Best Wedding Ring Shop In Houston

Robbins Brothers was a really great experience. From the time I walked through the door, their level of customer service and attention to detail was top notch. Not only did I get the ring for my fiance within a great price point, but they were attentive to my needs as well. They pride themselves on customer service and this is something I am big on. If you are a guy looking to get your queen what she deserves, go to the best!!!

My Engagement/Wedding Rings - Robbins Brothers

My fiance got my rings from Robbins brothers here in Houston and oh man was I impressed. He actually got the ring size a little off. This was no problem with Robbins Brothers as the quickly and effectively resized my ring to the correct size. Customer service was awesome. Would recommend their beautiful place to any and everyone!

Great Service

My Fiance and I walked in just to go look and get quotes on some rings. The store manager greeted us and then another sales person (Alexander) came to talk to us and give us a tour of their store and tell us about their rings. He asked us what our budget was and worked great with it. He showed us a few rings that were in our budget and we could try to finance. Unfortunately, the ring I loved was not going to work for us due to my credit but Alexander was able to help us so I could later on have he ring I loved!! He truly cares about his customers and will do anything he can to help. Before we left he had told us he was only working there for 3 weeks! We were all shocked because with his customer service skills you would think he had been there longer. Ask for Alexander if you go to the Baybrook location.

I went into Robbins Brothers while I was in Houston for my best friend's wedding. She wanted to go with me to look at rings so that we could browse and not feel pressured to buy since the purchaser (my then boyfriend) would not be with me. We were helped by Julie and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so patient and willing to let me look at anything. She listened to what I wanted and took me to look at rings that came to mind. I told her my boyfriend was from out of town but would be there over the weekend for my best friend's wedding. She gave me her card and told me to have him call or text her with when he was available and she would have the rings I liked out and waiting for him. She did just that! She was so wonderful with my boyfriend (now fiance') that the out of town, certain to buy a ring back home in Missouri boy, bought a ring in Houston. I have gotten so many compliments on my ring. I am in love with it and could not recommend Robbins Brothers any more!

We went to Robbins and we're very pleased we decided to get our rings there. Our sales person was very helpful and he knew exactly what style I was looking for. As soon as we found the setting we knew it was the winner! My ring is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments left and right for how beautiful it is and how much it sparkles! ??

This is an awesome place to go. I just love it! I don't remember when I wrote any reviews but I am very impressed! The service and people working there are stunning, super nice, attentive. But most important is that they have a VERY good variety of rings! My fiancé bought my engagement ring in a very well known and very expensive jewelry store but to be honest... I enjoy going to Robbin Brothers more because the service and the atmosphere is not even close to ANOTHER place. It was easy to pick a wedding band in RB even though I'm a very picky person and I can spend days on trying to find smth... But there ... I just spent several hours on deciding between two rings that I liked the most? and we payed for the rings' insurance and that's awesome cause we resized my fisnce's ring (the second time) and engraved our names and it was included in this insurance plan (so we didn't pay anything additionally). I really advise everybody to go there! The prices differe as well. There are lots of affordable beautiful rings as well as expensive ones. I wish everyone luck in picking up the rings and I'm pretty sure that this store will help you!?it's not an advertising ☝️just go there and you will understand why did I say all that!
P.S. Last time we went there there were tasty fruits and other appetizers (maybe it was some kind of occasion out there... I don't know) but it was so nice to wait for our rings to be engraved and drink and eat a little bit. Not the most important thing... Just a pleasant detail ?

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience! Our sales associate wasn’t pushy or hard selling us, and really listened to what I wanted for an engagement ring. I ended up looking at ring designers online, and Robbins Brothers ordered the rings for us so we could view them at the store. A few weeks ago we bought our weddings rings here and are highly satisfied. I had my fiancé’s wedding band engraved and had some particular engraving requests, they understood what I wanted perfectly! I would definitely recommend Robbins Brothers.

We bought my engagement ring as well as our wedding rings here. You can take your rings in once a year and they will clean and inspect them for you. Not to mention that if a stone falls out, they will replace it for you. Super nice store, super cool people, just a good experience. :)

OMG I love this store! Since I am very picky about jewelry, I went ring-shopping with my then-fiancee. We tried EVERY store at the mall, and several local places, before deciding to just browse Robbins Brothers. I was about ready to give up, when we were greeted by Paul Heaven at the door, and I could not believe the multitude of choices at this place!
I tried on at least one ring out of EVERY collection they had in there, and Paul was ever so patient with me (something I did not experience in any previous store) and helpful that I felt like I was "part of the family". We also went back for our wedding bands, and again, the quality of customer service we experienced was just so unbelievably high - when we needed to exchange my husband's band the process was so easy and quick that ever we were surprised!
Also, we purchased the lifetime coverages for all our rings, so we go back quite often to get them inspected, polished and even re-sized if needed.

We love the people at Robbins Brothers and are beyond grateful we chose them. My husband and I originally went in to look at engagement rings. We (meaning he) weren't looking to purchase anything yet, but I thought I'd be fun to look.

The employees there are not only professional, but they're also very knowledgeable. My husband told me later that they took him into a room where he could examine different diamonds and gave him information he would've never known about. They even have a center where employees will help you plan your proposal! My husband apparently knew what he wanted to do, but I still think that's very cool!

Our experience didn't change whenever we went in to buy our wedding bands. They're so easy to work with and eager to help. We even found my wedding band on sale, and the sales guy seemed more excited than I.

Did I mention they'll clean your rings whenever you want? They'll even resize them for you if you need them to, and they do annual inspections.

I'm probably starting to sound like a commercial now, but I'm very happy with my experience there and want others to be as well.

Use them, use them, use them! They are WONDERFUL. You can't beat the price and quality. We got my engagement ring, wedding band and his wedding band there. They have a lifetime warranty and you can take it in anytime for cleaning. I love getting my ring cleaned there. It looks beautiful and it always sparkles.

This place is awesome! They can custom make any ring! We brought them a picture and they made a beautiful engagement ring. And they did it in 2 days! We had to put a rush on it. They also have the biggest selection of engagement rings I have ever seen. The service is amazing right when you walk through the doors.

My ring is AMAZING!!! It's truly original! My hubby found the one that he wanted, but they didn't have the setting that he was looking for, so they actually designed him a setting to go with the ring that he had chosen. The prices were well worth it and they are covered for life! I can imagine passing this ring down to children one day, it is so unique and beautiful!

In a nutshell:

Great jewelry, good service, somewhat pricey, but they offer quality products. Also, if you get your ring cleaned once a year, they will replace any loose or lost stones in the setting for no charge. This is GREAT since the setting of my ring has dozens of tiny diamonds.

The detailed version:

My husband, an engineer by training, is a very thorough, meticulous person. He looked at probably a hundred different stores in the Houston area before he settled on Robbins Brothers. I didn't go with him, so my engagement ring was a complete surprise. It is probably the prettiest ring I've seen. It's a custom design - my husband picked out a setting and then asked for it in yellow gold. He also went to the store at least three times to choose a diamond. He said he looked at a hundred of those, too! Each time, they set aside the diamonds he liked the best and waited for him to come again to look and choose. Finally, they ended up putting my ring together. I've never seen another like it, and I love it.

When we went shopping for wedding rings, it was a quick and painless process. We basically found my band that day and purchased it. His took a little longer since he wasn't sure if he wanted two-toned or single metal. We eventually bought his. They re-sized each of ours and had them ready in no time. Good sales experience.

The gentleman who helped us did a great job. While we went in looking for my husband's band, we ended up just purchasing my wedding band as he was still undecided, but I happened across one that I loved that matched my engagement ring perfectly. The resizing was done in about an hour, and I was able to pick it up later that afternoon.

The only sour taste that was left in my mouth was another salesperson helping a couple next to us. He started describing certain styles as "trendy and not timeless," etc. etc. in a somewhat derogatory way that happen to be aspects that I chose for my own engagement ring. While I understand that he was trying to make a sale and that perhaps the bride he was talking to doesn't have the same style as I do, he should really be more cognizant of the fact that there are other customers within earshot.

My husband and I purchased my engagement and our wedding bands from Robbins Brothers in the fall of 2016 for our February 2017 wedding. Our assistant Anaeli was amazing – she helped us to hand-pick the central diamond for our engagement ring and a custom-made wedding band for my husband.

I would give this location 5 stars because of her, but on one occasion, Anaeli was out and we were assisted in picking out my wedding band by a man named Michael. He was awful. He belittled my choice of using plantinum for my band instead of white gold due to my metal allergy and laughed that we were deciding to “pay so much” for my ring to ensure I didn’t have an allergic reaction. He prided himself in telling us how much less he spent on his own fiance’s engagement ring. He made us second-guess our choice for the wedding band stating, “I hope these fit together. I guess it’ll be fine if that’s what you want”. Pretty much the worst service ever from Michael, which was a great disappointment when we left previous times in joy and excitement. That night, I wanted nothing more than to just leave.

Luckily, the other times we came in, we were able to be assisted by Anaeli and did not see Michael in the store again. However, if he still works there, I would seriously consider if he should be in the business if he bullies his customers the way he did to us. Extremely unprofessional. So happy we were assisted first by Anaeli, or we likely would have taken our business elsewhere.

I tried to check prices at a number of jewelers before finally going with a ring at Robbins Brothers.The owner was very pleasant and helped me make a wise decision.I liked that the wedding ring matched the engagement ring I had given her.You will love doing business with Robbins Brothers they are very personable and polite.

We had a solid experience here after going to just about every wedding ring place in Houston. They tried to upsell us on the warranty (we got a better deal through our home insurance policy), but in the end, it's a gorgeous ring and a nice customer experience. We get the ring cleaned here every so often, as well.

AMAZING store! DO NOT go to any other store. Robbins Brothers has everything a girl can ask for and MORE. They also have a great range of prices. I LOVE ROBBINS BROTHERS.

The "low" rating is primarily due to a salesperson who is no longer with the company. Other than that, Robbins Brothers has been amazing! When said salesperson promised a ring would be in and then it wasn't, and wouldn't be in time for the wedding, another salesperson accommodated our needs by letting us borrow a show ring for the ceremony and ordering the appropriate-sized ring. Ultimately, a great jeweler to work with!

My husband did not discuss rings with me, he just bought one. Robbin's Brothers did a wonderful job helping him pick out a ring. They were also very helpful when we purchased our wedding rings and we have gone back for other purchases as well. I recommend this vendor.

I was very happy with the wedding band from Robbins Brothers.I could have gotten a better deal on it but the service and honesty from everyone is what keeps me coming back.

My husband and I looked at rings a year before he actually went and made the purchade! The same sales lady that showed us rings, was still there and was able to find the perfect ring that matched my original selections. The price was right for the quality of the ring...I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity!
However, when I found out they had left Houston, I was a little upset. I had to go through Helzberg diamonds to have my ring inspected and cleaned every 6 months to validate my "warranty" on the ring. I wasn't upset about going to Helzberg bc they were great, and it was more convenient for me. It was more of the fact that if I had to have work done to it or whatever the case may be, I had to mail it to Dallas to have it done. Who in their right mind would mail a wedding ring???? NOT ME! Now, they are back in Houston, but an hour away from me....so inconvenient! Are they going to leave again or are they staying for good?

We dealt with two jewelers at Robbins Brothers (Baybrook location). The lady who assisted my (now) husband with my ring was no personable (I met her after we got engaged), and I'm frankly surprised she's in sales. The man who assisted us in picking out my husband's wedding band was out of the world awesome! He was friendly, had great stories to talk to us about, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped us in getting a deal on my husband's ring! When we needed to go back to the store after we got married to see about sizing my husband's ring, thankfully we met with the same employee and he honored what he'd told us about bringing it back within 30 days for sizing at no additional cost. He was a pleasure to work with (his name was Dave or David).

I bought my wedding band from Robbins Brothers... And i had both good and bad experiences...
I found a beautiful diamond band - but I really wanted sapphires in my ring, since I have sapphires in my engagement ring. The sales guy was super awesome and was able to suggest an awesome arrangements with some sapphires that I wanted. I was super happy with the idea of it! He told me they had the sapphires in stock and so it would just take a few days to set it.

We arrived after hearing it was done; but when we arrived it was still a full diamond band with sapphires in a little bag! Apparently the sapphires were the wrong size and the person who was helping us had to order new sapphires.

After we got the second call that it was ready, we drove up to the galleria area (50 min drive for us!) and when she pulled the ring out - it was all wrong! The sapphires weren't in the right pattern and they were different sizes - some were the old ones that were too small from the first "try".

We were, noticeably, pretty upset and the manager had to have the jeweler reset the ring again, in the right pattern with the right size stones. Luckily she returned the cost of the sapphires and the setting cost - so that was something. But I will never forget how I felt seeing the wrong ring for a second time! And how just awful it looked with different size stones... it was upsetting.

I am still super happy with my initial sales visit. The sales guy was super nice and really listened to what we wanted and help me design the BEST ring! Just a bit fail in the execution.

My two cents - if you want something custom made; the sales guy (Matt) can help you create an amazing ring, BUT make sure you have plenty time in case something goes wrong.

I got my husband's ring from here. I appreciated the guy's help in trying to find the right ring and size. The thing I was disappointed on was that they didnt let me know it was there and they could not give me a straight answer of whether you could engrave titanium or not. I would definitely go back to look around but I am not for sure if I would make any big purchases there.

Very poor quality rings

Got an engagement ring (Tacori) for my then girlfriend - now wife sometime towards the end of 2016 for approximately $16,000.
Price point was high, but it didnt matter to me at the time because, she's worth it and I was sold on the supposedly great quality of the stone and set (band). We had to resize it because it wasn't exactly her size, when we got the ring back we noticed stress lines, but ultimately didn't think much of it.
Now fast forward to 12/2018 and the ring is cracked in half exactly along the stress lines (picture attached). Bringing it back we spoke to the manager who is telling us that the stress line shouldn't even be visible - we communicated to him the fact that it was exactly how we got it back from them (RB).
Only thing he could say was to cover the repair, if it could be repaired - we are now being told that it can't be repaired and we have to come up out of pocket $2000 for a new band. This is a $16,000 having to pay $ 2000, just two years later for a ring sold as good quality.
Now here's the kicker I also got a Tungsten (keep in mind, I only sparingly wear this ring as I'm scared of somehow losing it) band from the same RB's location in 2017 for a price in the $ 300's range. The black paint is already peeling a year plus later. Feeling super frustrated I walked into walmart and found the exact same ring for $30.
I have completely lost faith in this establishment and think off them as nothing short of a rip-off. I really should have done a lot more research before walking into that store. I basically got sold on the customer service and the bells and whistles.
This place is a super overpriced ring shop with poor quality stones/rings!! Buyer beware

I have had to bring my ring in for repairs five times and have only had it for three months. A diamond has fallen out of the band and the large center diamond had to be tightened twice because it was loose. I am extremely disappointed in the quality considering how much we spent on the ring and our expectations that RB was a high quality jewler.

This place has the WORST service I have come across in this whole wedding planning process.

I ordered my fiance's wedding band through them. I got the feeling they weren't interested in providing good service because I wasn't buying an expensive engagement ring.

They did not call me when the ring came in - I had to call and follow up. When it arrived the ring was already scratched. It wasn't the sort of ring where they could buff the scratch out so I was told I would have to take the inferior product or wait another 4 weeks (more like 6 weeks with their service) for them to order another one. I don't have the time and more importantly the energy to order another ring and to wait for it to come in - constantly having to check now that I know they can't be relied on to call me. Yet they wouldn't even give a tiny discount to make me feel better about having to take a brand new product that was already faulty. This store that must make millions of dollars every year was too cheap to recognize that their suppliers provided an inferior product and my time was worth too much to bother with re-ordering.

Thanks for nothing but stress Robbins Brothers. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
