I had the best experience working with Stephanie on my wedding invitations! She is incredibly talented, organized, kind, and professional. From the very beginning, her communication was amazing—she kept me on track with a clear timeline and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. My sister had worked with her for her wedding as well and loved her, so I already knew I was in great hands. Stephanie listened to my vision, offered beautiful design ideas, and brought everything to life perfectly. I’m so grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her more! -

Bridal shower/ Wedding signage
I can’t say enough about working with Stephanie from Robedee Design! She worked with me for my bridal shower, wedding day and now my thank you notes. She has an amazing vision and she captured everything I wanted perfectly! She gave an extremely organized timeline and multiple rounds of proofs to make sure we got it all perfect. She’s kind, available and extremely accommodating. I got so many compliments on all of the signage and invites she did for me. She is a pro and amazing at what she does! She was a huge part of my bridal era, I can confidently say I couldn’t have done it without her!

Robedee Designs created our invitations, welcome mirror and mirrored seating chart for our July 2022 wedding. Meeting and working with Stephanie has been such a blessing. Her attention to detail, pure talent, and ability to create exactly what we had envisioned for our special day is unmatchable. She truly listened to our needs and made the process of designing these special pieces so enjoyable. Stephanie created the most beautiful, unique pieces for us and our guests to enjoy. We have since then framed the invitation, and the welcome mirror, so that we can cherish these one-of-a-kind pieces forever!

I would absolutely recommend Robedee Design. Stephanie helped us create the most beautiful invitations with a personalized wax seal and hand calligraphy on each envelope. My husband and I had the best experience working with Stephanie from start to finish. Stephanie is patient, creative and understood the clean modern look I was going for and worked within my budget. With the many revisions and changes along the way, Stephanie was always flexible and happy to make the edits with my ever changing vision and style. We received so many compliments on our sophisticated and classic invitations and were so happy with how they turned out.
We also used Stephanie for our menus and placecards and are so happy we did. With the guest list constantly changing, Stephanie made the necessary constant revisions up until just a few days before the wedding when we had a few last minute dropouts and got us the placecards with time to spare!

Responsible, creative, & kind
We found Stephanie on Instagram and immediately put an inquiry in about her work. We were on a tight budget but she was eager to get started with designing and working with our budget. At no point did Stephanie shame us for our small budget, but instead she worked to bring our vision to life. She was so kind and patient with answering our questions and making our last minute changes. Honestly, I don’t know how she put up with us! She is a true artist - and honest at that. We love Stephanie, and can’t wait for our next big event in life because we are definitely sticking with her!!! Another thing we loved about Stephanie is that - unlike other vendors - she wasn’t turned off by the fact that our wedding was more than 1 year from the date we reached out to her. During COVID times, we thought this was important. We wanted vendors to be excited to work with us just as much as we were with them. Thanks Stephanie! You rock. -

I highly recommend this vendor for wedding invitations. Our invitations were simply unreal with the attention to detail and how unique they were. Our wedding was held on a horse farm and Stephanie was able to replicate the barn where our reception was taking place and include a wax seal of a horse head. All of these special details really made our invitations stand out and added a special touch. Stephanie also designed our rustic wooden seating chart. I was pressed for time leading up to the wedding and Stephanie helped me create my seating chart and sent me a fool proof excel sheet to work off of. This really helped me out big time and relieved me of a lot of the stress leading up to the big day. I cannot recommend Stephanie more!!!!!!!! -

Amazing Wedding Vendor!
I can't say enough good things about working with Stephanie! She was such a pleasure to work with - from the start (planning our first wedding, which was postponed due to Covid) to the end - every detail was perfect! We worked with Stephanie on our beautiful wedding invitations, and day-of items for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Since Covid restrictions were still in place (October 2021 bride), everything was very complicated, BUT Stephanie made it so easy! She's incredibly organized, thorough, and so helpful for an indecisive bride and groom, with families who had a lot of opinions! I highly highly recommend working with Stephanie and Robedee Design! -

My invitations came out AMAZING!! Like pinterest, instagram, magazine worthy. And it was all done in my budget.
Stephanie was my favorite wedding vendor to work with. She took the time to truely understand my vision and brought it to life. She was very communicative - I never had to question where we were in the process or when the next step would be completed. She is a perfectionist, which I so appreciate! At one point something came back from the printer that she was not 100% happy with ( for the record, I thought it looked great). She took it upon herself to have the printer redo it- at no cost to me.
If you are looking for one of a kind invitations, and a communicative vendor to work with who actually cares about your unique vision, then look no further!

Stephanie has been a dream to work with!! We were so lucky to find her on Instagram as she did an event at our original venue. We worked with Stephanie for our custom invitation suite. It was exactly what we envisioned with letterpress, the most perfect script fonts and gold edges. She was so detail oriented and worked with us patiently as we reviewed tons of fonts - my name starts with A “L” and my husbands with a “Z” so in lots of fonts they look to similar. We probably drove her crazy, but she was so accommodating. After we sent out our invitations, actually 2 weeks before our RSVP due date we postponed our wedding due to covid. Stephanie was kind enough to make an image announcing our postponement to email to our guests. We then worked with her for reprint pricing for our rescheduled date (ultimately opted for an evite since it was only 34 guests) but she did also make a welcome sign for us for our day of. She was incredible to work with, so detailed, so organized and just really made us feel like we were the only clients she had! She is the most kind and thoughtful, we would recommend anyone and everyone to work with her! -

Amazing Invites & More!
Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She helped us every step of the way with our very unique wedding invitation vision. I had a few different invitation vendors try and steer me away from my idea but Stephanie was all in and helped bring our invites to life!
She was so creative, when a certain floral or font wasn’t working she would find 5 more options that were perfect. She was never pushy, but helped steer us in the right direction and give her expertise every step of the way.
The invites came out amazing, so rich, vibrant, and different from anything I’ve seen. Our welcome wedding sign and seating chart also came out outstanding! I’m still getting comments on all 3 items, and really who ever remembers the signs at a wedding! I am so happy we went with Robedee Design! -

Stephanie Doyle of Robedee Designs is AMAZING! Throughout the entire wedding planning process she was responsive and informative. She delivered our invitations in a reusable plastic tote. The invitations were so amazing she handled ALL of the day of stationery and signage (Welcome sign, in loving memory, seating chart, table numbers, menus, programs) and wedding cake topper! I knew I wanted a certain look and feel for my invitations, but felt extremely overwhelmed after spending hours scrolling on pinterest and searching dozens of websites. Once I reached out to Stephanie, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was beyond helpful from start to finish by listening to my vision, helping me stay within my price range, and truly brining my dream invitations to life. From the sparkly rose gold card-stock to the specific script font I fell in love with, she perfectly captured every design element I envisioned and somehow made it more beautiful than I could have imagined. She was always super quick to respond and worked on finalizing my designs over a holiday weekend just to ensure I had my invitations on time. To top it all off, she hand-delivered everything to my door in the cutest packing ever. She pays close attention to detail and is amazing at what she does. My invites went out just a few days ago and I immediately received texts from friends and family raving about how gorgeous they are. I 100% recommend Robedee design and would absolutely work with Stephanie again in a heart beat!

Meagan Sent on 04/09/2018Stephanie is an excellent designer! We are so happy that we worked with her to create our wedding invitations. We decided to go with a tri-fold invitation with an extra details card and a RSVP card. Not only did she present fair prices within our requested budget, but she also customized the design for us. Stephanie matched the plum accent color on the border to our bridesmaids' dresses, and created custom floral designs to match my bouquet.
She also paid careful attention to detail when managing our long list of addresses, which were typed on the envelopes in beautiful plum ink. From the start of the design phase, through the proofing process, and all the way to final printing, everything was perfect! I recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a stress-free designer to help make their dream invitations! -
