beautiful, great quality, great selection
My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band at Robbins Brothers. They did not have the wedding band that matches my engagement ring in-store ,but were able to order it from the company. Also ,they have a beautiful selection, great customer service, and a promise program to help maintain jewelry and keep it cleaned/serviced . My husband also got me a beautiful necklace from Robbins Brothers as a wedding day gift. We recommend them for their quality, services, and selections! -

Great selection, great customer service
We had a great experience at the Arlington, TX location. They had a great selection of wedding bands for both my husband and I. Reginald, our consultant was amazing and helped me (I’m super indecisive) narrow down my choices and take home the band I loved and will love for tests to come! -

High quality selection, unbeatable customer service
My husband and I went ring shopping several months before he proposed, and he allowed me to pick the ring design I loved at Robbins Brothers to avoid a disappointment on what should be a special day. We worked with consultant Kamal B. at the Robbins Brothers in Dallas (off the tollway) when we purchased the engagement ring and eventually both wedding bands, and he was extremely relaxed and down-to-earth. Robbins Brothers was our first choice for rings, and our experience from start to finish just confirms that we made the right decision to shop there. It is a bit pricier, but you can't beat the level of service (even after your wedding) and beautiful selection that they have to offer. I really appreciate that we can get our rings cleaned at any time at any location, with basically no wait, and the lifetime service policy they offer. I definitely recommend to any future brides and grooms. -

The woman in the store helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. They were able to customize a ring just for me and gave me and my fiance good options for payment! I will definitely be going back when we make any other jewelry purchases! -

The perfect ring
I was so picky about my engagement ring (I don’t wear a lot of jewelry and will wear this the rest of my life!) we went to 17 different places to look at rings. Robbins Brothers has exactly what I wanted, if we had started there, the whole process would have been much easier! Conveniently, they also had a matching wedding band for me! -

Fantastic!
I looked online for a place to get an engagement ring for a trip my girlfriend and I were taking in a few days. I had looked online and done research but for some reason never considered how long it would take to prepare the ring. Dominique helped me the moment I got to the door. I told her what it was I was looking for and within 10 min had some of the best service, 3 gorgeous options that looked exactly like what I wanted, and a promise it was gonna be ready In time. If I could rate Robbins Brothers and Dominique more than 5 stars I would. I had my ring in a day and it turned out the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. If you’re in the Arlington area I recommend going to see them. Now I’m back from Mexico happily engaged! -

My husband purchased my engagement ring on his own, and was very impressed with the customer service. He stated his sales person was very helpful, helping him find a setting and center stone for my ring. I absolutely fell in love and knew they put time into my design. We later went in to purchase our wedding bands for the big day, and were very please with our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend to any future brides. -

My ring is Peter Lam and I am so in love and impressed by the 2 day resizing policy (other stores are about two weeks) as well as free polishing whenever I want! WOULD RECOMMEND COMPLETELY -

My fiancé's experience with picking my engagement ring went very well. He went all on his own and his sales associate, Stacey, really helped him through the process. My fiancé had a lot of questions and was very particular, but Stacey was quite patient and knowledgeable. In the end, she helped him select/design the perfect engagement ring that he had in mind for me. My fiancé and I went back to Robbins Brothers to pick our wedding bands, and our experience went just as well. Stacey was able to help me find a band that beautifully complemented my engagement ring. When it came to selecting a wedding band for my fiancé, Stacey was able to inform us of all the different metals and styles for men. Together, we were able to decide on the perfect ring for my fiancé. Robbins Brothers is a high-quality jewelry store with service to match. -

Our consultant at Robbins Brothers was very helpful, easy to work with, and friendly. We had been looking at multiple places for a wedding band, and were just never sure what would match my engagement ring. The lady who helped us got a feel for what we were looking for and specifically showed us a band that she took from elsewhere in the showroom that ended up matching my ring perfectly. I love Robbins Bros. I am so happy my fiance got my engagement ring at Robbins. We shopped around at a few other stores, but Robbins had the best section for us. And for one flat rate, we now have a lifetime service plan on the ring, so if any stones are lose or fall out, they fix it for free, immediately in the store. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my ring cleaned or fixed. We also bought our wedding bands at Robbins and we received great customer service. I have also been to the Arlington location and they have the same quality of service. -

My fiancé and I used John from the Robins Brothers in Dallas and he was absolutely amazing! Not only did he assist us in any questions we had but he also did not put pressure on us to make a decision right away. Because we had family diamonds we wanted to use, John assured us they could have a ring specially made. It is so perfect and the Robins Brothers jewelers did an amazing job. If you are looking for a ring in store, they have so many beautiful options! I would highly recommend Robins Brothers in Dallas! -

My husband and 'i loved our experience with the Dallas Robbins Brothers store. They were really helpful and we were able to find the perfect engagement ring.
When my husband and my dad went to pick up my ring my dad was so impressed he ordered a new wedding band from them (as he had lost his a few weeks earlier.) A few days later my dad found his old wedding band, so he called them and they agreed to switch out his purchase for my husbands wedding band instead. They were so kind to work with us. Once the ring came in I was so booked with wedding details they asked if I would like them to mail it to my home instead, they did and it was PERFECT! I could not have asked for a better experience! -

The sales person we had was awesome. He first asked me what I was looking for in a ring, then showed me what they had similar to what I described. The salesman saw that I was still unsure about the rings available. So, he showed me a wedding band that I fell in love with and told me that they could customize that band for me, and place the princess cut diamond that I loved in that band for me. My fiancé ended up going with that choice and surprised me with it in December 2014, and it turned out AMAZING! I am so in love with my ring! I had no idea that customizing a ring like that was possible, but thanks to Robbins Brothers I know have a better ring than I could ask for! We always received excellent customer service when we walked into any of their locations. We will definitely continue to use Robbins Brothers for any future jewelry needs! -

I love Robbins Brothers! A few years ago when my sister got engaged, her ring was from Robbins' Brothers, so they were at the top of my list when I thought of places to look at rings.
I love the variety of ring styles they have. They were a huge help when my then-boyfriend-now-fiance' and I went to look at rings together.
I love the lifetime warranty they offer - it's such a relief knowing that as long as I go in every year to have my ring cleaned and inspected, if it's ever missing a stone I can get it replaced. I've already had to do that once. I did have to leave it for a few days for the replacement.
They may be pricier than other jewelery stores but I think they're worth every penny. -

My fiance' found a ring at Robbins Brothers. He shopped for rings without knowing what my taste and style was but the store did an amazing job providing recommendations. He was able to pick out and customize the setting and stone. Robbins Brothers was the first store he went to and he did not have to look elsewhere since they had such a great selection with an array of price points. He was not looking to purchase that day originally but ended up doing so since he found a great setting and stone for the price. When he got it appraised afterwards, it was worth more than what he paid! I recommend purchasing the lifetime insurance on your engagement ring! They clean it anytime you want and require a yearly inspection to maintain the ring. Totally worth it since I already have to resize it twice and repair a prong. Great customer service and speedy repairs/resizing. We ended up purcharsing my fiance's wedding band here too! -

Robbins Brothers was absolutely fabulous to work with! My fiance took me by while we were in Dallas for an evening. They were so helpful and the customer service was stellar. I was able to show them pictures of what I liked and they guided me through picking out just the right ring. Somehow my fiance was even able to buy the ring that night while we were there without me knowing a thing. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for an engagement ring. -

My husband and I bought our wedding bands at this location, and we are very pleased by our purchases. When I took my band to get sized a couple of weeks before the big day, I discovered that my ring size had shrunk, and they promised to have a smaller size for me in the next few days. The ring arrived and was completed on time at no extra cost which speaks to their great customer service and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this location for any engagement/wedding ring needs. -

My fiance bought my engagement ring here with the warranty. I have had it cleaned and dipped once so far. The ring looks great and the certified diamond is very secure. My only complaints are that they do not have sales and they can be slow to help you if they are busy. You do definitely get. what you pay for there...a very beautiful quality ring. -

The service experience was superb at Robins Brothers: we were greeted when we enter the door (the salesman even remembers us from my annual check!) and we were offered warm drinks in a comfortable seating area. Even if "engagement rings" are a very select niche, it's nice to be pampered a bit.
Robins Brothers produced a very unique, classic engagement ring with a matching wedding band. Love it! I still marvel at the way it reflects light. #newlyweds :)

The first time we went there to look at engagement rings they were so helpful and walked me through all the rings they had because it can be a bit overwhelming. Shelly was wonderful!!! She was very patient with us in selecting a wedding band for my fiance. My son purchased his wife's wedding set from this location. Her center stone became loose 3 times in the last 2 years and last night she sent me a picture of her ring with the diamond missing. She was pretty upset and I offered to meet her at the store in case she needed help from an overprotective mother-in-law!
We were greeted by Eric and as soon as she explained what was going he apologized for the problem, got information and went to look up the purchase/repair history. When he returned he had already contacted the ring manufacturer and sat us down to discuss possible solutions. He said the manufacturer had sold approx 1700 sets since 2007 and had only 3 returnes. The manufacturer offered to remake the ring by hand because it was now out of their line, but they still had the Cad drawings. Eric explained that Robbin Bros would replace the diamond with the exact same quality and had one in his hand to show us. He could tell my daughter-in-law was not comfortable with the setting, even though it was clear there were no manufacturing flaws with the actual design. He then took her into the showroom and showed her other sets by the same manufacturer that would be close in the price range of her current ring. She found a set she loved and he pulled it, talked with the manufacturer who agreed to the trade (slight upgrade) and told her he would have it sized and ready for pick up in 2 days.
Honestly, our heads were spinning because we expected a much different experience. Eric defused all anger and frustration before it could happen. He repeatly told us he just wanted us to be happy and would do whatever it took to resolve the problem. This was the best customer service experience I think I have ever had and I am 52 years old and ran a customer service department for 11 years. This was just so refreshing. I will recommend this store to anyone I know planning a wedding and I found a little something I want my husband to see!

We worked with the store in Arlington TX, Eric and Smitty are both amazing! We were in the store so much that they knew us by name! They were always friendly and quick on jeweler services! We bought all our rings, and day of Jewelry from them and the service was impeccable, we worked with two jewelers who were very knowledgable, helped customize our rings and did not force us into anything we didn't want when we walked in. My rings are beautiful!! I've had to have my rings re-sized a few times to find the right size! My fingers tend to swell a lot but each time they re-sized it and had back to me within a couple of days! Anytime I need it cleaned they were happy to do it right then...and I've never waited more than 15 minutes.
I love my rings and I'm happy that I have a company that's dependable to care for them. -

I have had NOTHING but positive experiences with this Robbins Brothers Store. Before we were engaged we visited this store. It was a little intimidating at first, but they truly were cost friendly and the clerks took just as much time with us barely working college students as they would have a millionaire.
I returned to the store to purchase my Husbands wedding band and I am VERY pleased with the product and once again the service. I quite honestly LOVE this store and think of it as a family jeweler!

They have such a wonderful selection and all of their diamonds are certified fair trade diamonds. I would recommend going in as early as you can for your wedding band, especially if you have petite hands like I do. The band almost didn't make it in time, but Robbins Brothers was so professional. We purchased my engagement ring from Robbins Brothers. It is a beautiful ring and I could not be happier with it, but we were unable to purchase a band due to us moving away from Robbins Brothers in Texas to Tennessee where they have none. Also they do not service your rings in Tennessee, so when we paid for the warranty they expect me to mail my ring to Texas to have it cleaned now. They also only had a $1000 dollar wedding band to match my engagement ring, they said it was the only one they had that would fit the contour, which was ridiculous, we paid a lot for the engagement ring and I didn't want an expensive band, something simple to not take away from my engagement ring, but they did not offer it. We ended up purchasing wedding bands at Jarred and were pleased with those, contour fit perfectly as well. Overall Robbins Brothers does well to sell you something and did cut my new husband a great deal after he haggled about a diamond he found at Zales, their prices aren't set, but service after you purchase isn't as great. -

I don't even know where to start.. I was very disappointed to find out a year later, that the ring we had payed for was half the size it was suppose to be. This is what had happend... we had gone to the store and picked out a ring together and the sales associate had taken our information down. My then bf went to the store to purchase the ring and questioned the sales associate if it was the correct ring. The sales associate had ensured him that it was the correct ring and even said the product number had matched up. Well, at first glance I had felt something was different about the ring, but even got reassurance from the sales associate, that we had purchased the right ring. We went for the 1 year cleaning and the sales associate saw me looking at the rings in the case and I found the same exact ring, but it seemed bigger. I asked what the product number was and it was the same exact product number that we had purchased. Then I asked why my ring appeared smaller and the sales associate had stated that it was, because the designer had revamped the design, and that they didn't have any control over that. I told our story that at first glance it appeared different and we wanted to get our ring updated to the larger ring, because that was the one we had both fell in love with at first glance. The sales associate had gotten into contact with both the home office in CA and the designer Simon G. and finds out the ring had not been revamped and that the designer had sent four rings that were a smaller version of the actual product by accident. Basically we got less product and then I asked if they were going to contact the other three people and they said no... but if they came back to the store and noticed that they would exchange the item. Also, I couldn't just exchange my ring and get another ring. I had to wait over three months for the designer to get me a ring. Then when the ring came in the pink stones on the side were white... Then the sales associate tried to tell me it was a light pink and it was the same pink as the ring that I had before. After that I told them I wanted pink stones and they said that they would check to see if the other ring had darker pink/purple stones and if it didn't that I would have to pay more money. So I ended up being right and I had to wait another month or so for the correction. I do have to give credit at the end to the sales associate for being patient and communicating with me, the designer and the home office in order to correct my issues with the ring. We only wished the purchase would have been correct from the start and after all of the issues we had they could've offered us a discount off our wedding bands, right? -

I absolutly love my engagement ring that my husband picked out - but I had to take it back several times to be fixed. First the solder joint cracked in half, then one of the small diamonds fell out and finally they had to make the prongs on my main stone larger because I could spin the diamond in them! Then when we went to purchase our wedding bands they sized our fingers. His came in perfect - mine came in a half size too large, why they even bothered to call and say they were ready I will never know since my ring was clearly not ready! On a good note - they do have some very beautiful rings and their employees are all very nice. -

I LOVE the style of the Tacori rings, so I went to Robbin's Brothers as I knew they were an authorized dealer (my husband let me pick out my setting after proposing).
The guy who helped me pick out my setting put in a request to have the ring from the Dallas store shipped to Houston as they did not have it there for me to see in person. He said it would take a day or two, but it took 2 weeks for it to get there. When I went to go see it, I was told that the guy shouldn't have done that, and I was getting scolded for his actions. Anyhow, the girl who was helping me that day told me that setting could accommodate a princess cut diamond - I placed my order for the setting, matching wedding band, and my husband's band that day.
I don't know what happened but when I got the call saying the rings had arrived, I went to the store and no one could find them. This happened TWO times. When they finally arrived, I was told that I had to pay an additional charge as there was an upcharge for the setting to accommodate a princess cut - something that I asked about when ordering and was told there would be no additional cost. The store manager said that there was nothing they could do about it, and there was never an apology for the TWO sales people misinforming me. At that point, I wish I could have gotten a refund. They also tried to charge me for setting my diamond in the new setting which I was also told we would not be charged for.
After that, my diamond kept coming loose - so loose I had to take it in to get tightened every month. I kept being told that I was too rough on my ring causing that to happen - very offensive as I am SUPER careful. This happened repeatedly, and the last time I went in, I threw a fit. They suggested putting a bit of metal on top of the diamond in the corners so it could not come loose anymore, and it seems to have fixed the issue...only time will tell.
Overall, POOR customer service, POORLY trained employees. Go elsewhere. -

What a nightmare
I purchased my husband a beautiful black tungsten wedding band in September 2015 from the Dallas location. I was told that the ring had black diamonds in it. I was so excited, I impulsed bought it. I didn't size it, because we lived 5 hours from each other at the time of our engagement. I go home and do research. I found out that it was black sapphires pretty quickly and was so upset that I was lied to. They refunded me the difference from the vendors website to what they sold it to me for.
My husband and I move to Colorado pretty soon after our marriage and his ring started fading from black to silver and there isn't a RB in Colorado. We go home for Thanksgiving 2019 and we took his ring into RB to get repaired. We worked with Tabitha (who was WONDERFUL). She asked we give them 8 weeks to get the repair done. I called 8 weeks later looking for an update. I found out that RB discontinued the ring but I could select another one. There wasn't a single ring we liked or in the price we paid for the ring, so I go back and talk to RB, they're telling me there is nothing they can do but send the ring back to me and if we find one we like they'll replace it. However, they also said in the same breath, if you find one on the vendors (Triton) website you like we can order it for you. I found the EXACT same ring on the vendors website. But RB continued to tell me that they cannot get the ring. So I called Triton and asked them what the deal was. What do you know, they can get the ring and it was shipped to me within three weeks and the ring according to Triton, has a lifetime warranty.
I just don't feel this company is very honest. If you use them, I hope you have better luck than I have had. -

I went to the store at 14080 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX.
It was a pleasant experience when I actually went to select an engagement ring. The lady helping me at Robbins Brothers was very helpful in finding the perfect setting and diamond.
I had saved up the money I needed for the engagement ring and wanted to use that money and not credit to purchase. Somehow, Robbins Brothers ended up persuading me in going with a credit company they supported instead. They ran my credit through two different companies and opened up accounts on two different credit cards I didn’t agree to. The account they used had 0% interest for a year but in the fine print, it said if you didn’t pay off the ring within the first year, the full price would be put back on the card at a ridiculous APR. Because of this, I just wanted to pay off the ring and not worry about it any longer. I tried to get in touch with Robbins and Brother’s management to find out which company they went with but they couldn’t tell me which company they signed me on with because they didn’t have the paperwork. And they couldn’t tell me how to get in touch with them. When I finally figured out which company it was and got in touch with them, they went though made it very difficult to pay off the loan price and to cancel the card.
While my fiancé (now wife) loves her ring, I will never shop at Robbins Brothers again or recommend it.

I was in the Dallas tollway store a couple of months ago and over heard their salesman laughing about having an affair with a married woman whos husband was some whacked out vet. These employees should be on some used car lot, not helping people with their big day. I was so disgusted by their actions I left the store with out making a purchase. The disrespect for our men and women in uniform coupled with how he thought it was funny to be having an affair with a married woman was unbelievable, I will never do business at a Robbins Brothers store -

Bought a 18k engagement ring--returned it and was promised a refund within three days--its been 18 days and I can not get anyone from the store to return a call or even pick up without hanging up on me--hate to say this but as crazy as it sounds it appears they have no intention or giving me either my money or the ring....and the cherry on top is fiance ended it since I didn't propose by an agreed upon date. So I am out my money and my wife...thanks, Robbins Brothers I really owe you one for all you have done for me -
