  Amazing outdoor venue

  Our wedding was June 16th 2018 and it couldn't have been a more perfect day! We had both our wedding and reception at the property which was more than accommodating for us and our guests. Having the house to use to get ready and hangout at was perfect! The staff was very flexible with working with us and really made us feel like we were at home. Would highly recommend Roca Ridge Events for your wedding and reception! 10/10!!

  My favorite memory from my wedding is dancing on the deck under the stars with my husband. We had an outdoor ceremony in the gardens and then a reception in the barn. It’s truly incredible here, and the house is like nothing else I’ve ever seen - there is so much art and cool antiques. It made an awesome atmosphere to get ready in! Thank you guys!!

  I can’t express how stressed I was going into planning, but the team at Roca Ridge just melted it all away. My bridesmaids and I stayed the night before and had the best time, while the groomsmen were having their own night together in another part of the log house. Our ceremony was in the garden (thankfully no bad weather!) and after dancing the night away, my hubby and I stayed in the cabin together! I still get so many comments on the venue. Thank you RR!!

  I LOOOOOVED MY WEDDING. Roca Ridge was th perfect venue. We were able to visit multiple times for whatever we needed to. We satiated Friday to Sunday and the owners were amazing the entire time. It was like having your wedding at home.

  I actually decided to have my wedding at Roca Ridge while attending someone else’s! The barn and deck are wonderful and it’s easy to create any kind of vibe you want. I wanted more down to earth artsy and rustic, but my friend’s was super upscale and elegant. Both were perfect!

  Magical Wedding!

  Hidden Gem in Nebraska

  We had our wedding and reception at Roca Ridge on April 28, 2018. I can't say enough about how beautiful this venue is. Our guests were blown away by everything and it was the perfect place for our morning wedding. We were able to get married outside and head over to the barn/deck for brunch, music and drinks outside. It was also very convenient to be able to get ready in the house and be at the same location the entire day. If you haven't checked out their site/land, you are missing out on a hidden gem in Roca, NE!

  Beautiful!

  Roca Ridge is a beautiful place for a wedding! It was great that we could have the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, and the reception all in one location. The owners had great ideas and were so helpful the day of.

  There were a few hiccups and some miscommunication that muddied the waters, but overall the building and land are absolutely GORGEOUS! The couple was beyond helpful on the day of the event and everything was absolutely perfect! The cost is a bit excessive for the Nebraska area when you consider that no tables, chairs, linens, etc. come with the rental price of the venue, but they have many recommendations and connections to get you hooked up with a company that works for you. I would also recommend keeping you guest list small as the interior only fits about 140 comfortably.

  Unprofessional

  This place is beautiful. My daughter's wedding was there yesterday. We booked it 2 years in advance. There are 3 owners not all on the same page. That was red flag #1. The whole process to begin with was all over the place but we had hope it would all work out by the day of. We spent $7000 to book it for rehearsal the night before not dinner, the day of wedding, and for bride, groom and a few wedding party guests to stay over night. We never asked for a wedding planner as we had everything handled. When we went out for rehearsal, one of the owners (the older lady) wanted to control everything. Telling the bride and groom how she was doing everything they didn't want. What the bride and groom wanted was very reasonable. She even took all of the decorations and did whatever she wanted to do and it was nothing like we wanted. Never even asked first. She ended hiding some of the arrangements and they never got put up. She wanted to tell everyone how to walk down the aisle. She overstepped in so many ways. We were told to begin with that they would provide table cloths and then the night before she said she would not have them. We had to go to buy 25 tablecloths last minute. Very bad experience.
  The staff however was 💯 amazing. Security and cleaning crew were some of the best people around. Went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this place if it wasn't for the crazy lady who definitely over stepped her place.

  Jennifer, we are so sorry you were unhappy with our services and I will explain here.
  There is only one owner, Roca Ridge Events has always been a sole proprietorship over it’s 8 years in business.
  
  $7000 is not our Extended Stay rate so I am confused where you got this number. Your extended stay allowed you and your guests to enjoy the property a total of 30 hours, including up to 13 people to lodge in the Log Home and enjoy a home cooked breakfast.
  I am also unclear as to what you are referring to as far as not allowing “what the bride and groom wanted.”
  Your officiant had never been to our venue and asked Nancy to advise him on how procession were usually done. She assisted him with this and spent the entire rehearsal time graciously helping him and the wedding party even though she was not being paid to do so.
  
  Nancy let the bride know on Saturday that the ceremony site was set up and the arch was ready for her drapery. Your daughter asked her if she could hang it for her and showed a picture of how she wanted it to be. She also asked her if she would hang an additional curtain at the arbor which required Nancy to hunt down a curtain pole to do so. She hang the arch drape happily as well, even though it was much too small for the arch. The bride went further and asked her to hang the arch flowers as well. Nancy went far beyond, it is true, what her duties were, at the request of your daughter. She did not hide the chair decor nor did she hang them since she was not asked to do so. She did open the box and placed it where whomever was responding for hanging the drapes and flowers would have easily seen them.
  
  Table linens are always an outside rental. The bride was sent a document listing what was being provided by the venue, linens was not one of the items. This is done so that the client may double check what is being provided. There was nothing the venue could do at 5:30pm on a Friday to help you with the forgotten linens.
  
  We appreciate you complementing the event staff. We all work hard to help your time with us run smoothly.
