From the second we reached out, Jeff was so helpful and honest. Once we decided to go with RTH, they kept an open line of communication and provided us updates throughout the year. Once we got closer to the event, Shawn took the time to really get to know my husband and I via Zoom. We were able to fill in a few songs and Shawn took it from there. We really liked that we did not have to select the entire playlist. As Shawn kept saying, you should be guests at your wedding and we were nothing less. He was very clear on the timeline of the night and kept us on schedule as best as possible. Our guests keep saying Shawn’s vibe and energy kept the night alive. Once the music started, Shawn and Chance had no one leaving the dance floor. Our guests also keep saying they have never danced so much in their lives. These two really know how to keep the crowd going and read the room. I truly can’t say enough great things about RTH and highly recommend.

We can’t say enough great things about booking Rock The House for our wedding! From start to finish, Jeff and Shawn made our wedding planning and the wedding itself SO fun and easy!
For a little context, my new husband Zak and I live in Europe and had our wedding in Cleveland on June 7th. Working with a DJ from another country could have been a challenge, but with Jeff and Shawn, the entire planning process was smooth and seamless. The online planning portal allowed us to easily fill in all the songs and organize all the information needed. Jeff was always available to help us along the way, answering any questions we had and ensuring every detail was perfect.
We met with Shawn, our wonderful MC and DJ, a few months before the wedding to go over everything over Zoom. During our meeting, Shawn’s enthusiasm and professionalism shone through, and we knew that our wedding day was in great hands. On the actual wedding day, Shawn and the RTH team did an incredible job of getting everyone hyped and keeping the party energetic and fun. They even created personalized mashups that perfectly matched our music tastes and kept our guests dancing all night long.
RTH also created some seriously incredible lighting, which completed the vibes at our wedding reception. The lighting design all night was nothing short of spectacular, transforming our venue into a vibrant and magical space that our guests are still talking about. Right before the reception, Shawn told us his number one goal was for us to feel like guests at our own wedding and not have to worry about a single thing. True to his word, he took care of everything, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day.
Shawn went above and beyond in every sense to give us the most perfect, fun, and wonderful evening of our lives. His ability to read the room and play the right music at the right time was impressive, and his energy was infectious. We couldn’t have asked for a better hype man, especially one who can put out some awesome mash-ups that had everyone on their feet.
Our guests were blown away by the music and the atmosphere, with many saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Zak and I had so much fun dancing the night away, surrounded by all our family and friends, all thanks to the amazing team at Rock The House.
We can’t say enough great things about the entire Rock The House team. Jeff and Shawn are wonderful people to work with, and they’ll definitely have your back in making sure your wedding is the best day of your life. Their dedication to their craft and their clients is truly remarkable. RTH exceeded all of our expectations in the best way, and booking them for our wedding was seriously the best decision we ever made!

BEST experience!!
I can’t say enough good things — we used RTH for our Wedding ceremony and reception. The worker at the Photo Booth was busy ALL night and had high energy the entire time. The few moments he wasn’t busy, he was dancing and pulling guests over for photos! We had our photo album filled half way through the reception!! Our DJ and MC kept everyone on the dance floor and played the best music. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose RTH! They truly made our reception so fun!! They also had great communication leading up to the wedding — they promptly responded to emails and whenever I needed a phone call, it was never an issue. So thankful!!

Jeff and the Rock the House team are the best!
Rock the House went above and beyond our imagination when it came to technology, visual, audio and lighting design. Our main man Jeff Kutz is incredible, and we still are in awe of how he and his team balanced the complex creative elements of our wedding while also making the space feel inviting and warm. The really do rock the house
We booked RTH for our wedding a week ago, and they were AMAZING! From the first interaction with them all the way up to the actual event! They do zoom meeting, its not just a phone call. There's a portal to basically plan everything, song and bridal party names, that is super user friendly. Everything was planned out perfectly and they were so easy to work with! I would 110% book them again! If you're on the fence just meet with them and I guarantee you will feel ease with your decision to book them!

Our main goal for our wedding was to create a rememberable environment for our guests filled with dancing and good music. Rock the House did exactly that! They listened to our vision and exceeded our expectations. The MC made sure everything was so smooth, from introductions, to dances, to keeping the party going. RTH made our wedding experience personalized and perfect in every way. From the Zoom call planning meeting to the night of the wedding. The team at RTH is very professional and is always willing to answer any questions you might have. Their online music platform was easy to use and it had a large variety of songs to pick from. Excellent experience for wedding reception!
Rock the House was our DJ for our wedding reception in June 2022. They were professional, communicative, and organized, and involved us in every step of the process. Their DJs and the emcee were extremely energetic, led dances with the whole group throughout the night, and there was universally positive response from our guests. We would highly recommend RTH for receptions!

Absolute awesome team everyone was professional and friendly. During the day of our wedding they managed everything and made sure we were stress free. Especially thankful for the energy they kept up throughout the night to keep the party going. Well worth the amount spent.

Suchhhhh a Blast and Organized
Seriously look no further for your wedding booking! I was so stressed with finding in vendors, my husband stepped in and looked for a dj. For what we wanted, I thought Rock the House was a but pricy, but after the wedding we agreed it was entirely worth it! The lighting was amazing, the "Love" letter add on created SOOOOOO many beautiful photos, and our DJ Matt kept us on our wedding timeline perfectly. We couldn't have had a smoother wedding because of him. Music playlist was great, he was super professional, and our guests were thoroughly entertained. I was surprised thst everyone danced all night. Thank you again for the wedding of our dreams!

If you're looking to hire a professional company to provide entertainment for your wedding reception, look no further than Rock The House Entertainment Group. From start to finish working with them was a great experience. They provided MC & DJ services for a wedding reception for my son and his bride. They did a tremendous job reading the crowd and playing to what they wanted to hear. Everyone had a great time, and the dance floor was busy all night. Lisa, our MC, was warm and personable. She made it her mission to ensure that everyone had fun and she succeeded. You won't be sorry spending the money to work with RTH. It was the best decision I made in planning the reception.

Simply the BEST!
Look no further when deciding entertainment for your wedding! I was at an RTH event back in middle school and remembered how much fun it was. When a friend recommended RTH for our wedding, I knew I made the right decision. Due to covid we had to make a lot of changes and ended up shortening our guest list to 40 people. Needless to say, I was so nervous that no one would dance/ have fun/ etc. RTH assured me that there would still be a party and that people would be on the dance floor. They did not disappoint. The majority of our wedding guests were on the dance floor from the first song to the last. We had an absolute blast celebrating the our closest loved ones. We cannot thank the team at RTH enough for their enthusiasm throughout the entire process. The planning process was so easy and the DJ and MC knew just how to keep the guests dancing and having a great time. Our guests have all commented on how much fun they had! Thank you so much RTH for an unforgettable experience!

Best Wedding DJ Ever!
Rock the House is a household name around Solon, Ohio. They/re used for proms, homecoming, middle school dances, and every bar/bat mitzvah I've been to. I hired them for my wedding and I couldn't be happier. The music was lively all night long. Some of the best memories of the night are because of RTH getting everyone on the dance floor. I don't even think it was requested, but playing "I've Had the Time of My Life" prompted my husband and mother-in-law to do the classic run and jump dirty dancing move! Everything was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend them!

Rock The House is incredible! Leading up to our wedding we were working with Jeff Kutz and he was so responsive and flexible. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was extremely challenging but Rock The House helped ease some of our stress. I was so impressed with how proactive Jeff was throughout our planning process. He reached out multiple times to just check-in and was so flexible when we needed to change our date then venue down the road. On the day of our wedding we met our DJ and MC and was completely blown away by how amazing they were. In light of everything going on we opted for a backyard wedding. Kevin made sure everything ran smoothly with both our ceremony and reception...honestly without him I don't know what we would have done. Rock The House was definitely one of the more expensive vendors we used but it was 100% worth it and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Our guests have reached out raving about how well the everything flows and how great the music was. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. They are AWESOME! The. Best. Day. Ever.
We had our micro wedding & reception this past weekend and the absolute best time! Jamie and Julian were honest to god the best DJ/MC duo we could have ever asked for. Because of covid and everything else in between, Matt and I were upset and frustrated that we weren’t getting the wedding we dreamed. But it turned out, it was really all we could of ever imagined and so so so much more. Jamie and Julian were so kind to everyone that attended. Their energy was contagious. Although we only had 30 some people the dance floor was always packed.
Matt and I cannot thank Rock the House enough, for everything. You have been so helpful, kind and flexible throughout this crazy time.
Thanks to the covid restrictions currently in place we were not able to have our full guest list attend. But the good news is we get to work with Rock the House again and have a big reception next May. We cannot wait!!

Awesome DJ So Much Fun!!
Rock the House did an amazing job DJ-ing our wedding!! The music was great, exactly what we wanted. We even requested some specific version of songs (i.e. Live version) for the Father Daughter Dance and they had the exact song we wanted. They did a great job keeping the entire reception on schedule too. Nick the MC was amazing! He kept our guests engaged the whole time. Multiple guests commented on how great our DJ was and how much fun they had dancing the night away!! I would recommend Nick and Rock the House to anyone!

I am so happy I booked RTH as the DJ for my wedding. They are so professional and accommodating. Great Communication & So Much Fun
Working with Rock The House was so easy. They had great communication through the whole process and were very easy to reach by phone or e-mail with any questions. I loved having an emcee and the DJ so that one guy could focus just on keeping the party happening while the other one worried about cueing up music. Our emcee, Chris, was such a fun guy to work with, very experienced and professional, and he kept our friends and family dancing all night. He had the right mix of crowd interaction where he wasn't overly pushy or awkward with our guests but made sure people were having fun. My husband and I are very happy with the whole experience with Rock The House.

Rock the House was so awesome to work with. First off, Jeff was who we did all of our planning with. He made everything so easy for us--the wedding process can be overwhelming at times but we never felt that when it came to working with RTH. Jeff was extremely responsive and friendly. We truly felt completey comfortable leaving it all in their hands. On the day of the wedding, Jamie (our MC), and the DJ were FANTASTIC. They couldn't have picked a better duo that fit our group. Jamie's personality lit up the wedding venue. She was precise, stuck to the timeline, and of course the tunes were rocking. I cannot say enough great things about Rock the House. Couldn't get any better than RTH! A first class, turn key event!
These guys have the whole wedding thing down to a science; yet, they take every consideration to make sure they are carrying out your wishes and vision for your big day! What I loved was that it was super professional. Absolutely no awkward moments! They made adjustments where necessary and if any big decisions had to be made in the moment, they consulted me first and always offered their best recommendation. Shawn was our MC for the evening and he was thinking ahead so that each moment was spectacular. The band is just amazing! Many of our guest commented on how great they sounded, their professional presentation of themselves, and their ability to get the crowd on the dance floor. It doesn't matter what they are singing ... they sound great! Our dance floor was packed the entire night.

They Deliver the Experience and More!
Jeff and his team are very professional and respond to you so quickly. With all of the accounts they handle, you would think you would be treated as "Just Another Client" but that is NOT THE CASE whatsoever. They delivered all the music and lighting we requested and created an experience unlike any other wedding I had been to. The ceremony was beautiful with the music and really set the tone for the day and they definitely rocked the house later that evening at our reception.
Our guests are still raving at how awesome our DJ and MC were. Our MC knew us so well just based upon our conversation over the phone that she knew how to deliver the excitement. If we had to do it again or book another event in Northeast Ohio, we would go with Rock the House again. Thank you for your endless options for requests and working with us to make our day the best.

Rock the House surpassed expectations. The entire process- working with Jeff before, and with our emcee and DJ was fantastic! Above and beyond our expectations!
My husband and I got married on May 11, 2019, and we engaged RTH to do our DJ services, as well as staging and uplighting. While we paid a considerable amount of money for these services (reasonably consistent with competitors, but still a lot of money for anyone to spend), we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. During the planning stage, Jeff and his team were professional, helpful, creative, and overall accommodating to what we wanted and needed. At the event, Chris (Emcee) and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor. The ballroom looked beautiful, and exactly what we wanted our fairytale-day to look like! We would recommend RTH to any and all new brides looking for a day they’ll remember for the rest of their lives! And it took minimal stress (let’s face it, there is always some element of stress with a wedding, lol) to plan it with RTH!

Rock the House hosted my senior prom over 10 years ago and they were SO great then that i knew i wanted them to Dj my wedding someday. Having 2 staff members there for the day of helped keep things running smoothly. The DJ was so accommodating, I even remember him going to the bar to get us our first drink. He always asked my permission before he did anything. I would 110% recommend Rock the House if you want guests to remember all the FUN they had on your wedding night!

Top notch entertainment
RTH was a highlight of my daughter’s reception. Their price is a little more than the competition, but they earn the difference and much, much more. They send both a DJ and an MC who coordinates the entire evening and makes sure it runs well and any hiccups are smoothed over. We asked for a mixed bag of music early so that all ages would join in the dancing from the beginning. More modern music was weaved in to the later hours matching the entire audience. We noticed at one point they played a song and people seemed to leave the dance floor. They immediately were aware, shut down the song, and pivoted to a different genre. People turned around and danced the night away. Many many people told us that ours was the best reception they ever attended and I believe RTH deserves the credit

We Were Rocked!
We loved our experience with Rock the House for our wedding at the Akron Art Museum. They did our lighting, the photo booth, and of course, the music! Nick was so amazing in our planning and Chris (AKA Sparky) was an amazing DJ, who got everyone on the dance floor and kept them there! If you want to have an amazing party, hire RTH!

During our wedding planning, we knew that music was in our top 3. I researched various DJ's in the area, and heard about Rock the House from several event coordinators. I am so happy that we decided to work with Rock the House Entertainment. We used their DJ services as well as lighting package. Jeff Kutz was very easy to work with and was very responsive when I would email questions. Our DJ, Christian, was incredible. The dance floor was packed all night long and everyone continues to say how fun the wedding was. Rock the House is more expensive than other places, however, I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. Their services really helped shape the experience of the reception. I would absolutely consider spending more if music is a top 3 for your wedding.

Rock The House truly did "rock the house," at our August 2018 wedding at The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo!
Our guests, family, and my new wife/I had the time of our lives. We hired them to be our DJ for the wedding, to play music at the ceremony, to serve our videographers, and to operate a photobooth.
Jeff managed the pre-wedding prep flawlessly. He responded to our questions fast and professionally. He was transparent and was always available via phone or email whenever we needed him ahead of our big day. His approach to managing the event gave us confidence ahead of the wedding that we were in good hands with RTH. He also helped us order our gobo and made some super helpful recommendations that we felt improved the vision of our day.
Shawn served as our MC and day-of coordinator for all things RTH. He's worked over 1,500 events for them and it shows. He kept the day flowing and expertly managed the room -- keeping guests on the dance floor and also helping Carly/I stay on-track with our schedule. We really appreciated his approach too, especially how he would regularly check-in with us throughout the day/night to let us know that the next feature (e.g. cake cutting, parents' speeches, etc) are coming up next. He and the DJ played great music throughout the night. And by the end of the night Shawn felt like a friend rather than a vendor. We got a TON of compliments about RTH and Shawn during and after the wedding!!!
Matt served as the lead videographer and RTH's creative director for the cinematography package we purchased. He and his team were EXCELLENT! We have been to many weddings where we felt the cameramen/women were too in the face of the bride/groom. We felt Matt and his team were perfectly present. They were discretely positioned to make sure to get good camera angles, but to avoid standing in front of guests. And we never felt that they were stalking us.

Rock The House was amazing! Jeff looked into every single detail to make sure everyone was on the same page. Jesse was our DJ and Nick worked our photobooth. They both were very professional and did an amazing job! The uplighting and back drop looked great as well. Greatest company ever!

Rock the House (RTH) was terrific to work with for our wedding. They helped with much of the planning including sequencing of the important songs that we wanted to be played. Cannot recommend them enough. Jeff Kutz was so helpful and patient and Kelly and her crew were great DJs. We are so happy we picked RTH to help us make our celebration special and you should do the same. You will be happy that you did pick Rock The House!

RTH was seriously amazing! From their online planning portal, to the conversations with Jeff throughout making sure all was taken care of, I was incredibly pleased throughout it all!
The day of the wedding they were seriously on top of everything, from doubling checking things with us, to making sure everything was okay, and for keeping the good tunes rolling that kept our dance floor PACKED, we truly could not have asked for better. One of the best investments we made for our wedding day hands down!

We were so happy we picked Rock the House! They worked with us from beginning to end to make sure our reception was exactly what we wanted and helped out with their expert opinions, as well! Any questions we had they answered within a day. We had our own version of our first dance and my dad had a song he kareoked that they found us the instrumental for! Our MC, Chris, was the absolute best! We wanted a party and he delivered. He was interactive with the guests and kept everything alive! We received so many compliments about how awesome our music was!

Rock the house did a awesome job on our wedding. The mc created a time line and stuck to it so it made smooth transition from dance to dance. Awesome during the ceremony. And we highly recommend them not only as mc/dj but also for photobooth! Awesome props and amazing group of people!

RTH was fantastic! Above all, their professionalism made us feel at ease and conmfortable right away. Jeff and his team assisted us all along the way and made it simple. Our DJ, Jaime, was a ball of energy! So many people commented to us how great she was. We did have one guest who was creating problems and Jaime handled it very well and kept the party going. Rock the house entertainmenr was the best choice that my husband and I could have made! They were so quick to help when our venue date changed and there was no problem through them! They were on time setting up and the dance floor was rocking all night long! Kelly the emcee was amazing along with Matt our dj and Kiki our photobooth worker! Rock the house amazing and our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without them. Our emcee Jaime was the best and got the crowd going and on the dance floor the whole night, no one wanted the music to stop. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and the DJ was playing to the crowd which was exactly what we wanted and helped to keep everyone on the dance floor. I cannot say enough good things about rock the house and I have already been asked multiple times who our dj was because they want them for their wedding and want to request Jaime because she was amazing. I would recommend rock the house to anyone who wants their dance floor to be packed all night long.

From the research we did we knew that rock the house was going to be good but they exceeded our expectations Brian our MC in my wife’s words was “beyond amazing” from the beginning to the end of our process the rock the house staff was top notch

Rock the House Entertainment brought our wedding dreams to life. From our initial coordinating meetings, to the day of preparations, this company really knows how to bring a bride's vision to life. We expressed that we wanted to have a fun reception where everyone heard "their" type of music and Nick went above and beyond. Five stars is not enough to say how awesome Rock the House is. They were truly amazing and are worth every penny! It has been months since our wedding and we still have people talking about how much fun it was and how our DJ was the best they had ever heard. Working with Jeff was super easy. He was very quick to respond and helped answer any questions we had. We told them what we wanted and pretty much left everything up to them and they were spot on with everything! Every single song Nick and Gordon played was great! They kept our entire dance floor filled the entire night. (It was a big dance floor too!) Nick is by far one of the best dj/mc’s we could have ever worked with and I honestly think Rock the House is probably one of the best entertainment companies in the state. Nick was super easy to work with and kept all of our guests involved throughout the entire night. They made it completely stress free throughout the entire process. It was so nice to not have to worry at all because we were truly working with the best in the business. Thank you so much Rock the House and Nick for making our wedding so memorable. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area looking for a dj. You will not be disappointed.

The whole RTH team was absolutely AMAZING at our wedding back in November. Being in the event industry, I tend to be a bit picky and they 100% did not disappoint. RTH hands down the best choice we could have made for a DJ, MC and lighting design for our wedding at Hale Farm and Village.
Leading up to the wedding Jeff was so responsive and made any changes we requested to the floor plan and lighting design almost immediately. The customer service we received was unparalleled.
Kelly was our MC for the wedding and she kept the party going the whole time and made sure that the timeline we created was executed perfectly.
We received so many compliments from our guests about how organized the whole event was and that was because Rock The House made sure every detail was handled.
If you are looking for a great DJ, MC, event planner and lighting designer choose Rock The House and you will not be disappointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about RTH! My fiance and I discovered them when we were in middle school, after they were the DJ for our school dances. Fast Forward 5 years to when we got engaged and went to bridal shows, RTH still stood out the most to us amonst all the other DJ/entertainment companies we met with. RTH is great at communicating with you in a timely manner and making sure you understand everything you are paying for and what you will be recieving. They even provide you with an option to do online payments, which helps out a lot, and two detailed planning sheets to help ensure they understand exactly what you want and don't want. These planning sheets go over all the details from the bridal party names to must play songs, etc. Our wedding was October 7th 2017 and we could not be happier with our choice. RTH did an exceptional job at interacting with our guests, playing a wife variety of songs to ensure everyone had a great time, and provided just the right amount of uplighting. We received nothing but compliments from both our guests and other vendors on how great RTH was/did. After the wedding was over, our venue requested their information so they can refer future bride's to them, as they were very impressed. Hands down, I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

If you’re considering RTH for your DJ needs, BOOK THEM!! Seriously. Not only did they help with any planning along the way, the day of schedule was perfect, and we owe that to our amazing MC and DJ. It’s been 5 months since our wedding, and I am STILL receiving compliments from our wedding guests about how awesome the music was (and this is coming from people who are 25 years old, and people who are 60 years old). Our dance floor was never empty. People didn’t even eat our late night snack because they never left the dance floor! Best part? We only picked a handful of "must play songs". The entire night, the DJ played songs based on what our group liked dancing to. These people know what they are doing!! When they say “you aren’t paying us to play from an iPod all night”, they are speaking the truth. The online portal was so helpful. We didn’t have to rush picking songs out, and added them as we went along in our planning. They played everything we requested, and didn’t play the ones we requested not to be played. Jeff was the BEST with all the pre-planning too! He answered all of my annoying questions so quickly. Besides the DJ, we also used RTH for uplighting and rented LOVE marquee letters from them. Both looked beautiful! I cannot say enough about how wonderful RTH was!

Working with RTH was probably one of the best wedding decisions we made! From the consultation to the planning to the day-of details, every single person we worked with was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jeff Kutz helped us design the event--uplighting, timelines, setup, etc. and did an excellent job doing so. A couple days prior to our wedding, our DJ/emcee, Nick, reached out and had great suggestions for our timeline and other small details. Everything ran smoothly because of Nick--he ran with last minute time changes and rowdy guests--but mostly he kept the party going until the very end. We are so appreciative of all the hard work RTH put in to our wedding and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of DJ/emcee services!

From start to finish, working with Rock the House was fantastic! Jeff helped us plan our event, and he made everything so fun and easy and he was beyond accommodating with all of the details and music we wanted. I was worried that having a DJ would be a cookie-cutter experience and it absolutely was not- if anything, RtH helped make our wedding day feel more personal. Jeff responded almost immediately to any questions, ideas or concerns we had and I genuinely felt like he "got us" as a couple. Music was so important to us in creating the mood throughout the day and RtH really made that possible. Our MC for the evening, Shawn, was also incredible. He nailed all of our special requests, as well as the timing for the songs and announcements. He got everybody (and I mean EVERYBODY) on the dance floor after dinner and most people stayed there for the rest of the night! We had so many guests come up to us throughout the evening to say how good the DJ was, which seems like something that probably doesn't happen at too many events. I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

I was very happy with the entertainment and lighting provided by RTH. Jeff made the preparations easy and fun. The band is so talented and really changed the atmosphere of the reception so that all of my guests were having an amazing time and dancing the night away! The piano player made the dinner music so elegant and the singers had amazing voices. Travis, the MC, also did a great job and helped the night go by flawlessly. Thank you RTH!

Rock the house was amazing. There were people on the dance floor all night long! Guests that were getting married in the future actually asked us during our reception to later send them the dj information! They kept the party going all night long!!! They were organized and professional through out the entire process.
