Great service

We didn’t end up finding the right ring here, but we had a very good shopping experience. It was our first stop and they walked us through the process, showed us how different stones and settings look together, and answered all of our questions. Definitely worth checking out their pieces!

My husband got my engagement ring here, and we both got our wedding rings here. They were very friendly and professional. They helped us find what we were looking for. They also polished and repaired a chip in my ring. (The chip was my fault, not an issue with the ring.) We love the fit and comfort of our wedding bands, and we're really happy with the service we received here.

My fiancé and I bought our rings here because we were tired of the same designs at other jewelers. Enisa was very helpful in helping find us rings and working to customize them. We felt at ease looking for a ring and not pressured to settle with the first thing we saw.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and my god is it beautiful. He worked for weeks with the designers there to find the truly unique setting and stone that fits my personality and style perfectly. Once I finally got a hold of this beauty I had to have it sized down twice. I was so worried I would have to live without it for weeks to be sized, but since they handle everything in house they turned it around for me in two hours! A few days later I had to go back in because my size 4 ring was still a bit too loose, rolling around on my finger. They took care of me immediately and got me down another half size (my fingers must have been swollen the first sizing day). Every time I walked into their Belltown location they were excited to see me, wanted to show off my ring to everyone in the room, and made me feel truly special and well cared for. I highly recommend Robbins Brothers!

My husband got my engagement ring here and we went back for our wedding bands. The made the night so much fun! They gave up wine and allowed us to look. They talked to us about price range and never let us get out of budget. They have been so helpful since we got them as well. Free cleanings, and soddering.

I highly recommend going. The wonderful person who helped us even wrote us a handwritten card. We will be returning for other gifts. And by "we" I mean my husband will be returning to buy more things. :) :) I kid.

My engagement ring was purchased from Robbins Brothers (back when it was still E.E. Robbins). Gordon helped us browse and narrow down what I wanted and helped my Fiance design a one-of-a-kind engagement ring that is perfectly stunning (Gold band, diamond with halo setting). Every time we are back for a ring cleaning (they are complimentary) Gordon remembers us like old friends.

Went and tried on engagement rings with my then boyfriend now fiance and they treated us so well. We learned so much about the rings and diamonds and they made us feel so comfortable during the picking out/buying process. We love the rings we both picked out! I get so many compliments on my ring! And they clean your ring every time you come by the store.

The Bellevue store that we purchased both of our rings from was great to work with. There was a small hiccup when we changed out stones on my engagement ring but they quickly made up for it. We were able to customize my husband's engagement rings with the stones and finish that we wanted. They always offer to clean my ring whenever we stop in the store. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The folks at Robbins were a pleasure to work with, and they have a great price point. We started at Ben Bridge with a ring design, and their price was out of this world. We got 2 rings for the price of one at Ben Bridge. Robbins works with you to make sure the design is to your specification, and are excellent in keeping you informed as to the progress. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Their unique selection was great because my wife wanted something different than everyone else. The staff is amazing and have been more helpful every time we stop in. Anyone looking for an engagement ring should make sure to stop by Robbins Brothers!

Courtney at EE Robbins was fantastic. My husband went in there to discuss engagement rings and we ended up customizing an engagement ring. We never felt pressured or rushed in the process. We were able to work with their artist and Julian to help put together my perfect ring. We then needed to buy wedding bands and they were still extremely helpful. Courtney is great - we tell her what we're thinking of and she knows the rings off the top of her head and where to find them in the store. It's great that she was able to show us exactly what we were thinking of. They definitely aren't the cheapest, but their service was amazing.

From my first visit with my girlfriend looking at rings before I got engaged to the last visit picking up my wedding band the experience was flawless. Kim at the Belltown location is amazing. She was patient and gave honest feedback to help guide us in picking out our rings. I love their service agreement and am happy I will have high quality jewelers to look after our wedding rings forever.

My engagement and wedding rings are amazing and all we could have hoped for! Jennifer from the Tacoma location assisted my fiance in creating the most beautiful, unique, rose gold ring. The Seattle location was extremely helpful in polishing and fusing the rings before the big day!

My (now) husband purchased my engagement ring from EE Robbins last year and both he and my best friend (maid of honor) that he took with him said they had a fantastic experience with them. They said they were professional and really met his needs that day....they even set the ring with the diamond he chose while he waited! We decided to use them for our wedding rings and we were not disappointed. By this time they had changed from EE Robbins to Morgan Jewelers but they still had our information on file. They were very helpful without the dreaded "hard sell" and were professional and efficient. We both enjoyed our experience with the business and will definitely be back.

We had a custom wedding band created here to match my single-diamond engagement ring. It has a strange shape, but they were able to create a custom band with diamonds and rubies that fits perfectly upon the engagement ring. They look beautiful together, and I get many compliments. Even when I was unsatisfied with the engagement diamond, they quickly exchanged it for another one of my choosing. Amazing service and they are great at calling when they are ready.

EE Robbins is the best! Even if you come in with a small budget, they treat you like a king and queen. My ring is beautiful and unique and we didn't feel the least bit of pressure to stretch our budget or do something more traditional. AND they actually helped me fix my favorite necklace for free. AMAZING!

I went to all the wedding/engagement ring stores around the area and this one had by far the most unique selection for the best price. The ring I found is so beautiful. I get lots of great comments about how different and pretty it is. The customer service was the best of all the stores as well. They were friendly, warm and caring, NOT pushy like a lot of the other places.

They are so great when you go in to the store - they offer free beverages (including wine) and snacks while you browse! They also offer SOO many free services after you purchase a ring, that they are THE best choice for engagement/wedding rings. My husband went to just about every jewelry store in Seattle and ended up buying my engagement ring from here because they had the best QUALITY diamonds he'd seen....

Definitely check this place out, it will be the best decision you'll make (besides your decision to get married).

My husband and I have been married for 3 1/2 years. We go back to EE Robbins every few months to visit with John, the manager in Seattle, who helped us find our ring. He remembers us and what we have our eyes on.

I feel like family at EE Robbins, like you are entering their home, and you are more than welcome. Snacks, drinks, wine, TV, whatever makes you comfortable, that is what they strive to acheive.

We go to EE Robbins now to get my ring cleaned and checked on. But we also go to visit with the people who made our ring shopping so enjoyable, we can't wait until we have something to buy again. I recommend EE Robbins to all my friends. The rings are more unique and special than you will find anywhere. They really take the time to educate you on buying exactly what you want, and teach you about the quality of everything. You do not feel pressured to buy and they are very patient with you. We had an incredible experience and continue to go back for more.

My husband loved EE Robbins, they gave him the best service that i have ever heard of, they answered all his questions, and after i got the ring if i had any questions they were sure to be there for me in and with anything i asked! They have some amazing people there and there prices are very reasonable!

As a guy undertaking the daunting task of engagement ring shopping, Robbins Brothers couldn't have been more helpful. Danielle helped me pick a design based on a few pictures I nabbed from my now fiance then helped me design a fully custom ring made exactly to the specifications I provided to create something that was 100% unique while still capturing the classic beauty of designer rings. She did all this for a budget under the designer cost and made it fun the whole time. The Robbins Brothers team has always made us feel welcome when we go in for a cleaning or inspection and have consistently been quick and convenient. My continued thanks goes out to them!

The staff here are wonderful! They provided us great service and their rings are very gorgeous. The quality of the ring was outstanding much better then i expected it to be. Overall i would recommend this place to any of my friends.

My husband and I were engaged for almost a year and a half so we had tons of extra time. But me, always wanting to plan...I had an idea of what I wanted going into the second month. Around this time I knew I wanted to purchase a Mark Schneider ring so we visited the store in which his rings were sold - E.E. Robbins, Belltown/Seattle. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. They had sample rings shipped in if they weren't available in their show room to see. I gave a 4.5 on responsiveness because for a time I didn't hear back from them. We requested to see a ring I inevitably ended up purchasing, which they didn't have in stock for their show room. We left thinking they'd contact us within a few weeks to let use know if it was in. We never heard from them. We renewed our communication some months later as the date approached and they were as inviting as ever. The store is beautiful, my ring was gorgeous and my husband's ring was stunning. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product they sold and the differences in metal and it's quality. I highly recommend at least visiting this store. They have a very unique variety of rings...ones you can't find at any other chain jeweler.

We used EE Robbins in Bellevue and they were amazing! We go in there to get our rings cleaned and checked, and our salesperson is always there and remembers us by name! My husband's ring was custom made and they did a wonderful job! Love them!

EE Robbins is a great place to go to buy your engagement/wedding bands. The quality of the diamonds are top-notch and the customer service is great. Every time I stop by they are happy to clean my ring for me even without me asking. The prices are a bit higher than some of the other big-chain jewelry stores, but the quality is definitely worth it.

Everything was great, choosing the diamond, choosing the ring, and the flexibility of the whole team. We paid more than we would have paid at some mall store, but we got better service and quality overall.

We purchased both our engagement ring and wedding rings from Robbins Brothers in downtown Seattle. They were very patient with me as I tried on lots of different rings, not knowing exactly what I wanted. Also, when I couldn't make a choice that day, they did not pressure me to buy something. Instead, they invited me to come back and try all the rings on again another day (which is exactly what I did)! I found one that I love and I can't wait to wear it!

My husband and I bought both of our wedding bands and my engagement band from EE Robbins. While we started out in the Tacoma store we ended up in Bellevue working with Tony and are so pleased with the level of service that we received from him. He is great at his job and really puts you at ease about making such a significant purchase. EE Robbins is a great company and we are happy with the products that we received, but the service that we got from Tony really stands heads and shoulders above others. On top of it all, I have a unique, gorgeous ring and my husband is thrilled with his as well. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience here! Although we had already bought my ring before moving to the Seattle area, I hadn't quite found the ring for my husband. I took him to EE Robbins and the salesman there was great, very informative and not pushy at all. He really took care of us, and since we were on a bit of a deadline, he got the ring to us (engraved and everything) faster than he had origionally quoted. We will be going back there again, and are telling all our friends to do the same!

We were finally engaged eight years after my boyfriend bought the ring from EE Robbins. At this time, EE Robbins has long been bought out by Robbins Brothers. The staff was very helpful in resizing the ring for me even after such a long period of time. The warranty from EE Robbins was carried over with Robbins Brothers to their updated warranty policy, which only requires me to bring in the ring once a year to continue the warranty rather than every 6 months. Now my ring fits and I'm definitely in love :)

It took me a really, really long time to choose my ring, but they were nothing but patient and accommodating. They have a nice selection (not huge, but enough) and they have the ability to custom make something for you if you'd like.

EE Robbins was great. We never made an appointment and always walked in, but the woman who helped us always remembered us and was friendly and happy to help. We both love our rings.

Fantastic customer service, a relaxing and comfortable environment, and just overall a great experience. We feel like our rings are unique and custom, not something you would find just anywhere, and had a fun time picking them out.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from E.E. Robbins in Bellevue, and though a few of the sales staff treated him not as nicely as he would have like, he eventually ended up working with a sales representative named Courtney who really helped him and looked out for him.

Later, we went back to purchase a matching wedding band for my engagement ring at this store, and we wanted Courtney to help us out again. Apparently, platinum prices were soaring at this time, and the ring we were pretty set on buying but hadn't put a deposit on yet suddenly increased in price by several hundreds of dollars. Courtney knew how much we wanted that ring, so she set the display ring aside (without us asking for it) and checked to find out if the display ring could be resized for my tiny finger. After she found out she could sell us the display ring for the original price (before the price increase), and that the ring could be sized down for me, she called to let us know. We decided to go ahead and get the ring immediately! Her help was invaluable to us.

E.E. Robbins doesn't have a humoungous amount of choice, but among the rings that they do have, they carry some pretty great designers who do vintage style rings, as well as some more modern looks too.

After looking at engagement rings at other jewelers, I found my favorite at Robbins Brothers! Without a Denver location, we were able to stop in while on vacation in Seattle and they had the engagement ring and wedding band I fell in love with online brought in special for us to see and try on in person!

We had gone to the Robbins Brothers in Bellevue first. They gave us a really thorough run-down and information packet about diamonds, settings, cut, clarity, caret, etc. which was all really helpful. However, the Bellevue workers were a bit pushier and we just felt really pressured to buy a ring that day. We left without buying a ring.
We ended up going to the Robbins Brothers in Seattle and Curtis greeted us at the door. I still wasn't sure what kind of setting I wanted but there was one setting I kept going back to. Curtis asked the right questions to just help me narrow down what I wanted.
We didn't feel pressured to buy the ring, but he gave us information to help us come to a decision! At Bellevue, we were told that it would take 6-8 weeks to get our engagement ring, Curtis actually was able to order a diamond in within 3 days and then was able to get it set and resized for us that day.

A few of our other friends have been ring-shopping too and I always tell them to go to the Seattle one because you're less pressured, and they've all agreed. The staff are all friendly and willing to work with you within whatever budget you're setting.

They have some of the best collection of diamonds here.The possibilities where endless for my wedding ring.Their prices are perfectly matched for all the diamond types.I received a beautiful ring from them that shines wherever I go.

I love my engage ring and felt the time spent finding my ring set was excellent. My mother felt that our original saleslady was too flirtacious and preferred a more established jeweler. :(

My fiancé bought my ring through Robins Brothers and it's amazing and beautiful. It's a custom ring and they really helped him find exactly what he knew I wanted. The centerstone was rarer than a standard diamond and they kept bringing him in to show him stones until they found one he decided was perfect. I wasn't a part of this process but he raved about how over the top helpful they were and they really educated him on the different options.

Robbins Brothers has a great jeweler on staff that can do amazing things with existing rings! He was able to add a few diamonds to an existing, less expensive, ring, and it turned out flawless as my wedding band. I also love their manager, Tony Hoag, as he was super helpful when I wanted to look at different rings. I did find a few staff that were less than helpful though, otherwise I would give them a glowing review.

My husband custom created my engagement ring with the professionals at EE Robbins. We used the downtown Seattle location on 2nd ave, and loved the selection they gave us. The rings are all modern and the sales associates will go out of their way to do whatever they can for you.

I love being able to get a soda and some snacks while getting my ring cleaned, and the no-pressure sales environment is so much better then most other retailers.

After being completely surprised by my husband and the proposal, we had the opportunity to work with EE Robbins to create the perfect setting for the diamond my husband picked. It took a lot of searching and trying on various rings, but we ultimately found the exact vintage/modern design I wanted. We were a bit disappointed in how long it took for the ring to finally come in, and then it was wrong, so we had to wait an additional four weeks for it to be perfect. However, EE Robbins helped us every step of the way and I now have the perfect ring!

They have a wide variety of settings and I found one that fit what I was looking for. They also have a good selection of diamonds, and allowed us to take them outside to view the brilliance in natural light. Overall it was a good experience.

My husband already had an heirloom diamond, and I had a setting I really wanted. They were able to accommodate all the requests we had, so my ring was basically custom made from the designer. Every time we went in, they were so nice to us and helpful-- UNTIL my husband was paying for it. They seemed to be a bit snobby to him, maybe because it wasn't paid in full all at once. Since paying for the ring and receiving it, they have always been nice to me when I get it checked. So, I guess they were a bit weird or rude when it came to money, but if you can deal with that, the products they have are gorgeous.

We loved our EE Robbins rep, she was very helpful and we love the ring she helped us design. We did receive some poor service from another employee on one visit but otherwise we have had no problems with service. We do feel like we may have been able to have the same ring made cheaper elsewhere but we are happy with the end product.

Beautiful ring that I am very happy with now...however it took taking in back 3 times to get set straight and re sized. That was a lot of time without my engagement ring and a lot of going out of my way. Customer service was hit or miss. Some employees super nice and helpful, other sarcastic and borderline rude.

They're a jewelry chain, so they give the basic service. I already knew what wedding band I wanted, so they didn't try to sell me anything above what I was willing to pay. They were a bit pushy about actually buying the band THAT DAY, but other than that, not pushy or aggressive.

My fiancé had worked with a woman from the same store for my engagement ring, and she had introduced him to Montana sapphires, which have a unique green-blue hue. When we returned for the wedding band, we indicated we wanted to replace two of the diamonds with Montana sapphires. Unfortunately, the woman my fiancé worked with no longer worked there, and the gentleman who was helping us appeared not to have any idea what or how to source them.

Overall, they were basically what I'd expect from a jewelry chain store. I'm incredibly happy with my ring, but it wasn't what I went there intending to buy.

EE Robbins is a great place to try on rings, and it is where we ended up buying all three of ours. However, when my husband's ring came in, it was not brushed like it was supposed to be, and a manager NOT A GOLDSMITH took it and tried to brush it, but only did an uneven scratchy finish. When we went back, a real goldsmith was there and fixed it. My wedding ring came in a .25 size too small and wouldn't fit on my finger. They took it back and re-ordered it. It came in and it fit, but all in all getting our wedding rings was much more stressful than it needed to be. Our experience with my engagement ring couldn't have been better, though, so we still recommend EE Robbins. Just don't let anyone but a goldsmith anywhere near your ring.

My ring is absolutely beautiful and I love it. My husband was able to design it himself. All of the sales people were very nice and my ring is of great quality. The only problem I had was getting my ring. They told me it would be ready by a certain time on a certain day and it wasn't ready until a couple of days later. I had this same problems a couple of times. Other than that I was very impressed.

I love my rings. However, there was major delay in getting my engagement ring. Twice two different dates were promised and then not followed through. When we had the sizes adjusted it was the same story. Was not sure until a week before if I would have my wedding band for my wedding, despite it supposed to have been there two weeks prior to wedding.

The rings at EE Robbins are absolutly beautiful, but they are much more expensive than similar jewelers. I found my perfect ring here and although I looked elseware nothing compared so we bought my ring here. We came in the store several times before deciding and we had an issue with one of our salespeople. We just wanted to work with a different sales associate but every time we came in we were pushed back to this one that we did not like. How hard is it to let us work with another sales associate? Apparently the first person you talk to is the one you have to deal with for the rest of your purchases regardless. I love my ring but if I could have found it anywher else I would have shopped elsewhere.
