  Special Birthday!

  This cake not only looked fabulous , but was so delicious. Sometimes a decorated cake is dry, or tasteless, but this was awesome. The different tiers were completely different cakes as each Twin chose their own. Thank you Michael for this gorgeous, fun, special 16th birthday cake. We will all remember it fondly.

  Absolutely out of this world

  Michael & his wife were truly amazing!! From the first phone call to the final product I 100% trusted them & what they were able to create. When I walked into the venue last night & saw my beautiful wedding cake sitting there I cried. I was overwhelmed with joy knowing that he nailed exactly what my inspiration was. Furthermore, I didn’t even want to cut it because it was so beautiful. My guests were completely blown away when they took the first bite. Our photographers said they’ve never seen a wedding cake look as beautiful as ours or taste as amazing as it looks! Michael did a fantastic job & I cannot thank him & his wife enough. He is on the pricey side, but, you get what you pay for & he is 110% worth every penny! Thank you so much Michael for ALL your hard work & for making our wedding truly magical!!

  We couldn’t have been happier having chosen Michael to create our wedding cake and pastries! Both the cake and pastry display were absolutely beautiful! My guests were raving about how delicious everything was! Michael is professional and extremely easy to work with.

  Michael did a wonderful job on our wedding cake! Not only was the cake beautiful and just what we pictured, it was very tasty! My husband and I were super impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cake and a great price.

  Beautiful and Delicious!

  My wedding cake was beyond beautiful and tasted amazing! I’m so glad that we saved the top ahead of time because there wasn’t a single slice of cake or pastry left at the end of the night! The guests raved about how wonderful the desserts were and the presentation, and taste, were exceptional.

  Michael created the most beautiful and the most delicious cake we’ve ever seen! It was challenging planning a wedding during Covid, but Michael make the experience so wonderful by providing a tasting plate to help us pick flavors - which only make it harder since they were all phenomenal! All of our guests told us it was the best cake they’ve ever had. I cannot recommend Rochester NY Wedding Cakes enough!

  Fresh creamy yumicious cakes..A must try...We ordered fresh fruit cake and what they delivered was much beyond our expectations...cake with custard in every layer and topped with variety of fresh fruits..just loved it!!!

  The pastry table at my daughter's wedding was amazing!!!! Every single thing was delicious and everyone raved about the selection. Michael provided such a beautiful assortment of the most delicious pastries ever. The birthday cake was absolutely amazing as well, it was so delicious and just stunning to look at. It certainly was a huge hit! I would highly recommend Rochester NY Wedding Cakes, great people, outstanding service, stunning pastries at a reasonable price!

  I just want to let Chief Michael and his lovely bride Erin how wonderful they were to work with and how easy they made the process during COVID-19. My new husband and I were blown away with our delicious wedding cake, and all my guests ranted and raved how excellent it was.   I couldn't be more pleased with the cake you did for my son's birthday party.
  It was beyond words! There were so many comments; the best one, can you really eat this? Beside being extraordinary, it was delicious! My son ate one piece of vanilla and one chocolate.   Delectable desserts!

  Michael is such a talented baker and I am so happy that I went with him for my wedding desserts! From the beginning, with the cake tasting, he was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right cake and desserts. We went with a two tiered wedding cake, plus a variety of his pastries, and everything was absolutely delicious! You cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I also ordered a grooms cake of a rubber duck with my husband’s favorite college football team’s colors and name to surprise him...it was awesome! My husband loved everything about it :)

  WOW! That was exactly what we said when we saw it! It was everything we had pictured it would be. Mike nailed it! Our guests were raving about the flavors- almond with raspberry, choc. Chip w peanut butter and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! The pastries were amazing too! HIGHLY recommend!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Michael on my nieces bridal shower, he was so helpful in my dessert planning, his response time to my emails was right on. I would highly recommend Rochesternywedding cakes to all . He is now helping me with a baby shower!!!!

  Best cakes in Rochester. As a journeyman baker and cake decorator myself I can really appreciate the love and time that goes into an amazing cake. Michael is decorating the cake for my baby shower currently, and upon finding out that my husband is not a cake eater...he sent us home with a full tasting including the most incredible cheesecake I’ve ever had. Michael has made EVERYTHING easy for us with the exception of choosing a cake flavor. My husbands response to the cakes?
  After he ate nearly 6 slices “he didn’t really like cake before because he had never had a good one”. We have no intentions of getting cake from anywhere else, just so long as chef Michael is still baking them.

  Most Amazing Tasting Cake

  I had a small gathering and needed a special cake. My friends and I could not stop talking about how amazing this cake tasted. We’ve never eaten a cake so well balanced in flavors and textures. And he made the cake so beautiful to look at. I can’t wait for the next special occasion. We’ve decided to only order cakes from Michael.

  Amazing baker to work with!

  Michael and Erin are awesome! They gave us the best wedding cake and it tasted delicious! We had a large reduction of guest attending and they accommodated us even though we already paid for it in full!

  When we went for the cake tasting we got I think about 12 full size pieces and frostings to try. Everything was amazingly delicious! We got a two tier cutting cake and four different flavors of cupcakes. They were all a hit! Michael was so easy to work with and we had so much fun choosing all the flavors! Our cake was absolutely beautiful too! There were so many different flavor options too!

  I found Rochester NY Wedding Cakes by doing a Google search. I checked out the website and looked at the work they did, and ultimately decided to give them a try. My fiance and I went to do a cake tasting and couldn't have been more impressed and pleased after that appointment. Very professional and the spread of cakes and flavors to taste were amazing! We liked them so much that we picked several flavors for our wedding cake and booked right away. Rochester NY Wedding Cakes is affordable and you will be amazed at the quality of work and designs they can create for your special day. HIGHLY recommend!!!

  Savoia's Bakery didn't work for our business so we found Rochester Wedding cakes by accident. I am so grateful we did! This cake was one of the highlights of my daughter's wedding. Mike was able to give us the ombre look my daughter wanted. It was so beautiful. The cake was so moist and delicious. So many people were raving about the appearance then the taste all evening and for the next two days after the wedding. Mike wanted our business and earned it with his classy presentation when we met with him. We were thrilled with this quality vendor and HIGHLY recommend Rochester Wedding Cakes. - Mother of the bride

  Michael and his wife were absolutely incredible to work with and our wedding cake and cupcakes were perfect! We first had their cake at our DJs VIP event and knew right away that we wanted to work with them for our wedding. My tasting with him was wonderful - he gave us about 10-12 different cake slices with different icings to try with each. We were able to take the leftovers home with us, which gave us the chance to have other family members taste the cake and make recommendations. Michael was very flexible and responsive to my emails and phone calls, and had a lot of ideas and options for us! His product is equally delicious and beautiful! We hope to work with them again in the future for other family events!

  Wedding cake

  Mike’s cake was delicious! When we went for our tasting, there were so many options and each one exceeded our taste buds expectations. Mike worked with us to plan and create the cake just as we requested.
