  The Everton's were great to work with. I contacted them about my son's wedding after searching the Internet when he first proposed. The wedding date ended up being about a year later! Robert stayed in touch via email and provided us with excellent package choices. He and Holly made the day such a fun event. They were part of the "experience" and I am so glad I selected them.

  Robert Everton Photography shot my wedding this summer and did an amazing job! All of my friends and family have been asking me for copies of pictures ever since they have seen my album. They arrived early, stayed throughout the ceremony and reception and accommodated all of my family members (even the difficult ones!) for family portraits. At times the day was stressful for me but the photos don't show a shred of it at all. They had a great mix of candid and artistic photos among all the portraits we had requested. During the consultation we had gone over everything we had wanted for our photos and what we were looking for, and he delivered every bit of it. They have a great sense of humor and are a great value for your money. We recommend them to anyone who wants photographers that fit right in to your family.

  Robert and Holly offer a variety of packages and flexibility to meet any wedding style and budget. My husband and I are very happy with photographs and Robert was very easy to work with. We were glad we were as specifica as we were with our desires and tastes, they really catered to our wishes.

  Last year, my wife and I hired Robert and Holly as our wedding photographers. They arrived on-time and took hundreds of great pictures for the event. Even though the pictures were high quality, it took a while to access to the digital copies, as the owners cited computer problems for the delay. We paid up-front for the upgraded photography package, which included some albums and prints. Unfortunately, it took more than nine months to receive these items, resulting in me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. However, after some open communication with Robert, we were able to come to terms and we did finally receive the products as promised in our contract. I have since closed the BBB complaint. Even though I can't say my wife and I had the best experience with their company, I hear they've changed their billing practices and are working very hard to turn their business around.

  Robert was very responsive when we inquired about hiring him to photograph our wedding. He offered a free session of engagement photos and was willing to meet us when we were in Charlottesville, planning our wedding. Once we signed a contract with Robert, he became less responsive and after we paid in full (on the day of wedding), he became even more unresponsive. The quality of the photos was good, considering his price, but we never received the final products (albums) that were promised to us and it's been over a year since these items were guaranteed to us, following our contract. I would not recommend Robert Everton Photography if you want to get quality memories of your special day and a responsive photographer.

  My husband and I were married 9/27/14 in Warrenton, VA, at the manor home (turned professional wedding venue) in which I was born. When seeking a photographer, Robert and Holly stood out, due to their portfolio, responsiveness, and willingness to meet with us as far out as Annapolis for our engagement photos, and negotiate great package pricing! Initially, everything was great... our engagement photos (shot in downtown Annapolis) were lovely; they traveled all the way to us without complaint, took as much time as we wanted, and promptly returned the photos, retouched and all! Unfortunately, our experience since the ACTUAL wedding, has left much to be desired. We haven't had contact with Robert or Holly since May, which was prompted after my father (who footed the bill) threatened legal action for the fact that they have yet to fulfill the contract, which was paid in full prior to the event. As I sit here, staring at the blank wall in my living room where my beautiful wedding photos should be displayed, I am reminded of the shocking disappointment that we have relived over and over again in dealing with this SHADY, so-called businessman and his wife, and refuse to become resolved to the fact that I may NEVER receive my memories of that day.

  Robert Everton photography did an amazing job taking photos for our engagement and wedding photos but receiving the albums and photo prints has been a hassle. We have paid everything in full and have had little to no response from them. My 1 year anniversary is coming up and I am very disappointed. I have tried to contact them so many times and we are at the bottom of their bucket list. I'm crying with such disappointment because I didn't think paying in full would result in receiving photos much later.
