Rob and his wife are amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and we have some great laughs along the way. Our engagement photos came out so beautiful we can not wait to see what our wedding photos look like! -

Rob and Natalie were so supportive of all of our ideas and incredibly flexible on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great photographers who are also great and kind people. -

Courtney Sent on 07/03/2018I literally would not use anyone else! They care so much and they really make the stress level as little as possible for the couple! My friends turned to me on my wedding day and said OMG I just love them, they are so great. They are professional, on time, accommodating and really truly care about how your day goes. They are passionate about the engagement shoot too. They add so many little bonus shoots in there that are just amazing and PROS at lighting! They work so hard and really care about not overcharging just because the event has the word "wedding" in it. Talk about above and beyond! I will even be hiring them for other shoots they are so good!

I highly recommend Rob Morris Photography that is a husband and wife duo. They are a great team to work with that make you feel comfortable and very welcoming, since day one when we met briefly for possible photographer's. The click and connection we had was important to us and I knew it would be a perfect fit within the first five minutes of meeting them.
Rob and Natalie took the time and patience when we had our engagement session and gave us tips on how to pose. The pictures came out very nice and we knew the wedding pictures would be even better.
I can't thank them enough with the dedication and attention to details for our wedding. You won't be disappointed working with him and be satisfied. Our wedding went smoothly when it came to taking our pictures during our reception.
Rob and Natalie made things so easy for us that our wedding party had fun smiling, laughing, and engaging during our pictures at the reception and cocktail hour.
I had to edit my review as I still haven't received my wedding album nor our 16x20 pictures that were included -

We got a discount for one of their packages because one of the photographers lived near my fiances sister. Their plans seems affordable and worth the price given our package came with a portrait book which is hard to find for cheap. After making our first payment we obtained the photographers number and my fiance had been attempting to get in contact with the photographer. she was trying to plan our engagement shoot that was included in our package and after a while of inactivity on his end he finally responded saying him and his wife are trying to figure out dates they are available and would get back to us after this past weekend on Monday. Monday came and he didn't respond so my fiance called today and he contacted my fiances sister explaining they accidentally gave our date to someone first so they couldn't be our photographers and gave my sisters fiance our refund. This shows irresponsibility on their behalf to not overbook as well as disregard for us because they left us day of all without a photographer. The accident of overbooking is understandable, everyone makes mistakes. But telling us indirectly through my fiances sister
as well as telling us we don't have a photographer so suddenly shows unprofessional-ism at best and a blatant lack of regard for our plans at worst.Rob Morris Photography's reply:
Hello, I am so sorry we are not available for your date. I understand it is very disheartening.
I will try to address your concerns. This year we signed up with a new program to help with our workflow as well as to keep our client information organized since we have been hired by so many wonderful brides.
While transferring all my data over, another couple date was entered wrong in the program. So when you and your sister-in-law hired us on 3/22/19, I did not realize I was already booked. As I continued to update and enter all the information from my contracts I caught our error.
Since your sister-in-law was paying for the package as a gift and she is my neighbor I did go to her to return her deposit and explain what happened at the end of April 2019. In hindsight I should have called you first. I do apologize.
The finding dates for engagement session was proving difficult due to the location chosen. We went to the Spaghetti Factory and spoke to the GM. He said he did speak to you and we could come in between 11am and 12pm to take a few pictures. Also we could not disturb any other guests eating. This limited our shoot time as well as trying to find a 2nd location to finish a session during full day light. Pictures are best when taken right after sunrise or the hour before sunset. we were not putting off your session to be rude. We where trying to find the best option to get you amazing images.
I again realize your are upset that we are unavailable for your date. I hope I have helped you understand what happened. we in no way meant to be disrespectful to you or your bride to be, or make you feel that we don't wish you the best for your big day. I spoke with your sister-in-law and have offered to pass on referrals if they are needed. She has assured me, she has a few consultations lined up. I am sorry I can not do more to help you out. Once again I wish you a wonderful wedding and amazing marriage.
