A perfect day at Philander Chase Knox Estate

We had an incredible experience working with Robert Ryan Catering at their Philander Chase Knox Estate venue! They made our rainy wedding day a perfect one. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process, and totally on top of everything during the big day. The food was outstanding (we had the best time at our tasting), and the whole staff was fantastic and helpful. We had the best day ever!

Perfect Venue - All we wanted and more+++

The Staff worked closely with us to ensure the day was everything we visioned.

Magical Wedding!

On July 24, 2021 we were finally able to hold the wedding celebration my daughter and son-in-law had dreamed about since April 2019. Philander Chase Knox Estate, Robert Ryan's romantically scenic venue was the setting for a most magical night. Expertly led by our Day-of-Coordinator, Marjorie, and assisted by Day-of-Coordinator Trainee, Jalissa, and a team of servers, the entire celebration ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Marjorie's calm and efficient manner allowed us to enjoy the day from beginning to end. Both she and Jalissa were attentive, but unobtrusive. They were patient, fun, and so sweet! The servers, bartenders, and valets were pleasant and attended to anything our guests might need. The food was delicious, plentiful, and beautifully presented by the talented chef and assistants. Compliments from our guests abounded! Special thanks to Leah, our first contact at PCK and our dedicated guide throughout the planning of our wedding and reception, which included two postponements and a small family wedding at the venue in August 2020. She was always kind, professional, responsive and handled our requests with ease. We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met her! Many thanks to the entire team for a most memorable wedding celebration. We are truly grateful!

The Most Perfect Day!

Robert Ryan at the Philander Chase Knox Estate was the best decision we made!! Leigh and the team are the most responsive, professional, and kindest staff we've ever encountered. They made the entire process so easy on us and were so patient as we asked hundreds of questions through out the entire process. They are the best of the best. The planning process was seamless and the entire wedding was a dream. Luke, our day of coordinator, was amazing!! He and the entire crew were so attentive to every guest and always made sure we had water, drinks, food, etc. We loved every part of our experience and we wouldn't have changed a thing!!!

Highlights:
Leigh - she is phenomenal and so helpful/responsive!!
Luke & day of staff- the SWEETEST group of people (there was a medical emergency of one of our guests and they handled it so calmly and made sure the entire night still went smoothly)
The food! - we loved it!! Especially the manicotti and all of the hors d'oeuvres
The venue - so accommodating!! PCK was the most perfect venue even on a rainy evening in a pandemic
We would choose this venue all over again!

Amazing Food!

The venue uses this catering service so we did not get to pick our catering but I am glad it was not left up to us because after our food tasting we couldn’t of been happier or more pleased with the food. It was delicious!! Everything we had was better than expected and they were so good with all the questions and food requests willing to customize anything to what we wanted or did not want even on such a large scale.

Amazing Day Thanks to Robert Ryan!!

My husband and I looked at 12 different venues and the Philander Chase Knox Estate was not only gorgeous but the team at Robert Ryan was professional, accommodating and made the planning experience so easy. Leigh was a huge part of the reason we chose to go with Robert Ryan. She is professional but still laid back and so easy to work with to make your dream wedding come true. Beth was an amazing day of coordinator and made sure my husband and I were taken care of at every minute. The staff was polite and fun and so helpful with our older guests and even brought me a whole tray of my own appetizers!! We can't say enough amazing things about them and would highly recommend any of their stunning venues!!

absolutely wonderful

We got married at the Barn on Bridge and my gosh was it a fairytale. The vendors were on top of everything during our planning process and very responsive. The day of the wedding, I was waited on hand and foot and everybody made sure we were properly taken care of and happen all day. I can’t brag about them enough or thank them enough for how wonderful they made our day!

Delicious food, great employees!

We had our wedding at Philander Chase Knox and mostly worked with Leigh who is just amazing. We partially planned out wedding while living in Pittsburgh, so it was hard to coordinate some things from a distance but Leigh was so accommodating. Leigh is very responsive via email and that's really all you can ask for in a wedding coordinator. Everyone I've interacted with who works for Robert Ryan is great! Our tasting was so much more than we expected, employees were so sweet and the food was outstanding! All of our guests agreed that the food was delicious with decent sized portions.

Amazing!!!!

When we started planning our wedding and I NEEDED to have 2 things. Amazing food and great music! Our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and how some stood by the door at cocktail hour for the waiters to come back out with more! Amazing food and amazing staff at the Barn on Bridge!!

Never Had a Worry!

Robert Ryan was the catering company for The Philander Chase Knox Estate. One of the main reasons we chose this venue besides it being absolutely gorgeous was because of the coordinator. Leigh is absolutely amazing! PCK was our first stop the day we went looking and after that no other venue or coordinator compared. She made sure we felt comfortable from the get go and carried that throughout. The same feeling came through with our day of coordinator Lisa, she was great! Our bridal party was rather large and a lot to handle but it never seemed to phase her. She was calm, cool, and collected the whole time which definitely made me feel better. If there was something that was wrong, I never knew about it. I was able to enjoy our day without having to worry about a thing.
The food was absolutely AMAZING! I was skeptical about wedding food in general as I feel it never tastes the same as it did the day of the tasting, but this was not the case. It was exquisite! The assortment of food you have to choose from is amazing, it's not your standard stuff and they keep it seasonal which is great.
Thank you Leigh, Lisa, & Robert Ryan Caterers for making our day go off without a hitch! It was absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing time having our ceremony and reception at Barn on Bridge! Our cocktail hour passed hors d'oeuvres were out of this world and every guest commented on how delicious the food was. They even made a pizza for my husband on our wedding day. They were accommodating to all the dietary needs that our guests had. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and we would recommend Barn on Bridge and Robert Ryan Catering to anyone!

My daughter and her new husband picked Barn on Bridge after an exhaustive wedding venue hunt, and it was the perfect venue! Tiffany was amazing, patient, funny and just a terrific person to partner with. The venue was stunning, the catering was superb, and every guest was in awe of how completely lovely the entire day was. The Barn on Bridge was wonderful to work with! Tiffany was absolutely wonderful with helping us plan our event and answer any questions throughout our year of planning! She made the experience fun and exciting. Madison was great during the day of our wedding, as she was extremely organized and executed everything perfectly. We honestly could not have asked for a better venue and everything was perfect! The food was delicious and we had multiple guests rave about the filet mignon as our entree (as well as the sea bass). The servers/bartenders/chefs were extremely pleasant and ensured all the food came out delicious and in record time. I would not change a single thing that happened over the course of our planning process or wedding day. Thank you to everyone at The Barn on Bridge!

I really do not have enough words to express my gratitude for both Amanda Smith and Madison Tupper. Amanda took the time to answer all of our questions -- even ones that we felt were a little silly, but weren't quite sure of the proper answer or wedding etiquette. She was always so kind, sweet, and compassionate, and was willing to work, and stop at no end, to solve a few complications and road bumps that we encountered along the way due to medical complications on my behalf. Both Amanda and Madison were always so professional, while remaining fun and very excited for me, my husband, and our families. If I could rate their assistance and professionalism 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would! They made our day a dream come true.

As far as the facility and catering itself, we are so happy that we chose Robert Ryan Catering/The Columbia Station. The food was phenomonal! I am a very picky eater but they were very flexible and made certain things just for me which was great. They also were able to work around the food allergies our guests had so that everyone was pleased. They served way more food than our guests could consume! All in all they did a fantastic job and we have no complaints.

Robert Ryan Catering gave us a wedding day we will never forget! Olivia was amazing, she went above and beyond in ensuring that we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding and we were so impressed with how well the night flowed from the passing of hor d'oeuvres, the delicious food stations, the awesome bartender to the cutting of the cake. We loved those fried tomato sliders-wow! Planning a wedding is stressful, but your team really put us at ease, which is why you were the caterer we had to have. Robert Ryan Catering did the most amazing job at our wedding!! We worked with them for our wedding at Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA, and could not be happier. From the very beginning Mark and the entire team were wonderful to work with and made the planning process easy and seamless for us.
Our guests loved the hors d'oeurves and entrees - all of the food was fantastic.
Madison was our event day supervisor and I can't say enough good things about her!! She was so friendly and great to work with throughout the whole process. Everything was set up perfectly and exactly how we wanted on the day of the wedding.
I highly recommend Robert Ryan Catering for any event!!

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Ryan Catering. From the very beginning, working with them was a joy and they made everything so simple. They were always willing to work with us and helped to make our wedding planning practically easy! Betsy was quick to respond, full of great recommendations, and fun to work with!

The food from the tasting to the final event was DELICIOUS. Everyone raved about the hors'dourves and the entree. Please do yourself a favor and get the Braised Boneless Short Ribs! It's more like a pot roast than anything but it is soooo good! We raved about them from the tasting and our guests were not disappointed!

As far as service, the entire team was incredible. Our ceremony and reception sites were set up exactly as I would have done it and it looked amazing. The staff was attentive and professional throughout the entire night. I'm embarrassed to say we had a rowdy guest that was rude to the staff and they handled it professionally and I was beyond impressed. Marge (sorry if the name is slightly off or misspelled) was a huge help and got anything for us that we needed and was a friendly face on what can sometimes be a stressful day.

I would like to make a special review for Olivia. Olivia was our go to person for the day and she had a lot to take on! We found out a few weeks prior to the wedding that our Venue Manager had quit so Olivia was going to have to run everything for the wedding. She was a "God-send." Olivia was on top of everything, helped to (try) to keep us on schedule, despite how difficult we made that for her. She was personable, professional, and we were lucky to have her that day.

Again, I can't say enough good things about them!

PERFECT. That is the word which our guests have been using to describe our wedding. Our wedding was held at Welkinweir Estates in Pottstown, for which RRCD is the exclusive caterer. From start to finish the staff from RRCD was impeccable and responsive to our every need. Through the planning stages to the tasting, to packing up at the end of the night, everyone was helpful and insightful. We had a few rather unique requests which were accommodated with zero questions. Further, our guests simply cannot stop raving about the food! Lastly, our day-of event coordinator was absolutely amazing! Lastly, if you want a caterer/event planner that treats you like royalty for your wedding (as they should) look no further! Your day will be perfect, you will be relaxed, and best of all, you won't leave hungry! I would absolutely recommend RRCD for any upcoming wedding.

Everyone at Robert Ryan Catering made sure that our day went smoothly. We had an event manager who take of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything that day. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves. And, of course, the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend their services!

First let me start off by saying how perfect everything was on our wedding day. Everything from the facility to the food to the staff was absolutely amazing. We are still receiving compliments on the how phenomenal the food tasted and was presented. The venue is gorgeous with so many intimate areas for spectacular photos! My husband and I both can not say enough great things about Connor, Tracy and Lisa as well as the entire staff at Barn on Bridge. They truly made our day perfect by going above and beyond to make it unique to our personalities as well as catering to our every need! They anticipated needs that we never even knew we had. They were on top of everything at all times. This review simply does not do them justice for the amount of excellence they showed us. I cannot say enough good things about Robert Ryan Catering. Over the past year in preparation for our wedding, their staff has been SO helpful and responsive. My husband and I live out of state, so planning a wedding several thousand miles away was a little daunting, but Robert Ryan and his team made the process seamless. From the first day we met Bob Ryan, I knew it would be a positive experience, but I cannot tell you how incredibly positive it was!! Not only was the food delicious, but their entire team was amazing. We got married at Welkinweir, one of their exclusive venues, and it was just beautiful. I could not think of a better place to get married. Our event coordinator, Barbara was simply amazing!! She took every bit of anxiety and worry out of my mind and was really great!! From the rehearsal, to the day of, Barbara was there to help with anything we needed - and was so proactive that there was very little for me to even think about! Our wedding was such an amazing day thanks to Robert Ryan Catering and staff. We really could not have asked for more. Barbara, our wedding day coordinator, was amazing. We could not have done it without her. She was so sweet and easy going, but made sure everything went perfectly. I also could not say more about Wyatt. He was THE BEST! Anytime I needed anything, I turned around and he was there. We wish we could have Barbara and Wyatt around all the time! The entire staff was on top of everything. Bo Ryan was a delight to work with from first meeting to final preparations. He was a great help in choosing a menu, refining it after the tasting, and working out logistics for last minute table additions. We received raves on the food - we chose the combined plate of filet and crab cakes, and many, many of our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. It is very difficult to get 155 filet mignon's the right degree of rareness but they did it! In actual fact, the reality was better than the tasting. My highest regards go to his assistant Michelle, whose professionalism, quick response, and overall kindness was exceptional. I recommend RR highly!

I had my wedding at Barn on Bridge in August 2014 and I truly can't put in words how thrilled I was with everything about Barn on Bridge and Robert-Ryan catering. To begin with, the barn is absolutely gorgeous and the set-up is perfect for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception. We had planned to have our wedding outside on the lawn but it rained on our wedding day.... the Robert Ryan staff checked the radar and kept me posted and we decided the wedding had to be moved under the tent. The fact that they can make a game-time decision and have an absolutely perfect and pretty rain option was awesome.

In terms of food, I am from NYC, as were most of my guests, so I knew we would have really tough food critics at the wedding! I'm not exaggerating when I say that people are still telling me that the food was the best wedding food they have ever had. It was phenomenal - our steaks were cooked perfectly - we cut them with butter knives! The presentation was gorgeous and the serving size was huge.

What I primarily think made Barn on Bridge the best venue was the staff. I worked with Tracy from the moment I visited the barn up to my wedding week. She is so kind, so detailed and positive. She literally calmed me when I needed reassurance and was super flexible and helpful. I felt like I was her only client - such wonderful service. The Barn gives you a day-of-planner as well. Mine was Barbara and she also was truly phenomenal. I was so happy to have her on my wedding day - she took care of every single little detail and was upbeat (keeping me calm about the rain), organized, happy and every second I turned around she was there taking care of everything. I can't say enough good things about Tracy and Barbara and would recommend the Barn on Bridge to every person i know.

Barn on Bridge went above and beyond expectations. It was the perfect day and I am so grateful to them for every little thing they did to make it perfect for me.

AMAZING!!! There food and presentation is simply amazing. I tried neuromas food items and every single one was just as good as the last. The Ryan Robert Presentation is stunning and our guests are still talking about it! Highly recommend for any event. You will not be disappointed.

We were so lucky to work with Bob Ryan and his team at Robert Ryan Catering. Everyone we worked with was professional, timely, and detail oriented! we had a few different point people over the year we were planning our wedding, but no detail was dropped or missed and I always felt like mine was their only wedding. Our day of coordinator, Michelle, was amazing. There is no need for a wedding coordinator in addition to your day of person. Everyone raved about the food at our wedding and when I went to visit tables, all I saw were empty plates!

My husband and I were married at the Barn on Bridge, a Robert Ryan Catering Venue. The Barn itself is unique and has character beyond words. If you haven't seen it in person-- go check it out. Trust me!
We loved how Robert Ryan/the Barn had so many elements bundled together for ease of planning (ie. food, alcohol, linens, ceremony fees, add-ons, etc.) It was so easy to make choices and adjust our contract easily to fit out budget. The preferred vendor list is also high quality and saved us a lot of time searching ourselves!
We were so thrilled with the team we worked with-- from start to finish. Our event manager Amanda was with us for the 6 or so months of planning leading up to our wedding-- and we were so lucky to have her! She responded to emails promptly (even during off hours!), worked tirelessly to answer all of our questions, was flexible when setting up meetings with us and was reassuring through the final weeks when the planning felt overwhelming! We found that whenever we suggested something or wanted to try something different, the answer was always "let's make it happen".
Lisa was our day of event manager and she couldn't have been more perfect for the job. After meeting Lisa at our final meeting, I was completely confident the night would run smoothly. She coordinated with everyone throughout the night to stick to the schedule we planned and checked in with us to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Connor was assigned to the two of us for the night and he was also fantastic! He kept us and our wedding parties happy with drinks and also took care of anything our parents needed. He really made us all feel right at home and special.
AND THE FOOD... where do I begin? We have heard over and over from our guests how delicious both cocktail hour and dinner were. From the butlered beer/wine after the ceremony, to the presentation of all the food, RR Catering's attention to detail really made a lasting impression on our guests.

From listening to Robert Ryan's vision of this venue, to seeing our event come to life, we were so happy to see it play out perfectly. We booked this venue in 2012, while planning a wedding for 2014, and everything that was promised to us was answered. My husband and I just got married at The Barn on Bridge, and we couldn't have been happier with the process, or more importantly the end result. We worked with Tracy Jaworski as we were planning and making decisions, and she responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. When things weren't working out exactly how we wanted Tracy worked with us to ensure we came to a decision that worked, and made everyone happy! On the day of the wedding, we worked with Carrie, and she was amazing. She made sure everything ran so, so smoothly, and seemed to be everywhere all at once to answer questions. We can not say enough about how happy we were with everything having to do with our wedding at the Barn. The meals, as well as the food served during cocktail hour, all received rave reviews from all of our wedding guests! We would recommend this venue and these people to anyone who asked!

Robert Ryan Catering exceeded our expectations from day one. Matt G was supportive, friendly, patient and communicated throughout the entire process. When he was not available (which was rare) Courtney, always kept touch. She was very friendly and efficient, informative and reassuring. Although our ongoing communications with Matt G. made us nervous to transition to our Event Coordinator a few weeks prior to our event, our meeting with Madison was smooth and reminded us as always we were in good hands with Robert Ryan Catering. She took copious notes and never missed one detail. Madison checked in with us prior to the event, upon arrival the day of and throughout the evening. She was a true leader and an managed a team of friendly and efficient staff members who stayed focused on the same goal of keeping us and our guests happy, impressed and full of delicious food. Finally, we cannot forget to thank, Luke. He was the server assigned to us for the day. He was friendly and attentive. He made sure we did not miss our cocktail hour food, drinks and was frequently checking in throughout the night to be sure we had drinks, food and dessert. The entire staff was impressive throughout the night. Our guests were impressed and we were not surprised. We knew from the beginning Robert Ryan would be the best match and they truly were amazing. We will recommend them for years to come! Thank you so very much to the Robert Ryan Team. Thank you for helping to make June 27 the best day of our lives!

Robert Ryan was the glue that held our wedding together! We had a short engagement (planned the wedding in less than six months) and also did all of our wedding work from several states away. We chose the Welkinweir estate (which Robert Ryan exclusively works with) for our venue and were excited to sign on with this company as part of the deal. Robert Ryan and his assistant Matt met with us the evening before Thanksgiving at Welkinweir to show us the place since that was the only time we were in town. Already impressive. They then were willing to negotiate a little with us on our price point so we were both happy with our contract - super appreciated. Matt was then our major touch point over the next few months and was very responsive to every question we had about the process. They made everything SO easy. It was great to know that all of the little stuff - lighting, a parking shuttle, linens, china, tables and chairs - were all taken care of through the company. Carrie then served as our day-of coordinator so we didn't have to worry about a single aspect of the wedding as it was unfolding but could instead just enjoy ourselves.

Oh, and of course the food. Though I barely managed to eat anything that day, everyone else had clean plates and said they loved every bit of it. The company does a great job with creating some really delicious wedding food (which, let's face it, isn't that common) and will work with you to make sure every guest is happy. Any special requests from an exotic meat to a food allergy? They will take care of you!

Overall, highly, highly, highly recommend signing on with Robert Ryan, doubly so if you can use one of their beautiful venues to boot. There's very little left to do with the wedding planning after that and the whole process becomes so much simpler. If you're in the Philly area, please use them!

Robert Ryan Catering was great from start to finish. They were quick to answer any questions we had. They were efficient and very organized. They made sure we knew what was needed to help make our day special and run smoothly. They listened to our thoughts and feedback. The food was beyond delicious and the presentation was beautiful. They added details to help pull our decor together. They helped us stay within our budget. We cannot say enough about how great they were. Our wedding day was perfect.

My husband and I knew that we wanted to get married in a Barn, and from the moment I saw the Barn On Bridge on line, I knew I wanted us to be married there. When I first sent my online inquiry, I received a response within a half hour, and then Matt spent more than 45 mins on the phone with me answering my numerous questions. This alone convinced me that this business had customer service at the forefront. When we came out for our visit, Matt spent so much time with us, answering our questions, showing us around and making sure he answered every question, he was friendly and polite and of course, we fell in love at first site, and booked it right then and then, we had not even looked at another place. A little mid way into planning, Matt was promoted and Amanda stepped in - needless to say I was a little nervous but the transition was seamless and she did a fabulous job as did Michele who was always available to answer any questions I had when Amanda was away. Any time we came up for meetings, everyone was always pleasant, excited for us, and very helpful with suggestions and planning of any sort and quick to ease any worries we had about wedding stress.
On the day of our Wedding, Carrie and Courtney and the staff of Robert Ryan Catering were phenomenal. I had a large wedding party and my parents were not in the best of health. They made sure everyone was taken care of without a blink of an eye. They made sure there were accommodations for our motorcycle and 69 Nova so we could have them in our wedding photos, and it didn't seem like I ever needed to ask for anything because they were always there asking me if i wanted or needed anything. At the end of the wedding, the entire place and all of our wedding items were packed up and ready for us to take back with us and everything with a smile on their face !! Robert Ryan's staff truly makes you feel like YOUR wedding is the most important day of THEIR lives too which makes all the difference on Your Wedding Day.

Absolutely, positively THE BEST!! Professional, Creative, Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! There is no other consideration when looking for a caterer! AND - extremely reasonable in cost. I will NEVER use anyone other than this caterer when planning an event! I am craving their appetizers now that I am thinking of them! They will look after EVERY last detail for you. If you want someone to take care of catering from A to Z for you – and then some – call them! They had me so excited for the big day to come because THEY are excited to work with you. Remarkable sums it up!

Robert Ryan was the exclusive caterer (and owner) of our venue - and I wouldn't have changed this even if I could. The food and service provided during our wedding were excellent. Several different guests sought me out during and after the reception to compliment the food; some even said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. The menu choices were great, and different from your typical wedding food. They were also extremely flexible and willing to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. My only wish is that we had had left overs to take home - thank you!

We recently had a wedding and Robert Ryan was our caterer. Robert Ryan was phenominal! They exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful during the wedding, and throughout the process they were wonderful to work with. They did a wonderful job setting up the table decorations so that the room looked outstanding. The food was exquisite. I received so many compliments on the food, venue, and service. I have absolutely NO complaints.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, value and down right delicious food brought forth by Robert Ryan Catering. We had our wedding at The Barn on Bridge and my husband and I signed the contract when Robert Ryan had just bought the property.

They have and continue to make improvements to the venue which is a beautiful restored barn featuring open loft seating. The staff is wonderful and provides you with check lists to make sure you are organized. They really think of everything!! The staff takes the stress out of wedding planning by helping you through the process. Our wedding came together without a hitch!

And then there is the food. Our friends and family raved about the amazing food during cocktail hour. The soup was poured table side which had a fresh and dramatic element to it. Everything was delicious.

I would recommend booking at The Barn on Bridge if you are bride looking for a rustic setting and are looking to be in good hands. You are in good hands with Robert Ryan :)

I can't thank these guys enough for making our wedding at Barn On Bridge so perfect. From the pre-wedding preparations through the wedding day, every piece was executed perfectly by Bob Ryan and his staff. Thanks especially to Matt, our pre-wedding coordinator, who is excellent at what he does. I haven't even mentioned the food yet, which was phenomenal. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the Asian station and the gorgonzola-covered filet mignon. Excellent!

We hired Robert Ryan Catering and Design to do off-site catering for our September wedding. We had met with several other caterers and Robert Ryan was by far the most impressive with their food and service. Our venue was a somewhat unique location and Robert Ryan took the time to do several site visits and make sure we would have the most ideal layout. Everyone we worked with from Robert Ryan was friendly, responsive and made me feel like everything would be taken care of. Everything they promised me was delivered and our wedding day couldn't have gone more smoothly. The service and food on our wedding day was excellent and I am still getting compliments about it. I could not be happier with the service from Robert Ryan and I would recommend them to any bride or anyone looking to have a great party.

I wanted fish tacos and pizza at my wedding and they did not even blink an eye- they made it happen. They allowed me to chose fun foods for guest!!!!!! I was not forced to have a traditional site down dinner with only three options. I was able tp provide my guests with tons of awesome options. I wish they had a resturant to eat in. Fabulous food all around!!!!!!

I CAN NOT say enough great things about COLUMBIA STATION, ROBERT RYAN, and its staff. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and the staff was AMAZING AND COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL. Shout outs to MARK, BETSY, and MICHELLE for making all out wedding dreams come true. BEYOND expectations. AMAZING. I'd give 6 stars if I could. The food was PHONEMICALLY FANTASTIC (open a restaurant so I can have more please!!!!). All our guests RAVED about everything. LOVED IT!

We had our wedding reception at Columbia Station and we couldn't have asked for anything better from Robert Ryan Catering! Everyone that we worked with leading up to our special day was so helpful and professional and truly made our day perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, our event supervisor and all of the staff made sure the service was incredible, and the venue looked beautiful. Robert Ryan Catering generously provided us with everything we asked for and was very helpful along our planning journey and even gave us extra perks in order to make the room look perfect. Our whole wedding reception went so smoothly and just the way we wanted! We have heard nothing but compliments for all of our guests. We appreciate everyone's hard work in making our day so great! We will definitely be recommending Robert Ryan Catering to our friends and would love to work with them again for any future events we may have.

If you have the chance to have Robert Ryan Catering for your event, DO IT, you will not be sorry. They made our wedding day perfect! They provided everything that we asked for and more. The food was exquisite and the presentation was so creative. They came up with so many great and unique ideas after just talking to us once. We received a lot of compliments on the food throughout the night. We had a unique and delicious stationary display and amazing passed hors d'oeuvres. The food was to die for, you could cut the filet with a butter knife, just perfect! I can’t say enough about the staff and how fluidly the Ryan team worked together. The staff was amazing. They were so nice and really wanted to make sure that not only the bride and groom, but every wedding guest was having a great time. Robert Ryan catering made my wedding a HIT. I can't say enough wonderful things about Robert Ryan catering. Even though our wedding was just over a year ago now, our family and friends STILL gush about what a beautiful day it was whenever we talk with them and almost all of the credit for that goes to Kristen and the rest of the Robert Ryan catering staff for immediately understanding my vision and making it even better than I imagined. It was very important for us to keep our wedding local and personal and Kristen had the connections and instinct to make that theme AWESOME. We ended up opting not to do the main meal 100% local (although much of it was local by default, since they like to buy close to home whenever possible and all of their herbs come from the head chef's personal garden), but we did have a beautiful local hors d'ouevres display (on a GORGEOUS wooden farm table Kristen found for us underneath the large tree at Appleford) that included local hummus, spinach dip, goat cheese stuffed phylo cups with honey and blueberries, fried oyster mushrooms, and sweet and hot italian sausage with hearth baked rolls. My sister and I created a large chalkboard sign indicating from which farm each item was sourced and they cleverly displayed that on the farm table. It was easy to set up other personal touches too - we delivered all the decorations and favors the day before and it was all perfectly in place when we arrived at the reception at Appleford. We swapped out their standard coffee with coffee from a Nicaraguan co-op with which I did service work in college. We also swapped out the cake for cupcakes my sister, best friend, and I (well, and half my family) baked the day before the wedding - it turned out awesome! It was unbelievably pleasant to work with Kristen - she was always very responsive, very cheerful, and had suggestions anytime we needed it (i.e. how to order wine and beer for 100 people). My mom and I would turn to each other after each meeting and say, "wow, she's good". Thank you so much!!

From day one Robert Ryan catering was the best thing that happened to my wedding. In fact, they are the only caterer we met with for our reception at the Phoenixville Foundry. We were just so impressed with Bob Ryan and his ability to listen to what we had in mind and literally lay out our vision (with improvements!!) right from the start.

We reserved Robert Ryan Catering in December of 2011 for a June 2013 wedding. They stayed in communication with us throughout the months, reminding us when decisions were due or meetings with them needed to be scheduled. We had our tasting in September 2012 at Columbia Station and brought both our parents who were equally impressed with the food and the service they provided. Then we met with Bob at the Foundry again in April, where he walked us back through the space and talked about some of the "upgrades" RR catering had made since we booked our package. Let's be honest, when it comes to weddings EVERYTHING is an upsell. But not with Robert Ryan. Bob told us about the amazing bar with customizable LED lights and a dark wood bookcase accent, dessert table that spelled out LOVE and the full living room set complete with couches and end tables. And then he told us it was all going to be added to our existing package at no charge because it was now standard for weddings at the Foundry. We were blown away at the value and that is just one of the many examples of the amazing customer service experience we had with Bob and team.

Robert Ryan Catering and Design are extremely skilled professionals that will not only make the experience of planning a wedding very personal, but also very easy. I cannot imagine our wedding day without them!

Robert Ryan Catering was so wonderful to work with. From the moment we met them at an event, until the very last minutes of our reception, we were interacting with truly kind and caring professionals. We did not have a single worry thanks to such a wonderful, hard-working catering company! The food was delicious, visually appealing, and plentiful! They were so accommodating - we met many times to go over menu choices, details, final questions, etc... and at every meeting I left feeling more confident and excited for the big day. On our actual wedding day, my six-year-old vegetarian flower girl got a special meal made just for her, and when my great aunt and uncle needed to leave the reception before dark, their dinners were brought out early so they could enjoy before they left. Robert Ryan Catering also did a beautiful job setting up for the reception; they put out our family photos, set up our seating chart display, and they even let us use their outdoor ceremony space for some lawn games. The server dedicated to my husband and I even chased us down outside while taking photos in the 90 degree weather to bring us ice water - so sweet!
We had an amazing experience with Robert Ryan Catering, and if we had the pleasure of doing everything over again, we would definitely still go with this great caterer! I definitely would recommend them to any couple looking for great quality, communication, and also pricing.

An amazing night, wonderful food, phenominal furniture pieces. Robert Ryan made our wedding one to remember. All of the staff to include our day of coordinator, Julie Weller were amazing. The staff at Robert Ryan Catering/ Columbia Station were TOP NOTCH! From our first meeting to our last they were nothing but humble, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and professional. They were always available to answer my questions which were all the time (shout out to Stephanie and Courtney!) They kept great records of our numerous payments and always kept us updated. They made our day perfect especially Nina our coordinator of the event. The pricing was very reasonable especially since my husband :) and I were footing the bill. They worked with us to put together the perfect package and really worked with our budget.

The food was AMAZING, our guests are still talking about it.

We dropped all of our supplies off the night before and they made the venue appear as if it was made for our wedding.

I really can't say enough great things about my experience with Robert Ryan and the gang. Check them out for yourself and you will know instantly they are the perfect fit!

Robert Ryan Catering was the caterer for our wedding. They were very professional, flexible, super responsive to our every need. Their staff was excellent prior to and during our event. They worked with us on every detail of our wedding and we knew we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything ran very smoothly and we didn't need to worry about one thing the day of the wedding. We would definitely contact them again to caterer another one of our events! Thank you Robert Ryan Catering for everything!

I spent about 15 months planning my wedding, I wanted it to be perfect! When we first went to look at the Columbia Station we loved it! And no, we are not "train people" but you don't have to be to see the beauty in the Columbia Station! We first met with Bob, who is SO passionate about his company, employees and what they have to offer, it was truly inspiring! Once we booked our date I was in contact with Courtney; she is simply amazing. I would call and email her with any question, concern, or issue that needed to be tackled; she has the most positive and helpful attitude of anyone I have ever met! We also met with Kristin, while Bob was out because of an injury, and the transition was flawless. She was able to provide us with ideas and inspiration to create a beautiful wedding day not only for us but our guests as well. Stephanie was there for us when Courtney took on a different role in the company, I was nervous because Courtney was my rock with wedding planning! Again, it was such a smooth transition, Stephanie was quick to reply to phone calls and emails; she was open to what my vision was and worked with me to see it through... We had close to 200 guests; cocktail hour we had 4 bartenders; no guest waited in line for a drink. Butlered appetizers were delicious and in constant flow around the room. The bridal party was in the caboose and we received the same service; constant flow of drinks and apps! They saw my vision through and the inside of the bar room and ballroom looked beautiful! The food was hot and delicious! The servers were great and our day of coordinator, Kristen, did an excellent job! It was truly a pleasure to work with the staff of Robert Ryan Catering and to have our reception at the Columbia Station! I can't thank them enough for helping to create such a memorable day for us!

We had the most wonderful wedding at Columbia Station by Robert Ryan Catering. Everyone was so helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. The room was gorgeous, the food was beyond amazing and the service was top notch. We opted for the mini meal stations which was a variation on a buffet style dinner , but it allowed our guests to chose from 12 different little items. We had several vegans in attendance and they Robert Ryan Catering was able to adapt some of their regular hors d'oeuvres to a vegan version and they were just as fantastic. Kristin Gowen-MacDonald helped us throughout the planning process and I could not have asked for anyone me knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Our bridal party even got to have our own cocktail hour in their caboose- We felt like VIPs which is exactly how a bride and groom should feel. Thank you, Columbia Station!

We had narrowed it down to two caterers & ultimately picked Rob Ryan after I had received an email back from Stephanie Ryan while she was on vacation saying that she wasn't in the office to help, but that she would forward my details to her father and he would get back to me... and within a day he did. The personal service that we recieved from Bob Ryan was beyond supreme.
Then, the food. Our tasting solidified our goal to actually EAT our dinner at our reception. The quality, and selection on our stations have our guests still commenting 3 weeks after the event.
Lastly, I have to rave about two critical members of our experience - Courtney, Bobs assistant, who always was quick to respond - find an answer - and brighten up my day with every email, and Nina - our day of coordinator who made sure the entire event went without a hitch (even when we ran out of Rum Nina quickly had someone run to get us more!)

OH MY GOODNESS I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robert Ryan Catering. If there were more stars to choose from, I would give them 10 out of 5. They are just so spectacular. The customer service is unparalleled. Every single person with whom I dealt was kind, with a great sense of humor, and wonderful organization. All aspects of our wedding were handled flawlessly, the food was DELICIOUS, any tweaks we wanted were honored immediately. I dealt with Courtney Hoff, Stephanie Ryan, and Bob Ryan on a regular basis. The owner came to almost every single meeting, handling our wedding first hand, and he was SO charming and sweet. His daughter, Stephanie, dealt with me for the last few months before the wedding, and regardless of how many emails I sent as we got closer, constantly thinking of more and more questions, she answered every one in a timely manner (sometimes even before 10am on a Sunday morning!). Courtney was my initial handler, setting up all of our preliminaries, and she was incredibly sweet, kind, and organized. Nina handled our day of coordination, and she was perfect, personable, and so on the ball. Every single aspect of our day was handled beautifully, and I could not have been happier. They were all amazing. BOOK THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! If you're a foodie, go for these guys! Their food is amazing, the set-up was beautiful, and the selection of chairs/linens/dishware was GREAT. Every single aspect they handled was just perfect.

I cannot say enough about Robert Ryan Catering!!! The entire staff is amazing and so much fun to work with! Robert Ryan was at every meeting and so responsive, professional and personable!! They were always readily available to answer any questions I had during the whole planning process, not to mention they are ALL so sweet. Robert Ryan Catering and all of the employees were nothing less than exceptional. They handled our every need, question, and concern not only on our wedding day but throughout the planning process. Kristen Gowen-MacDonald was the greatest person to work with throughout this process. She was kind, accommodating and helpful to say the least. Angela (our wedding coordinator) saw that our day ran smoothly and that we stayed running on time. The food was exceptional and so was the service. I am so happy my husband and I chose Robert Ryan to cater our wedding. Everything was perfect that day and they were a big reason why. Stephanie and Angela at Robert Ryan are the most absolutely wonderful people ever! We used them for my sister's wedding and we loved them so much that we used them for my wedding as well. They are a full-service caterer. They provide help with everything from food, to decorations, to timelines and schedules. They are excellent at what they do. My entire family loves them! Their food is delicious- go to a tasting and discover how tasteful their selections are. LOVE THEM!

We loved working with Robert Ryan for our wedding reception at the Columbia Station!!!! They made everything we asked for possible. They were professional and friendly and easy to communicate with. I had one guest with very extensive and specific food restrictions, and Robert Ryan crafted a unique plate just for her after contacting her to make sure that everything they planned would work for her. I would highly, highly recommend Robert Ryan. They also catered the brunch at my parents' house the next morning. Delicious... the most important feedback is this... THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!

AMAZING... PERFECTION... EXTRAORDINARILY DELICIOUS!!! RRC by far is a class act! Bob Ryan and his staff understand a wedding is about the bride and groom! Everything was tailored to meet the needs of Phil and I! The food was out of this world! They went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were the only wedding they had in over a year and a half time span. They were completely dedicated to our wedding! It showed in their presentation and service to not only Phil and I but to all our guests! Courtney Hoff is a ray of sunshine! Each e-mail she sent offered updated information and was presented in an enthusiastic, professional manor!!! Again a huge (font size 72) thank you to Bob, Courtney, Angela and the rest of the RRC staff for a flawless 7-7! As Bob and Caroline DeBottis (from the Foundry) know I love when things are "perfect" and "perfect' is my word... From the very start, Bob and Courtney were a dream to work with. They helped tailor our menu and setup at The Phoenixville Foundry so it truly reflected us and what we wanted on our wedding day. Courtney replied to our e-mails and phone calls promptly and made us feel like her priority each time. The day of our wedding was perfect because of our event coordinator, Rachel. When we started planning our wedding, we knew we were going to hire Robert Ryan Catering because of their reputation. We had heard nothing but the best compliments from couples that used RRC and other people that had used RRC for their catering needs.

During the process of planning our wedding and reception, RRC was incredibly on top off everything. They made planning even more fun. The food at the reception was amazing and I am still hearing compliments from our friends, family and guests.

I do not even know where to begin - Robert Ryan Catering is THAT amazing!

When my husband and I started wedding planning, we really had no idea what we wanted for our big day. We researched several places and one day we drove past Robert Ryan's. My husband remarked that he had eaten there once and the food was so amazing he never forgot it. We saw that they host weddings there and decided to call and set up a meeting. It was the best choice we ever made!

From the initial meeting to the big day, Robert Ryan Catering knows how to make an event seamless and perfect. The food is out of this world amazing. Family and friends kept coming up to us during dinner to tell us how great the food was and how happy they were with everything. I had heard from so many people that you are busy during your reception and do not always get to sit back and enjoy the night: that is NOT the case here! Robert Ryan Catering ensures that you & your new spouse enjoy the evening without a single worry. I had so much fun at my own wedding and the evening was beautiful (despite the rain!).

If you are still searching for a venue, do yourself a favor and call Robert Ryan Catering. Beautiful location, lovely, professional staff, GREAT VALUE (seriously!), amazing food...the list goes on! I cannot say enough about this place - everything was perfect and I cannot thank them enough!

Thank you Robert Ryan Catering for everything you did to make our wedding so wonderful! From our first meeting with Bob, we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. These two traits were consistent throughout the entire wedding process with RRC - from initial meeting to preparation to execution. Courtney was incredible to work with while we coordinated all details related to food and service - she was positive, responsive, understanding, and flexible. After our tasting, we expected delicious food at our wedding, and we were not disappointed. The appetizers and entrees were wonderful, and we received many, many compliments. The service, however, exceeded our expectations. Angela and her staff perfectly executed all aspects of service at the reception. Drinks were butlered at all the right times to prevent lines at the bar, my husband and I were met with a server dedicated to make sure that we had enough food/drink, and the entire event ran like clockwork. There are not even enough words to even begin to explain just how amazing the staff at Robert Ryan are. My mom found them in the phonebook 16 years ago when we were in a pinch for my sister's rehearsal dinner. From then on we have used them for every occassion; from my sweet 16 party to my parent's house warming party. They truly define a family business. For our wedding weekend, we used them for both our rehearsal dinner at their venue The Columbia Station and then as the caterers for our wedding at the Phoenxiville Foundry. I never have met anyone as passionate about food at Bob Ryan. My husband said he wants a recording of Bob's voice to listen to because he decribes food in a way that no one else can. And the descriptions are nothing compared to their presentation of food! It's truly art. And it tastes AMAZING. Bob is also backed by an unbelieveable staff. His assistant Courtney is not only the most helpful person I've ever worked with, she is by far the nicest woman you'll ever meet. Bob's day-of coordinator Angela is a super woman. I don't know how she does it, but she runs a wedding as if there are 6 of her. Everyone at Robert Ryan is extremely talented, dedicated and some of the friendliest peopele in the industry. Everyone should be lucky enough to work with a group of people like the folks at Robert Ryan. They really provide a personal element to such a large event and we are SO thankful for everything they did to make our wedding as amazing as it was.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Ryan Catering. We had our wedding at their venue, Columbia Station, on 11.4.11. Starting with all of the meetings and communications we had before the event, the staff at Robert Ryan was extremely prompt and gracious in responding to all my questions. Kristen and Stephanie were amazing! They were organized, thorough, and very friendly. All of my emails and calls were returned on the day that I sent/placed them. When I dropped off all our various wedding supplies the day before, the staff made me feel completely confident that everything would go exactly as I pictured. And it did!
On the day of the wedding, my wedding party was greeted in the caboose with appetizers and a champagne toast. The staff was awesome at checking on our party throughout the cocktail hour time, making sure we always had drinks and had plenty of hors d'Oeuvres. Brides told me all the time that they didn't get to eat at their reception - not me! I also heard after the fact that the servers found my mom and brought her out a selection of the hot hors d'Oeuvres for her at her cocktail table - that level of service is awesome! They knew the MOB needed to eat and made sure it happened!
During the reception, our coordinator, Alia, was amazing - always checking on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy. The food was elegantly prepared and absolutely delicious - and hot! My guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. All of the wedding events went perfectly, and our tables were set up exactly how I envisioned.
If you're planning a wedding in the area, do not hesitate to choose Robert Ryan Catering. You will absolutely be blown away by the friendliness, level of services and quality of product you will receive.

From our first contact with Bob Ryan in November last year, we knew that his company was going to be our choice for our Daughter Marisa's Wedding Reception. Throughout the planning process, tasting of the Cocktail Hour and Entree selections, plus the day of Wedding was an outstanding experience. Bob, Courtney, Stephanie and Angela our Wedding coordinator the night of the reception. including the wait staff were fabulous. Angela's attentive manner throughout the evening to ensure that every detail was met for Marisa and our guests was constant from the time we walked in till the end of the reception. Finally, what can we say about the food other than it was Delicious and every guest commented on the quality, taste and presentation. From day one, Robert Ryan was as professional as could be. Bob is completely honest with everything up front, so there are no surprises when you get the final bill or see the final set up. We were a little nervous at first, since we had our reception at the Phoenixville Foundry, and we needed to hire a caterer. Most places, like Country Clubs, have people working for them that take care of everything. The Foundry was different - we needed a caterer to run everything. Our nerves went right away the first time we talked to Bob. He is so professional, and caters to your every need. His assistants, such as Courtney, respond so quickly to every email/phone call.

Most importantly, the food is absolutely phenomenal! I can't say enough about the presentation and taste of the food. We had so many compliments from our guests.

I would highly recommend Robert Ryan to anyone looking for a caterer - they pay so much attention to detail that I promise you will not be disappointed!

Robert Ryan made it easy and effortless to get everything together we needed to have a fantastic wedding. We were more of a do-it-yourself couple and we were shocked at the amount of time and effort the staff put into our wedding. It was hard to not be in control-but they did a supurb job of calming our nerves and making sure everything was set up correctly. Everyone was raving about the food- from the savory appetizers to the sit down meals, our guests were extremely happy with our selections because they were delicious! The staff catered to the couples familes and our parent's were pleasently surprised at the great service. Robert Ryan was all around a pleasure to work with and are complete wedding professionals!

If you want innovative and tasty food for you wedding or event then Robert Ryan is perfect for you. The food at our wedding was more than we could ask for thanks to Robert Ryan. They have an endless menu to choose from, or would work with you if you wanted something a little different. Bob and his crew always had new ideas they were working on to keep their menu expanding and current, and changed with the season. There was an endless amount of food from cocktail hour to dessert. The food was all very hot and tasty for each guest and got rave reviews from everyone!

Bob Ryan and Columbia Station and ALL the staff were wonderful to work with and followed through with absolutely everything they promised. The food was great and the venue is absolutely awesome. We had the ceremony outside in the garden area on a beautiful day in June and it was just so special. We have gotten so many compliments on the ceremony and our choice of venues. I would HIGHLY recommend Bob Ryan and his staff, as well as Columbia Station. Special thanks to Robin, our event coordinator!

Robert Ryan Catering and Columbia Station were phenomenal when it came to planning my wedding. I was very impressed and so happy with the staff. Courtney Hoff was who I worked with through out every step and she was so helpful and sweet and made my wedding planning so much easier. The food was incredible. We loved the choice of appetizers and entrees. We received many compliments from our guests on how good the food was. Bob Ryan knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to food and service. Robin was very good the day of the wedding also. She made sure everything ran smooth and did a wonderful job. I can't express enough how pleased and happy my husband, my family and I were with Robert Ryan and Columbia Station. They made my wedding day perfect and I was sad to see the day over. Thank you so much to everyone at Robert Ryan Catering, especially Courtney, Bob and Robin!

Robert Ryan is a fantastic catering company. The food selections, first of all are so numerous it was really easy to decide what to serve because there were so many options. The head chef, and a great majority of their staff are always attending seminars and trainings in order to bring the best to their events. They also take into consideration the time of season and provide options that would fit every event theme. The quality of their food and the way it is prepared is beyond words. I made sure to eat on the night of my wedding (as difficult as it was at times with guests wanting to talk) because the food tasted so great. We have heard nothing but compliments from our guests as well on what a fantastic job Robert Ryan did with the food preparation and the service. There were times in the room where the bridal party was waiting while having cocktail hour, when they made specific requests for hor'devours and they were brought out right away. All of the staff were dress exquisitely and the day of the event coordinator was fantastic, Alia. She made sure every detail was perfect. She also checked in with me as events were to take place to make sure I was ready to do them, like cut the cake, toss the bouquet and such. This is a wonderful company and everyone is extremely friendly and kind!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Robert Ryan was to work with. I had a very specific vision for our reception and they executed it even better than I could have imagined. They worked with us to create a menu that we wanted - even though some of the dishes were new to them. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy. They set up all of the centerpieces, a candy buffet, dessert table, and tons of extras perfectly - they were like a caterer and wedding coordinator in one! Throughout the planning process they were extremely responsive and open to all of our ideas. Angela and the rest of her day of team were amazing. They found us outside (in the freezing cold) while we were taking pictures to being us appetizers and drinks. And the food was beyond amazing. Our photographers said it was the best food they have had at a wedding in a long time - and they go to a lot of weddings! We are just sad we didn't get a chance to taste more of it now. People are still raving about how wonderful everything was. We just wish we could go back for a tasting now to try everything we missed that night. The entire Robert Ryan staff was a joy to work with and they made our reception everything we imagined and more!

I have had 2 events catered by Robert Ryan and they have both been absolutely perfect. Both events were off-site. Their professionalism and perfectionism really showed through and made my wedding day perfect. They made sure everything was perfect so I didn't have to worry about anything. And they were also very fair on price. The value we received was incredible!

The Columbia Station is a beautiful, eloquent venue. To top it off Robert Ryan Catering is wonderful!! They are very attentive to every need you have. The food is amazing and the staff is so helpful with everything. I would recommend this facility and Robert Ryan to any bride!

We could not be happier with our wedding, which includes both the food and location at Columbia Station. They were great to work with and threw an even better event. After searching high and low for the right place and the right price, we found a gold mine. Not many places had a better price, and those that did, certainly did not have the ambience and quality of food that Columbia Station had to offer. I would recomend it to anyone.

Robert Ryan catering does not only have amazing food, but they are extremely accommodating and helpful. They really made me feel that my wedding was special and they would do whatever they could to make my day unique to me. They were very helpful creating a meal plan that I enjoyed and that fit my budget. I would use Robert Ryan catering again in a second!

Our October 29th wedding ceremony and reception with Robert Ryan Catering at their venue, Columbia Station was the happiest day of our lives. From the moment we arrived (an hour before ceremony) we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Everything was perfectly set up, just the way my husband and I had envisioned. Our event was run like a tight ship. Everything went smoothly...again, just as we had hoped. Details were first class! The food was wonderful as were the ever flowing drinks. Our assigned day of coordinator, Alia, was as best as they come. I felt so relieved knowing she was running everything and I could relax and thoroughly enjoy myself. She's definitely a keeper. And who wouldn't love working with the Robert Ryan family? Everyone was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions leading up to our day.
Our guests are still calling and emailing telling us it was the best reception they have ever been to. I would relive this day a million times over and I each time I would have our event with Robert Ryan. I'm really going to miss my communication(s) with them. They will always hold a special for my husband and me. If you don't go there and see for yourself, you're missing out.

My fiance Brendan and I spent months looking for the perfect caterer for our October 15th wedding at The Merion Tribute House. From the first phone call I made to Robert Ryan Catering they were nothing less than the best. Our first tasting was completely impressive and our final product was amazing, piping hot and beautiful. All of our wedding guests have complimented on how organized our seated dinner was, the servers knew who every person was at each table and what they were having for dinner.

Finally, after doing our research regarding other caterers you definitely get way more for your money from Robert Ryan.

Lastly, the entire Ryan Family made us feel like a family member, not just a customer. They did everything to make our day perfect!
